o many options and were able to customize our invites to look however we wanted. However, the proof was sent over later than I would have hoped and we just received the invitations in time to put them in the mail exactly 2 months before the wedding day. I would recommend staying on top of the proof and making sure the design process doesn't fall behind. Everything else was great and the quality did not disappoint! They turned out beautiful. We also had Paper Allure address our envelopes and it was incredibly time saving. We had about 90 invites go out so it was great that it saved us time and that they looked beautiful!

y, but okay. I responded that I could have it to her that night. She responds "thank you...". Really? Do these people not care about professionalism? Its ten days before my wedding and I've had to make other arrangements. No bride deserves to be treated rudely by a vendor. Thankfully all my other vendors have been wonderful. These people are unprofessional and unorganized. Go with someone else, Cleveland has wonderful paper shops and there is always great etsy vendors!

n my invitations! I also decided to have a sign in board instead of a guest book and asked if they would be able to come up with a design. Not only was the design amazing, but it went along perfectly with my invitations! The week before the wedding, I decided I wanted a seating board and Amanda took care of all my last minute seating issues. The result was beautiful! I highly recommend Paper Allure. Everyone is so nice and you immediately feel like you are in good hands the moment you walk through the door!

way overpriced and rude and don't call you back or follow back up with you and cancel appts. on you. This business does not know how to run, and it was a waste of my time and an experience I will never forget. I would never recommend them in a million years. iT WAS JUST AN ALL AROUND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you don't care about costs then by all means... but all they cared about from when I stepped in to when I left was how much I was willing to blow at their store. They are out of their minds, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU can do just about everything they can for 1/8 of the cost probably. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! AND THEY DO NOT DO FLOWERS SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE EITHER. They say they are going to but they have been saying this for a while now... JUST PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE... I never write up comments about businesses but this was THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED EVER IN 27 YEARS!
