Paper Birch Collective is a photography team based in Irvine, CA specializing in Weddings and Events. Documenting special occasions in Southern California, my team and I are passionate about preserving your life’s precious milestones, and are committed to producing images that help you relive the joy of your special day.
Our goal is to help you create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. My team and I will work hard to ensure that your celebration receives the attention to detail that it deserves, from each loving glance to the big "I Do" moments.
To make things easy, we offer a couple simple packages. Our packages come with unlimited photos during your event with no upcharge for any delivered images. All our images will be edited to reflect how your big day truly felt. Each package can be customized to your liking including more hours or a second shooter. If you are looking for an elopement package, we have that too!

A family friend recommended Paper Birch shortly after we got engaged. Norbert worked with us from day 1, and was extremely personable, professional, and punctual. We originally booked photo only, but sprang for the video package after seeing their other work. On the wedding day, the photo and video crew were great at directing our family and friends. We had a really packed itinerary (Vietnamese tea ceremony, first look, ceremony, reception, surprise flashmob, two "first" dances), and roughly 160 people to direct. Overall, the team handled the day SUPER well. Extremely respectful with my older relatives, but still fun and open enough to get my shy nieces to jump into photos. My husband really appreciated Norbert's eye for detail, as he frequently made adjustments to get truly the perfect photos (fixing stray hairs, untied shoelaces, bulky pockets, etc). Overall a wonderful team to work with, and we'll definitely recommend them moving forward
We found Paper Birch Collective on an online group. We have compared their photography and videography work with other companies and we love their styles in editing. We were glad that they had availability for our wedding day. Their pricing matches their excellent quality! We worked with Norbert and his team. They are extremely professional and patience. They showed up on time and worked to accommodate our needs. Some of our family members were in their work way and I’m so impressed on how patient they were with waiting for them to move. They’re great to work with! We were very lucky to get surprise gift from them. The gifted us beautiful reels that we have watched many times since our wedding.
Working with Norbert was a complete breeze! He did my individual portraits and somehow made me more handsome than I really am! The turnaround time was very prompt too!
He helped with my posing as well, and really made me feel like a natural at it! 100/10 recommend Norbert for any of your photo needs!!
So grateful Norbert at PaperBirch came out to Oceanside to be a part of our wedding day. He was so professional, quick on his feet, and creative with his shots. Our photos came out BEAUTIFULLY with such intentional access to the gallery. With the wedding day going by so quickly, his pictures help me re-live the best memories. I was nervous because we didn't have a lot of daylight after our ceremony, but our pictures came out perfect nonetheless. He had the equipment and eye for capturing the best shots--and he made it fun! Very easygoing with no pressure -- which I appreciate as I'd rather be behind the camera than in front. I HIGHLY recommend him and his team for any and all types of photos.
We are so so pleased with our wedding photos from Norbert and his team!! Norbert did an amazing job of making us feel comfortable in front of the camera and capturing all of our favorite moments. The photos and videos look so beautiful and natural - we really can't imagine them turning out more perfectly.

Norbert did our engagement shoot and was extremely easy to work with. Not only was he easy going and flexible but was also super helpful as well throughout the entire process. We’ve been in touch before all the government close down and we were able to pick right up afterwards with his recommendations and advice. We felt he worked hard to give us what we want during the shoot, accommodated us, and the pictures turned out great! We look forward to see more wonderful things from him and will definitely like to be in touch for future events.

Last March, Norbert, and his team came down to Dana Point, CA, and shot the most amazing wedding photos I could have ever asked for. His attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. He created an environment where everyone could be themselves and feel comfortable. The wedding video that Norbert made has brought everyone into tears that have watched it and I have been told that it is one of the best wedding videos that they have ever seen. And I agree. Norbert Tsi is a class act photographer with an excellent eye for detail and a terrific team to help capture the most important wedding day moments. Initially I had a meeting with Norbert to talk about his approach to wedding photography and his background. Immediately I was impressed with his training, professionalism and overall enthusiasm. This is a photographer who truly wants to create a beautiful memory for each couple to treasure for years to come. I was so grateful that nothing escaped Norbert's eye. He was constantly adjusting skirts, hands, etc. to get the best, most flattering angles. Every time I heard a camera flick, I knew Norbert was creating an art inspired image. Moreover, Norbert has an excellent, friendly, knowledgeable team of assistants that make the entire process easy and fun. They were very respectful of the wedding guests, which was appreciated. Taking photos was a seamless process. Of course, the images are stunning and capture the magic of the event. Norbert was excellent during our wedding photos. Always punctual , attentive and easy to work with. Norbert is very good at what he does and it comes naturally. He was very professional, and he tried to cover every angle of the wedding. When we received our photos we were very excited and pleased with the work Nobert did. We also hired Nobert to take our engagement pictures and we were very impressed that Norbert prepared very well for this shoot and went above and beyond. He had scouted the area prior to the shoot and he picked the perfect time as the sun was setting with the perfect lighting. Quite impressed with this young man's work and the pride he take in his craft. I would definitely recommend him for hire. We are absolutely thrilled with how everything came out, and we've already had many family members and friends ask who our photographer was and say they would love to have him take photos for their future events!

Norbert and his team went beyond my expectations of them. Throughout the process they provided endless guidance and support. They have an obvious abundance of experience and great professionalism, allowing you to be worry free and enjoy yourself throughout the whole ceremony. If you're contemplating booking them, DO IT!!! Norbert is the best photographer ever!!! He was so friendly and made sure my husband and I got back some terrific photos! Please if you need an allstar photographer who can give you pictures to remember your wedding, then hire him!
Norbert really went above and beyond for our wedding photos! He has a great eye for beautiful candid and constructed shots of us and our guests with his great energy.
