Jeanne at Paper Moon Invitations was a pleasure to work with. She has great ideas and can implement them with very little notice. She takes time with you and is very detail oriented. She will work overtime to make sure your order is perfect and finished on time. She is efficient and gets back to you right away. Paper Moon is the place to go for all your invitations! Jeanne is very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. I first went there with my niece at the end of 2021 thinking she was going to be getting married in 2020 but obviously that did not happen. We had put a down payment in 2021 for the invitations that my niece picked out and since she never ordered them, Paper Moon gave her a gift certificate, which my niece gifted to me and I was able to use it for my save the dates. I also ordered my wedding invitations and I could not be more than happier with them!

Jeanne has been one of the most helpful people on our Wedding planning journey. My only regret, is not finding her shop sooner for other cards and occasions, but we are sure to work with her in the future! We planned my Wedding in 3 months, and thanks to Paper Moon, you'd never know it. They can handle any amount of guests, we had a smaller ceremony of about 80 people and we even kept multiple invitation for ourselves to frame and save! We also ordered personalized Cocktail Napkins which I highly recommend, Jeanne has tons of samples to help choose the right font, design and color to match your event. Although my Husband and I started our Wedding planning not too long before our big day, our Big Day didn't lack any quality in design or detail with our time crunch. The first day that I went into the shop and met with Jeanne, I know we were in good hands. She went through dozens of invitation samples until I was absolutely happy with my choice. Jeanne noted all of our ideas along the way, and was able to offer suggestions on complimenting fonts that really brought out the Invitation designs! She had her calendar out and knew exactly when we needed to order Invitations by, and when we needed our responses back, she knew every detail that we never would have thought of, and we are thankful for all of this knowledge. She sent me proofs to make sure every detail of our Invitations was to our liking, and then got them ordered and to us, in perfect time. I would not have known of certain details or the correct wording if not for Jeanne, and because of her attention to detail, and design magic, we have received so many compliments on our overall invitations and other printed decor. Both my Husband's and my Family absolutely loved the design! Paper Moon also has the cutest boutique to shop in store with so many great ideas for unique gifts! You can really tell the passion that Jeanne has for this business and for each customer she works with just by her attention to every detail that was necessary to make our Wedding and everyone's events perfect. From the response cards, to the actual Invitations, and even our Christmas themed Naughty/Nice List Table Seating Chart and some additional signs I had made, everyone at Paper Moon has outdone themselves, and all our our guests took notice. Everything really matched our Christmas Wedding theme and tied in well, I can't wait to frame our Seating Chart and display it in our home, we really love everything that was designed for us. Jeanne at Paper Moon really knows her stuff! She was extremely knowledgable about graphic design and etiquette regarding our wedding invitations. She knew our budget and stayed within our limitations. The initial meeting did take quite a bit of time, but Jeanne is very thorough. While you will pay more than you would at an online service like Minted, it's worth it for the amount of personal attention and care that Jeanne pours into your wedding. I could not recommend Paper Moon Invitations enough! We had to reschedule our wedding numerous times due to COVID and every change to our invitation was made seamlessly. They were also so great about sending out l change of dates for us. Our final invitations came out beautifully we received so many complements! We also used paper moon for our menus and programs and everything was stunning. Paper moon made a stressful process much more effortless, they are extremely organized!

When I was panicking that our wedding photo sneak peeks didn’t come in time for our Christmas cards, Jeanne was the first to reassure me that we could get them out in time (and sure enough, we did!). She is not only my stationer for life, but she has also become a friend. I highly recommend Papermoon for all of your stationery needs.

Amazing all around!

If you are hoping for an effortless and pleasant process while ordering your wedding invitations and thank you cards, then my suggestion is not to use Paper Moon in Cranston. They will blame COVID or staffing, or any other excuse in the book but the truth is that there is an enormous amount is miscommunication and incompetence in their business model. Given that they are a small, local business I was very patient in the beginning due to their prior positive reviews. The truth is that they over complicate the invitation ordering process so much, there is so much unnecessary back and forth calls and emails. They will also blame the slow snail mail but the truth is that my wedding invitations were over a month late because of their lack of communication between staff. They caused me so much unnecessary stress weeks before my wedding. I was married in October of 2021 and I am still struggling to get my thank you cards mailed. Frankly, it is embarrassing to my husband and I that our thank yous are not mailed.

I cannot say enough about Jeanne and her staff at Paper Moon Invitations!! From start to finish they made sure every aspect of my experience was flawless. Jeanne is a true professional and expert in proper invitation etiquette- I never had to worry about a thing while in her hands! Paper Moon Invitations is a fantastic place for all wedding paper product needs. My wife and I were supposed to get married in 2020 but COVID-19 delays caused many issues. Paper Moon Invitations helped us find the perfect Save the Dates, Invitations, and eventually also "Change the Dates" and a new invitation. Jeanne is very thorough and has a lot of experience as my wife and I didn't know exactly what we wanted. Jeanne really helped put everything together and also helped us print some signs needed for wedding day. Everything came out great and we're really happy and grateful for the end products and patience at each required change. I highly recommend Paper Moon Invitations to everyone.

I've been going to Paper Moon for years. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter had to change her wedding date because of Covid and the owner was extremely accommodating. If you want something done professionally, Paper Moon is your place.

While Papermoon does have lots of option for engaged couples to chose from, there is nothing she does that you cannot do on your own on the internet. I did not have a great experience, but I am giving two starts as my save the dates and invites came out as I requested them too. I had multiple problems, first off being that I submitted a significant amount of address and name updates to the list between save the dates and invites, but they did not correct a majority of them (only fixed 2 of 15) and printed incorrectly labeled invite envelopes. On top of that, she did not update my return address on the invite envelopes, and printed them ALL incorrectly. In attempts to fix the problem quickly, she reprinted them on an envelope of the wrong size, and it was hard to close all my invites. Granted, these problems most likely occurred because the owner required you drop off a printed list with hand written edits, rather than allowing customers to send her an updated excel file. She clearly missed the many edits I had written, including the large note on the back regarding my own address change. Its 2021, the fact that I had to drive to drop off a printed sheet of paper with addresses is ridiculous. She also didn't have enough to print all my accommodation cards, so I had to make extra trips to the store to pick them up. On top of these mistakes, frankly the owner is going to waste a TON of your time. She does NOT stop talking about unrelated things, and her personal opinions of current events. She spent a ton of my appointments talking about COVID, even when I asked her to stop. She was very pushy in telling me what I wanted, rather than listening to me. I said from the start - no photos, no glitter. Yet, we spent almost an hour going over photo options and glittery invites. If you appreciate accuracy and efficiency, this isn't the shop for you. Following your wedding, you will constantly receive emails from her asking you to review with no option to opt. out of her mailing list. Great products to chose from, but not over all not a great shopping experience.

Paper Moon did my wedding invitations, ceremony pamphlets and seating chart. I was extremely happy with all of them - they came out beautiful! When I felt lost on what to do for invitations, they knew exactly how to help me. They are extremely responsive and know what they are doing! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding or event invitations etc.!
