Couldn't be happier with our experience with Paper Trails. Kris was incredibly easy to work with and extremely patient. Her communication was great and we felt comfortable the whole way through. The final products (name cards, table numbers & signs) were all very high quality and helped to add a personal touch to our special day. We recommend Paper Trails to all!

Kris and her team were so great to work with! They did our wedding invitation sets, place cards, table numbers, hotel bag tags and some small signs and everything turned out great! She was so helpful with everything from design to wording on the invitations! Even after the wedding she has been so kind and helpful when I go in to get more thank you notes or just to shop!

I highly recommend for all Cleveland brides! Kris went above and beyond for my fiancé and I. We commissioned a local artist to create a set of illustrated invitations and Kris was right on board. She made just the right adjustments for our invitations to print perfectly. I really appreciated her calling every step of the way and she made sure I was in the loop on necessary changes. Most importantly, Paper Trails was efficient and met our timeline.

From the wonderful customer service to their creativity, our invitations, programs(our guests loved the fun flair), gift tags for the hotel gift bags and name cards were perfect. I am a marketer by trade, so I wanted to design my own wedding stationery, figuring I could save money on the graphic design fees and find a printer to just print my stationery. However, this was harder than I thought it would be. The big print companies can't (or just don't) print small batches of items apparently, and they all wanted me to use their design services/templates. As a last resort, my mom stopped in Paper Trails on a whim and asked if they could help me, and they said they could! We met with Kris twice to talk about paper and quantity, I sent her my files and mailing lists, and she printed everything timely and all correctly. She even did some last-minute printing for me the week of the wedding, which was a lifesaver. I'm so grateful they were able to make my vision come to life - they were my last hope and they made it happen, and all my stationery turned out beautifully! I received so many compliments. If you're looking for an affordable and local business option, this is a great choice! Kris was very nice and helpful at our in person meetings and spent a lot of time with us! My only reservation is that I felt I needed to be on top of everything, it wasn't seamlessly handled without my oversight like I would have liked, but since I'm a lawyer and very attentive to details, it worked out well for me! The shop is very cute and everything turned out BEAUTIFUL and just as I wanted.

Paper Trails was absolutely incredible! Kris made the experience SO easy and thought of every detail I had not even previously imagined. From the first visit to Paper Trails, I knew we had made the right choice. I did not want to order invitations online, and I also wanted a local business. Paper Trails was amazing, a cute boutique in Rocky River with lovely wedding invitation options as well as beautiful paper and cards. Our first visit with Melissa, the wedding coordinator, she helped us refine what we wanted and directed us to specific books. Please make sure you have an appt with the wedding coordinator. It would be too overwhelming to walk in and look without her guidance. So many books, so many designers, so many options. Plus the wedding coordinator offers so much more to the visit, including total costs and timelines, and will help you stay within your budget. We decided on a “custom” design and it turned out beautifully. Kris, the owner worked on the design to create a very special invitation, that also coordinated with the Save the Date cards, Thank you notes, Ceremony Programs, Hotel information cards, Table Numbers and Rehearsal Dinner invites, as well as printed envelopes. Yes, I ordered that much because we were so happy with them! The print quality and paper options were fantastic. Kris was easy to work with, receptive to changes in the proofs, quick turn around time, and her design knowledge is invaluable. We were very pleased with our experience at Paper Trails and we highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Melissa at Paper Trails! We actually live in Chicago but I am from Ohio originally and my soon-to-be mother-in-law suggested Melissa at Paper Trails. So although we weren't local, most of the coordination was easily done over email and phone calls. Melissa was very patient and helpful as we looked through tons of books of invitation options. She was very perceptive and picked up on the styles and fonts I was leaning towards to help us narrow down on options. She helped us create the perfect invitation that turned out exactly as I was envisioning. She also did an amazing job with her follow up to ensure I stayed on track in the ordering process and in the end I was so pleased with the final product. I was honestly shocked when I began searching for invitations online - wedding invitations are so expensive, especially if you want something creative or unique. Melissa at Paper Trails assured us she could stay within our budget, and she did. She was such fun to work with and very responsive through emails -- super helpful and willing to work with us to find the right design, especially in a limited timeframe (we didn't place an order as soon as we should have). In the end, we were thrilled with our invites and paid less than we would have for many budget invitation websites. All that and with personal, in-person service in a cute boutique in Rocky River.

We had been looking around for invitations, and we ordered a ton of samples from online shops. However, after 2 rounds of samples, there was still nothing that we liked. We then started looking at local paper shops, hoping to make something custom to reflect what we wanted. When we met with the wedding consultant at Paper Trails, we knew we found the place to order our invitations. We loved it there. They spent much time and many proofs getting our invitations just right, but they were right there with us, making every change that we requested and making our invitations perfect. They were a pleasure to work with, and we order our wedding programs and thank you notes/scavenger hunt cards from them as well.

Invitations were a huge undertaking for our wedding. We had a sense of what style we wanted (simple and classic ivory) and Melissa helped us find the perfect invitation. The paper quality was great and they look beautiful. Now, comes what to have ON the invite. Although I am confident at work with my writing style, a wedding invitation is a whole different level of complexity. Include the parents/not include the parents? Include my parents who contributed to the cost, but leave out my future in laws? Include the women's name or Mr. And Mrs. only? How do you tactfully include a website address? So many questions! Melissa at Paper Trails was absolutely wonderful. She was an expert on everything and helped us work out the perfect wording. Throughout the entire process she was always quick to respond and very flexible around our schedule. And the price was great too! I am looking forward to working with Melissa for all of our family needs in the future! We just ordered personalized note cards yesterday! Thank you Melissa!

I recently ordered my wedding invitations through Paper Trails of Rocky River for a May 2015 wedding. I was very impressed by the knowledgeable staff who helped narrow down literally hundreds of choices to find the perfect match for us. The ordering process was simple and the staff was very responsive to our tweaks of the design along the way. I wholeheartedly recommend using Paper Trails for their great selection and outstanding service.

My mother and I had a wonderful experience working with Melissa. We went in with an idea of the type of invitation we liked, and Melissa explained and showed us many different options without overwhelming us. The result was truly the most beautiful invitation I could have imagined. Invitations, to me, are such an important component of the wedding, as it sets the tone for your theme and style. Paper Trails helped us exceed our own expectations. We received countless compliments from friends and family stating that the invitations were the most beautiful they had ever seen. Melissa made the process smooth and enjoyable, and her availability to answer questions by phone or e-mail was paramount. I cannot recommend Paper Trails enough. And the shop itself is absolutely darling, with lots of unique paper products for all occasions.

This was such a great experience. Our "Theme" was a vintage Truman Capote Black and White ball from 1966 with a black baccarat rose as the color.. Everything my( now hubby after 3 weeks yeah!) and I wanted Melissa, came through examples of beautiful vintage invitations. We decided on an Hollywood/Gatsby tri fold over invitation, so nothing would fall out. They were beautiful. Melissa was there through email to answer questions with in 2 hours even when she was working from home. Paper Trails also did our place cards and thank you notes. They also came out beautifully. When we placed each order the proofs were in our email with in 2-3 business days. Melissa assisted with wording for the divorced families and the difference between black tie and formal, we went with formal:) She is what makes everything about Paper Trails great, her insight and precise attention to detail, and she actually cares about her brides. I was overwhelmed on the day to meet with her (3 weeks before the big day) with place cards and she kept in touch and was kind and generous. Paper Trails will have our business for life. They are extremely well priced and professional, kind, and understands the wedding process. My Husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Paper Trails, they were the best. I've entered this store 3 times and not once was I ever greeted, approached, or offered assistance. Overpriced items that you can just find cheaper on etsy. I would mot recommend based on their terrible customer seevice-

I worked with Melissa at Paper Trails for my daughter's wedding. There is NOTHING she did not do for us. Her patience, expertise, and honesty were greatly appreciated. I had in mind what we wanted and Melissa knew JUST how to guide me. The invitations were gorgeous, the wedding program quite unique and everything else we ordered was perfect. The quality of all items was simply elegant. I live about an hour from the shop so whenever I called to set up an appointment the Paper Trails' staff were very accommodating and respectful of the distance I had to drive. Melissa was great to work with, very knowledgeable and helped narrow my search to the wedding invitations that fit my style and the overall look I wanted for my wedding. She also went the extra mile to ensure I got everything I needed in time from the printers, and also referred me to an outstanding calligrapher. Melissa was fantastic at helping us find invitations and accessories that fit my vision for our wedding. And Katie creates proofs and does corrections at lightening speed. Every single thing we ordered through Paper Trails was top quality and absolutely beautiful. We ordered our save the dates, invitations, table numbers, escort cards, menus and thank you cards without any problems whatsoever. My absolute favorite thing they did for us too was printed the guests addresses on the envelopes for our invitations - so much cheaper than a calligrapher and much more classy than labels or bad handwriting. And when we picked up our invitations we received "Bridal Credit" through them that we applied towards our accessories - our escort cards were free thanks to that! I recommend them 100%! It's pricier than just ordering online or DIY - but in my opinion worth every penny.

Let me start by saying my wedding invitations turned out beautful and everyone loved them but if i could do it again I would find another vendor that uses the same company for their invitations. Melissa was RUDE and snippy with us the entire time. She was rude to my mom who had innocent questions about her daughters wedding invitation that we were about to spend a fortune on. The icing on the cake for me was after my dad wrote a $1,400.00 CHECK after an hour and a half of decision making she would not let him use the bathroom in the store. We were constantly talked to like we were idiots because we didnt know as much about paper as they did. If you can handle the attitudes then you will get nice invitations but EVERYTHING is an upcharge. I have a friend getting invitations out of the same book I used from a papyrus store... I would do that if I could do it again!

The got many of our compliments beginning with our wedding invitations, save the dates etc. Being an out of state bride, Paper trails was more than accomodating to my needs and did an excellent job at coordinating dates and communicating. I trusted every decision and suggestion and I couldn't have been happier. It was a pleasant experiance and will use them again!

I have been shopping at Paper Trails for cards and gifts for the last few years, and so when it was time to choose wedding stationery, I knew I would take my business to them. There were so many choices for save-the-dates and invitations at a variety of price points. Everything was delivered exactly when promised, if not earlier than quoted. We were able to stay under budget for our wedding of 80 guests. Unless you are on a very limited budget or you are really into paper crafts/ scrapbooking and want to do the DIY thing, you really should consider buying local and supporting this small business.

I first found out about Paper trails on Channel 8 with KICKIN IT WITH KENNY!! and Im glad I did. Melissa helped me out the whole time with my invitaions which came out AMAZING!!! At the last minute I decided to go with the board which lists all the guests names and the girls helped me out with that too. I thought I wasn't going to get everything on time but they made it happen. Melissa returned my calls ASAP and all the girls just made our day stress free. I am so happy with Paper Trails..Thank you so much for everything...

I used Paper Trails for my "save the date" and wedding invitation envelope orders. The first person I worked with was helpful and knowledgable about the products. My first order was placed and returned in a timely manner. My second experience did not go as well. The customer service person who was originally helping me, left on maternity leave. She left detailed notes for my second envelop order, but the order was a disaster from start to finish. First,I was told the color I wanted for my inside envelop was not available (I later checked online, and it was available), then when I called back to make a small change in the order, I was unable to reach someone for over one week! It turns out the store was closed for summer vacation, but the only way to find that information was to stop by the store and see the small sign in the window. I wish they had recorded a message on their voicemail, or warned me when I placed the order, that they were closing for a week. When the envelopes did come in, the envelop liners were not assembled. I had paid extra to have someone assemble them. I was told they would be assembled that day, then delivered to my house. But two days later, I was still without envelopes. On the day they did arrive at my house, several of the liners had been incorrectly assembled—overlapping the outside of the envelope. They had to be thrown out. Luckily, there were enough extra liners to make new ones. By the time I actually received my completed order, three extra days had passed, and I was scrambling to get my invites assembled and in the mail. I was extremely frustrated. They did acknowledge the mistakes and refunded me part of my order. I expected a higher level of customer service from a small locally owned business.

I just got married last month and paper trails was the easiest, most stress-free part of all of my planning. Katie and Melissa helped me with my Save the Dates, Menu Cards, Place Cards and Invitations. Everything was so beautiful and coordinated perfectly! Katie and Melissa gave me great advice on what would look good and what they recommended but never were pushy and always listened to me. They were very knowledgable about current trends and classic styles. They custom made my wedding invitation to exactly what I wanted and it was perfect! Everytime they said something would be done on time, it was (and sometimes even before!). They helped me to plan when my appointments should be - taking so much worry out of my wedding planning process. When I picked up all of my paper products, they were always beautifully wrapped and organized, making it soo easy for me to send out!! I loved paper trails!! They helped make my wedding SOO great!!

The service was great but the final result really wasn't worth the expensive prices.

Melissa is friendly, knowledgeable and brings a keen eye for design to her work. Katie handled the design aspect itself, and she is talented, sharp, pleasant and expedient. The two ladies were quick to return emails and questions- that is something important to me. Of all of the many great vendors I worked with through the wedding process, it is Paper Trails that was by far the best. It felt like talking to friends who cared about our wedding. I happen to be in the design industry, and can speak to the beautiful aesthetic of the invitations. They were personal and unique, and on top of all of this, the prices were the same as on-line vendors- very reasonable. 5 Stars!!

Paper Trails worked with us to create a unique design to fit the theme of our wedding. The service was great and our invitations were perfect. Our wedding timeline was a bit rushed, but the staff was friendly and worked with our timeline.

I ended up ordering my wedding invites, save the dates, thank you cards, menus, table place setting frames, and ceremony programs. I loved the full service options with personalized attention. Working with Katie was enjoyable, but sometimes I called the shop but other employees seemed confused about my orders. All my paper materials were beautiful although the photo printing on my thank you cards was not as "crisp" as I would have liked. The price was reasonable enough but custom stuff is pricey so you have to come to expect that. In general, the designs really brought my theme together and were conversation pieces for my guests so I'm pretty happy about the overall outcome.

I am very happy with my experience at Paper Trails. I had heard that buying invitations online is the cheapest route. When I started looking online I couldn't find anything that I liked. I called Paper Trails and they had products to offer in the same price range. They have so many beautiful designs to pick from, at a great price. And you get the human to human experience while supporting a local business. The customer service was great. They answered all the questions and were very helpful. It's a challenging part of the wedding planning process because you want to get it perfect and have a lot of other things on your mind at this stage, but they make it as easy as it can be.

The paper wasn't that great but they were pretty! Assembling them was a lot of work!

I could write a book on how bad these ladies treated me. Even though I only bought 70 invites and paid over 800.00 for them. I guess I didnt spend enough.

These people are awesome to work with, and their products are all so sharp and stylish. Highly recommended. Very fast turnaround, and lots of special-interest designs.

Good Job; many many people liked our invites

I love the products that Paper Trails provides but I can't say the same on the service. I won't get into what happened exactly, but on my 3rd proof of the invitations, there were typos, which is unacceptable in a printing business. In the end, the invitations were beautiful and everything was spelled correctly. Just didn't like that they didn't offer a discount or anything in return for their mistake. Was ready to call it quits with them at that point, but it was too late in the game. Just be prepared for poor customer service.
