Deb was so easy to work with and our save the dates and invites were gorgeous! Our seating board worked out perfectly!

We were a COVID-19 Wedding and our date and plans changed several times. Deb and Tara were incredible with rolling with the punches and being there for us when needed. They were fast to respond to our changes and even mailed out our change the dates for us! They were one of the easiest vendors we had the pleasure of working with and would recommend them to anyone looking for invitations!

There is no comparison for the level of service and quality of product for this company. Paperwhites is a true gem in the industry! In fact- just stop reading this now and start talking to Deb. {but, If you don’t want to take my word for it, I digress. lol 😉🤣} Deb is a brilliant woman, who knows her craft and business. Sharp as a tack, and immediately/ always on top of anything- including keeping ME on track!! COVID has had its impact on everyone, and in our case it meant having to push out invitation production wayyyy past the recommended timeline. But- we didn’t know what was going to happen, who to invite, and what we were truly going to need. When the deadline was well past my original choice for invitation vendor, Deb and her team {virtually} took me by the shoulders, looked me in the eye and said , “listen- here’s what we’re going to do.” Our timeline was saved, and then, two weeks later, our venue pulled out of their contract to hold our event. We were devastated, and it meant pushing out the order even later ( an extra two+ weeks!). Tara’s perfectly customized, detailed designs were not compromised for one moment, despite any time crunches. Y’all, I proud to boast that with no sweat, in what seemed like one swift motion, our invitations went out in time for our guests to reply and understand our plans. These ladies are miracle workers; getting all of this done while also taking my vision/ dream for the most beautiful wedding invitation and surpassing our every expectation.

Completely custom process that was as easy as picking and choosing what you've seen on their display. Endless possibilities!! Deb & Tara were great to work with and it felt like they could read my mind. The quality of the invites were better than expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a paper goods vendor!

Deb and Tara at PaperWhites were amazing to work with. Being an out-of-state bride, I was most nervous for planning the stationary but except for in-person consultations when I needed it, everything was done electronically. They made a beautiful welcome sign for our wedding using one of our engagement pictures too. They were quick and efficient and the work was personalized and beautiful.

Deb and her team did an amazing job with all of our wedding paper goods! We received so many compliments on our invitations themselves, and our church programs were absolutely stunning. The staff was always willing to work with us to accommodate our budget. Tara was so friendly and so responsive to my many emails. They were willing to fix a few invitations for us free of charge, even though they were due to my mistakes! I loved how classy and elegant our invitations were, and the shimmery paper we chose was beautiful. I would highly recommend Deb and her staff for wedding invitations, programs, and name cards!

We didn't really know where to start with save the dates and our wedding invitations. We knew from the moment that we met with Deb that she was going to take care of us! She had so many beautiful examples for us to look at and answered all our of questions. When we went to pick up our save the dates and wedding invitations, we were blown away with how beautiful they all turned out. Guests commented on how gorgeous the invitations were! They definitely made a statement! Both Deb and Lori were very responsive to emails and were very accommodating. They also did a beautiful job with our wedding day signs. Highly recommend as they helped to make this part of our wedding planning process so much simpler and easy. Thank you!!!

Paperwhites came in and saved the day for us! We were trying to design and print all of our day of stationary ourselves (big mistake as non-designers 😅) We reached out to Deb for help a month before our wedding day. She and Tara turned around the design and the printing of all the stationary SO quickly! They picked up on our design style immediately and we barely had any edits at all! Would highly recommend this team - they did such amazing work!

I loved working with paperwhites. They helped with all my day of stationary. They were very easy to communicate with and really listened to my vision of how I wanted everything to turn out! I Received so many compliments on my invitations! They sent me proofs before everything was printed and if I wanted to change something they were happy to do so. They had everything done so quickly. I can't say enough about using Paperwhites for any/all wedding related paper items. First, they made my vision come to life...in a seamless manner. I threw out some ideas, Deb wrote them down, and bam! There they were on the first go with Tara (who is also a saint). There are just a lot of online options, and while they may seem "less expensive", to get the personal touch and customize everything, it really adds to the entire experience. I thought I was a relatively easy-going bride, and 51 emails later...maybe not so much :) But never once did I feel like I was asking too much or being obnoxious in my requests. I highly recommend working with Paperwhites and feel that anyone that does will have a very similar, wonderful & positive experience!

After a lot of shopping around for invitations, I'm glad I ended up with Paperwhites. Deb and her team are wonderful to work with, no matter how big or small you want to go (or edits you want to make). We ended up using them not only for our invitation suite, but also for our placecards and table numbers. Everything looks outstanding! For being a local business instead of an online store, I think you get the service you pay for. They were lovely on all counts and I received so many compliments on the invitations and paper suite.

As the matron of honor for my soon to be sister in law, I used Paperwhites to create the bridal shower and bachelorette invites! They turned out amazing. The designers at Paperwhites are so talented, creating pieces for the wedding that all came together perfectly! I highly recommend them for any occasion!

We watched a lot of friends try to do their own save the dates/invites and become very frustrated and unhappy with the process. From the moment we sat down with Deb from Paperwhites we knew that she was going to take care of us and make this an exciting part of the wedding planning. My fiancé came to Deb with a ton of Pinterest ideas for our save the dates and invitations. We were blown away when we saw what they put together. We originally were going to just do the save the dates and invitations but had so much fun with it that we ending up doing a lot of other stuff. They helped us with rehearsal/bridal shower invites, place cards, menus, thank you cards and random signs for the wedding. They took the time to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it and that it was perfect. They were extremely responsive with our requests. We could not have been more happy with Paperwhites. They were a huge part of what made our wedding a big success!

My fiance and I had invitations designed and printed through Paperwhites. The designer, Aria Grant, did a fantastic job, creating a logo just for us and capturing the tone of our wedding perfectly. We had an invite, an accommodations card and an RSVP all in an envelopment folder and then in an envelope. We had the guests addresses and our return address printed on the envelopes which looked great and saved us a lot of time. All of the pieces looked and felt of high quality and the printing was excellent. The color choices that were available to us for paper and envelopes were endless and we were so pleased with how our package came together. The pastor officiating our wedding called to say it was the nicest he has ever seen and he has seen a lot. Thanks again Deb and Aria! It was wonderful working with you!

Deb, the owner, was great to work with. Pleasant, friendly, & professional. She listened to what my daughter wanted and made it happen. She didn't try to up-sell or sell us any additional items. She replied very promptly to all my questions & emails which I greatly appreciated. We received many compliments on how beautiful, lovely, & elegant the invitations were. We know several printers and they all said they were the nicest invitations they've seen. I highly recommend Paperwhites. PS - They have a Big Boy statue in their building so you know they have to be fun! :-)

Deb was so great to work with from Paperwhites. I came with a specific invitation in mind and she helped execute and make my vision come true and turn out better than I expected. We received tons of compliments on our invitations and how beautiful they were. They were not only gorgeous and professional looking, but very well organized and easy for the guests to look through all the wedding information details. Working with Paperwhites was amazing because they were so accommodating and came up with the best design and product. I had sketched my wedding dress and wanted to use that in the invite (as well as the program) so Deb and Lori gave me a few options using the sketch in the background with the lettering over it. The design we went with had some block lettering and some script and was incredibly elegant. My dress was gold and wanted to incorporate gold into the invite so I was surprised and excited with the most beautiful gold envelopes for the invites as well as the RSVP cards. It really couldn't have been more fitting for our wedding! They also included addressing all of the envelopes in our total which was really reasonable, and they did our programs for surprisingly low. We were so pleased with everything!

I cannot say enough positive things about Paperwhites. I came to Deb and the team knowing nothing about wedding invitations. I gave Deb my colors and my budget and said "Do something Beachy, I trust you." and that is exaclty what they did! Since we are having a destination wedding in Punta Cana, I was extremely impressed that the designer took the time to research my wedding website and the resort that we are staying at for inspiration. I loved being able to see and approve the invitation before anything was final. My invitation is PERFECT and very 'beachy' looking which is exaclty what my fiance and I wanted. We have gotten to many compliments on them and people asking who I went though. I would highly, recommend Deb and her Paperwhites team to anyone looking for wedding invitations. You will not be disappointed!

We used Paperwhites for our entire wedding. The invitations, menus, place cards, table numbers, etc. and everything turned out better than anyone could have expected. Paperwhites made all of our stationary wedding dreams come true. Deb and her team were wonderful to work with and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process of our wedding planning. I loved how Deb listened to all of my ideas and took into consideration all of the different details I wanted to include in my wedding stationary. She was absolutely wonderful at helping me decide and narrow down which details to include and ultimately which direction and style would be best for us and our special day. Best of all, she was more than willing to work within our budget. I was extremely happy with each piece of our wedding stationary Deb and her team designed and created for us, which included all of the pieces of our invitations, table numbers, ceremony programs, menus, and place cards. On top of everything, I had always dreamed of having a custom monogram for my wedding that I would incorporate into several different aspects of our day and they were able to make that dream a reality in the most beautiful and unique way. It was really important to me that our stationary design be unlike any others before and I couldn't be happier with the result. We received countless compliments from wedding guests and we are thrilled we chose Paperwhites! We would highly recommend them for any stationary needs and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Paperwhites. My relationship with Deb at Paperwhites started with my bachelorette invites- my maid of honor had deb create the perfect invite for my special night. I loved what she did so much, I asked her to do my wedding invites. Deb sat down with me, took the time to listen to my vision and then created the most beautiful invite that suited my wedding perfectly! Her attention to detail, use of only the finest paper and knowledge of the perfect wording is amazing! I also used Paperwhites this past weekend for my son's baptism invitations! I will continue to use Paperwhites for all the special events in my life :)

Although on a budget, we ultimately chose Paperwhites after meeting with several other wedding invitation vendors because we were impressed at our initial meeting with Deb (the owner) and the quality of the product samples we were shown. While our invitations turned out nice, the overall experience was poor. Throughout the process, we were thrown many curve-balls such as- design could not begin until all details were finalized- not just the ceremony, but also the rehearsal dinner and brunch times, venues, etc; only computerized graphics could be used; a "custom" monogram means the appropriate letters, not actually something unique; although a matted invitation has an increased cost, there is a separate, additional fee to actually mat the invitation which is distinct from the quoted assembly fee, etc. Perhaps the worst was at the end of this ordeal when I went to the post office and they told me the RSVP postcards were cut too small to qualify as a postcard by USPS standards and I would have to either pay extra or put regular post-card stamps on them and risk them not being delivered (ie- leave it at the discretion of each outgoing post office from which they are to be mailed). The majority of our interactions were via email (in fact, our entire interaction with the designer was via email) which, worked out well for our schedules. However, it was easy for them to not respond to certain aspects of the email, which created problems later down the road. Each in-person interaction I had with Deb (a total of 4) she became progressively more rude. This was to the point that when I picked up the invitations, I was ushered not into her office, but to the mailroom as she stood over me demanding the check with thinly veiled conceit. Not worth the money in our book. Weddings are stressful enough already!

Everyone that had recieved my invitations were so amazed at the quality and commented how pretty they were! I had used one to put in the center of our unity candle as well and our guests had thought we had gotten the unity candle made professionally when My husband and I did it ourselves. But the amazing detail and end result of the invitations is just amazing! Deb is truely a master designer and can put the magical touches you like. I had talked to her whatI had visualized and What the plans were for the wedding and she showed me samples of what could be done. Paperwhites arent like other stationery places where I found they argue with you. This place you tell them what you want and they go above and beyond and make the dream happen. When I had picked up the invitations I started to cry because they were so beautiful.. Thank you again to Deb and your wonderful staff!
