The backdrop truly speaks for itself, and so many of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended.

eel seamless, joyful, and incredibly special. My husband and I have both said that one of the unexpected things we’ll miss most about wedding planning is meeting with the Paradise Cove team — they were a dream to work with.
We wanted our wedding and our guests to feel like they had stepped into a serene tropical hideaway, and the Cove exceeded that vision in every way. The natural flora and fauna across the property are stunning, and it’s clear the team takes great care in maintaining the grounds. Guests loved hanging out on the beaches by the firepits, the tiki bar and torches, and the live Caribbean steel drum band. The bridal bungalow was another highlight — It’s incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed — there was more than enough room for me and my girls to comfortably get ready. We also loved how flexible and inclusive Paradise Cove is when it comes to vendors. Couples can choose from the venue’s trusted vendor list or bring in their own external vendors, allowing full customization. Parking is also convenient with dedicated Lakeside Suite parking that made unloading easy for us, our family, and our vendors. The options Paradise Cove offers are so diverse - my husband and I got to sail away on a speed boat for our send-off at the end of the reception! The value of the packages is exceptional for everything that’s included.
We began our planning journey with Tabitha Carroll who is such a responsive, kind, and thorough Event Coordinator. From our earliest conversations, Tabitha made us feel supported and confident. She answered every question thoughtfully, guided us through every detail, and made the planning process feel exciting rather than overwhelming.
As we got closer to the wedding, we were paired with our 60-day & Day-of coordinator extraordinaire, Courtney Kelly — we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Courtney’s enthusiasm, expertise, and tireless work made our wedding day absolutely perfect. We had complete confidence that she had everything handled, which allowed us to fully enjoy every moment without stress. Courtney especially helped us fully decompress in the weeks leading up to the wedding — she handled last-minute follow-ups and coordination so we could truly unplug and enjoy the lead-up to our big day.
On the wedding day itself, Courtney absolutely blew us away. She and our incredible assistant coordinator, Luis, handled everything flawlessly. Courtney was by my side from the very beginning — helping guests find their way, taking care of our parents, bringing us snacks and drinks to stay hydrated throughout the day, even fixing my veil with pins when it loosened. She's a master at her craft — she was everywhere at once and handled everything with grace, helping us be where we needed to be to enjoy every event to the fullest and capture the most magical photos we could.
Our wedding day felt like a dream come true, and we are endlessly grateful to Courtney, Luis, Tabitha, and the entire Paradise Cove team for making it so magical. We would recommend this venue a thousand times over to any couple looking for a breathtaking setting and an exceptional team that truly cares about making your wedding unforgettable.

ve, professional, and made the planning process feel smooth and organized. On the day of the wedding, everything flowed beautifully, and the setting itself truly speaks for itself, it’s stunning.
I do want to note one issue that future couples should be aware of. For catering, we were given three preferred vendor options and selected Cocktails Catering. While our overall venue experience with Paradise Cove was positive, we did encounter significant issues with the bar service provided by that vendor.
Very early into the reception, the bar ran out of the selected tequila for one of our signature drinks and substituted it without our knowledge. We were also told only three handles had been provided for our 100-person wedding. The situation was disappointing and ultimately not resolved after the event.
While I understand Cocktails Catering operates as a separate vendor, they are presented as a preferred option through the venue. Because of that, I think it’s important for couples to ask detailed questions about liquor quantities, backup inventory, and substitution policies when making their selection.
That said, our direct experience with Luis and Cathleen and the venue itself was excellent. Paradise Cove is truly a beautiful place to get married, I just encourage future couples to be very thorough when reviewing catering and bar details.

? But it was absolutely perfect! They are all inclusive, but you are still able to choose from their preferred vendors. From the initial planning stages, and especially in the last couple of months, everyone at Paradise Cove was attentive to every detail, easy to communicate with, and I can’t say enough about how helpful they were the day of the event, especially Kayli and Arianna who were amazing! The bridal suite was beautiful and big and set up well for the girls to hang out in and get ready during the day. Every staff member on site for the wedding was willing to do whatever we needed. They unpacked all the decorations/items we brought from the car while we were getting ready, set it all up, and even packed it all up for us at the end of the night to ensure nothing was forgotten. They catered to my daughter and son in law, checking in often during the night to bring drinks, food, and everything they could possibly want. Every detail was covered and I had really not much to think about by the time the day arrived. The guests were gushing about how beautiful and relaxed the venue was and kept asking how we found it! We were worried about the weather, but ended up with a warmer day, even though the week was unusually cold for Florida and it was chilly at night so they had heaters at the cocktail hour and in the reception. The windows in the pavilion can all be closed against the weather, and it just all turned out better than I could have imagined.

The wedding day went very smoothly, however, the planning process was slightly rocky. Our coordinator missed details along the way, especially when it came to the timeline or changes from vendors. She was also difficult to get a hold of at times.
This venue does hundreds of weddings a year, and ours was no exception. There was even a small ceremony at the venue while we were getting ready in the bridal cottage, so be prepared as the venue is not private during your event. With Paradise Cove and its coordinators being so busy, I would recommend hiring a planner or coordinator outside of the venue.
Despite the small hiccups, we wouldn't have picked another venue to make our tropical dream party come true!

To clarify- depending on your rental, we are either open to the public or host smaller elopements during the day. We do offer full day buyouts should you prefer to have the property exclusively for the entirety of the day, however, your exclusive rental began 2-hours prior to your ceremony in which then the property was private to you. The venue was private during your contracted rental. I am happy to hear that you did have such a wonderful day and that all of your wedding dreams came true! Wishing you two a lifetime of happiness!

We got married on April 10, 2025 at Paradise Cove in Orlando, Florida, and it was truly the wedding of our dreams.

space is effortless, the getting-ready house is just steps away from the ceremony spot, which is only a few more steps from cocktail hour and then the reception, all nestled lakeside under gorgeous string lights. We did our private vows on the bridge overlooking the lake (such a serene and romantic setting) and ended the night with the most epic grand exit, on a BOAT! It was such a wow moment and a memory we’ll never forget. All of our guests were blown away by the setting, it felt intimate, tucked away, and naturally beautiful, needing very little extra decor, the natural setting speaks for itself. Even the cross-back chairs and ceremony arch we selected through the venue added to the charm and elegance of the day. Every inch of the property is picture-perfect, and it all feels intimate, secluded, and beautifully maintained.
We also added the venue’s VW bus photo booth, which was hands-down the coolest photo booth we’ve ever seen. It fit the vibe perfectly and was such a hit with our guests. Plus, a detail we didn’t even think about, not a mosquito in sight! The venue is treated in advance, which makes everything that much more comfortable and carefree.
Our guests were blown away. One of our cousins is already dreaming of doing their vow renewal at Paradise Cove, and our family has been joking that we should throw a party there every year, it was that special!
Beyond the beauty of the space, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the Paradise Cove team, especially Kayli, our coordinator. She was warm, responsive, patient, and always made us feel welcomed and excited, even when we had a million questions. She recommended most of our vendors and kept our vendors aligned and our plans on track, and by the time our wedding came around, we felt completely at ease knowing Kayli had everything handled.
At our rehearsal, Kayli and Luis, our assistant coordinator, took charge with so much grace and professionalism. They walked us through the day, had our entire itinerary printed and clarified, and ensured that everyone was confident and prepared. On the big day, Dana from the team was such a special presence. She made sure we looked amazing for photos, brought us drinks and food when we needed it, and was such a calming, supportive presence. One moment we’ll never forget: right after our ceremony, when we walked down the aisle, the team handed us our signature drinks, they were ready and waiting for us! It was such a thoughtful, celebratory detail.
There were so many magical moments we’ll never forget, Luis fixing my train before I walked down the aisle, Kayli guiding our flight risk flower girls down the aisle, and the entire team executing our vision flawlessly. They handled the full venue setup, decor, signage, favors, everything, so we could focus solely on enjoying the day.
Paradise Cove truly felt like a lakeside paradise, and we are endlessly grateful to the team for making our wedding so joyful, seamless, and deeply personal. We can’t recommend this venue and team highly enough!

The service is just so personalized and genuine. Leading up to the wedding, Courtney answered all of our questions in a super timely manner and ensured everything was in place prior to arrival so we didn't have to worry about anything. Cathleen and Luis were the perfect team on wedding day ensuring that we had everything we needed and that the timeline stayed on schedule. The Bridal Suite
We paid for the largest intimate package, expecting a premium experience, but the bridal suite provided was in an unacceptable state. It was filthy, with makeup smeared on the walls, hair and dirt on the floor, and a heavily stained suede ottoman. While the venue has since replaced the ottoman, it doesn’t undo the fact I had to sit on it in my wedding dress. We later learned about an upstairs bridal suite offered to other packages, but this was never mentioned to us. If you’re booking an intimate package, be prepared for something subpar.
Coordination
The lack of direction from the coordinator added unnecessary stress. Despite an hour-long WhatsApp call discussing key details like timing and who would stand at the altar, on the day, my partner wasn’t prompted, leaving him feeling unsure and unsupported. Additionally, the public are allowed to walk along the left-hand side of the venue for watersports. People were visibly talking and watching at a kiosk near where we were taking photos, making the experience feel awkward and far from private.
Photography
The photography, handled by Castaldo Studio, was one of the biggest disappointments. Many photos were poorly framed, with visible tripods and the videographer in the background. We were told we received all photos, but the file sequence shows missing images, including key moments like a photo with our officiant. Most upsettingly, none of the photos from our first kiss are in focus, leaving us without a single usable image of this once-in-a-lifetime moment.
The photographer’s behaviour during the session was also inappropriate and cringeworthy. We were asked to "say something sexy" to each other, "growl" or "meow," and pose like superheroes or muscle men—completely unprofessional and at odds with the tone we wanted for our wedding. Additionally, we weren’t offered iconic shots around the venue, like along the jetty, which are prominently featured in their marketing. Editing was minimal and not at the standard advertised.
Venue Response
When we raised our concerns, we were told they had fulfilled their "contractual obligations." Their dismissive response offered little resolution, with excuses instead of accountability. Suggesting we "request additional edits" or reach out to the officiant for missing photos does not address the emotional impact of these shortcomings.
Conclusion
Paradise Cove is a beautiful venue, but our experience was overshadowed by poor coordination, unprofessional photography, and a lack of attention to detail. We paid for the largest intimate package expecting a premium experience, but what we received fell far short of what was advertised. If you’re considering this venue, especially from abroad, ask detailed questions to manage your expectations. Sadly, we’ll never get our wedding day back, and the memories we’re left with are not the ones we hoped for.

As we discussed, your package did not include our bridal suite. Your package included the 10x10 dressing room 30 minutes prior to ceremony. This is typically a holding space, and not the 2-story home that is included for our ceremony and reception packages. I did appreciate you bringing the stain on the couch to my attention upon your initial email, and therefore we did replace the couch as you mentioned above. However, we did not feel that your request of financial compensation for this situation was relevant.
Additionally, our intimate packages are structured as 90-120 minute elopements and are only the reservation of the ceremony space, which is why these packages are economical with entire wedding productions beginning at just $2,495 (inclusive of floral, photography, Officiant, Coordination and more). These are not full venue buyouts. Exclusivity of the multi acre property is only included in our ceremony and reception options.
Regarding your 1-hour photography package- One hour of coverage is 30-minutes of ceremony and 30 minutes of family photos followed by cake cutting. You were offered the option of adding a second hour of photography for only $250, however, you did decline the option at your call with the Day of Coordinator. Unfortunately, there is only so much the photo team can capture in such a limited time. Upon receiving your feedback regarding your photos, I connected with the photography team and offered you the option of further edits at no additional charge. This offer is still on the table if you would like to address the specific ones you are unsatisfied with, however, we have not heard back.
We are heartbroken that you are left disappointed, and we do hope that you take the opportunity to let the photography team address your concerns.

The inclusive package made things a bit easier on my end as well, and all the vendors that I picked were amazing. I really loved the lakeside suite to get ready in as well. It was super helpful to have. Courtney and her assistant were so helpful and wonderful the day of the wedding. They knew exactly what they were doing and made the day go as smooth as possible. They were also very accommodating and allowed us to have our dog Bentley in the wedding which was very important to us. The service was very professional and everyone went above and beyond. Our guests have been raving about the wedding! I would highly recommend this venue, and I'm so glad I picked it. It was well worth the cost. I renewed our vows on our 5 year wedding anniversary in the big wedding we never got to have due to COVID. When Hurricane Milton came through the week leading up to our wedding, the team at Paradise Cove left us speechless with their dedication to making our day seamless. Courtney was our day of coordinator, and she kept us apprised of everything happening at Paradise Cove daily, despite having to prep her own home and family for a major hurricane. This was a destination event for us, and she was so incredibly kind to offer support to our young family with twin babies during the hurricane since we weren’t local. After the hurricane hit, Paradise Cove had a full team on hand first thing in the morning to make the venue look flawless as if nothing happened. When our wedding happened the next day, you’d never have known the chaos of the week leading up. It was truly perfect, all thanks to Courtney and the team at Paradise Cove. I cannot say enough good words about their dedication to their family business and the way they truly care about their clients and their well being. During our wedding, Courtney and her assistant coordinator Dana were always a stones throw away to make sure everything was perfect. My husband and I were able to be present and enjoy the event because of them. Prior to the wedding, Courtney was always very quick to respond to any of our questions or requests. She was very organized and diligent in putting together all the details- the all inclusive package is a dream for destination weddings! I wish we could relive this day over and over again. kage made the planning process much easier. They were able to find top-notch vendors that perfectly complemented our vision.
However, there were a few areas where we felt the experience could have been improved. We encountered some pushback on certain elements of our wedding, which was unexpected. Additionally, we wish we had been advised to limit our personal decorations in the beginning of the planning process as we had to then adjust our vision at the last second.
While we appreciated the efficiency of having multiple weddings per day, it did feel like our wedding was just one of many. We longed for a more personalized experience that would have allowed us to truly make the day our own.
Overall, Paradise Cove provided a beautiful setting for our wedding, but there were some aspects of the experience that left us wanting more. If you're considering this venue, be prepared to be flexible and communicate your vision clearly from the beginning.

serving beers at our cocktail hour, which was a huge hit! My only complaints for our venue staff were that they didn’t relay when we’d need to be ready by for the photographers and we were rushing to have everyone in the photos. Additionally, they let some guests in who were watching us take our first look photos. Lastly, I asked that they keep the film in our Polaroid refilled so that guests could put their photos into our guest book. The film wasn’t refilled once and we missed out on that memory. All in all, it was a beautiful wedding but we feel our coordinators didn’t communicate well and dropped the ball on something important to us.

I do apologize that you were not completely satisfied with the coordination. We do send a very detailed timeline to our couples and vendor team in advance, so I am surprised to hear that you were not sure when to be ready. I cannot speak for the Coordinator you had at your wedding as she is no longer with Paradise Cove, however, I can only imagine that because of the delay with getting ready, the first look was delayed, so you were still outside the suite for guest arrival. I do appreciate the feedback and will connect with our Coordinators about these matters moving forward.

he out of town visitors to enjoy Orlando on the days around our wedding. We couldn't get an evening spot for the dates we wanted, so we got the 8-hour day spot. No regrets! We had brunch themed food stations and yard games set up at the courtyard. We used a homemade ice cream truck vendor instead of cake. Olivia was my day of coordinator, and it was lovely not to have family and friends worry about one thing besides showing up. I had taken months making all homemade decor, arch, and seat decorations, and the team had it all set up for me beautifully. It was the most special day, and it was not very pricey well below the US average! Oh, loved, we could add a bartender for just $200 with our caterer and then supplied the booze ourselves and had drinks for the remainder of the year we took home! Open bar but affordable! We booked Paradise Cove after a Zoom video tour but got to visit 7 months before the wedding, and it's beautiful in pictures and video but magical in person! Still pinch myself I got married here! We did the boat entrance and send off and got some great photos and videos for memories. Just book it!

UGE help. They offer fantastic vendors to choose from within their packages. The lake side bridal suite is 10/10. Also Jasmine, our wedding day coordinator helped us from start to finish beginning with the tour of the venue when we first got engaged all the way through our event. She was by my side the entire day and was just absolutely incredible. She made our wedding run seamlessly and effortlessly and I was able to sit back, enjoy and marry the man of my dreams.

I cannot recommend this venue enough. First off, the staff. We never had to ask for anything. Jasmine and Ari were constantly filling our drink glasses and filling our food plates....
Plus they set up EVERYTHING. Like literally everything. I know the venue is expensive but believe me, it is worth it. The decor is stunning and if you don't feel like dancing, you can go to the beach area or hang out on the dock.
We used their caterer, photographers, and florists and used our own DJ and officiant.
Everything is so easy. They made this the best day of my life and the staff is to thank for that.

Though we had some communication issues with a few of the vendors in their package, all I had to do was contact Paradise Cove and Olivia would fix it immediately. To say that Olivia was by far one of the best people we had by our side for our wedding planning experience is an understatement! Olivia was professional, kind, and communicative from start to finish, and I knew I could trust her with the most important day of our lives. We had some uncommon requests, and they were very easy to work with, and even found us a tortoise to wander our cocktail hour! All setup was handled by them making things so easy, and cleanup was made very easy for us. Everything looked beautiful, and we had the most perfect day. They can work within your budget and their packages, and modify things very easily. Especially on the day of, Kayli and Ashley made sure everything went smoothly and if there were any hiccups, we had no idea. We would recommend Paradise Cove to anyone!

nowledgable about event planning and hosting! Everyone kept telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. One small thing that we wish went differently - we were rushed out at the end, and things were not packed up neatly. Our LED tealight candles were thrown in big baskets, none of them even turned off. We were hoping to re-use them, but all 100+ batteries went dead. It was a bit hectic in the end - so advice to other couples is to have not just a "point person" to help pack up your stuff, but a backup to that point person, and a backup to that person. The bride and groom won't want to be dealing with that stuff at the end of the night! Some items went missing, especially our favors that were at each seat - the extra ones did not get packed up, including the ones at the bride and groom's seats... we fear they were all thrown out. Just passing that on to help future couples. Aside from those minor details, we still recommend Paradise Cove and we were very pleased with how everything turned out!!

021, booked in Jan 2022, and got married in Nov 2023. We wanted a Saturday in late Fall (avoiding summer and hurricane season). Book early as this venue is gorgeous and has impeccable service, so people book far out :) Of course, the venue itself is stunning and is the perfect setting for a tropical event of any vibe (laid back, cocktail, fancy, etc.). I truly believe you cannot go wrong with having an event at Paradise Cove.
Jasmine and Dana were phenomenal as our day-of coordinator and assistant coordinator. I am so thankful for their stellar organization, thoughtfulness, and execution. They made our wedding day incredible. They are seasoned experts who really know how to make your wedding day seamless. Having them by our sides on our wedding day meant that we could be in the moment and focused on enjoying ourselves rather than thinking about what was coming next. Having Jasmine and Dana for day-of coordination was so important and made our day so smooth!!!
We live in Seattle and were planning from afar, but visited the venue once for a tour while visiting family nearby. Jasmine gave us a tour and answered all of our questions throughout the planning process. We also had a thorough 30-day-out call to ensure everything was finalized, which was very helpful!
We booked the inclusive package through PC and highly recommend it!! Especially planning from afar, this made selecting vendors so easy with PC’s approved vendor shortlist. PC was also able to customize our contract to fit our needs and what we wanted our day to look like (don’t hesitate to ask!). The vendors we chose through PC were all excellent! Additionally, this select group of vendors all have plenty of experience working at the venue and with each other, which really helps the day run smoothly as there are no surprises! Another bonus, which I didn’t fully appreciate until later, was that we had 1 comprehensive contract with PC that included the services from all vendors. This meant that we paid PC, who then paid all the vendors. This made life easier for us rather than managing contracts and payment dates for each vendor. Saved us some hassle, since we didn’t have multiple payments and contracts with each vendor. This gave us one (per vendor!) less thing to worry about.
We had the best experience ever at Paradise Cove and cannot say enough positive things about the venue and the team. They were the perfect choice for our wedding and we cannot recommend them highly enough. So incredibly experienced, professional, and the most beautiful venue.

excellent - highly organized, responsive, friendly, and collaborative partners in planning a great event. The day of the wedding, everything was an absolute dream. I could not have imagined that a wedding could possibly go so smoothly with so little stress. There truly was not a single hiccup or lapse of communication - we were able to sit back and enjoy our wedding without needing to tend to all the little details, because everything was taken care of for us. You can see for yourself in photos, but the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The natural Florida flora is the star of the show, lush and vibrant green and moss everywhere in a gorgeous dream like lake setting. Many of our guests grew up in central Florida and couldn't believe this beautiful oasis existed there. The bridal suite was very tidy and cute, a great and spacious place to spend time with your wedding party. We went with an all inclusive package because we live in New York and didn't have time to visit a bunch and scout our own vendors, and absolutely could not have been happier with all the Paradise Cove vendors. It was a dream day for us, and we are so grateful to Paradise Cove for making this happen.

My husband and I got married two months are getting engaged, and I would say I had the easiest planning process ever because of Kayli. From the flowers, to the cake and everything in between, they take care of it. They are experts in curating your vibe seamlessly.
My friends and family talked about the beautiful and private venue for weeks following our wedding. The lake was breezy and cool even in the middle of Orlando summer. It felt like we were in our own little world at Paradise Cove. The team took care of all the planning beforehand and on the day of. I did not have to lift a finger as the bride. The food from Cocktail Catering was incredible, our cake from Sugar Sugar Cakes was beautiful and delicious, the DJ kept everyone engaged and energetic, our photographer took their time with us to get a range of images, flowers from Atmosphere’s brought the decore together, and all the staff at the venue did everything and more to make the day smooth and magical. On top of the wonderful staff taking care of all of us, Paradise Cove is exactly what you expect it to be, a paradise. The string lights, beach, and covered reception space made the private lake feel much further away from downtown Orlando. I can’t recommend Paradise Cove and our vendors enough for anyone looking for a beach wedding in Florida that is both private and romantic.
