Paradise Cove

We are so happy with our wedding day at Paradise Cove! Being from out of state I was very impressed with how smooth the planning process was. Our day of coordinator, Courtney, was incredible. She was on top of everything and ensured a smooth wedding day for my husband and I. 10/10 recommend having your wedding here!

We travelled from London, UK, to get married at Paradise Cove, drawn by the beautiful photos and glowing reviews. While the venue itself is stunning, our overall experience was far from what we expected. The Bridal Suite We paid for the largest intimate package, expecting a premium experience, but the bridal suite provided was in an unacceptable state. It was filthy, with makeup smeared on the walls, hair and dirt on the floor, and a heavily stained suede ottoman. While the venue has since replaced the ottoman, it doesn’t undo the fact I had to sit on it in my wedding dress. We later learned about an upstairs bridal suite offered to other packages, but this was never mentioned to us. If you’re booking an intimate package, be prepared for something subpar. Coordination The lack of direction from the coordinator added unnecessary stress. Despite an hour-long WhatsApp call discussing key details like timing and who would stand at the altar, on the day, my partner wasn’t prompted, leaving him feeling unsure and unsupported. Additionally, the public are allowed to walk along the left-hand side of the venue for watersports. People were visibly talking and watching at a kiosk near where we were taking photos, making the experience feel awkward and far from private. Photography The photography, handled by Castaldo Studio, was one of the biggest disappointments. Many photos were poorly framed, with visible tripods and the videographer in the background. We were told we received all photos, but the file sequence shows missing images, including key moments like a photo with our officiant. Most upsettingly, none of the photos from our first kiss are in focus, leaving us without a single usable image of this once-in-a-lifetime moment. The photographer’s behaviour during the session was also inappropriate and cringeworthy. We were asked to "say something sexy" to each other, "growl" or "meow," and pose like superheroes or muscle men—completely unprofessional and at odds with the tone we wanted for our wedding. Additionally, we weren’t offered iconic shots around the venue, like along the jetty, which are prominently featured in their marketing. Editing was minimal and not at the standard advertised. Venue Response When we raised our concerns, we were told they had fulfilled their "contractual obligations." Their dismissive response offered little resolution, with excuses instead of accountability. Suggesting we "request additional edits" or reach out to the officiant for missing photos does not address the emotional impact of these shortcomings. Conclusion Paradise Cove is a beautiful venue, but our experience was overshadowed by poor coordination, unprofessional photography, and a lack of attention to detail. We paid for the largest intimate package expecting a premium experience, but what we received fell far short of what was advertised. If you’re considering this venue, especially from abroad, ask detailed questions to manage your expectations. Sadly, we’ll never get our wedding day back, and the memories we’re left with are not the ones we hoped for.

We had our wedding at Paradise Cove on October 25th, 2024 and it was fantastic. Communication was great throughout the process and Courtney always answered all of my questions. Everything about the venue was handled perfectly from the vendors, the planning, and the beautiful views. The inclusive package made things a bit easier on my end as well, and all the vendors that I picked were amazing. I really loved the lakeside suite to get ready in as well. It was super helpful to have. Courtney and her assistant were so helpful and wonderful the day of the wedding. They knew exactly what they were doing and made the day go as smooth as possible. They were also very accommodating and allowed us to have our dog Bentley in the wedding which was very important to us. The service was very professional and everyone went above and beyond. Our guests have been raving about the wedding! I would highly recommend this venue, and I'm so glad I picked it. It was well worth the cost. Thank you to everyone at Paradise Cove who helped make our day perfect!

Words cannot describe how amazing this venue is. Our coordinators were so accommodating, knowledgeable, and so kind! The weather was not ideal on our wedding day but everything was still so stunning and organized! The venue is so gorgeous, pictures don’t do it justice! Our guests loved this venue and how unique it is! We also got ready in the bridal suite which was also beautiful. It’s very spacious, has a beautiful area to display your wedding dress, and room to get ready in. The planning process with Paradise Cove is super easy and stress free. They always were patient with us when we had questions or concerns leading up to our wedding. Our wedding day was perfection because of this wonderful venue and staff!

Paradise Cove is the most BEAUTIFUL wedding venue in Orlando. I would highly recommend this wedding venue to anyone! Kayli and Jasmine went above and beyond to make my wedding a dream come true. This venue is the full package! I cannot thank them enough for making my day so perfect!

I cannot recommend this venue enough. First off, the staff. We never had to ask for anything. Jasmine and Ari were constantly filling our drink glasses and filling our food plates. Plus they set up EVERYTHING. Like literally everything. I know the venue is expensive but believe me, it is worth it. The decor is stunning and if you don't feel like dancing, you can go to the beach area or hang out on the dock. We used their caterer, photographers, and florists and used our own DJ and officiant. Everything is so easy. They made this the best day of my life and the staff is to thank for that.

My experience with Paradise Cove and using them to manage many of my vendors was a great experience. I had constant communication over the year of wedding planning, where they assisted me on coordinating with multiple vendors. They had even made a last minute change to my photobooth vendor when they realized I thought the pictures would be printed and not just emailed. I felt the day of coordinator and her assistant was the main reason my wedding was perfect. I would highly recommend working with Paradise Cove and using their on site coordinators for your day. I cannot thank Paradise Cove, particularly Olivia and Dana, enough for making our wedding day so perfect. Despite a cyclone hitting Florida in the middle of December, they made the day so perfect you would have never known it was raining. Olivia was absolutely incredible and so attentive to all of my questions and needs throughout the entire planning process. If you are considering booking your wedding at Paradise Cove, DO IT; you will not regret it for one second!!!

Stunning venue! Heidi and team were fantastic from start to finish. She answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time! Everything was wonderful: the flowers, food, music, and flow. Truly a magical experience!

I am a professional photographer who goes to tons of weddings - I was very impressed by the staff at Paradise Cove for my best friend's wedding. The coordinator team was fantastic the day of, paying attention to every detail. This tiny oasis in busy Orlando is perfectly landscaped with palm trees and tropical plants EVERYWHERE. They are experienced and welcoming of gay weddings and made my friends feel totally comfortable. As a professional in the wedding industry for 10 years, I would personally recommend this venue and the staff.

We had our small and intimate wedding at Paradise Cove and could not rate it more highly. Olivia was our wedding coordinator and she couldn’t have done more for us to make our day perfect. From organising first class vendors to supporting us through a really difficult time close to our wedding date, we couldn’t thank her more. Paradise Cove was the perfect location for our medium sized wedding. During the planning process both Jasmine and Olivia were super responsive to my over a million questions. I wish I had used their day of services b/c I feel I would have had an even better experience than the route I went. The venue is stunning and most of our guests stayed at the Blue Heron and the boat shuttle option they have available for guests just adds a great touch to the experience. We think this is the most beautiful and intimate venue in Orlando that truly feels like a boutique experience. I highly recommend having your day here.
