From start to finish, Parcel 32 was a dream for our September 2024 wedding reception. Erin and Rachel, the lovely ladies managing our event, were extremely communicative and detail oriented. They provided guidance when we needed it and listened when we shared our expectations and vision. Erin, who coordinated the day, executed everything wonderfully. She's an absolute sweetheart. For an 80 person wedding, the unique, two-level space provided guests with ample room to do whatever they pleased, whether that was dance the night away in the parlour or sit down and enjoy a cocktail and hors devours in the main bar room. On top of that, the food and drinks were amazing. My husband and I are so thankful and grateful for how the reception turned out.

Perfection!!!!! That's the only word to accurately describe this place. It is already beautifully decorated and furnished. Our ceremony and reception was held here and I could not get over how perfect it was. Rachel and Jordan are the sweetest ladies. So professional, helpful and attentive from day 1. The chef and kitchen staff - killed it! Everyone RAVED about the food all night. Not to mention they re-created a favorite oyster dish for me perfectly. Above and beyond anything I could ask for in terms of a ceremony and reception location.

The moment that we walked into Parcel, we knew it was the perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. It was absolutely GORGEOUS. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. We loved having our welcome night event at Parcel and we can’t recommend it enough.

Nadia and Rachel are two of the greatest people ever and they made sure that everything was absolutely perfect for us. I would choose this venue 100 more times. Absolutely amazing experience! Rachel and Erin were very helpful throughout the planning process and our wedding day was more than perfect. We had a Welcoming Party for our Son/Fiancee's wedding for 120 guests from out-of-town -- many of the guests stayed in historic downtown hotels within a reasonable walking distance to Parcel 32. When we first visited Parcel 32, and met with Rachel, we knew this was the best place to have the welcoming party -- it was just Charleston! Rachel and Jordan were easy to work with -- professional, very pleasant, accommodating, good communications - from start to finish. There were many food and beverage options to choose from -- and it was easy to find just what we wanted, and more. The Welcome Party went extremely well, just as planned. We received many compliments from our guests on the venue itself, the food, and the service. All the passed Hors D'Oeuvres were well liked...the Low Country Biscuit Bar and the Gelato Bar were especially big hits. Would highly recommend Parcel 32 for any event you may be planning.

Parcel 32 is the perfect venue to have a small wedding, reception, welcome party, or any special event! It is so charming, beautiful, and holds so much history. Felt like we were set back in time! We even had the American theater marquee sign! I was living my notebook love story fantasy lol. We had our reception at Parcel 32. The food was out of this world, our signature drinks were 10/10, and everything couldn’t have gone smoother. Rachel is the sweetest, kindest, most helpful, accommodating, organized, hardworking, person you’ll ever meet. She really puts 1000x efforts in to making sure everything you need is taken care of! She takes so much stress off your plate! I really loved working with her! She works with each vendor and is very present day of. She made sure I was well taken care of! I would hold another event here in a heartbeat!! You will not be disappointed! Also again, the food was AMAZING! And one thing people never forget is the food! All my guest said it was the best food they’ve ever had!

Our wedding day at Parcel 32 was absolutely incredible. From the beginning of the process I knew it would be the most perfect day. Rachel was amazing to work with and then with the recommendation of Peninsula Events to help with the wedding planning and day of coordination the experience was seamless and not stressful! The venue is beautiful and intimate and the food was absolutely delicious. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to and we felt the same way!

The venue is charming and accommodated both a 40 person rehearsal dinner and a 140 person welcome party w ease. Food was very good. Bartenders wonderful. Easy and fun to work with management. Very responsive. A wonderful kickoff for the wedding day.

Our experience with Parcel 32 was a dream! We had a guest count of 35 for our rehearsal dinner and Parcel 32 was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The layout of the venue, the food, the service, we can so enough amazing things about this venue and the team at Parcel 32. Seriously, the chef knocked it out of the park. The food and wine was delicious. We worked with Rachel on our selections and found the options all amazing and perfect for our event. Rachel and her team were responsive and met all of our needs. The venue and the layout provided an insanely intimate and fun atmosphere for the warm up to our wedding! After an incredible dinner and toasts, we went upstairs for cocktails and entertainment. I mean, wow, it was so special and Rachel and her team were just freaking amazing. We are so grateful for all you did for us and the absolutely perfect evening for us and our guests!! Truly the best small venue in Charleston! I have lived in CHS for 4 years and it is the perfect distance from everything for a classic Charleston wedding feel. Everything was done to absolute perfection and on time. Jordan and Rachel are such a dream team. Plus we got complimented on the food by EVERY guest at our wedding. I cannot brag on them or recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Parcel 32 for my wedding. Rachel, Olivia and team at Parcel from the moment we contacted them through the duration of the wedding were some of the most professional, communicative and efficient vendors I've ever worked with. And I came from the event industry! The entire process was seamless and you could tell immediately that there is a reason they are booked up with events almost every night of the week. The planning process was flawless and they worked really hard to meet our requests along with offering fabulous suggestions to elevate the day. They worked within our budget and even steered us in directions to help save money. The team offered some of the best vendor options to make our day special with offering a special list of vendors who they have worked with and had great experiences with. Also, having a turn key venue where you don't have to work with a lot of outside vendors to make the space perfect was a huge plus, especially for day of and logistics. Day of wedding their staff was friendly, extremely helpful and very hardworking. I got many compliments from my guests on how great the staff was. Which now brings us to the food. The food throughout the entire wedding was AMAZING! Feedback across the board was that it was some of the best if not THE BEST wedding food any of my guests had ever had. The filet was cooked perfectly, which was saying something when more than half of our guests came from Texas. The scallops with the corn risotto was perfection, the raviolis had such a nice flavor and the apps, desserts and late night bites were a huge hit! If you are looking for a small intimate venue with the perfect Charleston vibes I would not think twice about booking Parcel!

My daughter had her wedding and reception at Parcel 32 in April 2024. It was an intimate event with about 60 guests in attendance. Rachel Starling was FABULOUS to work with. From the time we met to do our tasting to the very last event of the evening, Rachel did not miss a beat! She went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed, and it truly was the perfect night. The food at Parcel 32 is incredible! We had the small plate filets and our guests raved about them for weeks after the event (along with all of the other foods). Everything was delicious and done to perfection. My biggest fear was that we would run out of food for our guests, and I am pleased to say we had more than enough! The late-night bites and gelato bar were the perfect end to the evening. The entire staff was top-notch-very helpful, professional, and accommodating. The venue is very charming and has that Charleston feel we were looking for. I highly recommend Parcel 32 and Rachel for all of your event needs. You will not be disappointed!

Our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Parcel 32 could not have gone smoother! Rachel in Sales and Erin, our event manager, were professional at all times. They offered suggestions as to what might be best for our event. and carried out all details with perfection!! I can sincerely say that Erin is just wonderful! We couldn't ask for anyone better! - The space itself needs little decorating and so I simply went with bud vases. They supplied tealights. We opted for white linens for the rehearsal dinner and then napkins in the wedding color, sage green. - The food is fabulous. It is unusual for the food at a wedding venue to be so high quality. - I loved the desserts! - The veranda with fresh air was lovely.

Working with Kelly and Rachel at Parcel 32 was a dream. All of our planning was done from Texas, and we didn't even lay eyes on the venue until we arrived for our tasting at the end of February with the wedding just weeks away. I had read reviews, so felt confident that we would be well taken care of and the food would be great--but my expectations were exceeded. Everything about the venue was perfect, from the beautiful setting and convenient location to the excellent food and service. Our guests are still commenting on how delicious the food was and how relaxing and enjoyable the dinner was. The staff were all so kind and friendly and added to the welcoming atmosphere. Kelly helped us every step of the way from menu and tableware suggestions to layout and timing issues. And it all flowed just as we had hoped without a single hitch. Communication with the team was never an issue, and I'm not the most organized person, so I appreciated that Kelly absolutely was and reached out to me every step of the way to remind me when my choices were due or next steps I should be thinking about. The tasting was also a wonderful way to get the menu exactly right and we only regretted that we couldn't eat all of the food they offered that day because it was all delicious and beautifully prepared. Thank you Kelly, Rachel and Parcel 32 for kicking off our wedding festivities with a beautiful, relaxing evening that gave our guests a taste of true Charleston hospitality and beauty.

We had our rehearsal brunch at Parcel 32 and everything was absolutely perfect! Rachel is amazing to work with and made the process so smooth. From picking the menu to linens and logistics, Rachel was such an integral part to our planning process! She was professional, kind, creative, and simply the best. The venue itself is beautiful and perfect for our size group. The food got RAVE reviews- the best brunch!!!! The chicken and waffles were some of the best I ever had! We are very fortunate to have had our rehearsal brunch at Parcel 32 and to have had Rachel support us throughout. Trying to find another reason to have an event here soon!!!

We had my Son rehearsal dinner and it's was wonderful. We had fifty guest for dinner and another fifty guest for a welcome party. The food and the service were terrific, everything when off without a hitch from 5:00 to everyone left at 11:00. I highly recommend them for any affair u like to have!

This venue place was very elegant and intimate for a small romantic wedding. Their staff was extremely nice and informative with any questions we had as the photographers for a wedding held there on 3/6/24. Also, the food was amazing 👏 .

Where to even start…. Let’s start with how Rachel was the only venue manager in Charleston that actually read my initial email. She didn’t respond back with a form letter but rather a few additional questions and then an extremely easy to read quote. She even allowed for an addendum so our dogs could be present for the ceremony (sorry if that’s supposed to be a secret). Immediately just the organization and ease won us over but then the fact that the venue itself is a work of art made it all the more special. My wife and I worried that with having a 30 person wedding we would have to skimp on luxury. From the food to the ambiance we were completely blown away. We skimped on nothing and got the wedding we both dreamed of. (Get the tomato pies!) Additionally the staff went above and beyond with incredibly meaningful small touches such as letting me bring in my own N.A. champagne and beer to packing up all our items night of and letting us pick them up the next morning (trust me having been to enough weddings now that is not always the case). Rachel and the entire staff really did provide us with the most magical night. We got so lucky with a team that understood our vision and helped us accomplish it. Rachel asked logistically questions that I had never even considered that helped the day run so smoothly and my favorite part was that she HAD A PLATE OF FOOD WAITING FOR US AFTER FAMILY PICTURES. My wife and I weren’t one of those horror story couples that didn’t get to eat at their own wedding. I think what I loved most about getting married at Parcel 32 was that I felt like I didn’t have a cookie cutter wedding, I felt like I was at my wedding…it was the most wonderful feeling.

We held my son's rehearsal dinner here in March 2024. From start to finish, Parcel 32 went above and beyond in every way! Rachel and Kelly were great to deal with throughout the whole process, very responsive as well to any question we had. On the evening of the dinner, the service was exceptional, the food amazing, and Kelly was EVERYWHERE making sure every detail was attended to or to see if we needed anything at all. I would highly recommend Parcel 32! We hosted the dinner downstairs for approximately 40 people which was very cozy and intimate and set up beautifully. Then we moved upstairs for the Welcome Party which hosted about 85 people. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the upstairs porch as well. All signage for the dinner/specialty drinks/table seating arrangement were done by Parcel 32 which was a huge help. One of the many reasons I chose Parcel 32 (after looking at many venues)was because I could hold both the rehearsal dinner and Welcome Party in the same place and have two different ambiances. In addition, the food was excellent! We chose salmon, beef and ravioli as a vegetarian option. I had people stop me all weekend long to tell me how much they loved the venue of Parcel 32 and how much they enjoyed the food! Do yourself a favor and book Parcel 32 for an event and enjoy a wonderful evening for you and your guests!

We held our son's welcome party at Parcel 32 this past January. The evening was perfect. Rachel and her team did an outstanding job of service and hospitality. The food was top notch. The aesthetic of the venue lends itself to not needing much added on. Our guests had nothing but positive comments to share with us. It was a great experience for us. Parcel 32 was the first venue we looked at for our wedding and we immediately knew it was the one. It is in the perfect location (downtown Charleston) and is absolutely gorgeous! The decor/build provide a very refined and vintage look that feels very classic but also unique. We were able to have our ceremony and reception here and it made our our da so much easier but it was perfect for our small wedding! Rachel was so amazing to work with from day one and was very thorough throughout the entire process. Even on the wedding day, she checked in with us multiple times to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and having a good time. The wait staff/bartenders were also just incredible! They were so friendly and attentive to us and our guests. Parcel also caters their own food (through Patrick Properties) and it was sooooo good! We got so many comments from our guests about how delicious the food was and we couldn't agree more. We were able to really personalize our menu to our taste and they even encourage you to bring in outside recipes if you have any that are special to you. I would choose this venue for my wedding over and over again. We were so happy here and had the absolute best time for our wedding! HIGHLY recommend to anyone in search of a smaller venue that provides high quality service, food, and ambience!!

We had our son's rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Parcel 32. The venue and customer service was beyond our expectations. Rachel was our contact person and she did an excellent job in making sure every detail was handled perfectly. The food and professionalism of the staff was equal to a Michelin 5 star restaurant. The entrees… appetizers ….sweets! …all wonderful! …. We also chose Parcel 32 as our venue because of the fabulous ambience of the bar and restaurant downstairs and then the option of moving upstairs for the welcome party where our guests could not stop raving about how cool the space was and of course the wonderful veranda porch !! Rachel and her staff were excellent with their attention to the details! All of our friends and family traveled from all over the country…..and for many it was their first visit to Charleston! Parcel 32 was the perfect way to introduce our guests to the wonderful southern charm and hospitality that Charleston has to offer…. Highly highly recommend Parcel 32 for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion!!

The process of planning an event at Parcel 32 is truly flawless from start to finish, in large part thanks to Rachel. She is an incredible communicator and has the entire process down to a science. When working with Rachel, you always feel like your event is on track and you very clearly understand where everything stands and your next steps. By the time our actual wedding day came, we were completely at ease and able to enjoy every minute of the day, knowing that Rachel was in control and would keep our timeline on track. Beyond the organization and planning process, we also can't say enough about how beautiful the space is, how delicious the food is, and how wonderful and attentive the crew are. Our guests never waited for a single thing - so many people came up to us saying they've never had better service at a wedding. The moment our wedding was over, we just wanted to do it all again! It was an absolutely incredible day that we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. The staff at Parcel32 and Rachel were incredibly courteous, kind, and attentive to every detail of our wedding. We never visited Parcel32 in person, but all of our video chats and discussions remotely with Rachel had us more than comfortable with that decision. The food is absolutely incredible, I’d love to attend another event there just to be able to eat again! Besides the food, the space itself is absolutely gorgeous. We did our ceremony upstairs, our cocktail hour and dinner downstairs, and then dessert back upstairs again. The flow kept the night engaging and allowed us to interact with all of our guests. Loved the space, loved the staff, loved it all!

Our group utilized Parcel 32 as an offsite dinner for a women's leadership retreat. The venue was absolutely perfect - uniquely decorated to the point that all we did was add some floral arrangements! The food was delicious and our guests are still raving about it. Rachel Starling was fantastic to work with on the planning and logistics pieces. Cannot recommend this venue more highly!

We had an amazing wedding celebration at Parcel 32. I was looking for a historic home in Charleston to host my small, intimate wedding. I fell in love with the romantic, welcoming, unique and relaxed vibe of Parcel 32 from the first time we visited. I love that it felt like welcoming guests to our home instead of a big ballroom. I also love that the reception took place in different areas of the venue (bar for cocktail hour, dining room for dinner, parlor and veranda for dancing and music). I loved that people weren't just stuck sitting at the same table all night. The decor is absolutely stunning too! It needed minimal decorations because the venue is already so gorgeous! It was very convenient that they did all the food, beverages, and desserts as well as all the dinner ware, glass ware, etc and I didn't have to coordinate these separately. Rachel Starling and the entire staff were absolutely incredible. They did so much behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about at all. The service was top notch, the food was outstanding, and the venue was gorgeous. The most common compliments I got about the wedding were the venue and the food! I was especially excited about the gelato bar which I thought was a unique offering that not many venues provide. Rachel truly went above and beyond my expectations of an event manager. Things were handled so seamlessly that I didn't even notice something was wrong. Everything was executed flawlessly. She was extremely helpful leading up to the wedding too! We couldn't be happier with our experience at Parcel 32, we would get married there again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I hosted our son and daughter-in-law's Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party at Parcel 32. Rachel was our event manager and she was outstanding! None of us live in Charleston so we really relied on her excellent communication skills during the planning process. She was always very responsive and understanding and turned our vision for this event into a stunning reality. The venue is so gorgeous that we did not have to spend much money on decor, and the food was exceptional. We used both the upstairs and the downstairs and the service, food and drink were all amazing! I highly recommend Parcel 32 for a beautiful, top quality event with stellar service and true southern charm!

Rachel Starling at Parcel32 is simply amazing. We worked with her for a year on setting up a rehearsal dinner this last Friday for our son and new daughter in law's wedding and she took down every detail I gave her and implemented it in a seamless fashion. The venue was decorated and gorgeous, the food was the best I have had and the overall event exceeded my expectations beyond anything I could imagine. Rachel was extremely kind, caring, supportive and very responsive throughout it all. I would absolutely recommend this venue for any type of event because Rachel will give you a the very best treatment from start to finish.

Parcel32 and specifically Rachel were absolutely incredible. We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception there and from the first time we walked in, we knew it was exactly the place for us! Rachel is truly above and beyond exceptional, friendly, professional, detailed, responsive I could go on and on. The venue is PERFECT. The decor is beautiful, the furniture is chic and comfortable and feels much more like an intimate gathering than a "banquet style" wedding. I also found the pricing for what is provided to be very reasonable. All you need is to order table linens if you would like, and any added decor. The food was incredible, I am dreaming still of the dishes and desserts, they were very accommodating of special diet request (vegan) and drink requests. The staff were terrific, friendly, professional and not a single person had a need at any time. The space is lovely, we did a reception upstairs, cocktail hour and dinner downstairs and back up for desserts, and music. All of our guests were raving about how nice the venue was, and what a "perfect" spot to have our special day. Note: our ceremony was about 15 guests, and reception about 40 guests. The space can accommodate a good number more, but it felt like the perfect size. I think it would also be a great option for a rehearsal dinner or after party, but personally for us having the space for the entire wedding event was exactly what we wanted. From the moment I walked into Parcel 32 on the initial site tour, I knew it was the perfect place for my wedding reception! Rachel Starling was SO knowledgeable and kind, and while we were sad to hear she wouldn't be physically with us on the day of our wedding due to her being out of town, Erin M. could not have done a better job on our special day! Rachel and Erin helped make our day absolutely perfect, and I would not change a thing. The food was incredible, the drinks were amazing, and everyone on staff was so kind and friendly. Erin was so wonderful, and made sure my husband and I were fed and had a drink in our hand the whole night! Book it. It's cozy, it's beautiful, the food is amazing, the service is unparalleled, and your guests won't stop talking about it. My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at Parcel 32 and I kid you not it battles with my wedding for the best day ever, it's a close one. The dining room and downstairs bar are just so cozy and beautiful that we truly did MINIMAL decorations and people compliment us on our stunning rehearsal dinner every time we see them. Also, when we went to our tasting they created a whole menu item based on what we liked and didn't like. Plus, the espresso martinis, might be the most memorable (or not memorable lol) part of the whole weekend. The entire experience was intimate but a vibe and just perfect. Shout out to Rachel with the venue! She is EASY to work with and treats you like a best friend. Plus, my husband gave me diamond earrings as a gift that night and she kept them safe for me all night long and made sure I didn't forget them! Truly, we have had guests tell us they have recommended the venue to their friends who are getting married in Charleston because our guests loved it that much.

Since all of our guests were coming from out of state, it was important to us to pick a location that was quintessential Charleston and in walking distance for everyone. Guests raved about the amazing location, especially the upstairs outside porch overlooking King Street. The space itself is so beautifully decorated, you really don't need any decor brought in. The quality of food, drinks, and service were outstanding. Rachel Starling, the event manager, was one of my favorite people I worked with throughout the wedding planning process. While planning, she gave amazing recommendations about the layout/flow of the event, food and drink selections, and was encouraging of us to make any changes or personalizations to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it. On the day of the event, she was so attentive to me, my husband, and our families and made it a priority to ensure we had multiple plates of food and a drink in our hand all night. As a surprise for us, she even set up a beautiful (& delicious) display of boozy pops for guests as they entered. Because I completely trusted her and her team, I actually got to spend the night relaxed, mingling with family and friends before the big day, and truly felt like a guest at my own party. I couldn't imagine having a better experience for the night before our wedding and would whole heartedly encourage anyone looking for an event space in Charleston to stop searching and pick Parcel 32. Our daughter and son-in-law chose Parcel 32 for their Rehearsal Dinner - it was the perfect evening! Rachel Starling is the Event Manager here - she's knowledgeable, professional, warm, and ensured the evening moved along flawlessly with the help of her welcoming staff. The venue is in a fun location, bringing guests right into the vibrance of King Street. It has a throw-back vibe, reminiscent to us of the 1920s. Parking is convenient in a lot right across the street. Entering the venue is the first lovely experience here - cafe lights are strung over the outdoor alcove and there's a beautiful plant wall -setting the tone that this is a unique setting. The foyer area greets guests with a beautiful patterned tile floor and a velvet lounge area which is backed by a glass front wine room, next to the prettiest bar room in Charleston. We liked that the dining room was initially concealed behind pretty dividers, so that the florals and main event atmosphere wasn't yet visible to guests. Cocktail hour took place upstairs under the open parlor's ivory vaulted ceiling. Comfortable and eclectic seating, a unique faux fireplace, plenty of space for mingling and for the live music duo, a handsome bar, and walls of pink brick and a gorgeous floral mural make this area charming. Guests enjoyed spilling out onto the fern lined terrace while the staff passed delicious hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. We moved downstairs to the stunning dining space for the plated 3-course meal. The room is largely ivory and sage with interesting mirrors and understated accents, which allowed the florals and tableware to take center stage. It was beautiful! Fabulous meals were presented Russian-style, each table receiving all their meals at one time by multiple servers. Each of the 3 pre-selected entree choices and the sides were absolutely wonderful! While we ate, the music duo moved to the downstairs bar room so that we could continue with cocktails and dancing after dessert. Parcel 32 was the ideal place to host a really memorable welcome to the wedding weekend - our friends and family raved about every aspect, and the couple was able to just enjoy every minute as the focus of the night. If you're fortunate enough to have the chance to book this special venue, you will be very pleased that your money was well spent.

My husband and I wanted a fun place for everyone to continue the festivities after the wedding and I instantly fell in love with Parcel 32 and Rachel Starling!! I don’t know how she does it all! After planning a rehearsal dinner and wedding I didn’t think I could plan anything else and she made it so easy for us- She set up all the rooms beautifully, had boozy pops waiting for us and our guests on arrival, and had delicious late-night bites throughout the night! Rachel is so sweet, kind, organized, and helpful and the staff is wonderful! Parcel 32 is so charming and feels so much bigger than it appears on the outside. We loved all the different rooms and especially loved having the porch, because it was such a beautiful evening!! My friends and I had a blast and we loved having a private area to continue celebrating right downtown that was walking distance to our hotels!! After an incredible wedding day, this was the cherry on top!!! I HIGHLY recommend them and am already trying to figure out what event we can have next there!!!

I recently had my wedding at Parcel 32 at the end April. I truly loved every moment. Working with Rachel was a breeze and she was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and positive. The food was AMAZING. I want to book every event here just to have their food again. One of the biggest reasons for wanting to book this venue was how different it is compared to everything else in the area. We received nothing but compliments on the venue & the food.
