Located in the heart of downtown Charleston, SC, Parcel 32 is a historic venue ideal for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal brunches, after parties, and more. Situated on Upper King Street, it's walking distance to renowned hotels, fine dining, shopping, historic sites, and cultural experiences.
Parcel 32 brings together the best of the old and the new. Housed in an 1837 Charleston single home, it was thoughtfully renovated to breathe new life into the building, resulting in an enchanting setting matching the vibrancy of Upper King Street.
Each space was meticulously designed to create a modern twist on a historic backdrop, beginning with the courtyard entrance. Guests are immediately drawn to the ornate, custom-designed tile floor and lush plant wall. Once inside, you are welcomed into the Living Room, a lounge area with comfortable seating, adjoining an extensive wine wall.
A few steps away, the main Dining Room is adorned with sleek, gold accents and emerald green tufted furniture. An expanded mirror wall reflects the beauty of the space, and the wall-to-wall window opens up to the perfect view of King Street.
On the other side of the first floor, the spacious main bar area provides the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks, welcome parties, and after parties.
Upstairs, you will find The Parlour, a stunning cocktail lounge that opens onto a piazza overlooking King Street. From the vaulted ceiling and floral wall to the modernized Victorian-era furniture, The Parlour provides a warm, soft atmosphere that draws you in.

achel (and the entire staff) were a pleasure to deal with and made planning and execution easy and stress free. They were very responsive, had wonderful ideas/suggestions, and were able to honor our requests so that the evening was unique and authentic to the couple with a Charleston low country flair. The evening was classy yet relaxed, and Parcel 32 was able to provide neat specialty drinks and delicious food with an awesome Charleston vibe. The decorations for the evening and the entire set up were beautiful. Our guests are still raving about the evening. The folks at Parcel 32 are so professional, responsive, and kind that we went into the weekend with no stress whatsoever. inish, the communication was impeccable. They gave amazing recommendations and advice, that were 100% worth it (for example hiring a wedding planner, do it, you won't regret it!!). This is a one stop place, you can't beat the price. My guests stayed the entire time, people were dancing, ate all the food with no complaints at all, drinks were fantastic, and the service was amazing. They all looked so professional and were so kind to us. Plus you cannot beat the location. I am so happy we found Parcel 32 and Patrick Properties.

From the very beginning, Kelly, our event manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of just as we envisioned. She worked seamlessly with our planner and vendors, making sure all the details were executed perfectly. Kelly truly made our wedding weekend something we will cherish forever, and her dedication and support were unmatched.
Both venues were stunning and full of character. Parcel 32 provided the perfect setting for our welcome party, with its charming ambiance and inviting atmosphere. Lowndes Grove, with its historical elegance and picturesque outdoor space, was the dream venue for our reception.
And the food – wow! The culinary team at PPHG is on another level. Every dish from both nights was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. long the way, we received a comprehensive answer — where are the oysters sourced? Can we get this entree with that side dish? Etc. On our last call, I sent Rachel an agenda of about 30 bullet points the day before—she was prepared with answers and solutions, thinking through every detail. Eight months later and our guests are still raving the experience. We were all blown away by the food, drinks, and service. They essentially served 40 people each course simultaneously. The kitchen and staff were so well prepared and thoughtful. Rachel brought me a sampler of the appetizers after the cocktail reception, which was so sweet since I hadn’t eaten a thing up until then. Simply an incredible night, one of the best nights of our lives! We are beyond grateful to Rachel and Parcel 32. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

ming, quaint vibe of the old building added so much character to our big day, and the King Street location made it super easy for our guests to get to. Most of our guests came from out of town so they were able to stay at different hotels/airbnbs around King street making it easy for them to either walk or uber/lyft to the venue. Rachel and Erin were amazing—so helpful and organized throughout the entire planning process, which made everything stress-free.
The food was delicious, and the espresso martini tower was such a fun and unique touch—our guests seemed to love it! Highly recommend Parcel 32 for anyone looking for a beautiful and quintessential Charleston venue!

We had a 62 person wedding reception here and the venue was the perfect size for our seated dinner downstairs and partying and dancing upstairs. It’s such a gorgeous space and the service on the day of was top notch! I have absolutely no regrets and highly recommend booking this spot if you’re looking for a mid size wedding reception venue in Charleston!

ur feedback from the tasting and worked with the chef to create some bespoke options for our menu. It was very personalized to our tastes and also very accessible, yet elevated, for our guests. We had several people tell us that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! The staff were very attentive and the space itself is so charming and conducive to whatever your aesthetic or vibe is. Can’t recommend this venue enough- it was such a special day and myself, my groom is and our guests were well taken care of.

For an 80 person wedding, the unique, two-level space provided guests with ample room to do whatever they pleased, whether that was dance the night away in the parlour or sit down and enjoy a cocktail and hors devours in the main bar room. On top of that, the food and drinks were amazing. My husband and I are so thankful and grateful for how the reception turned out.

Rachel and Jordan were easy to work with -- professional, very pleasant, accommodating, good communications - from start to finish. There were many food and beverage options to choose from -- and it was easy to find just what we wanted, and more. The Welcome Party went extremely well, just as planned. We received many compliments from our guests on the venue itself, the food, and the service. All the passed Hors D'Oeuvres were well liked...the Low Country Biscuit Bar and the Gelato Bar were especially big hits. Would highly recommend Parcel 32 for any event you may be planning.

Rachel is the sweetest, kindest, most helpful, accommodating, organized, hardworking, person you’ll ever meet. She really puts 1000x efforts in to making sure everything you need is taken care of! We worked with Rachel on our selections and found the options all amazing and perfect for our event. Rachel and her team were responsive and met all of our needs. The venue and the layout provided an insanely intimate and fun atmosphere for the warm up to our wedding! After an incredible dinner and toasts, we went upstairs for cocktails and entertainment. I mean, wow, it was so special and Rachel and her team were just freaking amazing. We are so grateful for all you did for us and the absolutely perfect evening for us and our guests!! edding were some of the most professional, communicative and efficient vendors I've ever worked with. And I came from the event industry! The entire process was seamless and you could tell immediately that there is a reason they are booked up with events almost every night of the week. The planning process was flawless and they worked really hard to meet our requests along with offering fabulous suggestions to elevate the day. They worked within our budget and even steered us in directions to help save money. The team offered some of the best vendor options to make our day special with offering a special list of vendors who they have worked with and had great experiences with. Also, having a turn key venue where you don't have to work with a lot of outside vendors to make the space perfect was a huge plus, especially for day of and logistics. Day of wedding their staff was friendly, extremely helpful and very hardworking. I got many compliments from my guests on how great the staff was. Which now brings us to the food. The food throughout the entire wedding was AMAZING! Feedback across the board was that it was some of the best if not THE BEST wedding food any of my guests had ever had. The filet was cooked perfectly, which was saying something when more than half of our guests came from Texas. The scallops with the corn risotto was perfection, the raviolis had such a nice flavor and the apps, desserts and late night bites were a huge hit! If you are looking for a small intimate venue with the perfect Charleston vibes I would not think twice about booking Parcel!

The Parcel 32 team worked seamlessly with our wedding planner, Nicole Wood, and our florist, Coastal Creations. They truly formed a dream team that brought our vision to life with such ease and joy.
One of the highlights was the food—absolutely delicious, and the desserts were so good that we still find ourselves missing them. A heartfelt touch was their recreation of a cherished family recipe, which made our celebration even more special and personal for us and our guests.

he time we met to do our tasting to the very last event of the evening, Rachel did not miss a beat! She went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed, and it truly was the perfect night. The food at Parcel 32 is incredible! We had the small plate filets and our guests raved about them for weeks after the event (along with all of the other foods). Everything was delicious and done to perfection. My biggest fear was that we would run out of food for our guests, and I am pleased to say we had more than enough! The late-night bites and gelato bar were the perfect end to the evening. The entire staff was top-notch-very helpful, professional, and accommodating. The venue is very charming and has that Charleston feel we were looking for. I highly recommend Parcel 32 and Rachel for all of your event needs. You will not be disappointed!

- The space itself needs little decorating and so I simply went with bud vases. They supplied tealights. We opted for white linens for the rehearsal dinner and then napkins in the wedding color, sage green.
- The food is fabulous. It is unusual for the food at a wedding venue to be so high quality.
- I loved the desserts!
- The veranda with fresh air was lovely.
