We highly recommend going with Niki and her team at Paris Events! We hired her team to help plan/coordinate both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day which involved a dinner downtown, an offsite ceremony, a large hotel reception, lot of logistics, lots of decor, and many vendors. Our guest were very wowed by both events and the decor/mood was on point for both events. Niki is a calming, trusted voice that helped us pull off a spectacular and stunning wedding that we will be dreaming about for the rest of our lives. There are a lot of unanticipated things that can happen before and during the wedding day and Niki/her team were always there to help us thoughtfully navigate it all!
I would have about lost my mind if it weren't for Audrey at Paris events. She is so organized and thoughtful about the way she approaches wedding planning. She also LOVES what she does so she never gets tired of answering questions (even though I asked an obscene amount). Potentially most importantly, she is calm, cool, and collected at all times. We ended up adding guests the week of our wedding and she made it seem like it was the easiest task ever (it was not). She was a great sounding board for all things wedding logistics and design, but also for random questions I had (like what do you think of this after party dress? Are the stripes on the back of this random stationary tacky?) that were certainly not within her duties as a partial planner. My entire bridal party and family loved working with her. She also brought an amazing day of helper (shout out Jennifer) and the other planner at Paris Events, Nikki, came along on my wedding day to help without any extra charge, just because she wanted to see it all unfold. In short, Paris Events will go above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect, and will help you stay relaxed (and not become a bridezilla) in the process.
I cannot praise Audrey enough for her exceptional work as our wedding day-of coordinator. Her meticulous attention to detail, combined with her wealth of experience, made our special day run seamlessly.
A month leading up to the wedding, she took over communications with the vendors and helped us piece everything together. This really lightened our load as we approached the big day. We also asked for her opinions and recommendations on various things, and she was able to leverage her broad network within the wedding industry and her rich experience to help us make the right decisions.
On our wedding day, Audrey's impeccable execution ensured that every aspect of our wedding was flawless. Her calming presence was a true blessing amidst the whirlwind of the day, making us feel at ease and allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration. Also, special shoutout to Rebecca, Audrey’s assistant, who also did a great job helping us run the day as well.
What truly set Audrey apart was her professionalism and adaptability. She handled every challenge with grace and calmness. On the day of the wedding, while we were away from the venue taking pictures, we knew that we could leave everything onsite to Audrey and completely trusted her judgment. Knowing Audrey was in charge gave us valuable peace of mind, as she skillfully managed everything with a smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. Highly recommend!

It is hard to put into words how incredible the Paris Events Team is. From the second we hired Audrey she was the best thing to happen to our wedding. We were looking for just a day of person to make sure everything went smoothly and we got just that and more. She took over everything two months before the wedding and I don’t know how we would have done it without her and her team. In addition to all her help, her excitement was contagious and it made our wedding day all we could have dreamed of. I would recommend her and her team over and over again!
I cannot recommend Paris Events enough! I had the most Barbie Dream wedding you could imagine. Audrey and the whole team are extraordinarily detail oriented and have truly thought of everything so that come wedding day you can just enjoy the whole day. Literally everything went perfectly the day of our wedding and I could not have done it without Paris Events. Throughout the wedding planning process I was able to ask the team any and all questions and they got back to me right away. They helped me with the overall design of our wedding as well as our budget (where to splurge and were to save). Come our wedding day, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The team is truly the most kind, energetic, happy women I have ever met and it made wedding planning A DREAM. If you are planning a wedding, and you want it to be PERFECT, hire Paris Events!!! We really cannot recommend Paris Events enough—they are worth every penny. We planned our Chicago wedding from San Francisco and hired Paris Events as month-of coordinators—but they were so much more than that. Audrey provided helpful tips, timelines, and recommendations—all while being respectful of our vision, preferences, and budget. Additionally, on top of normal wedding logistics, our wedding hit some last-minute weather, traffic, and transportation issues, and Audrey had to create and execute a full Plan B. It was so good that most of our guests had no idea it wasn’t Plan A! Audrey and her assistant Jennifer kept everything organized and running smoothly amidst chaos, all while exuding kindness, warmth, and calm. They truly allowed us to have and enjoy our incredible once-in-a-lifetime day!

I couldn't recommend Paris Events more! As soon as we met Audrey, our lead planner, we knew we wanted to book them. Audrey's attention to detail, organization, calming nature, and bubbly personality made coordinating our wedding so easy and stress-free! I can't imagine our wedding day without her. Communication with Audrey over the 18 months leading up to our wedding was pain-free - she always responded in a timely manner and was willing to answer our 1 million questions. As we got closer to our date, she really took the time to understand our vision and plans. She understood what we wanted down to a t, it was honestly so relieving because once she took over vendor communication, it was seamless and perfect. On the wedding day, I was so calm and worry-free because I knew that she had everything handled. My family and bridal party who got to spend time with her wedding weekend had nothing but great things to say too! I 100% recommend Paris Events to any future brides and will always be thankful for how they helped make our wedding day the most perfect day we ever dreamed of!
Working with Paris Events was simply Amazing! Audrey was the absolute best to work with! Could not have planned this destination wedding from afar without her! It was so nice to have someone I could trust with boots on the ground coordinating the local vendors for me and then answering all the questions day of for all the people that I would not have been able to, because you know I was getting married! At first planners weren't in our budget, but I am so glad my mom and I were able to stretch the numbers just a little bit to make it happen! I would have been lost without Audrey at Paris Events!

From our very first consultation with Niki, all the way through our wedding day, we were blown away by the responsiveness, professionalism, and friendliness of Niki-- and then on our big day, by her assistants, Jennifer and Audrey as well. When it comes to weddings, Paris isn't just always a good idea-- Paris Events is the BEST idea and should be the very next decision by a couple after securing a venue. We both said on multiple occasions how fortunate we were that Niki/Paris Events was available for our wedding day when we booked. Looking back at it all, we cannot begin to imagine our wedding day without Paris Events by our side.
Our contract was for day-of coordination, which began 60 days before our wedding day, but we also added on decor support as we were planning our dream wedding from a time zone away and needed the expertise of someone local who had worked with the best floral/decor vendors in the area. This was a brilliant move, and we would recommend decor support to everyone. Not only did Niki work tirelessly to bring our vision to life, she handled the bulk of communications between our floral/decor vendors, Atmosphere Events Group and Elements Preserved, always checking in to make sure we were happy with what was coming to life.
When we arrived at our Big Day, recognizing all of the moving parts and the busy-ness of the day, Niki suggested we add another assistant, to which we agreed. Worth every penny. Having Niki, Jennifer, and Audrey made for flawless execution of every element of our day. Weeks later, when we reflect on our wedding day, the spectacular coordination by Paris Events is one of the first things we discuss. We're so grateful to Niki and her whole team for everything!!!!!
Initially, we didn't plan on having a coordinator for our wedding, but oh boy are we glad we did! The weeks leading up to our day would have been so much more chaotic and stressful without Niki's experienced guidance. She helped us think through details we never even thought of. Her portal and organizational tools made everything a breeze. Our officiant (who has a lot of wedding experience) commented that this was one of the most well-organized weddings she had been a part of, and she really enjoyed working with the Paris Events team. Niki helped us stay on track and calm from day one, and she provided vendor recommendations (and sometimes discount codes!) that we used and were very happy with. Hiring Paris Events was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding, and we highly recommend them!
Out of all the decisions that go into wedding planning, hiring Paris Events was easily the best and smartest one we could have made. Dave and I both loved working with Audrey! I planned our wedding in five months - I plan corporate events so am used to planning events quickly - but I still needed help the last few months to make sure all the details were covered. Audrey made it so easy on us - she was on top of every little detail and was with us every step of the way the day of making sure everything went smoothly. The whole time she felt more like a friend and not some random person we just hired to help us on our big day. We really can’t emphasize enough how happy we are that we went with Paris Events and more specifically, Audrey!
If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner or day of coordinator please read this! I was on the fence as well and couldn't decide if it was really necessary with all of the other costs involved in planning a wedding.
Let me tell you- I can't imagine our wedding day without Paris Events. We had scheduled meetings with our lead planner, Audrey, to review plans at different stages leading up to the day, and had a personalized wedding portal to keep track of important information. As the day got closer, we were so very thankful we had Audrey to give us reassurance and review every little detail before the big day.
On the day of, it was like I had a close friend with me taking over all of the details of the day. I felt like we could both relax and enjoy our wedding from start to finish, because Paris Events was on top of everything! Audrey, Niki, and Jennifer are just the sweetest people and we can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them to anyone planning their big day!

Hi HIGHLY recommend Paris Events! My husband and I planned our wedding from San Francisco so had no knowledge on where to start in planning for a wedding in Chicago. Paris Events owned our flower decor holistically and executed amazingly. In addition, they were more than day of planners, but took everything over a month or two before the wedding. Niki and team made sure everything ran smoothly from set up, timeline planning, full contact takeover for all vendors, etc. We were able to fully appreciate the day because of Niki and Audrey! We could not be more thankful for them.
We started the wedding planning process in Chicago without thinking we would need a day-of planner, but boy were we wrong. Our venue had just worked with the Paris Events team and had great things to say, and we hopped on a call with Audrey soon thereafter. Right off the bat from our first call with Audrey, we knew she would do an amazing job throughout the rest of our planning and day-of process. She took the time to get to know us, understood what we needed or wanted almost instantly, and when stressful speed bumps arose closer to our wedding date she always had our best interests in mind. She really went above and beyond leading up to the actual wedding, and was always available plus very timely in responses while we worked together. On the day of, the Audrey/Niki duo worked wonders together and coordinated all of the heavy lifting to make sure the day went perfectly. We would not have been able to do it all without the help of Paris Events, and would highly recommend that you hire them for your wedding planning/coordination needs!!
I don't really have the words to so thank you to these ladies, they TRULY are the reason we had the best day ever. We got married this past weekend in Charlotte NC, and Ashton and Paris - WE WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST WITHOUT YOU. We were back and forth on the idea of a wedding planner, but after working with the BEST, I don't know how people get through this process without one. Paris was ON IT every step on the way. My bridesmaids dresses were all wrinkled from travel, Paris searched the city to find a steamer that would work for the material. Just every little thing, she took care of - and i'm sure there are many things that happened behind the scenes that we don't even know about. If you are looking for an event planner in the area - JUST HIRE THEM, don't think twice.
My experience with Paris Events was perfection from start to finish! I consider myself an organized and on top of things person and got a lot of planning done independently so in the early stages I thought that I could handle things on my own with support of family and venue staff, but honestly, I HAVE NO CLUE HOW ANYONE HAS A WEDDING WITHOUT AN AUDREY (or any of the other planners I met during my time working with Paris Events, including the owner Niki). Audrey was our lead planner and she went above and beyond. She clearly understood my vision and my style and I felt like she was my number one hype woman and my greatest support throughout the planning process. It felt like I had a personal lawyer and body guard at all time when dealing with vendors and family. She took over more intensively about 2 months out, but she was available and emailing nonstop over the course of wedding planning. She built a wildly detailed timeline and took all of my feedback to cater and personalize it to my exact preferences and needs. She always made me feel like she was excited and happy to help. No question was too silly or small, and no request was excessive. While she was my absolute rock during the wedding planning process, her value was really shining through on the wedding day itself! I don't know how I could have gotten through the day without her. She managed large families, bridal parties, and vendors with complete grace and confidence. She ensured that my needs were met all day long. She worked so well with family dynamics. She made a point to learn and understand any tricky or complicated relationships, and she was completely in tune with everyone's needs and personalities. It was truly spectacular. TO ALL THE BRIDES AND GROOMS TO BE--YOU NEED PARIS EVENTS!
Working with Niki and her team for our wedding was an absolute dream! From helping us sort out multiple wedding postponements to fine tuning the details and schedule for our celebration, we couldn’t recommend Paris Events more highly. Niki coordinated all of our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page when creating a detailed timeline for our celebration. She answered our many questions leading up to the big day and made sure we had nothing to worry about the day of our celebration. Niki is professional, kind, organized, calm, and attentive. During our celebration, she often anticipated our needs, like getting us a last minute order of Shake Shack chicken nuggets right before our ceremony. We will miss working with Niki, though encourage anyone looking for the best wedding planner to book Niki and her team as soon as possible!
I sincerely mean this: I can’t recommend Paris Events enough. The team made our wedding day the most organized, calm, reassured and magical day of our lives. I know everyone says that about their wedding day, but I truly mean it! I went into wedding planning thinking I could do it all but friends and family encouraged me to seek a planner/coordinator because you truly have NO IDEA how many details go into the actual day. Those friends and family were right, and I am so glad I took their advice and decided to work with Paris Events.
The team not only organized all the details that went into our wedding in the months leading up to the big day (this was countless of hours they put into updating/correcting/modifying every single detail), but then on the actual wedding day they made those details blossom into reality! That is something you can’t put a price tag on because what is the point in planning a wedding for months (maybe even years) if there isn’t someone to take the lead on the day of and bring it all together. As a bride, I wanted to be relaxed, calm and enjoy my husband, family and friends and NOT have to worry about the details. That is exactly what Paris Events ensured happened for me and those around me who helped plan the wedding (my husband and mom). We are all truly grateful Paris Events allowed us to enjoy the day and not worry about a thing.
In addition, Niki at Paris Events is a joy to work with. She’s professional, organized, and true to her word. She not only exceeded my expectations on the planning/coordinating side, but she was a comforting and calm ear when I needed it. I’d you’re looking for a wedding planner or a day of coordinator do not look any where else!!!! I can’t express enough how amazing Paris event was for our wedding!! While we got closer to our wedding, and things got stressful Niki was there the entire time. She took care of things I didn’t even know had to be done!!! I literally told my fiancé hiring Paris event was the best thing we did for the wedding, worth every penny we spend! Even though we hired Paris events as day of coordinator, she was helpful throughout the entire process! She answered all my emails, all my questions, she recommended and helped my find certain vendors! Even when we needed some wedding advice she was always there an email away. Now on the day of: Niki and Audrey were there the entire time of the event. They had everything organized, they helped us be on schedule, they were very professional and sweet and easy to talk to. Imagine organizing a bridal party of 20 people not including family! Yet they did it!! Niki was there with me anytime I had questions or issues she was always on top of things. She took all the stress away from me! On the day off, you’re not thinking about the small things like, when you take off your veil where is it gonna go, or when u change shoes who will take ur shoe, or who will take care of ur gift box, who will bustle your dress, who will do all the small details that need to be done. Those are all the things that Paris events are doing behind the scenes while you’re enjoying the moment with your friends and family! They’re taking care of your and your wedding the entire time while you’re enjoying your time! It was perfect! For all those brides that stress easily like me and like things to be very detail oriented and want things to be done exactly how you want it Paris event will make your vision come to life and help take all the stress away from you. You won’t regret hiring them but you will regret if you don’t hire them!!!!
If you read nothing else- HIRE PARIS EVENTS. Looking back on planning, a coordinator was on my ‘maybe’ list when it came to the budget and I’m truly not sure what I would have done without them. I’m serious, our day and the weeks leading up to our wedding would have been not nearly as relaxing and wonderful without Niki and her team. Paris events coordinated everything for us from about 6 weeks out from our event, including some last minute vendor changes, some confusing information from our venue, and also helped us navigate what to do when Covid got drastically worse in the days/weeks leading up to our wedding. They were our favorite vendor at our wedding, hands down.
Niki and her team are always on time, always timely in responding to emails, and have a wealth of knowledge that is worth every single penny. The day of our wedding we had two vendors that suddenly became sick and we had replacements that were on par if not better than the original plan without even having to lift a finger. If that’s not telling of the network that the Paris Events team has around them and support you get on what can be a stressful day I’m not sure what is.
You can truly tell that Niki and her team absolutely love what they do. I cannot thank them enough for giving me and my family the ability to enjoy my own wedding day after over a year of planning.

From planning guides, vendor management, contract review and day of fire fighting, the Paris events team handled every step with professionalism, confidence and a passion for their craft. Niki's fantastic energy and overwhelming knowledge of the industry enabled us to enjoy every step of the wedding planning process and experience every single second of the wedding day. They were somehow everywhere at once - but you didn't even notice they were there. The whole team's joyful disposition and positive attitudes brought even more excitement and happiness to an already glowing day. Don't hesitate and just hire Niki + Paris Events already! Niki is a total delight to work with. She's so friendly and thoughtful plus very detailed-oriented and organized. I don't think we would have been able to ENJOY our wedding day the way we did without her. Niki and I first met because I also work in the wedding industry and having the peace of mind that she was running the show allowed me to be present in a way I didn't think would be possible. She will help you take care of everything you need and then some. We had a lot of DIY factors in our wedding and she made it all go so smoothly. I've also had the pleasure of working with Niki as a fellow wedding vendor and she made everything so easy for us. Her detailed timeline, fast communication, and willingness to chat through our questions were incredibly helpful. Niki is a gem and you'll be so thankful you hired her for your wedding.
If you are getting married, you absolutely need to have Niki and her team as part of your big day. Niki is nothing short of incredible and my wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was without her. I experienced nothing but greatness from Niki and her team! Words cannot describe how thankful I am for them for helping me out on our big day. Niki and her team went above and beyond and not only took over all communications with our vendors but made sure everything on the day went smooth. This included setting up decor and steaming our dresses and everything else in between. I am a very detailed oriented person and one of my biggest worries was that I was going to stress the whole day because of little things I thought I would notice. I have to say I WAS NOT STRESSED ONE BIT. I had so much fun on my big day and I don't think that would've been possible without Niki and her team. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who is planning a wedding! Niki and her team are so great and I still can't thank them enough for being on this journey with me <3

I can't recommend Niki & her team highly enough! We hired Paris Events for partial coordination. From our first meeting, we felt such relief to be working with such professional, positive, thoughtful people - so calming in what can be an overwhelming process. Niki is clear, kind, prepared, and an excellent problem-solver...if there was a snag, she smoothed it! We bought candlesticks that ended up not being allowed at our venue because they were open flames (whoops), but Niki thought to tilt them on their sides & use them as a snazzy geometric decoration. They looked beautiful and I was so pumped we were still able to use them! As my bridal party was getting ready, Niki did everything from offer to steam dresses to tidying up areas where we were taking photos. She also helped our families feel prepared - we ended up sharing the timeline she created with them and it answered every question they could have had about the logistics of the day. I know she did a ton of work behind the scenes, too - she communicated with our vendors for us in the weeks leading up to the wedding, made us personalized to-do lists, and responded to all our emails promptly and thoroughly. All told, we would not have been able to enjoy our day nearly as much if we hadn't had Niki and her team there to help.

We had to push our event twice during the pandemic. We hired Niki back in 2019, thinking our wedding would be in 2020. Throughout the entire process, Niki has been incredibly helpful. She is very organized and she helped my husband and I throughout the whole postponement process. We are so grateful to work with a company such as Niki's who is very understanding. You will NOT regret hiring, Niki. While every other review is saying this, I still have to say it because it's true: Hiring Niki and her team was the BEST decision we made during our wedding planning process. We tapped her to be our month-of coordinator, and it relieved such a burden on us. Her combination of calmness, warmth, and sharp competence make her a diamond in the rough. Niki has a very calm demeanor, is extremely responsive on email, is flexible, and is very customer oriented. I never saw her get annoyed or flustered by anything we asked of her. She never rushed us, and she was always generous with her time during our meetings. Her focus was on helping us have a good experience, and this is huge—you don't want to work with someone who will take things personally or get defensive and you don't have to worry about this with Niki. Furthermore, Niki has a great deal of experience and is incredibly organized and competent—very on-point / on-the-ball. She creates a portal for you with actually-helpful resources (like a to-do list in the weeks leading up to the wedding) and customized timelines. Because of her experience and competence, I felt we had a very trusted guide to walk us through the process. She always followed through on what she said she would do. She served as our advocate when our vendors weren't meeting the standards they agreed to. During the wedding, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Her and her assistant, Audrey (?), were a beacon of calm and steadiness. Also, given the small size of our wedding (19 ppl), she and her assistant agreed to set up and take down our decorations on our reception tables without additional charge. They also put up our DIY garland on the arch before the ceremony. Talk about customer service! I have a lot of gratitude for Niki and her team—they really made our wedding the stress-free celebration we had hoped it would be. It was perfect. Thank you, Niki!

We hired Paris Events for day of coordination and it was easily a some of the best money we spent on our wedding. Niki and her team are professionals in every sense of the word and ensured at all times that our day was going as planned and that we were having fun. I would recommend this business to anyone I know that is considering hosting a wedding reception. Do yourself a favor and hire Paris Events.

Aside from marrying my husband, hiring Niki and her team was the next best decision I made for our wedding day. We can't say enough about Niki and her team - her calm demeanor, top-notch organizational skills and expertise allowed us to have a seamless and magical wedding day. Our guests commented how smooth the day went and that is 100% attributable to Niki and her team - one of our guests even noted that she knew what they needed with just eye contact and she was ON POINT throughout the day. That sums up our experience with Niki and her team - throughout the entire wedding process she kept us on track and on the day of, her team went above and beyond. We started the day at 8am and by the time the ceremony started at 530pm, we all needed touchups - my dress had gotten dirty from the rain and Niki was able to repair it instantly, all boutonnieres needed fixing and Niki was right there to freshen it up. Before it even started raining, Niki quickly ran out and provided us with clear umbrellas just in case - her quick thinking not only kept us dry but also allowed us to get one of our favorite pictures of the day. She's not only a wedding planner but also a meteorologist!
Originally, we hired Niki to help navigate through the different guidelines from COVID but we quickly realized that we should've hired Niki from the start - her and her team are honestly amazing and our wedding day would not have been as great without her and her team. If possible, we would definitely give them more than 5 stars!

Niki was super helpful, super organized, and a crystal clear communicator from our very first interaction up through the day after the event concluded. Not a moment passed when she was anything but friendly, calm, and professional. We even had most of our wedding vendors contracted prior to engaging her services, and we STILL felt like she was worth every penny. Highly recommend!
P.S. Her husband is a professional wedding photographer as well, so quite a power couple!

Working with Niki as our Month Of Coordinator for our wedding was definitely one of the best decisions we made! By the time we were about a month out, I was tired and overwhelmed with all of the details left to manage. I needed help and Niki stepped in was a total pro! Not only is she a master at navigating schedules, contracts and negotiations with vendors, but she's also a pleasure to work with an incredibly supportive. She brought such a calming presence to our wedding day, allowing my husband and I to relax and enjoy. As a Chicago area wedding photographer with more than 100 weddings under my belt it is safe to say that I have worked with many different wedding coordinators over the years. However, this is the first time a made a point to leave a review.
We have worked a few weddings together in the last year or two and its an understatement to say that Niki is an absolute gem to work with!
Any bride searching for the perfect coordinator, look no further. She is kind, fun, efficient, and uber organized. I think she should start offering classes for others to learn wedding coordinating from her. A true professional of the highest caliber.

To start this review, I’ll say that I couldn’t be happier with how our wedding went and many guests mentioned to me how memorable it was. After hearing the stories from friends and family of the things that went wrong at their weddings, I was expecting at least one or two things to not go our way. But everything went smoothly for ours - in many ways thanks to Niki. She had every detail handled, from when and where everyone needed to be throughout the day, to even moving luggage between hotel rooms as people came and went to ensure it ended up in the right place at the end of the night. I should also mention that this was just the second weekend that Chicago allowed weddings during Covid and all of the vendors had to shift their plans last minute due to new protocols. I should also mention that we initially hired Niki to plan our wedding prior to Covid, which got postponed and then moved forward twice with Niki helping us move on from our original (indoor)venue, working us through the logistics of a potential backyard wedding, and finally recommending the venue (Chicago Illuminating) that was perfect for our day. Oh, and I should also mention that I broke a cufflink while getting dressed. Niki was there to pull some super glue and a hairdryer out of her bag and managed to fix it just in time for family photos (and it’s still intact). Looking back, I guess a lot didn’t go our way, but all that we’ll remember is how great the day was because Niki was there to make sure that everything went smoothly.

Hiring Niki was the best decision I made throughout the wedding planning process. Pre-pandemic, I was planning a fairly laid back wedding for 100 guests. I thought I was organized enough to pull it off and only hired a planner at the insistence of my mother. Once Covid hit, Niki was amazingly supportive. She checked in regularly, offered suggestions about how we could move forward with plans, and provided informative updates about all of the latest regulations surrounding events. And she sent flowers on our original wedding date! Once we started to seriously consider a new version of our wedding, Niki went above and beyond to help us consider alternatives and ultimately make the best decision given the situation. We ended up having a beautiful 50-person wedding. Niki made sure that every detail was in place so that I didn’t have to stress. Leading up to the wedding, she handles everything. She sends TONS of emails to vendors, makes sure the timeline is perfect, and keeps the bride/groom/family/wedding party organized. She is extremely responsive, and follows up whenever necessary. The wedding day was such a whirlwind; I can’t imagine experiencing that without having Niki's support. I was able to enjoy the day and have fun with family, friends, and my new husband. A few minor things came up that I didn’t even know about because Niki handled them. Even with a small event, it was so worth it to have Niki’s services at our wedding. Niki is professional, kind, smart, creative, thorough, detailed, and so easy to work with. Because of her my wedding day was joyful, calm, and perfect!

Niki is amazing! She was extremely personable and easy to work with – you can tell right away she’s passionate about weddings. She has a ton of knowledge in the wedding industry with her background on the beauty and photography side.
Our wedding was planned for early April 2020. We had our first in person meeting in March to walk through the details and were ready for the final stretch. Unfortunately, we had to cancel about 3 weeks out. However, Niki was still there to help us sort through things with our other vendors and make a difficult time easier. She even delivered flowers to us on our wedding date!
While it was not what any of us planned, we are so appreciative of Niki’s support and would highly recommend Paris Events to anyone planning a wedding!
