Tony and his crew spent some time with us to look at choices but what was recommended because unique was to custom make one. I was shocked that the price was really the same as something we would have settled with elsewhere. They matched up to the engagement ring and about a month later we came in and was amazed how it looked, matched and made the set looked so much brighter and shiny. I got my band there which yes I looked around to several places too but still loved the one I got here and really happy and comfortable. We were married October 30, 2016. Two months later Laura noticed a diamond chip fell out of the wedding band. We came by to see Tony and greeted us with our names (man, you have a great memory) and asked how are wedding was and all. Very cool when you come in and you are treated like you are part of the family. Anyway, he said no worried at all as since was made there we have his 100% guarantee. He cleaned the rings and said will have fixed and all the stones tightened up with the one replaced in a couple days and nothing to worry about. All I all, our experience was fantastic here and will recommend anyone getting married to, sure look around, but once you stop here, you'll see the difference. Also they have lot of other nice stuff like watches. This is a great business and know has been around for some time and hope sticks around for a long time.

t the prongs of my engagement ring getting caught on yarn when I knit, they were happy to change my prongs to a bezel at no cost to me. My husband and I both found beautiful wedding bands, and Tony was happy to let us make payments at a pace and price that was comfortable for us. And every time we went in to make a payment, they recognized us immediately, and always offered to clean my engagement ring for free. Tony even thanked me in person after noticing that I'd submitted a review on Facebook! I'll recommend Park Jewelers over and over, working with them was a pleasure!

the same. Park Jewelers is a family business that knows you by face, call you by name, and takes great care of you. If you want something specific and they don't have it, they'll order it. If they can't order it, they'll custom make it (which is what I did with the engagement ring). Tony and his family clearly take great pride in providing you the perfect piece of jewelry. And they won't nickel and dime you to death. If anything, they're more than fair with price and the service they provide. In the last 18 months, I've purchased 4 pieces of jewelry from Park, and combined, they were formally appraised for more than double what I paid for them.
