Park Tavern: The Piedmont Room & Piedmont Garden Tent

We are so happy with how our wedding at Park Tavern's Piedmont Garden Tent turned out. Lauren and team were incredible - always willing to help as we planned things out and super responsive. The tent and meadow fit our 200 guests perfectly - it's a beautiful space (and it stays cool even in June!) The food, bar, and service were absolutely top notch as well.

Ashley and Josh were awesome, amazing, and outstanding. Everyone said it was the best wedding ever!

The Piedmont Room was my first choice of venue before I was even engaged. So when we were able to make it a reality, it was everything I wanted and more! Lauren Blaska was so helpful and attentive throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions. Every person we worked with was helpful and friendly with food/cocktail tastings, rehearsal dinner, and especially the wedding day. The venue itself is so naturally beautiful, especially with the large windows opening to Piedmont Park and letting all of the natural light in. It was everything I dreamed of!

Besides being an absolutely gorgeous venue, the Piedmont Garden Tent was an absolutely amazing group to work with for our big day. They were so incredibly helpful with all of our tiny questions leading up to the event and ensured we had a great experience on our wedding day. We loved absolutely every second of our wedding day and could not have asked for a better venue to have it at.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Lauren, Josh, and Ashley for our July wedding and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and delivered beyond our expectations. Throughout the entire process the Piedmont Room staff demonstrated the utmost professionalism. They were punctual, well-prepared, and conducted themselves with grace. Communication with the team was excellent. We always felt valued as a customer, and they made sure all of our questions were answered. Throughout the planning process, Lauren’s expertise in the industry was evident, and it brought a sense of confidence and reassurance to us as an engaged couple. On the day of, Ashley and Josh seamlessly blended in making sure everything ran smoothly without being intrusive. It was evident that they genuinely cared about making our wedding day special. Our July Garden Tent wedding exceeded our expectations, and we received numerous compliments from our guests. Working with them made our planning experience stress-free, and the exceptional service made the day truly unforgettable.

We had our November 2022 wedding ceremony & reception at the Piedmont Room and could not be more happy with our experience! Lauren Blaska was consistently communicating with us throughout the process, ensuring no detail was overlooked. Our guests raved about the food, and although I was initially worried the venue space would be too large for us, Lauren made the space feel cozy and intimate for our guest count of 95 with her fabulous floor plan. The uplighting is a great bonus, too. One note—our wedding happened to be on the biggest game day of the year, and we could hear the music from the Park Tavern faintly in the background during the ceremony, which is something to keep in mind. The Piedmont Room made my dream wedding come to life. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. Everything went flawlessly the entire night. It took very little time to flip the room from the ceremony to the reception. The food was AMAZING and came out quickly and efficiently. Lauren paid attention to all the little details that made everything perfect. She responded to emails very quickly and was very patient and helpful with all of my questions. Not to mention, there is a beautiful view from the venue!! If I could do it all over again, I would choose the Piedmont Room a million times.

The Piedmont Room was the perfect venue for our wedding. A huge plus was it's location being right in the heart of Atlanta. Lauren was our venue coordinator and she was exceedingly accommodating and flexible with all of our requests. Everything was organized well and ran smoothly. Guests were also impressed with how delicious the food was. And the venue itself was beautiful. All of the windows provided a lot of natural lighting that gave the ceremony an outdoor feel without it having to be outside. During cocktail hour, it was great to be able to walk around Piedmont Park to take pictures; we got a great view of the Atlanta skyline. Overall, I strongly recommend booking your wedding at the Piedmont Room. For a beautiful atmosphere, an ideal location, a fun party, and an extremely efficient and accommodating vendor, look no further.

I just had my wedding at Piedmont Room in June. It was incredible! I worked with Lauren through most of the planning and she so sweet and very responsive. They were so flexible and easy going, but still buttoned up in all the right ways. The food was delicious!! We even had sushi.. which we were a little unsure of how it would be in the middle of land locked Atlanta. We loved it!! Ours guests had a fantastic time -- Everyone commented that they love that drinks were already poured and ready to grab for cocktail hour!

Overall, she made the whole coordinating process way easier. As for the venue itself (Piedmont room), the room looked beautiful, the food turned out great and everyone was pleased with the drinks! We had our ceremony and reception at the Piedmont Room on March 26 2022 and I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the people who work there. From our first tour, Ashley was great to communicate with, extremely helpful, and made us feel like we were the only wedding she was coordinating with (even though I am sure she had MANY MANY others!). She answered all of our questions quickly, and made us feel so much less stress. Throughout the planning process, Ashley kept us moving through the necessary checklist items, scheduled our food tasting, connected with our planner, and provided constant updates. On the day of the event, everything went exactly according to plan, which is more than I could ever ask for. The venue is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and you truly cannot beat the location or the view of Midtown. If you are looking for an in-town venue that has it all, you should definitely book the Piedmont Room!

This has taken me a month to write because I am truly sad that our wedding is over! First off, when you start the process and get connected to Ashley, you will find that she is organized and ready to answer any and all questions! When you head to tour the venue, she points out all of the little details that you don’t realize…until after your wedding. Ashley is incredible. I cannot say enough amazing things about her! My husband and I couldn’t book because of COVID and she reached out to us to check on us! When COVID started to settle, we were ready to book and she made sure to let us know of some changes. She was transparent throughout the whole process. The Piedmont Room at Park Tavern was the venue of our dreams! It has incredible city views, amazing food, and staff that goes above and beyond! Leading up to the big day, Ashley always reached out to us, and was just there when we needed her!! Ashley handed us over to Josh who was INCREDIBLE! He was constantly checking on us in the suite and throughout the night. That night we felt so much love from Josh and his staff! They were organized and it was such a seamless night l! We cannot say enough good things about The Piedmont Garden Tent! This was the first and only venue we visited to host our wedding and I knew the minute I stepped into the garden I wanted to marry my husband there. Lauren and her team are PHENOMENAL! They made it so easy to make our wedding dreams a reality. Lauren was so accommodating and always there to answer all of my questions. On the big day, Lauren and Josh went above and beyond to check in on my husband and I throughout the day and made us feel like family. The food was amazing and our guests could not stop raving about the filet! The entire staff working our wedding was courteous, friendly and efficient! If you're looking for a professional staff, a stunning venue, and a team that makes you feel like one of their own, then The Piedmont Room is your venue. They are the best in the business!

We could not have picked a better venue than the Piedmont Room. Ashley and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! She was so fast to communicate with us and answer any questions that we had. She was so understanding and helpful as we navigated planning a wedding during a pandemic. The staff was so great on the day of making our guests feel safe. The room flip to the reception was seamless and the food was delicious. Ashley and her team made sure we were taken care of throughout the night and had food and drinks ready for us. If we could get married again, we would without a doubt head right back to the Piedmont Room! 10/10 would recommend

Incredible is all I can say! We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at The Piedmont Room and I cannot say enough how beautiful the venue is and how amazing the staff was. We were originally supposed to get married last April but due to Covid we had to postpose. Lauren worked with us to find our new date 05.08.2021 and by far exceeded our expectations! She answered every question we had and made sure on the day we were stress free. Josh who also helped with making sure everything went well during the reception was also amazing! We never worried once and had the time of our lives. Not only was the staff amazing the food was also incredible! Our guests could not stop raving about it. Everyone at the venue went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. We are very thankful to have worked with such a great vendor and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married or just have an event. We absolutely loved the Piedmont Room and Ashley!! Ashley was so nice and easy to communicate with! She made our experience flawless! The venue itself was gorgeous! The food and drinks were amazing! The Piedmont Room could not have been a better place for us to get married. Lauren was so supportive and flexible throughout the entire process making sure all our needs were met and that our wedding took place as safely as possible. The entire staff was easy to communicate with and everything leading up to and during the wedding ran smoothly.

Our wedding at the Piedmont Room was spectacular! Lauren was amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was extremely professional. We could not have asked for better service! The staff was extremely attentive on our wedding day. We always had plenty of food and beverages without even having to ask (it just magically appeared!) Josh was so friendly and professional and genuinely wanted us to have a perfect day. Our guests commented on how friendly everyone was and how well-executed our wedding was. The FOOD was incredible!! The chef worked with us to create the perfect "mimosa/appetizer hour" and wedding brunch. We are huge brunch people and the Piedmont Room truly went above and beyond our expectations on the menu. The venue itself was beautiful! We used the entire upstairs and the view of the skyline from enormous windows in the main room was incredible! We love the history of the building and the fact that they kept some of the original wood and stone. Our wedding photos from Piedmont Park were just stunning. We could not be more pleased with this venue!

Our wedding in March was one of the first to get postponed until next year due to COVID. Full disclosure, I am writing this review as an infectious disease physician so my bias is that I prioritize the safety of our guests during a pandemic over our need to have a big wedding. Park Tavern is good at what they do: hosting weddings. Lauren and Ashley are always professional and their business is streamlined. However, working with PT has reminded me that at the end of the day, they are a business, and their motivations are not aligned with public health safety. If you are looking for a venue that will fulfill your dreams of having a large wedding regardless of COVID, book PT. As long as they are getting your money, they are easy and lovely to work with, and I will say that pre-pandemic this was the case. If you have any concerns that 2021 could look different than you expected, or if you think your plans could change (e.g. having a smaller wedding), I would not recommend Park Tavern. We are unfortunately committed to having our wedding with PT because they are unwilling to negotiate with us, and we would lose everything paid for to date if we cancelled. When we had to postpone our wedding in March because of the laws restricting gatherings, I was told "We are a business in selling dates, and we are now selling you two dates for the price of one." When we e-mailed with questions regarding COVID in March (when there was a lot of uncertainty) and deciding whether to postpone while I was working in the hospital's COVID unit, we received brief replies of "I'm sorry. Your final payment is due tomorrow." When we met in person more recently, they reported that they have been hosting weddings every weekend since July (during Georgia's surge) with an average headcount of 150, and that we were the only couple raising an issue meeting the minimum F&B $ and headcount. (Yes, they are enforcing minimum headcounts, not maximum.) After they reported their safety measures, I asked about photos I had seen of their unmasked guests on the dance floor: “well we can’t force anyone to do anything.” Then, when I asked about being pressured to host a larger wedding and the risk posed to our loved ones, the owner replied, "your older or more vulnerable family members who get sick should have known better than to come." And finally, the owner told me, "Listen, you go into the hospital everyday and wear a mask and nobody gets sick. We are just doing the same thing. So, think about it and do the right thing." I find it offensive to care for patients I have seen die in the hospital from COVID and for the owner to compare hosting a potential super-spreader event as "the same thing" as my job. I am not here to convince anyone not to have the wedding of their dreams, but I do not appreciate being treated as a difficult client because we prioritize public safety during a pandemic over ourselves. In summary, this is a venue that believes the "right thing" is to pretend the pandemic is over and continue hosting large weddings. I assure you as an ID physician that COVID is here to stay and behaving as if it's gone will only prolong its stay. Unless you are certain COVID won't affect your wedding or the loss of thousands of dollars is affordable for you (in the event that you need to cancel or have a smaller wedding), I would not recommend PT. I originally booked The Piedmont Room for my wedding reception venue. It’s a gorgeous space with great bones and history. The staff there is amazing, responsive, and super easy to work with. However, three months after I booked my reception there, I received a phone call from The Piedmont Room that a huge concert had been scheduled on my wedding day in Piedmont Park. Because of The Piedmont Room’s contract with Piedmont Park, they had to cancel my reception on that day!! Since it’s such a popular venue, there were no other Saturday evenings available to reschedule my wedding within many months of my existing wedding date. My husband and I did not want to settle on a Friday wedding, so we switched venues and got our money back from The Piedmont Room. Luckily, The Piedmont Room was professional, sorry for the situation, and refunded me promptly. I am sharing my story with other brides so that all are aware that this is a risk with this venue.

The Piedmont Room was a beautiful venue and honestly, the catering being bundled in was a HUGE plus for me. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the staff were amazing and cooperative. Both Lauren and Ashley were great and so on top of things in terms of communicating with me, and the space was everything I could've hoped for.

Our experience with the Piedmont Room was absolutely amazing. We had a unique experience on two counts. First, we contracted in January for a May wedding. Just 4 months to plan the whole event. The Piedmont Room made everything so easy and fun it didn't feel overwhelming at all. Just as we had gotten most of the event planned, COVID-19 hit and everything changed. The venue was so caring and patient. Providing us with all date change options, and weighing in on the best timing. We moved out from May to late July and the venue kept us updated on their safety initiatives, CDC rules, etc so that we weren't panicked as COVID continued throughout the summer. The team, Lauren in particular, was phenomenal to work with. And on the big day, everything was so beautiful and amazing. Can't say enough good things!

With Covid-19 virus issues everywhere we were not sure a wedding could occur this summer, but The Piedmont Room helped make it happen. Each time a new directive was issued curbing Atlanta activities Lauren Blaska, Director of Sales, quickly responded with the answers we needed. They were helpful in every way including safety issues such as social distancing, no buffets, special seating arrangements for families, face masks, etc. When all is said and done though it is not the hand sanitizer we will remember. The Piedmont Room put together a memorable and delightful evening with great food in the perfect downtown setting. Thank you for proving where there is a will there is a way.

I cannot imagine getting married anywhere else. We got married at The Piedmont Room in December 2019 and it was nothing short of magical. The space is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful, and everyone raved about the food. I worked with Lauren and she was phenomenal. I can't recommend them enough!

Working with Lauren and the whole team at The Piedmont Room was a dream! Communication was effortless and they truly went above and beyond for my husband and I to create the most perfect day! From letting our guests in early when the bus from my ceremony got there sooner than expected, coordinating with us seamlessly for our entrance, even creating the donut wall of our dreams when our late night snack arrived, I couldn’t have been happier about how our wedding went! I would highly recommend The Piedmont Room to any bride and groom!

We absolutely loved our wedding reception at The Piedmont Room in February. Ashley did a great job helping us plan and Josh helped the night go off flawlessly. The venue takes care almost everything, which makes the planning process so easy and stress free without lots of different vendors to juggle. Everyone loved the food and the views of the Midtown skyline at sunset and evening are amazing. It was the perfect location to celebrate with our friends and family from near and far and showcase our amazing city.

We rented this venue for our daughter’s wedding last November. It was a wonderful choice! Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and prompt at returning emails. They walked us through the whole process( thank you Josh, Ashley and special shout out to Terry). The reception was a brunch and the menu was perfect, our guests were thrilled with the food and the Bloody Mary bar kept everyone entertained. I would highly recommend this venue for an elegant reception!

Our ceremony and reception was at the Piedmont Room - it was perfect!! From start to finish, we had the most amazing experience with Lauren, Ashley and Josh!! They were responsive, kind and helpful, and ensured that every detail of the day was planned and taken care of. The venue space has amazing views and a timeless class (nice that very little decor is needed to make it look beautiful!). For 150 guests, it's the perfect size. The food was amazing, every thing was seamless to plan, and the staff ensured the day ran incredibly smooth. This helped me and my mom be able to sit back and ENJOY it! So thankful for the great experience.

The Piedmont room associates were a joy to work with and the facilities are breathtaking. We were able to use minimal decorations, at their suggestion, due to the beautiful view of Piedmont Park. We served brunch at our wedding and the food was fantastic. We also held our rehearsal dinner there. I would highly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed.

We booked the Piedmont Room for our January 17, 2020 wedding ceremony and reception and COULD NOT have been more pleased with everything! Ashley Marler, Josh Morris and the entire staff are so conscientious and made our special day absolutely exquisite! The space is beautiful regardless of the floral and decor, and the food was divine! We had multiple guests tell us that it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding, all thanks to the chef and kitchen staff keeping fresh options available throughout the evening. I cannot highly enough recommend the Piedmont Room & Garden Tent. You will not be disappointed!

The perfect place for a winter wedding reception. The views of midtown at night in addition to the lighting and décor were exactly what our daughter envisioned for a romantic,winter reception. Lauren is an outstanding coordinator she was available all year prior to the wedding, to answer all my questions and plan every detail of the evening. The food was delicious, the entire staff lovely, Josh (the event director) was so organized and attentive the night of the reception, all my expectations were exceeded!! I can not imagine using any other venue in Atlanta to host not just a wedding reception ,but any special event!

I recently attended a wedding at this venue and given all the hype leading up to the event I was ultimately disappointed with the experience. The chairs at the ceremony were placed so close together that there was literally no elbow room. (There was no excuse for this as the room was tremendous and only a fraction of the space was used). The wait staff at the cocktail hour did not seem to be that interested in actually serving the passed food. (Did I say "passed food", because as I recall that was the only food being served at the cocktail hour). The up side of this was that I did not overeat at the cocktail hour and probably used up some exercise points chasing the waiters around just to get a crab cake. Despite being a close friend of the bride, the table I was seated at for the dinner reception felt like the table of last resort. I have been told that the bride did not realize that we were seated in the netherworld of the Piedmont, but how is that possible? Wasn't there an attentive coordinator asking who were actually important people in the bride's life, and who were merely office friends (and I have been in that boat, and it's OK to be seated far from the action in that event). But my daughter was in the wedding party and I could not even see what was going on at the head table, let alone the dance floor. The photographer's spare equipment was stored in the corner next to my seat. The waiter neglected to offer our table wine with dinner. I guess he thought that we were the help. I have other critiques about this wedding which probably have nothing to do with the venue itself, but I know how much was spent on this event, and I was underwhelmed.

We had a brunch wedding in the Piedmont Room in November 2019. We could not have been happier with the space, food, and staff! The room's huge windows room showcased Atlanta's beautiful skyline and Piedmont Park perfectly. With many guests coming from far out of town, it was important to us to find a space that showed off our city! We got so many compliments on the food and drink options (what's better than a Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar?!), and the staff was happy to accommodate our dietary restrictions. Ashley was great to work with and very responsive. She and the staff were more than willing to work with us in having both a DJ and live musicians perform, and also happily allowed our pup to be the ring bearer. They also took good care of us as the bride and groom; mimosas were waiting for us in the bridal suite on arrival, and we were never without food or a drink! While less traditional than an evening wedding, getting married in the morning meant less time being anxious waiting for the festivities to start and more time celebrating with our guests who traveled from far and wide to be a part of our day. And the Piedmont Room does their brunch option so well - I highly recommend!

The Piedmont Room was everything I could have asked for and more! The room was so elegant; from the hard wood floors, lit tea candles surrounding the room, the view of the skyline.. It made for an impressionable yet classic evening! The food? DELICIOUS. It's not possible to try every little thing at the tasting beforehand, so there were many things we ended up ordering for the night that we had not actually tried. Not a single item disappointed. People raved about how tasty the food was for days! "Those shrimp and grits!!" And last but not least, I want to talk about how absolutely amazing Ashley and Josh were. They helped us get through any bumps we had along the way. They elevated a few looks with some of their own pieces. They constantly checked to make sure myself, the groom, and MOB were satisfied and having a great time. The servers and bartenders were also attentive and sweet. Ashley and Josh's professionalism is out of this world and they really care that your big day is all that you want to be! So thankful and happy to have had my special day there.

Everyone at Park Tavern has years of experience and had worked with all of my other vendors before which put my mind at ease that they all had done this many times before - they are extremely professional and communicative! I was never worried about things falling into place which was amazing to be stress free on my wedding day! Highly highly recommend park tavern for your wedding venue! Plus the views cannot be beat!

We had our reception in The Piedmont Room. We worked primarily with Lauren who was fantastic! She was organized, responded quickly to emails and phone calls and was very sweet throughout the entire process. The day of went seamlessly and I didn’t have to stress about anything. The catering staff was amazing and extremely friendly! I was a little nervous about the food because our first tasting didn’t go well, but we ended up doing stations and everything tasted great and was served hot.

The Piedmont Room was such an amazing venue! I had both my wedding ceremony and reception there and it was was the perfect location for our out-of-town guests. We choose the Piedmont Room because of its location, the beautiful skyline in the background, and that fact that everything was included in the price (the tables, linens, tableware, etc. , and the staff). The service was excellent and the food was amazing! I received so many compliments from guests on the food and how efficient the day went. I was really impressed that the staff flipped the room in an hour, as promised. Ashley was a joy to work with. When I first booked the venue I was not sure what I wanted in terms of a layout and the team allowed me to stop by to a few events so that I could see different decor and options. The only downside to the venue was that there was a festival in the park on my wedding day. Of course the venue can't control this, but it limited our ability to take pictures and traffic was insane. I highly recommend this venue!

I had my heart set on Park Tavern for the ultimate Atlanta wedding. Let me start with the positives, Lauren who manages the venue is incredible and is quick to respond. They take care of the food, drinks, seating, and linens which lessens the amount of vendors that you have to deal with. The food is pretty good as well. Unfortunately, with the park being adjacent to the venue, you are at the mercy of whatever event is happening there. We were not informed that there was a reggae event with super loud music and bounce houses on the park. The craziest part was that apparently Park Tavern was unaware. I didn't know till I walked in to get dressed and could only hear pounding bass. Luckily, my sister happened to know the person hosting the event and called in a personal favor to get them to stop during our ceremony. It was still audible for the remainder of the reception. I get things don't always go to plan, but it is unacceptable that the venue has zero idea what is happening in the park. We would have chosen a different day had we been notified.

Ashley and Lauren were so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of securing The Piedmont Garden Tent for our event. They were both present on the day of and were checked in with us making sure we had everything that we needed. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and perfect to create our Tropical Signature wedding. The Garden Tent serves as a elegant blank canvas that really allows any couple to come in and make the space their own.

This venue was so beautiful and the people were so easy to work with. From our initial tour, food tasting, and the day of events we were so pleased. I would do it all over again exactly the same. Lauren, Josh, and Ashley are an amazing team who made the night even more special and fun.

I cannot say enough about the incredible staff that made our wedding day so special! We had our ceremony in the meadow and our reception in the garden tent. The skyline and location in Piedmont Park was a huge draw for us. Everything was so beautiful and the staff worked tirelessly to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our food was amazing and they even sent us away with bride and groom plates after the reception. Josh, the banquet director helped us to make sure we had everything we needed and was the true rockstar of the day. The Piedmont Room for our reception was amazing! I communicated with Lauren during the planning process and she was super helpful and very responsive. I looked at other venues in the midtown area but for the price I felt the Piedmont Room had the most to offer in terms of their food options, location and a view of the skyline you cannot beat! It was also super convenient to have photos taken at Piedmont Park and then hang out at the venue in the bridal room before cocktail hour began which reduced the traveling greatly. Although I was too jittery and excited to eat much, all of my guest told me how amazing the food was. Also, a majority of our vendors came from their recommended list and all of them were great. It was so nice to work with vendors who were already familiar with not only our venue but each other personally. Definitely made me feel more confident that everyone knew where they were going. Lastly, the staff was so attentive during the day of and made us feel so special. Would highly recommend!

An overall smooth and great experience! The room is beautiful, our guests raved about the food, and the location on the park is perfect for pictures. Lauren was extremely responsive, informative, and organized. We had a lot of guests flying in from out of town, so the location was also fantastic and convenient for them to enjoy Atlanta with ease. The price was fair and the value was great- would recommend!

Lauren at the Piedmont room was awesome. She was so professional and was very quick to respond to my emails. I enjoyed every meeting with her and I loved how flexible and accommodating the venue was. Everything about my wedding reception was just FABULOUS! The service was awesome, everyone raved about the specialty cocktail (The Yellowtail)! Whoever the girl was that was serving the wedding cake was great. We had 8 different flavors of cakes and she was super friendly explaining all the options to our guests! The wedding went so smoothly and I was so happy with how everything turned out. Josh was also very helpful with all the tastings and food questions. Him and Lauren even set up a private tasting at the restaurant downstairs when I couldn’t make it to the group tasting. Book this venue, you will not regret it! Thank you Piedmont Room!!

We loved the garden tent for our wedding! It was beautiful and quintessential Atlanta. They really worked with us to make the night special. A few things to think about when booking, you will not have flexibility in catering(you have to use them), there could be an event going on in the park(so you may not get those perfect photos), and if you don't do an open bar they won't serve your guests drinks tableside (tea, coke, etc...). Otherwise, a good venue.

Park Tavern is a fabulous venue! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to work with during the planning phase, and did an amazing job executing our rehearsal dinner. We would highly recommend the Piedmont Room at Park Tavern!

If the beautiful skyline of the city doesn't sell you, then listen up! Because Park Tavern is perfection in every aspect! I got married in the Garden Tent and had my ceremony in the Garden. It was truly beautiful and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. I was at first hesitant because when I booked this venue I was told that the restaurant and bar would still be open while my wedding was going on. This in no way shape or form took away from my day! You would never know that anything else was going on because we were very secluded! Overall the value of this destination being in the heart of ATL was so worth it! All of the staff at Park Tavern are amazing people!

LOVE THIS VENUE! We originally came here for a friend's wedding and fell so in love with it that we decided to have our wedding here. It's truly a one-of-a-kind venue right in the heart of Piedmont Park with a gorgeous view of the Atlanta skyline. We loved that this venue captured the essence of the garden-themed wedding from the ceremony in the meadow to dancing all night in the tent. Our wedding was in June and was an extremely hot day so it was a little hard to cool down the entire room but other than that, we absolutely loved every minute designing our wedding with Piedmont. Lauren, the coordinator, was one of the best people we have ever worked with. Her attention to detail, friendly personality and responsiveness was very much appreciated. Especially being out-of-town, it was reassuring that we knew that we had Lauren to depend on for our wedding venue. That night, the guests absolutely love the food--we had food stations scattered throughout the room and people loved the cocktail feel of the evening. From the tables, to the linens, dance floor and lighting, everything was included and we are so happy to get married in such a beautiful setting. Thank you Piedmont!!

The piedmont room was the perfect venue for us. We had both the ceremony and reception here, as well as used their catering. The tasting for catering was super fun, and was great food! They let us upgrade our beer selection for the wedding and we got to use a local brewery, which was really important to us. The large windows give you a gorgeous view and we got amazing photos. The coordinators from Piedmont worked with our planners and everything was seemless. Staff was friendly and we had the best wedding!

We had our reception at the Piedmont Room, and it was absolutely perfect! Lauren was amazing to work with and accommodated our unique requests with ease. The room looked absolutely beautiful, the food was excellent and the bartenders were great. From start to finish the entire team was easy to work with and committed to helping make our day perfect. The staff even brought me a plate of french fries from the restaurant while we had some down time between the ceremony and the reception. Thank you so much to the entire Piedmont Room team!

Awesome venue, great food, great staff. wonderful view. Beer was great. The beer brewed on site is very good! Alyssa was great to work with throughout the whole process. Would go there again if I had a redo!! I have not seen our daughter smile like that sine she was a little girl. It was their dream venue and know I know why!!

My husband and I had the most beautiful wedding reception at the Piedmont Room, and we have the wedding sales team and staff to thank! We wanted to give our 175 wedding guests an "Atlanta Experience," and you could not ask for a more romantic, intimate atmosphere than the Piedmont Room. From the candle-lit windows overlooking the Atlanta skyline to the newly finished hardwood floors to the gorgeous brick foyer with ivy covered windows, my husband and I hardly felt the need to include additional wedding decor because the room is beautiful as it is. Our guests raved about the food and bar service, as we provided a seated dinner and 5 hour bar package. We just cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren and her team at the Piedmont Room. Throughout our planning process, she confirmed every detail by providing us with questionnaires, timelines, and a final walk through with our coordinator and vendors. Her team went above and beyond to make sure our special day was unforgettable for us and our guests, and we recommend 100% the Piedmont Room to anyone and everyone who wants to give their reception, banquet, or other special event guests the PERFECT "Atlanta Experience."

Bonnie was incredibly helpful during the whole process. Our wedding was easy and beautiful here. They made it easy to customize it as our own but was complete so we could have skipped a lot of things and it still would have looked amazing. They do have some rules but they are easy to follow and Bonnie was great at helping us execute our add ons in a way that was easy and within the contract. And it's great to come back for our anniversary, too bad they don't give an anniversary discount or something. Location wise, I would say the new stone archway and bar have kind of killed the view in the garden a little bit. Everything was still great but one of the reasons we picked the venue was for the city view that existed before the add-ons. I also wish there was a better heater set up. It gets things warm if your wedding ends up on a chilly night but the blowers are in an ugly place for pictures and blow hard enough to prevent you from hanging anything. For us, it was right by our sweetheart table. Other than those two things, we really loved the venue! Atlanta is my home and it was great to have this staple a part of our celebration! It was a really fun night!

We had our ceremony and reception at the Piedmont Garden Tent and Lauren was our on-site coordinator. I could not recommend this venue and Lauren enough - everything was perfect. It was a dream. Throughout the entire process (even when on maternity leave), Lauren was always responsive, professional, and had amazing ideas. When I showed up on my wedding day, I knew everything was handled because their team is so awesome and on top of it. Tables, chairs, votives, table cloths, band stage, and dance floor are part of the rental, which eased up the planning process. Food and drink is through the venue; the food is delicious and everything is well/accurately priced. If you are looking for a venue that is incredibly seasoned, yet treats you like you are their only bride/wedding, Park Tavern is the venue for you. I had an incredible wedding, and I can thank the team at Park Tavern for being a part of it!

Venue with a beautiful view of the city! I really like the drapes, up lighting and new hardwoods! A great place for a creative mind to have a field day. My planner was amazing in bringing the space to life! Parking is so-so...it’s all gravel, my only thing that might be an issue for guest. The food was really good, all of our guest really enjoyed it! The price can’t be beat for the location!

I absolutely love Park Tavern. My husband and I walked in after meeting with several other venues and we knew instantly this is where we would have our wedding. We did the Piedmont Room. Bonnie and the rest of the staff were incredible! Our entire experience with Park Tavern was great and our wedding day was beautiful. We got compliments on everything...the food, the bar, the view.

We had a fantastic experience with The Piedmont Room. The view of the Atlanta skyline and Piedmont Park make this venue a must for any Atlanta wedding. Bonnie Salvatierra was a dream to work with. She was organized and helped us understand all aspects of our wedding reception. There were many food options that met the needs of our guests, and the staff was friendly when serving. They allowed us to select the beer and wine we wanted with the Premium Bar Options, which made for a happy groom and guests. We loved that the linens, tea lights, and gold chavari chairs were included in the rental. It was nice not to have to order anything extra. Also, they let us use Park Tavern's golf cart to take pictures in Piedmont Park. It was so helpful to get the photos we wanted and not have to miss the reception and fun with our guests. I would highly recommend The Piedmont Room at Park Tavern for your wedding reception.

Park Tavern is in a great location and the food was great. We worked with Bonnie and she was very responsive to our emails. Everyone loved the venue and the pictures were great as the venue overlooks Piedmont Park. I would definitely recommend this venue!

We held our wedding at Park Tavern last week Thursday - we had the ceremony in the meadow and the reception upstairs in the Piedmont Room. We loved the venue - the staff was wonderful, particularly Bonnie! She helped calm my nerves minutes before the ceremony and made sure we had everything we needed. The venue was beautiful and we loved being right on the park! Park Tavern even lent us their golf cart so we could take pictures in the park during cocktail hour. I would definitely recommend this venue!

The Piedmont Room was the most beautiful venue ever! They were with us throughout the entire planning process. We had a HUGE room change from the ceremony and reception and I could not believe how fast it was done! Seriously amazing!!! My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with our decision to host our wedding at The Piedmont Garden Tent. The staff, especially Lauren, was wonderful to work with, and made sure to address all of the small details that we could have easily overlooked. In addition, the food was absolutely delicious! We decided on a buffet which consisted of stuffed chicken, salmon, seafood ravioli, salad, and so much more. We received countless compliments from our friends and family on the extensive menu and flavor of the food. Great job to the chef and kitchen staff! Aside from the food and hospitality from Lauren, the ambiance was stunning in the garden and inside the tent (reception area). We had the most spectacular wedding day and night, and I can't thank you all enough for your contributions.
