Parker Run Vineyards

If you’re searching for a wedding venue and find yourself driving down a dirt road in the middle of nowhere wondering where the hell you’re headed—don’t turn around. You’re exactly where you’re meant to be. My husband and I were married at Parker Run Vineyards this past September, and that initial drive is simply part of the experience. Once you arrive, any doubt disappears—the property is absolutely stunning. Raelynn greeted us at the Big Red Barn with warmth, patience, and answers to every question we had (and I had many). The barn itself is beautiful—rustic, expansive, and thoughtfully designed, with a loft that gives guests a perfect view of the entire reception. The Brooder House is a charming, well designed cottage with a full kitchen, a bathroom, and a beautiful fireplace, making it ideal for a rehearsal dinner or a bridal suite. From the covered deck, there’s an amazing view of the Grand Gazebo by the lake—a classic white structure that anchors the ceremony space—along with the water, rolling hills, and a large weeping willow. Between the functionality of the space and the view, the decision was easy: “Yep, this is it.” Planning was refreshingly stress free. Raelynn never once made me feel like a bother, even when my questions veered on "over the top". If she didn’t have an answer right away (measurements, for example), she found it—often by going out to measure things herself (and maybe enlisting a kid in the process). Wedding weekend is where Parker Run truly shines. Jackie, the owner, is an absolute gem, and we loved her immediately. She was hands on, calm, and incredibly supportive—helping with setup, moving tables, arranging decor, keeping everyone hydrated, and easing nerves. Having the owner right there, sleeves rolled up and treating us like family, meant everything. Saturday brought our “support group”: Jackie, Raelynn, and Raelynn’s sister, Nikki. All three were hands on with last minute details and questions, and Raelynn and Nikki absolutely crushed it behind the bar during the reception. Guests are still talking about how fun, friendly, and fantastic they were all night long. The ceremony by the lake was beautiful, the reception was an absolute blast, and teardown the next morning was shockingly easy. The TL;DR: Parker Run Vineyards is gorgeous, well run, and staffed by people who treat you more like family rather than a contract. I could go on and on, but the character limit won’t allow it. We’d recommend Parker Run again and again without hesitation. Maybe we'll get married there again - just for fun...

Parker Run Vineyards is a great all in one wedding venue! There are so many beautiful areas around the property perfect for photos and various ceremony sites for options. The barn includes great details including string lights for perfect lighting and a loft area for more seating. And I can’t forget to mention the owners! Jackie and her husband were so helpful the day before, day of, and day after our wedding. We loved that we were able to use their space Friday through Sunday. Parker Run is such a hidden gem, that we recommend to anyone getting married.
