within the first month we hired them. Every vendor we hired, every contract we signed, every detail leading up to the wedding was kept in the loop for the entire year. They were present for every vendor meeting for the month of the wedding. They sent all of our vendors the master timelines so no one was out of the loop. They truly go above and beyond for their couples. They are very detailed, punctual and organized to ensure no hiccups happen on the day of the wedding. They are highly experienced and offer wonderful suggestions throughout the process. On the wedding day, they were seamless. Liz was dealing with vendors while Jackie and one other assistant stayed with the couple. I felt so at ease knowing that they were on top of everything so I didn't have to remember any details of the wedding itinerary. We were able to enjoy our time and somehow be a guest at our own wedding! Everything was stress free as long as we submitted everything to them in advance. Starting early was key and they were not hesitant to ask us for things they needed. Don't look anywhere else because Parker Scott Events will cover it all.

We actually looked forward to our calls and meetings with them as they made us super excited about every single aspect of planning and had the best ideas and advice along the way. When it was time for our wedding weekend, my husband and I didn't have to worry about a single thing. If anything didn't go as planned, we had absolutely no idea because Jackie and Liz and their team took care of it. However, everything worked out perfectly because we had Jackie and Liz there to make sure of it!! Working with Jackie and Liz was like working with our friends we had known for years. . When looking for wedding planners, my husband and I just simply wanted to hand over all duties and just show up and that’s exactly what Jackie and Liz did for us. We gave them a vision and they worked diligently for months planning our special day and we barely had to lift a finger. Their recommendations for florals, bands, decor, hair and makeup artists, and every single vendor involved were just outstanding. They gave us so many options with so many wonderful people and supported each decision we made. We gave them a vision and they RAN with it. I swear when we walked into our venue our jaws dropped! We could not believe our eyes. It was absolutely stunning and exactly what we envisioned AND MORE. They were so helpful, so supportive, so kind, and beyond professional. Working with them took all the stress away and was as smooth as butta! When friends and family would ask how the planning was going and how stressed we were I would always say “idk what you’re talking about. This is the least stressful thing. Our planners are amazing they just take care of everything.” Now I’m sure if you wanted to be more involved they absolutely would support that but it was what my husband and I wanted. They weren’t just planners they felt like friends. They were our cheerleaders all along. If we needed something, they made sure we got it. They advocated for our love and gave us the absolutely most stunning, dreamy, perfect wedding we could have ever dreamed of. I’m tearing up writing this because they will forever have a special place in our hearts. Not one single thing was out of place on our day and I didn’t have a single worry in the world. They allowed us to focus on each other rather than worry about all the little details happening in the background. Our love was respected and appreciated and the center of our day. I cannot express how perfect our wedding day was and how grateful we are to Jackie and Liz. For whatever event you need help planning, Jackie and Liz are the best in the game, DO NOT SLEEP ON THEM. We love you guys!

beyond our wildest dreams. Throughout the planning process Jackie and Liz were hands-on, thorough, and always three steps ahead of everyone else. When we ran into issues with our venue and vendors they were able to help us negotiate to get out of our contracts, get partial and even full refunds and make a new game plan so it didn't put us behind on our planning process or delay our wedding day. The day of the wedding they were like two ships passing in the night, Jackie involved with the bride, bridal party, photographers and videographers; while Liz was working behind the scenes making sure everything was setup perfectly and just how we envisioned it- all while collaborating and being on the same page. They both problem solved and made sure that we were not involved in any of the issues that may have occurred. In fact, we didn't even find out about them until a week after the wedding when we received a full refund from a vendor. Here we are, two months after out wedding day, and our family, friends, and my husband, all of who are tough to crack, have not stopped complementing Jackie and Liz and how smooth and beautiful they made the day. From knowing the best of the best vendors, to making sure the timeline was perfect, and always making sure my husband had a fresh drink, and me a fresh lip, we are forever lucky to have had Jackie and Liz and their team (shout-out to Donte!) to be apart of our day!

cember 2022. My husband and I live across the country yet they somehow made the entire wedding planning process as seamless for us as possible. Not only are they very transparent but their communication over the last year is simply unmatched. They found the best team of vendors for us, worked within our budget, answered every email/text message or question we had. They set up numerous calls and made sure we worked on a scheduled timeline so everything was planned accordingly. Jackie and Liz truly made my wedding dreams come to life!!! Their attention to detail is impeccable. I had a huge bridal party of 18 girls and day-of went by without a single hiccup. All of my bridesmaids noticed how on-top of it they were all day long. Wedding day was an absolute dream !!!! It was better than I could have ever imagined and I really have Jackie and Liz to thank for that.

go, right!? Well - there is actually a lot more to it. Way more. From engagement day to wedding day there are about 10 million ceremony and reception details that your future Bride will want to discuss. It can seem daunting when you think about it… Well, that’s where Jackie and Liz come in. They take those 10 million details and sort through them with ease. Then they discuss with your Bride and you can chime in if needed (roughly 5-10% of the decisions) - which keeps the process manageable and stress free. They helped us find the perfect venue, sort through dozens of venders, negotiate better prices, decide a menu, find a DJ (with a saxophone and trombone player included!), kept everything on schedule….and were incredibly personal and professional the whole time. Not only did Jackie and Liz make planning a wedding roughly 1000x easier - they became our friends throughout the process! The wedding day was absolutely perfect and it was all thanks to a tireless effort from Jackie and Liz. I remember feeling like the President surrounded by my secret service as Jackie and Liz escorted us around (while handling logistics with a sleek ear piece) from the reception to the ceremony, and everything in between. They kept things on schedule like clock work! No detail was overlooked - at one point a bartender brought me a fresh beer because Jackie and Liz noticed mine was nearly empty and I was far from the bar. They’re incredible! If you’re a groom and you want your engagement/wedding to be smooth sailing, Jackie and Liz are there to navigate you. t only are they incredibly efficient but they are the nicest people to work with. They really got to know me and my now husband as a couple, understand our vision for the wedding, and ensure that all family members names were perfectly pronounced. We are working with them again for a larger scale international wedding (our religious ceremonies) and have full faith that this will be as perfect as our legal wedding ceremony was.

We really wanted to create something that spoke to us as a couple in every single detail. And it was Jackie and her team that not only took on the challenge of aiding us in the journey, but matching our passion, and executing WITH us, as if it was their own wedding, every single plan. Jackie remembers EVERYTHING. You mention it and consider it DONE. Nothing falls through the cracks. She genuinely wants to create your dreams with you. That DOES NOT EXIST, especially in a planner. But she takes on all of your hopes and dreams for your event and makes them her own. And is so tenacious and driven to make everything perfect. Every single guest, every member of the wedding party, every vendor expressed to us their AWE in Jackie and her team over the weekend. They had never seen anyone like her.
