made my day so special!! took care of all of the decorations which i love!! we also had the AC go out in our original room and they moved us into another one free of charge! was perfect and cut out the stress for me!!

We got an amazing deal on this venue because eit was so close to the holidays, but they were definitely the hardest people to work with. I would call and leave voicemail after voicemail and they would take days to get back to me. They also were very forgetful of details throughout the whole process. They were one of the primary reasons for wedding stress. Also, the day of they forgot to have champagne already poured for us which delayed toasts. ... Paroquet also did our catering. It was very okay. That all being said, the reception space still looked beautiful.

My event coordinator from Paroquet was wonderful. Very sweet and made my ceremony decorations look awesome. Only downfall was that one of the waitresses stole 3 of my wedding cards out of my card box which had almost $400 in cash, gift cards, etc. The facility didn't do anything about it. :(

The ladies at Paroquet made sure everything went perfectly. They made sure the room was decorated just as we discussed. It was just wonderful! LOVED THEM!

We had a good experience here. I wouldn't say it was the best, but it could have been a lot worse. Everyone that worked there was extremely nice. They answered emails or phone calls. The only thing that bothered me was that on our wedding day we were supposed to have 2 risers in our ceremony room. One of the risers they had placed down ( made out of plywood) was broken. When taking pictures one of my BM stepped down and her foot went through the broken riser and she fell. We then had to stop taking pictures and search through out the whole building to find somone. Meanwhile the groomsmen went and found some pavers to place under the riser in order for us to finish taking some of the pictures ( which we didn't get to finsih taking and guest started to arrive). They didn't offer to give us our money back for the rental fee of the riser they subsittued a box of wine. They also never called to see if the BM was ok. Looking back I am pleased with the venue but I wish that we would have chosen somewhere that was more photographic than the building was.

They did a terrible job on my wedding day. They didnt follow any instructions given. I had provided them with pictures of things I wanted them to do, despite that, they managed to sewed it up completely. Starting from banner saying bride-groom names, where the spelling was wrong to table center pieces, to cake table decorations table. Not only that, they didnt mop the dance floor. They co-operated very well till the wedding. It looked like they would do a great job, but on the day, nothing was right! They were the worst vendor I had. I wish, i had gone for other location which are same in terms of price and way better in looks.

I didn't like that I was limited to their caterer and could not bring in my own alcohol. There were a few decorations that I said I wanted and were on the final contract but they were not setup. When I said something about it was fixed but it was after the wedding already took place so it was too late. My biggest complaint would be that the wedding planner forgot about the flowers that were dropped off!! She brought them to me 10mins before the wedding was suppose to start!! There were rose petals that were suppose to be laid down in the aisle way before guests arrived but since the flowers were stored away they had to put them down the aislewhile guests were sitting!! Oh and ALL of the wedding party and grandparents, mom, dad, etc did not have their flowers in some of the pics. It just wasn't organized well!!

We had a wonderful experience with Paroquet Springs! We told them exactly what we wanted and how wewanted it, and it was done! We couldn't have been more pleased! The room was the perfect size for the amount of people we had and I was very happy!
