Julie Partridge started this company in 2016 and has since developed an approach to planning and coordinating events that includes the highest levels of dedication, customer service, and genuine care for her clients.

Julie was absolutely amazing! From early planning a year before my wedding to the day of she was always a phone call/ text/ email/ zoom meeting away with any questions I had. She was my go to and made my wedding experience amazing. She also has such a fun personality and is so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her for any wedding planning needs. We also rented from her rental inventory which was a huge save money and time wise because she transports the rentals to the wedding and takes them at the end of the night! High recommend you will not regret it!

We worked with Julie for a year, and because of her and her team, we were able to have our dreaming wedding at the BMA. When we first met her, she was warm, kind, and a great listener--thank goodness we trusted our instincts, because she made the process so enjoyable and comfortable. Julie helped us with "full planning" and the entire weekend of events went smoothly without a hitch--rehearsal dinner, welcome event, and the wedding day. It was particularly important to us to not have a cookie-cutter wedding, and Julie gave us a wedding that was "us", elevated, intimate, and fun. My husband and I wanted to give nods to our cultural backgrounds (Chinese & Indian), and Julie seemlessly integrated them into the designs and food choices which our hard-to-impress families were raving about! She led the entire vendor process effortlessly--recommended the vendors right for us, ensured the right questions were asked (and negotiated with vendors when necessary), and ensured all of them were entirely prepared for the wedding day. Thank you Julie for going above and beyond helping us feel special and calm--this whole experience has been unforgettable!
Hiring Julie Partridge to plan our April 2024 wedding was one of the best decisions we have ever made — where to begin! As part of Julie's "full planning" package, she held our hands through every stage of the planning process, from venue selection to escort display design. Julie was an absolute joy to work with during our 14-month planning period - not only was she incredibly patient, thoughtful, and organized, she also made a genuine effort to get to know us, both as individuals and as a couple, to ensure that every detail of our day reflected us and our relationship. She was very helpful in walking us through which line items were worth splurging on vs which were unnecessary expenditures to ensure that we stayed on budget. She had a great sense for the venue we chose, as well as excellent recommendations for vendors, all of whom had great things to say about Julie. Our wedding day far, far exceeded our expectations, thanks in large part to Julie, who was a comforting and competent presence throughout. Her day-of team was also incredible – they were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Beyond Julie’s professional adeptness, she is also incredibly warm, kind, and approachable, qualities we found lacking in other planners we interviewed. Julie is now a friend of the family, someone we will have in our lives for decades to come.
Our wedding venue, Bluebird Manor, required us to have a Day of Coordinator and what a blessing that was! After meeting with Julie, I knew I had to have her as my coordinator. She was so organized, had great ideas, and was willing to answer any of my 1 million questions. She was very organized, responsive, had great ideas, and helped make our day run perfectly! I trusted her to decorate our venue however she wanted and she did not disappoint. She was always close by on the wedding day and helped however she could (even bringing me TWO drinks when I asked for one ;) ). I can't imagine not having Julie on our wedding day, she helped make it perfect for us!
I interviewed multiple other wedding planners before choosing Julie. All of them were friendly and experienced but when I spoke to Julie I immediately felt at ease. She listened to my vision and her ideas just in our first phone call were amazing. She continued to blow my mind with her actual design ideas and was truly instrumental in pulling off our dream day. She made a last minute call with weather to be able to get our ceremony done in time and facilitated all of the changes needed for that. She also made me feel super comfortable making a last minute change to our ceremony. Lastly, she was super responsive by phone and call and text throughout the process but especially when I was stressing in the last few weeks. Couldn’t recommend Julie and her team anymore.
Julie helped us pull together a wonderful, well-planned, exquisite(by the words of our guests) wedding within an extremely short time frame (we only gave her 5 months). She is so well connected with vendors in the area and provided us with such good options. In addition, she is great with communication and planning. We felt as ease during the whole planning process because of her support.
We absolutely loved working with Julie!! Having her coordination services in the months leading up to and during our big day provided so much peace of mind. She was organized, communicative and kind - everything you would want in a wedding coordinator! We would highly recommend Julie to anyone planning their wedding!
I could not recommend Julie and Partridge + Co. more! We hired Julie for Event Coordination and she certainly delivered. From our first intro meeting I knew that her friendly and bubbly personality paired with her industry and planning expertise would be the perfect fit. Starting about 2 months prior to the wedding, I handed over all of our wedding contracts and Julie and her team got to work! She went through the contracts to confirm everything looked good and fill in any questions or concerns. Julie created a full planning document that had everything pertaining to our wedding laid out - timeline, floorplan, decor notes, vendor info, all of the information I needed in one easy to refer to location. She accompanied us to our final venue walk through, and it was so helpful to have her lead the conversation, ask questions I probably wouldn't have thought of, and make sure everything was covered. The final weeks leading up to the wedding were stress-free as Julie handled all questions and changes with my vendors. My friends and family couldn't understand how I was so relaxed, and Julie was the reason! As someone who previously worked in event planning at a venue, I understood the importance of having an Event Coordinator, even though my wedding venue provided a "day of coordinator" - while helpful, I knew a day of coordinator would be worried about the best interests of the venue, whereas Julie had MY best interests at heart. This proved true, and Julie was such a valuable resource, when my venue went back on their word about something and Julie fought for them to make it right. Julie efficiently led my wedding party through our rehearsal, and our wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to her incredible efforts. Our decor (including rentals from Partridge + Co - another bonus of working with them is being able to rent straight from them and not worry about adding another vendor into the mix) was set up so beautifully by Julie and her assistant and they really managed our entire vendor team so that everyone worked together so well. She even packed up my car at the end of the night (including extra leftover cupcakes!) so my husband and I once again had nothing to worry about. My mom and bridesmaids kept commenting on how great Julie was. Choosing Partridge + Co as our wedding coordinator was hands down one of the top decisions we made regarding our wedding! I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Look no further for your planning needs!
Over the last 7 1/2 years of performing weddings we have worked multiple weddings with Julie and her team. Quick responses, smart decisions, organized, and perfection on your day. This professional team will not only go over and beyond for you on your special day, but for your vendors. Having a helpful and sweet planner is exactly what you need on your big day and Julie and her team is exactly that. They are truly the best!!
Julie is the BEST. She was beyond patient with me through the planning process and extremely organized and calming. I hired her for coordination and it was by far the best decision of all. I am extremely detailed/type A personality and she was that for me and more on my wedding day so I could relax and be present with my people. Trust me, this is a nonnegotiable, I dont care how organized you are. I tasked her with quite the list of details and she made sure everything was set up beautifully and went seamlessly! I was not stressed for a second because by the time our big day rolled around, I knew I was in amazing hands. Julie is your girl!!!! Run, don't walk to book her, you will NOT regret it!
From the beginning to end, Julie and her team was a dream to work with. Her professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to help was above and beyond. Kayla, Shelby, and Julie were wonderful to work with and made our wedding day truly stress-free. We were immediately impressed with Julie’s experience and professionalism upon our first meeting. During the final walk through a few weeks out we met Kayla, who took the reins for the month-of planning and coordination. At that meeting It was clear she had thoroughly prepared and had read through all of our planning documents and contracts and knew all the right questions to ask. On our wedding day Kayla and Shelby made sure every detail was attended to, down to having a needle and thread at the ready for a last second wardrobe malfunction 5 minutes before the ceremony. They did a fantastic job working with all of the vendors, decorating the reception space, and most importantly making us feel special and well taken care of on our wedding day. We would absolutely recommend working with them. You won't be disappointed.
Julie really made all the difference in the world on my wedding day (and the weeks leading up to it). I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for everything she did for us. As someone who works with wedding planners and coordinators on a regular basis, I knew it was important to hire one for my wedding, but I had no idea how ESSENTIAL it was. From start to finish my experience with Partridge & Co was fantastic. The attention to detail, the double and triple checking with vendors/numbers/timing/etc was on point. Julie allowed me to focus on the day and celebration and not be bothered by the circus going on behind the scenes. If you are on the fence about hiring them, don't be. Julie was the absolute best! She was so helpful and will really calm and ease any anxieties you have about the lead up to the day. She structured out our planning sessions so I always left knowing what needed to be done and had relief that whatever she said she would handle would get done so swiftly and efficiently. She has a great eye for design and did a few custom things for my wedding that turned out sooo beautifully. She really tries to understand your vision and is so amazing at executing it. On the day of the wedding you will not have to think about a thing. She handles pressure with such ease you will not even notice if a single thing goes wrong. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
Partridge and Co. are well worth the investment to make your wedding day spectacular! We used them for coordination services, but Julie was there to help us from the day we signed. Her team didn't miss a beat and brought our dream wedding to life. They made sure the right questions were asked to vendors and every was prepared and well-informed in advance of our day. If I started planning all over again, Partridge and Co. would be the FIRST vendor we booked!
Julie & her team are more than amazing! From the beginning, Julie calmed all my nerves and answered the hundreds of questions I had. She is there from day one helping pick vendors all the way to the night of the wedding asking if you need a drink on the dance floor. Quickly, Julie felt more than just a coordinator, but like she was meant to be there during our special day. I put all my trust and faith into Julie, even when it came to where things should be placed the day of, and it was more than I ever could have imagined.

Julie Partridge is an amazing wedding planner. She was thoughtful, engaged, and on top of all the details at our one-on-one meetings. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating with our schedules. We appreciated how she worked so well with our other vendors, and also how gracefully honest she was when we needed an opinion on processional order, timing, etc. Julie's team was likewise amazing, in particular, Nicole Wenzel. The morning of our wedding, Julie had a medical emergency, making it impossible for her to make the day’s events. Julie promptly notified us and assured us that we would be in
good hands with her colleague, Nicole. Thankfully and to our immense relief, Nicole stepped in with relaxed command and communicated well with all of the vendors as well as our involved party, family members, and friends. This is a real testament to two things. First, it reflects how in sync Julie and Nicole were throughout the planning process, allowing Nicole to successfully step in at a moment's notice. Also, it highlights the professionalism and capabilities of Nicole and the team in being able to step up in a surprise situation. Choosing Julie as our planner was the absolute best wedding decision we made! She has such a great eye for details, an amazing team of vendors, and is just so nice to work with. If you are looking to have an unforgettable event, Julie is who you should hire! From the moment I started talking to Julie, I knew she was the right choice for my wedding planner. Here are some highlights of why she rocks!
1. She allowed me to have control over the design and set up processes for my ceremony and reception, and complimented my vision. Other wedding planners I had talked to wanted to do all the set-up for me and would not let me be involved.
2. She came up with suggestions that leveled up my wedding in a way that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. This included the way we faced the seating for the ceremony in order to make it more visually pleasing, and how to hide a paint color that was all over our main reception room!
3. She was extremely responsive no matter the time of day or night. She not only tolerated, but appreciated, some of my type A tendencies. She is honest and will tell you her opinion kindly and directly.
4. I 100% trusted her opinion and when she made suggestions about our dinnerware selections, or other approaches through the planning process. There were several moments where her input was absolutely clutch, and the right decision.
5. The night before our wedding, my fiancé (now husband) and I were thinking of 10,000 things that had to be done at the venue the next day...she got several texts and calls from us and she didn't miss a thing. She calmly got it all handled like a pro.
6. She navigated some challenging vendor conversations with ease and professionalism, and in the end it all worked out better than I'd hoped.
7. She had a broken foot for my wedding and she walked a way too long distance to get my favorite drink for me to toast with right after we said "I do!" You would have never known her foot was broken with all that she made happen on our special day.
8. Her vendor suggestions are top notch.
Trust me, you want to hire Julie! You will walk away from your special day feeling over the moon, that it couldn't have been any better, and that you want to become besties with Julie because in all honesty...she is the absolute best and so is her team!
Julie was the absolute best! We hired her for month of day of coordinator and it was by far the best decision and well worth the money. I didn’t hear from any vendors on the day of the wedding, which allowed us to actually enjoy the time leading up and not stressing over the little things. I gave her the decor to use, told her to make it look good and she exceeded the assignment. Everything turned out absolutely perfect, and Julie was a HUGE part of that!
Julie and Nicole were absolute life-savers! They made the wedding planning process as stress-free as it could possibly be. Julie was always available when I needed her and very quick to respond. She made great recommendations and was vital in securing an incredible florist - Bay Blossoms (also AMAZING).

I hired Partridge Avenue Events for day-of coordination. They assisted with planning 60 days prior to our wedding, bringing together all my DIY and other plans together, and ensured our wedding rehearsal, day, and the entire weekend was everything we ever dreamed of and more! Nicole was amazing to work with and I'm so glad we got the opportunity to work with her for our wedding. It's obvious that she's passionate about her work and loves what she does. She went above and beyond in communication, attentiveness, and flexibility. Nicole eased a lot of our stress and was highly supportive when our venue changed ownership with limited notice just weeks before our wedding. She brought our vision to life and magnified it by helping us create a beautiful wedding atmosphere that far exceeded anything I could have ever imagined. She was fantastic in creating a timeline and communicating with me and our other vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly and was very well organized, remembering every little detail we had discussed. Nicole and Alexa did a stellar job with setup, taking my DIY decor and numerous other items and applying their amazing eye for design to arrange everything beautifully for our cocktail hour and reception. Nicole's husband Matt also came to save the day to assist at the venue following an emergency with the venue owner and we are so grateful to him also.
I also appreciated the time Julie spent with me on the phone during the booking process, and learning more about me, my husband, and our wedding hopes and plans. Her attention to detail up front gave me confidence in booking Partridge Avenue Events, knowing that it would be a great investment. The questionnaire they provided helped me in planning, bringing to mind things I had not even considered in the wedding planning process. Julie Partridge was everything we could have asked for in a wedding planner. Every time we got stressed with something or had to make tough decisions, Julie stepped in and took care of it for us. She is smart, funny, creative, assertive with vendors when necessary, and neither of us can think of one negative thing to say about the entire process with Julie. In addition to the planning aspect, she was unbelievable on the day-of. Above and beyond in every way. Look nowhere else for a wedding planner, seriously!
Our wedding day on a Saturday in September was so perfect, due in very large part to the excellent month-of coordination provided by Partridge & Co., and Nicole in particular! Truly cannot say enough good things about our experience - Nicole was so helpful leading up to our big day, meeting with us about a month out for a final walk-through to go over all the details, and responding very timely to any questions or concerns we had. The week of she was a calming presence, and on the big day, we truly did not feel ANY stress (which I did not think was possible). She coordinated the day with such expertise and everything ran so smoothly, including a tight turnaround time with our venue. Nicole made it look easy and we felt so taken care of and special (she even sent us some awesome tips afterwards for our honeymoon!). I have said to many friends and family that the perfection of our wedding day was due in large part to Partridge! THANK YOU!

Nicole from Partidge Avenue Events was the day of coordinator for my daughter’s wedding and I couldn’t recommend her more. She was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and knowing she was there doing her thing made the day so much less stressful! We were able to enjoy everything about the day with no worry because we were confident that if any obstacle were to arise she could handle it. She was very attentive to our needs, moved decorations and flower arrangements around and made sure we remained on schedule. She was the perfect combination of fun and professional that added a special touch to our experience. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Do yourself a favor and get yourself Nicole!
Julie and Nicole were absolutely amazing. They did such an excellent job making the place look beautiful, they stayed organized throughout the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. They went above and beyond treating my husband and I like royalty bringing us drinks, and reminding us to eat! Lol. They ensured we got everything we asked for and checked in several times through the night to make sure we were happy! They even brought bandaids to a guest who had blisters, took several pictures throughout the night and sent them to me, and seriously just made the night amazing. I’m not lying when I say they are the best ever. Pick them! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!
Working with Julie, the owner of Partridge Avenue Events, was easily the best investment that my wife and I made for our wedding. We originally hired Julie as our day-of coordinator for our wedding set for 10/10/2020. Unfortunately, COVID-19 had other plans, and out of caution we cancelled the larger event, enjoyed a quiet elopement, and rescheduled our larger reception for 6/4/2022. Julie was so patient and kind throughout the entire process. There were no fees for moving dates/shifting plans, which was a huge relief during an incredibly stressful period in our lives. Julie never made us feel pressured, and was only a source of reassurance.
Fast forward to 2022 --> Julie helped us throughout the entire planning process of our larger reception. She answered 100000 questions, affirmed my DIY projects, was a voice of reason when making decisions, and was just an all around joy to work with. She's funny, collaborative, and kind. It feels like you're talking with a friend when you're working with Julie.
On the day of the reception, I realized I forgot to pick up our linen rental and called Julie panicking - she sprung into action, picked them up, and saved the day! She also found me a last minute staff member to help with cleanup/food serving when we realized we didn't have enough staff to cover the event.
Julie and her sweet, wonderful team took our vision and transformed our blank slate venue into a beautiful gold and rainbow masterpiece. All of our guests commented on how lovely the set up and decor were. We rented a greenery wall from Partridge Ave, and it looked BEAUTIFUL when hung, and provided the perfect backdrop for our photos.
Julie managed the event timeline and made sure everything functioned smoothly during the reception. She also kept a drink in our hands at all times, which was great. Clean up was a swift breeze, and incredibly organized.
If you're considering hiring a day-of coordinator or full service planner, hire Julie.If you're not considering hiring a coordinator, please re-consider because our day would not have been half as magical without her support.
We never knew we'd be working with Julie for nearly 4 YEARS, but I am so thankful for this process, as I have gained a friend in the process.
