I've worked with Kristen and PCC on several projects through non-profits, but the most importany , and most recent, event was my daughters wedding. PCC is one of the most well run, organized, and accommodating venders to work with. I would highly recommend with confidence PCC for any event you might have. 5 stars for sure!

Party Cape Cod was amazing!! Amanda was so easy to work with and very responsive through the planning process. We had to change quantities and add quite a few items close to the wedding date and they were extremely accommodating. Everything we rented was in great condition. The guys who came to set everything up were extremely professional as well. We even decided last minute, after everything was set up, that we wanted a larger dance floor, and they gladly came back the next morning with more panels. I would definitely rent from them again if I have another event in the Cape.

Highly recommend Party Cape Cod! Kristen was really amazing and accommodating. I planned my wedding from a different state and she responded to all of my emails within minutes. She was very flexible and even helped add additional items to our order a couple days before the wedding. The set up team did a wonderful job as well and worked with us to have everything perfect. You will not be disappointed.

They were awesome to work with. We rented a 20x40 tent, 8 tables and 64 chairs for our welcome party in Pocasset, MA for the night before our wedding. They were so nice and so professional, communication was great! We would definitely use them again and encourage others to do so as well. Their prices were competitive with other vendors.

Amanda from Party Cape Cod was a God send! I had the good fortune of working with Amanda while planning a large event that had a very fluid guest list. Amanda's expertise positioned us to plan for the unknown. She paid close attention to every detail and guided us through every step along the way. We were thrilled with every selection - tent, table & chairs, dance floor, band risers, lighting, linens, trash cans, and more! It was so comforting knowing that we had entrusted our event in Amanda's very talented and capable hands!

We decided to order linen with in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding and Kristen and the Party Cape Cod team were amazing about helping us secure linen before our big day! I was living off Cape and Kristen came in on a Saturday when they are typically closed to let me see the linen in person! Their attention to detail was awesome and the prices were unmatched. I highly recommend Party Cape Cod for any rentals you need!

Kristen at Party Cape Cod was a complete joy to work with! She helped with our tent, table linens, glassware and silverware, and chairs for our wedding in Falmouth on September 22, 2018. From the moment we started working with Kristen, she was organized, thoughtful, engaged, and responded to all of our questions, whether they were through email or over the phone, in a timely manner. She is a true professional and knows exactly what she is talking about, and she also cares a lot about what she does. She was able to suggest different options for us when we needed guidance but was not pushy at all with her opinion. Party Cape Cod and Kristen were wonderful! Kristen from Party Cape Cod was a dream to worth with! My husband and I had a backyard wedding on the Cape in September. The layout of our lawn is a little odd, so we needed two tents in order to accommodate all of our guests. Party Cape Cod sent out their staff to do a site visit and constructed a tent plan that worked perfectly for our space. Additionally, they supplied all of our rental needs including chairs, tables, linens, flatware, barware, glasses, and lights. Kristen was super responsive to our emails and was always available to give advice about anything from the lighting arrangements to the number of champagne glasses we needed. It was easy to add or remove items to our order, even up until the last minute. Kristen was in contact with us the week of the wedding to discuss the weather and the option of adding on sidewalls, which luckily we didn't need! The tent set up went very smoothly and they made sure everything looked perfect before leaving. I highly recommend Party Cape Cod for any of your rental purposes!

My husband and I got married at The Lighthouse Inn in Dennis on Saturday June 16, 2018, and we utilized table runners for our reception from Party Cape Cod. We were so pleased with both the product and service provided from Party Cape Cod. We ordered navy blue table runners with white anchors on them, which matched our nautical wedding theme perfectly. We were able to pick up the runners a few days before the event, and drop them off a few days after the event, to avoid a delivery and pick-up fee. The runners did not need to be cleaned by us when we were finished using them. The price was incredibly reasonable and the product was beautiful with the white linens used at the reception. Kristen Talbot was a pleasure to work with- she is very responsive to email and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. Party Cape Cod has many other beautiful products as well, but the table runners were just perfect for our special day!

Party Cape Cod is amazing! They were so easy to work with and handled everything behind the scenes the day of our wedding without a hitch! We ordered the cheapest samsonite chairs, and they ended up sending the padded wooden ones - which was a very pleasant surprise : ) Everything was delivered on time!

Party Cape Cod (and specifically Kristen) were an AMAZING help in preparing our wedding. We put everything together ourselves in a rented outdoor space, and they were so helpful and accommodating, even helping us adjust them the weather was looking bad. We had everything we needed at a fair price and had great correspondence throughout the entire planning process. I highly recommend their services!

We were having our wedding at the Chart Room in Pocasset so we originally contacted Party Cape Cod to ask about tent rentals. They responded right away and were very helpful. We opted not to get a tent at all but needed tablecloths. If you've ever been to the Chart Room you know that every table is a different size and height. I went and did approximate measures and amounts of each table and Kristen (who is amazing!) sent me back a list of which size tablecloths they recommend for each table, quite a task and she did it so promptly! The tablecloths were a perfect fit and amount, and they really helped to make the venue perfect for our wedding. Can't say enough good things about Party Cape Cod!

Party Cape Cod was very professional in setting up and taking down our tent and ceremony site. They were flexible when we made some last minute changes to table sizes, and when we had to drop by for some extra unplanned supplies. Sometimes it took a few tries to get the quote exactly how we wanted it, but in the end everything was prompt and nothing was missing or out of place for the ceremony & reception. No complaints here!

Highly recommend! Party Cape Cod was wonderful to work with. Kristen was extremely patient and very helpful when we went into the showroom to (try to) pick out colors and settings. Despite my famously difficult time making choices of any kind, Kristen helped us find the perfect combination and handled everything quickly and professionally. Any changes we had to make were likewise made quickly and efficiently, which was a huge stress relief. Kristen was also good at helping us figure out what we needed for tent sizes, napkins, etc. The day of the wedding, everything was delivered and organized perfectly. Wonderful!

When my fiance proposed to me in August of 2016 I knew we were going to have a tent wedding. Little did I know how much work a tent wedding is! I began researching where to find a tent, linens, tables and chairs when I came upon Party Cape Cod. I am so glad I worked with Kristen at PCC. I met with her as many times as I needed and she was extremely understanding, thoughtful and professional. PCC is open Monday through Friday, since I was planning my wedding from out of state, it was difficult for me to get there during their regular buisness hours. This was no problem for PCC, they made appointments for me on Saturdays and answered all my emails promptly and professionally. Party Cape Cod makes the process of a tent wedding so simple. They have all their table cloths, runners, silverware, chairs etc all in their store so you can actually see your vision come to life. Kristen helped me to try out many different runners and chair options until I found the one that I liked best and that worked within my budget. Speaking of budget, PCC truly respected my budget and helped me to work within it. They made suggestions that saved me hundreds of dollars such as using 10 top tables and 8 top tables and using bows on the cheaper chairs instead of increasing my budget for a different chair selection. They were so great about helping me to enjoy the experience of planning my tent wedding instead of pressuring me into items I couldn't afford. The workers at PCC also visited my site multiple times to ensure that the tent would fit and to give us options in tent set up. This made me feel so confident the day of. My guests are still talking about the beautiful tent with personalized navy blue flags ontop and the gorgeous table runners and chair bows. I was blown away by the quality. After the wedding we realized one table cloth was missing. PCC was so understanding and didn't charge us for it. If you are planning a cape cod wedding you MUST visit Party Cape Cod. They will do anything in their power to make your day not only beautiful but stress free.

Party Cape Cod was great to work with. Kristen always provided prompt answers to questions and accommodated last minute changes. It was so fun to visit with her and pick out our table decor - she brought such a wonderful, personal aspect to our rentals and was genuinely excited for our wedding! We just got married at the Provincetown Inn on 6-17-2017. The ladies from Sitting Pretty Chair Covers (Karen and I cannot remember the other name...sorry) were wonderful! They made the trip to Provincetown the day before the wedding to put on the chair covers, sashes, and table runners. Since we were also decorating the reception room on this day, we were able to spend some time getting to know these two great ladies. They were funny, easy going, put my mind at ease, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They transformed a plain room into a beautiful, magical looking place for us to celebrate our special day. We are truly grateful for their hard work! Thank you!

Thankfully the rentals and tent that Party Cape Cod provided were in good condition and delivered promptly, unfortunately those are the best things about our experience with this company. The initial coordination with Party Cape Cod was very friendly and seemed easy enough, but once it came to the week of the wedding, things went south quickly. We confirmed and paid our tent and rentals in full about a month before the wedding (and reconfirmed several times). However, we received a phone call and frantic email nearly 12 hours before our tent was supposed to be delivered saying that they misquoted us for the amount of lighting they were supposed to provide for our sized tent, and we would need to pay the difference (which was nearly one third of our original total bill). They did make good on this, and covered the cost themselves, but I could NOT get over the fact that they called the bride 2 days before the wedding to tell us they made a mistake nearly 6 months ago when they first setup our rental charges and tried to get us to pay for it... extremely unprofessional. They also failed to communicate when exactly they were picking up our tent. They instead left us guessing only to tell us on the third follow up phone call that they were leaving our tent setup for another event at our venue the following weekend. Overall, I would not recommend using this company.

Party Cape Cod was a fantastic company to work with. Just under a year before our wedding my now husband and I went to the show room where Sarah showed us around and helped us pick out everything from tables to forks, tent flags to table number holders. The folks at PCC were always very timely in answering emails or returning phone calls when I had questions on quantities, pricing, or well, basically anything. This company has worked with so many people in the Cape Cod wedding industry that they had absolutely everything figured out- leaving me with nothing to worry about. We did have one problem when the owner of our reception site decided not to let the PCC delivery/set up team put our tent up (thats a whole other review). Our tent didn't go up in the original time frame but despite having a packed delivery and party schedule over the weekend PCC came and worked overtime to get our tent in the air in time for our event. I cannot thank them enough for their flexibility so this bride didn't have a melt down when our tent still wasn't in the air with less than 24 hours until the big event. The PCC staff were nothing but kind, knowledgable, and fantastic to work with. They have a wide selection of party rentals to choose from and some really great ideas for how to work within your space and within your budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a party in the Cape Cod area. Thanks PCC!

We loved everything about our experience with Party Cape Cod, from the initial phone conversations all the way to the call back to make sure we were satisfied. They were friendly, experienced in knowing what we would need, and came through with flying colors on the day of the wedding. It rained on the wedding day, so we were so glad we'd gone with their recommendations for tent sizes, chairs, etc. All the rentals were just as promised and helped make the day one we'll never forget! They were prompt and courteous in both delivery and pickup, which counts for so much! We'd use them again in a heartbeat!

After extensive research and a bevy of first quotes, we narrowed down our prospective wedding tent vendor to Party Cape Cod and another well-regarded Cape outfit. Even though the latter was offering a slightly better price, we had been leaning toward Party Cape Cod because of their responsiveness and attention to detail. But when Party Cape Cod agreed to match the price of the other renter, our decision became a no-brainer. Ultimately, we rented not only a beautiful tent (the Tidewater Sailcloth model) but also nearly everything that went inside of it from Party Cape Cod. While we couldn't have anticipated just how many minute decisions would have to be made, Party Cape Cod was very accommodating throughout the process, making adjustments to our order right up to a week before the wedding. I used Party Cape Cod for my backyard wedding this past June. They were so very helpful and professional with helping me pick what I needed. I rented a tent with lights, tables, chairs and place settings with the linens. I rented the bar with pub tables and everything was just beautiful. My guests were so impressed for a simple backyard wedding to be so tastefully done. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again for any other functions I may plan for the future.

I would definitely recommend Party Cape Cod for rentals on the Cape. The staff was so helpful! We changed our order many times and it was never a problem. There was so many items to choose from but Jess helped us pick the perfect settings and accessories. Our tent was beautiful and the crew set it up so fast and efficiently. It was a perfect day!

Party Cape Cod made my wedding day a magical experience from the beginning. Sarah, Emily, Jess and Annie worked together to create my vision by their talent, creativity and expertise on every level. The elegance and beauty of my wedding was expressed to me through my guests as they said "they felt like they were at a celebrity wedding" or that " after going to so many weddings, this was the most beautiful one they ever experienced." Not only did Bob stake out the wedding in a huge snow storm but he could be seen putting the magical lighting around the poles covered in tulle starting at the top of the huge tent. The most memorable part was seeing Charlene come over after everything was complete only to add the perfection of the decor. PCC was with me every step of the way and I am forever grateful for their dedication along with their talent as they made my dream wedding come true.

Working with Sarah and her team this past summer was great -- the experience from beginning to end couldn't have gone better. They were helpful & professional and very flexible...making sure our day was exactly as we wanted it!

Party Cape Cod are incredible! I had my wedding on August 18th and they could not have been more accommodating. Every request we had was met with kindness and as soon as we asked for it. Even the people who came and set up our tent,table and chairs were extremely professional and fast. We even ran into a problem where we did not order enough pieces for the dance floor and they came right away. Absolutely perfect and would recommend them for any event, not just a wedding. My husband and i could not be more pleased with their professionalism and kindness. They truly made our wedding so beautiful and perfect! Five stars all around!

Party Cape Cod did a great job decorating the ballroom chairs with covers and sashes. It was very easy on my half as they did all the work from set up to break down. They were flexible with times and numbers too. Contract requests that final numbers are due 2 weeks prior, but they were willing to wait until 1 week prior as we were stil receiving response late.

PCC provided two tents (one large pole tent and another small tent for our cocktail hour). We also rented our chairs and some streamer lights. They are a very warm, friendly company, and we like the couple who previously reviewed PCC, also received a Happily Ever After sign that we used on our wedding day (it's hanging in out kitchen now) Very cute, shabby chic. Bob was great and the crew setting up the tent and breaking it down were great as well. There was one moment the day before the rehearsal, where someone in the office said they did not have the setup/floor plan, which had been faxed twice, but it was immediately cleared up and I didn't worry for more than 10 minutes. Kind and personable people at PCC.

Easy to work with and helpful. Great customer service and very helpful in organizing and planning stage. A few lights were out in my tent and they came the morning of the wedding to fix. Even gave a gift (sign that said happily ever after and is hanging in my home). Highly recommend for your cape wedding!

These guys were very easy to use, as the wedding date came closer I was able to make changes to my order via email and they were prompt with their responses. It was a little on the expensive side, we were able to purchase table linens for a much cheaper price than renting them here, but there aren't too many other options for rentals on the Cape.

We rented chairs and an arch for our ceremony. They delivered them and picked them up and everything was perfect. Very reasonable too in comparison to other quotes I got.

I really liked working with Party Cape Cod. They gave me a great rate on my chair covers. We put them on and took them off ourselves but they made it very easy. They delivered right to the reception location and provided bags to put the covers in at the end of the night. They picked everything up the next day so all we had to do was leave the bags at the reception. Easy and reliable. The covers looked beautiful and the staff I dealt with was very friendly.

I worked with Emily over at Party Cape Cod. She helped me decide on all the items I'd need to rent for my special day: tent, tables, chairs, linens, and catering needs. She was amazing accommodating, listening to my every needs and wants. On the day the tent was set up, I was surprised with some hidden costs, after I thought I had paid my entire balance. This wasn't a huge deal, but I didn't enjoy forking out extra money especially since I thought I had paid off my bill. The guys who sent up and took down the tent were amazing though. Very fast and efficient.

We used this vendor for chair covers and linens. All the linens were very nice, and it was convient that they delivered and picked up. They were easy to work with as well, and helped us pick out the linens in the showroom. My only complaint was that there were a few chair covers that were not returned and they charged my credit card for them without calling or contacting me about the missing linen first. The extra covers were at the reception hall, and I had to go and drop them off to them so they would credit my card back. I thought it was a little tacky that they didn't call first before charging my card $100, and now we have to wait for the refunded charge.

This place is awesome! Over the course of a year, I went in there and destroyed this place, with different table colors and choices. I always felt bad for the ladies working there but they have so many choices which is amazing to design my reception!

We rented our dishes and silverware from Party Cape Cod. Everything was great. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I had to give them my credit card number at least 3 times because it was never saved on file to finish charging the purchase (deposit was by check). Otherwise loved the dishes and silverware!

I've never worked with a party rental company before, so I don't have anything to compare the experience to. We had no problems with our rentals (tables and all dishware, we didn't require a tent so I can't comment on that). Our day-of coordinator works with PCC often, so I'm sure that helped everything go relatively smoothly. I did find their website a bit difficult for choosing pieces (I don't live on the Cape so I had to do everything from a distance). My one real issue with PCC was their exorbitant weekend delivery surcharge. I mean, when do most parties take place? On the weekend, right? So why charge an additional $300 fee on top of the usual delivery fee for weekend deliveries?
