Party Express Bus - KC

Avoid this company. I worked in hospitality for 6 years and this is the worst experience I've had with a vendor. After admitting a miscommunication was his mistake, he deflected blame, would not accommodate reasonable requests to make the issue right and still charge the full fee -- even when his mistake caused our group to have less time on the bus than promised. Other concerns: -Poor communication. The owner refused to give the wedding planner the drivers phone number before the bus arrived. -Unkind communication. The owner was frankly MEAN to everyone he interacted with - bride, bridal party, etc. -Poor value. For the price, I'd expect both better service and quality of transportation.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided for our event. We were subjected to rude and disrespectful behavior from the owner during our interactions, and he was mocking us on the phone. This kind of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using party express bus KC for any future events.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! The owner Phil was so unprofessional and extremely RUDE to my friend on her wedding day. There are far greater companies in KC that treat their customers with respect. Do more research and book with someone else! I truly with I could give negative stars.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! We booked this for my friend’s wedding day and Phil was so unprofessional with the way he spoke to the bride. He was rude, dismissive and laughed at her. It’s all on video! Beware!

This company was horribly unprofessional to my daughter on her wedding day. No bride wants to be mocked and laughed at on speakerphone for the entire bridal party to hear on her wedding day. Dont make the same mistake and book this company. Dont let them say it didn't happen. Its all on video.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. Hesitated leaving this review because Phil the owner seems to bully people in the comments if you leave a bad review, but if I can save anyone the grief I had to deal with on my wedding day, it’s worth it! I had booked this bus in advance for my wedding day, having a conversation on the phone with Phil in February letting him know that the day of timeline wasn’t finalized yet, but we would need the bus sometime around 12 or 1 and I would let him know the exact time about a month out. He never said there was a problem with doing that. I emailed him a month before my wedding letting him know we would need the bus just 1:30-3:30. When we called the morning of to get the number of the driver so we could coordinate a pick up, he said we could only have it 1-2:45 (still charging for the full 2 hours) and “just because I sent him an email, doesn’t mean he read it.” Keep in mind, it was the email chain that we had communicated on to book originally. I couldn’t believe a business owner was saying that to a paying and tipping customer. He continued to laugh at me and mock me on the phone (I had the phone on speaker and everyone in the room heard it, and I have a video of it, as I’m sure he’ll say he wasn’t rude). When I said I wasn’t sure how else to contact him outside of the email chain, he raised his voice, laughed and said “how did you contact me today? I don’t read your emails so it’s not my problem” even though he has responded to my emails before. The make up artists and people doing my hair could not believe the way he was speaking to me. Working with Phil Anderson is the only regret I have from my wedding day. I’m sure he’ll “ban me” from using his buses in the future, since that’s what he doesn’t to anyone who leaves a bad review, but no worries Phil we would never want to step foot on another one of your buses again. The driver was great, but Do not give this man a penny of your money. Gross behavior and so unprofessional.

Would give a negative review if I could! The owner is disrespectful and took money from my account without authorization. He also told his driver to leave after us telling him our plan and cancelled on us the night of after being paid in full!

We booked the SuperNova bus for our wedding this spring. It was perfect for riding around the city with our very large wedding party to take pictures in!

Party Bus Express was perfect for our wedding day! The bus we rented was so clean and the driver was on time which is huge in my book! Highly recommend!

They were an absolute pleasure to work with! Extremely organized, timely and professional. We had a large group for our wedding and they had a bus big enough to fit us with plenty of extra space. We definitely recommend them for your wedding day!

Showed up on time, super nice driver, and extremely flawless experience. We will be using them again for multiple weddings from my wedding party.

Party Express did a great job at our wedding in October. They were able to be flexible when there was a miscommunication between our planner and the driver and that was really appreciated. They were on-time and friendly. Overall a good experience.

Party bus express did a great job with my wedding for a reasonable price. They were on time and very accommodating to our transportation needs. We made multiple trips from the hotel to the church and they were very patient and understanding. The space on the bus was perfect for a large bridal party and the sound system worked great! We really enjoyed our transportation on our wedding day! Our driver was fun and professional. We hope to book them again soon for other party needs. The only downside is they didn’t have a written contract outside of the receipt and and we had to ask for a confirmation of our time and pick up location in writing instead of just verbal.

BOOK HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET TALKED RUDE TOO AND FEEL ASHAMED FOR ASKING QUESTIONS !! My 21St birthday was approaching so I reached out to Party Express Bus to get more info about their prices. The GUY I spoke with was VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND HE DIDN'T SEEM TO WANT TO ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AS BAD AS GOING TO McDonald's DRIVE THROUGH DURING LUNCH TIME. Even when I called them a Few Days after I spoke to him the first time HE WAS STILL RUDE . IT GOT TO THE POINT I HAD TO HANG UP AND HE HAD CALL ME BACK TO TELL ME "HE'S GONNA REFUND MY MONEY SO THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH ME". YES , those words came out of this mans mouth, whom he said was the Boss and the only man I can speak too. I was excited about this party bus because this was gonna be my first , but I rather spend my money ELSE WHERE than spend HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON A BUSINESS THAT THINK THEY CAN TALK TO YOU ANY KIND OF WAY. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME, CALL THEM A FEW TIMES THROUGHOUT THE WEEK AND SEE HOW THIS MAN BELITTLES YOU 🙌 I DONT EVEN THINK I WANT TO GET A PARTY BUS ANYMORE... THIS BUSINESS RUINED MY EXCITEMENT ABOUT GETTING ONE.

I was hesitant at first to depend on a bus to get there on time without ever meeting them but they were there! The bus was amazing and perfect for our wedding transportation!
