Party Express Bus Nebraska

Very affordable and high quality for our party bus that transported the bridal party from the ceremony to the reception! At times it was a little hard to get in contact with them prior to our date regarding confirmation/payments etc. but it didn't compromise the great experience we had the day of our wedding!

We rented the bus for a Husker game to get to and from Lincoln. Despite the horrible reviews, we had a GREAT experience. Joe and Janet were on time to pick us up, and he gave me his cell number to contact him personally if anything went wrong. Prior to booking the bus, I had lots of questions and concerns, but every time I called, Ciera, the gal that helps with scheduling, got right back to me. If she didn't know the answer she would call the owner and call me back immediately. She even emailed me a breakdown of our deposit, amount owed and reservation. Our driver was extremely kind and accommodated all of us getting to and from the game and even finding a place to tailgate. The bus was clean and had a great sound system. Definitely a perfect size for 30 people. After we had the bus drop us off Joe called at 2am just to make sure everyone was ok and that we had a good experience!! I could not have asked for a more professional and accommodating company to work with. They took such good care of us and I would highly recommend anyone to use this company!! I was absolutely be calling them next time I need another party bus!!

Awesome! So flexible and worked with our rowdy group! They showed up and the party bus was the best part of the day! We had so much fun!

We had a great experience with Party Express. The bus showed up on time, it was in great shape, the bus driver was courteous, and we got charged what we expected. We were vary happy to have found Party Express!

Joe is amazing! He was super helpful in making sure we were satisfied. I realized later into the engagement that we wanted to have more people on our bus after our wedding ceremony, so I called to see if there were options. He upgraded us for no charge, due to a referral I had also gotten, and was very easy to get ahold of and would do what it takes to provide a great experience! The only pitfall we had though was that we were told the drivers take checks and our driver said he stopped taking checks a week prior. He even told my parents he could drive them to an ATM to get cash. We just thought this was rude and unprofessional. However, for others booking with them, they are also being told they can use checks so maybe it was just our driver. Aside from our driver, we enjoyed the experience with our bus.

BEWARE!! Horrible horibble company!!!! A bunch of crooks who overcharge your card and don't tell you about it!!!

They are an absolutely HORRRRRRRIBLE business. We used them for New Year’s Eve this year. We were 18 minutes over our time and specifically ask the driver if we would be charged for that and he said no. Then we asked him if gratuity is included in anything that we paid for and he told us no. So everyone started tipping him separately giving him $20 bills etc. So far we have calculated that he was given at least $90 in cash. Which would have been a 15% tip since our bill was $600. Then we made sure that we cleaned everything off the bus and no one got sick on it. All of the sudden two days later the card that we used to reserve the bus was charged $250. When we reached out to the company to ask them why they were extremely rude to us. They explained to us that we went over our time and that resulted in $150 charge and that we told the bus driver that we would go get him more money to make things right and come back and we never did. That is a complete lie. They then said the remaining $100 was a tip for the bus driver because he told them we did not tip him, another COMPLETE lie. They just charge your card and not even tell you why, then when you ask they are so rude to you. You should see the unprofessional emails we have received from the business owner. We will be disputing this with our credit card company, but we do not want it to happen to anyone else, so we are getting the word out there. I would never recommend using this company to anyone. After I put this on social media, the owner took to his personal page and asked his friends to go post good reviews about him, not even specifically asking only those who have used his services. One of his friends told him I posted my experience on a lot of different sites, and he said "Well game on." He is a horrible businessman. READ his reviews on Facebook. Anyone who gives him a bad review, he is mean to.

We had about 25 people in the Ambassador with plenty of room. It was nicely cleaned, had a good sound system, and a pleasant driver. He enjoyed himself as we were driving through town making all our pit stops for the photographer and for any other whim we had felt. Very pleased with this choice!

Party Express Bus helped us through some extenuating circumstances on our wedding day and were able to help us through the situation with great customer service. The driver and owner were both extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were taken care of on our big day.

Not a good experience. For our wedding we reserved the El Grande party bus. When the bus showed up to pick up our wedding party it was a dump....and there was no a/c. When we asked the bus driver he said the bus we had reserved was leaking oil. And someone should have called us a week ago about the change however know one ever did. we tried calling the office but no one would answer. Therefore we had no choice put to take this trashy bus... I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We over paid for this bus and were never offer a partial refund.

I had a great experience with these guys! Great bus driver, he was there on time, and went anywhere we wanted. No minimum charge for the service (ex: I didn't have to pay for 5 hours even though I only used 2) I would definitely use these guys again!!!

Has enough room for a large wedding party without people feeling squished. We had a blast!

Overall it was a good experience we had bad weather the day so the driver was accommodating and made sure we didn't have to far to walk

Omaha fiesta bus was supposed to show up to take our wedding party and guests from the ceremony to the reception. After waiting in the church parking lot for 35 minutes the bus driver called to say 'he was sorry he forgot to call us sooner, but he had to work late and wasn't going to be there for ANOTHER 30 minutes." We all had to get rides to a place to wait and then the driver called again to say that it was actually going to be another 45 minutes. We were late to the reception, didn't get any outdoor photos and spent hundreds of dollars waiting for this bus at a nearby bar. All of that would be bad enough, but since that time my money has not been refunded and the company will not return any phone calls so we are now working with the better business bureau for resolution. Needless to say if you have any issues this company is not responsive and doesn't really care one bit about it's customers. Look elsewhere rather than booking them!

The buses arrived on time and were flexible in bringing two separate buses for separate reservations needed to shuttle the wedding party to/from pictures, and later to shuttle guests from the reception to the hotel. Missed a couple of details, but all worked out fine in the end. Great about accommodating our requests, and the buses themselves were perfect! We used El Grande to shuttle 40 wedding party members and parents to photos and worked perfectly!

We loved using this company. The bus was clean, air conditioned and the driver was so nice! Would highly recommend. Very Cheap!

We needed something large enough for 35+ people, but only for 90 mins or so. The bus is very nice and very affordable. My only complaint is the lack of CD player, but they do have an iPod hookup.

Thanks for working around our schedule. They picked us up from Downtown, took us out to our church and then back to our reception hall. Very pleased.

We had a great time on our party bus! The driver was very speedy and quick on getting us to our destinations, and he was good about getting back when we wanted to be picked up. The only thing I'd say is to not book this bus if you need air conditioning, as you are only able to open the windows. We had a great time overall though!

Without doubt my worst vendor. The bus had no air conditioning, which to be fair we hadn't asked about when booking but hadn't been informed of either. But worse, it kept stalling on our drive and as we tried to leave the park where we stopped for pictures. There was also gum on the floor, which got on the bottom of my dress and shoes. The driver was very nice, but the bus itself was in horrible condition and we would've been dirty/miserable by the time we arrived if my bridal party hadn't been so easy going.

We had a blast on the Omaha Fiesta Bus. They took us from our church, drove around for a while, then took us to the reception. There was limo style seating and could hold up to about 25-30 people. Very good value as well! Oh and our bus was purple which matched our wedding colors :)
