We loved working with Party Perfect! We planned our own wedding and one of the more daunting tasks was finding the right rentals to match our wedding’s vibe. Party Perfect’s selection and price point was wonderful and the staff were responsive and kind. Our venue had some specific requirements for the installation of our black and white dance floor and Party Perfect was able to meet each of the requirements (additional padding for the floor, a tight installation time frame). Their flexibility allowed us to achieve an element of our wedding vision we wanted! Finally, they are great at communicating and quick to respond which we appreciated. We highly recommend Party Perfect to anyone looking for event rentals!
Super easy to work with and had so many options! I changed a few things while planning and they easily made the changes and gave me the new quote, no issues. They have lots of items to choose from on their website. I got glassware and silverware delivered to my wedding. Highly recommend!!
We used Party Perfect rentals for our wedding and absolutely loved them! We ordered our glasses, flatware, plates, chargers, runners, and table clothes from the company. They arrived early and in perfect condition. We highly recommend this company!
Communication, attention to detail and customer service was amazing. Ayla was much appreciated and graciously held our hand through it -from talking out the quote to understanding best practices and where we were trying to save money. I distinctly remember 2 instances where this was important- I went through a change of heart of napkin color (seems small, at the time when youre obsessing without a wedding planner, its big) and we had about 15% of invites lost in the mail and the number of people we thought were not coming exploded over night. She was great through the whole thing.

We needed dish rentals for our wedding and were so glad to find Party Perfect! It was so easy to pick up and drop off the items to take to our venue. The items were exactly what we wanted and in perfect condition. The ease of being able to return dirty dishes was incredible because it meant much easier cleanup on our end! We loved working with Angela as she was so friendly, accommodating, and super responsive!
Party Perfect was perfect for our wedding! We rented chairs for our ceremony. Chairs were delivered on time, picked up on time and in great shape. I worked with Angela to get our order set up and the pricing was very competitive to other vendors in the Richmond area. I would recommend Party Perfect!
Party Perfect was absolutely amazing to work with and helped make our wedding a huge success. They were extremely professional, very responsive, and made the process easy. They helped us figure out what we needed exactly for our event, as well as coordinated drop-off/pick-up with our venue. We rented linen tablecloths, linen napkins, plates, silverware, water goblets, a coffee machine, and our head table from Party Perfect. Party Perfect employees were professional, responsive, and flexible in our changing numbers and requests we made leading up until the wedding. They delivered right on time and picked up when they said they would so we didn't have to worry the day of or day after the wedding. The prices are great and they have a large variety of everything you need-plus a really fun show room!
My experience with Party Perfect started out perfectly fine. They were able to set me up with all of the necessary items for my wedding to include the china, glassware, heaters (that were eventually not needed thanks to a very humid/rainy 74 degree day in December), napkins, table runners, and other items . It should be noted that 2 weeks before my wedding they called to inform me that they oversold my water glasses and I had to choose another...not a big deal as I was not necessarily attached to a particular water glass...we worked it out.
We did; however, have an issue with missing table runners. As I walked into my reception, the table runners were not on the tables. After the wedding, I reached out to Party Perfect to confirm that they did in fact arrive and according to them they did. However after reaching out to my wedding coordinator and caterer, the table runners did not arrive with the other rental items. Party Perfect disputes this and has them included in their inventory as returned in their original packaging meaning they were not ultimately used. I requested a refund as they were definitely not used. But alas, they were unable to refund me for the runners because they rented them through a third party - but I'm not exactly sure what that has to do with them not being on my tables and therefore not used...
Anyway, i decided not to fight it as I obviously have no idea if they did in fact arrive as I did not unload the items. But I did want to let others know of my experiences with them for their considerations.
I've always worked with Prop Shop but this first event with Party Perfect was awesome!
Ned (one of the owners) came out himself and measured our yard to make sure everything would fit, Bryan and his set up team were amazing, and of course the creative team in the office. But Will & Reese (tent crew) went above and beyond and stole the show in my eyes. Even after they had finished setting up these guys ran to the store to make sure we had everything we could possibly need for our event like surge protector and spare extension cords. Made sure I had the after hours number in case I had ANY questions.
100/10 in my book!

When Covid took our wedding outdoors and to a private residence, Party Perfect stepped in as our heroes by setting us up a gorgeous tent wedding and helped create a dreamy new venue from scratch.

My fiance and I have also had to postpone our wedding due to the coronavirus and Party Perfect has happily agreed to move with us to our new date a year later than our original. We had an outdoor late October wedding at a private home for 150 people and so we needed EVERYTHING. The initial reason we booked them was their policy on tent cancellations - you can get almost all of your deposit back compared to other companies that only give 50% back. We wanted to have a completely open air wedding so the tent was only a back-up. Week-of the back-up became necessary as temps dropped and rain was 100%. This also meant we had to last minute finalize the layout of everything, the needs for catering changed, the space became more restricted, etc. So there were a lot of last minute changes. Angela was so helpful and amazing through the entire process. She was positive and full of energy. She totally knows her business. The delivery guys were also really great! Day-of everything looked beautiful - but the whole time the service was impeccable.
Party Perfect were great to work with, they came as scheduled even when a hurricane was on the way. They worked in the rain during set up. They gave me an emergency number to use if I had any problems which I used the next morning after the high winds came during the night. The next morning the tents were standing but a few poles were leaning. Within an hour they came and secured the tent. (The wedding location was 50 minutes from Party Perfect) I will definitely use them again. No issues when I needed to add or subtract items. They made the party "Perfect"

Rentals are one of those things that constantly have to get updated as the big day gets closer, and I've definitely had days where I called and emailed her multiple times to add this or remove that. She was very accommodating, patient, and flexible, and helped make sure I had everything I need. I could also count on her to coordinate with my other vendors when needed, and she was just very reliable and communicative all around. Thanks so much!!
Two days before the wedding, we needed heaters to keep us and our guests comfortable at our outdoor ceremony and reception. Party Perfect was a breeze to work with even with such short notice. Ashley was very polite and accommodating, and delivery, set up, and pick up were stress-free.
Ashley was wonderful to work with, despite throwing multiple changes her way during the planning process, we were always quickly met with answers and new estimates. She was helpful in comparing options and laying out tablescapes to help us decide on final pieces, which was great to be able to see and do in person. Everything was delivered and well laid out for day of set up and the quality of everything we received was beyond our expectations, they helped make our wedding exactly as we envisioned!
Party Perfect was able to deliver everything a day earlier than planned because of their relationship with our venue. This actually ended up being really great for us, because we had some extra time to set up for our wedding which took a lot of stress off of us. They also had arranged for everything to be picked up the following Tuesday, so we had some extra time to gather our own items and organize theirs for pick up. Everything was beautiful!
The process was pretty easy and the prices were reasonable. On the day of delivery I found that one item was missing and another item I had not ordered was there in its place It was on a Friday so there wasnt anything I could do with my wedding being on that Sunday. I made due with what I had. Overall a good experience, things could have been worse.
Ashley was a dream to work with in planning for our reception. She was prompt and friendly and helped me with insight and assured me that set up and breakdown would ease the stress of the day. However, the day of was a nightmare with one individual delivering a bit later than expected (I luckily had friends and family willing to help unload and set up) and being told the night of that I needed to break down, despite having a contract that said that Party Perfect would set up and break down. Again, fortunately, I have amazing friends and family that were amazingly helpful, but then entire day was a complete ball of stress - when I should have been able to enjoy it. When I disputed the charges, I was told that not only was it not their fault, but I also owed for cleaning of dishes "because they were dirty" - despite us having to rush to clean up the venue because of the failure on their end. An absolute terrible experience the day of and post. For a customer who spent $2k on a single evening event with them, it's extremely disappointing their lack of customer service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone who desires to be stress free during what is supposed to be the best day of their lives.
We used Party Perfect for the tent, tables and chairs. Everything was delivered and set up on time and picked up on time. They are easy to work with and very prompt with quotes and answering any questions.
We rented our dance floor and dinner ware from Party Perfect. They brought everything on time and set the dance floor up. It was a great choice for us, because we had the dance floor out in the open, not under a tent, and they were ok with that. They were good to talk to on the phone and picked up the floor the next day!

Party Perfect was very easy to work with. In no time after e-mailing I had an estimate for what I wanted and my down payment for the reservation was made. The day they dropped off my rentals they made it quick and easy. We set it up ourselves since they add on a payment for that but it was very easy to do it ourselves. They came right on time with the delivery drop off and pick up. Great to work with! The only thing I was a little unhappy with was some of my white foldable chairs were a little dirty and I had to wipe them down myself. Other than that, it was a great experience!
If I could give fewer stars I would. This company was terrible to deal with. My tent, table, and chairs were to be delivered the day beofre my event so that we could have time to decorate and set up. Associates on the phone were very rude and told me that the tent would be delivered at some time, but couldn't give me a ball park of when. Eventually (at 11:00pm) they told us that the tent had been set up. Upon arrival at our site there was no tent, only tracks through the lawn where the truck had been. They finally delivered the tent 3 hours before my ceremony with no explanation or apology. They have been impossible to get in touch with since the event. My contract with them clearly stated that the tent would be delivered the day before so I see that as a violation of the contract. Do not use this company, it was a nightmare that I am still fighting!
Martha at Party Perfect was great to worth with. She made everything so easy and she was very flexible when working with multiple family members splitting the cost. She had great decor suggestions and made everything go smoothly.
when going to the store they were easy to work with and had options I did not see at other rental places like the wooden arch

We ordered a dance floor. We went with the recommended size for our party size and it was way too small.It was worn out and dirty. We called for it to be cleaned and no one showed up. I talked with a manager after the wedding and he explained it as a misunderstanding and did offer me a refund. Therefore, I give Party Perfect 2 stars. We probably would have had a much better experience with them had we spoken first with the manager. What we ordered was delivered on time.
Party Perfect had everything we needed and wanted to rent for our wedding. When we needed to raise the guest count and add more china, linens, etc... there was no problem and everything was delivered in advance and picked up as discussed. We will definitely rent from them again.

to set things up. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to others.
Party Perfect was honest about pricing and didn't add on hidden fees. They put up with my thousand phone calls the months before my wedding... and for that I am so thankful and highly recommend their services. They are very organized and professional during setup and pick up (I had tent, tables, chairs, dancefloor, stage, lighting, glassware... the lot of it). They accidentally took one of my 3' round tables and was able to track it down and overnighted it back to me. Great customer service!!!
