It was a pleasure to work with Amanda and the Taylor Rental / Party Plus team for our event. We had a large family gathering over Labor Day weekend and wanted to have a big tent, tables, chairs and lots of other party planning supplies (lights, trash cans, beverage tubs) to make it happen. Amanda was super easy to work with (even as we updated our order), the delivery / setup was on time and professionally done, and the equipment all worked very well. I would absolutely work with Amanda and the Taylor Rental / Party Plus team again for our next event.

We rented our wedding chairs from Party Plus Events this past summer and could not be happier with how the process went! We had the hardest time finding the specific chairs we wanted in Vermont and finally found Party Plus! They delivered all the way to Vermont and were a dream to work with. Everything was perfect.

Like many couples, we chose to postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2021. Taylor Rental worked with us through the whole initial planning phase and the subsequent re-planning after our postponement. Amanda, our contact, was super helpful and responsive as we navigated what we would need for our outdoor affair and changing guest list. When it came time for the event, the delivery crew was prompt and efficient and everything was as ordered. Could not have asked for a better rental company!

Due to COVID, my husband and I decided to move forward with a backyard wedding rather than our originally planned wedding at an all-inclusive venue. Our wedding date was less than 2 months out by the time we decided to shift gears and we were scrambling to replan everything. One of our biggest fears was that our wedding would not be as beautiful as we were originally envisioning but it ended up being better! Taylor Rental was truly one of our saviors as we replanned our special day! We rented a GORGEOUS sailcloth tent, a restroom trailer with flushing toilets, beautiful wooden chairs, glasses and napkins. They delivered everything and set up the tent for us even though the wedding was 2.5 hours away from their warehouse. They also sent out one of their employees to assess the property prior to us selecting a tent to ensure we wouldn't have any issues the day before the wedding. While there were some small gaps in communication from time to time, overall, the team was great to work with and we had an amazing experience! We would highly recommend them to anybody looking for beautiful, modern rentals for their wedding or other event.

Taylor Rentals was wonderful. After COVID threw a wrench in our original plans, we had to start from scratch to put together a DIY backyard mini-wedding. We'd been planning to use the vendor for all the details and now had to do it ourselves. I was intimidated, but Amanda McMahon was a rock star, guiding me through dozens of questions and patiently re-working my quote until I figured out what we needed. They were super flexible and accommodating. The supplies showed up on time, in great condition, and were efficiently set up. They made it easy and I'd recommend them highly!

I had an incredible experience with Taylor Rental Party Plus. Amanda McMahon, was friendly, kind, professional, accommodating and went above and beyond for us. This year was especially challenging with the COVID regulations, and the staff at Taylor was more than willing to work with our many changes and upsets throughout the year. I always felt reassured that the wedding would go as planned and they certainly delivered!! The crew who did delivery and set up were quick and efficient and extremely kind. I may not have been the easiest bride to work with but the whole staff made me feel completely at ease! On top of the amazing staff, was the amazing product. I’ve always dreamed of a white tented wedding and I was blown away by how it all came to life. Each item I was rented was exactly what I expected. Due to weather, we needed a heating system .... the day before! And Taylor promptly delivered an entire system to us within hours. I truly can’t say enough about this company. CHOOSE THEM!

Taylor Rental is bride's best friend! Planning our wedding was chaotic but Taylor Rental was the easiest part about it. The sales staff was very responsive, polite, and helpful! They went so far as to check over our rental list to look for errors. They helped me feel so prepared in one of the biggest areas of wedding planning. I cannot recommend them more.

I’m so glad we worked with Taylor Rental for our wedding! They delivered all the way to eastern Vermont! They have a wide selection of items to rent and their service staff were prompt and professional and willing to help with whatever we needed. With the pandemic we must have changed our order a thousand times, but the staff was eager to help make our vision a reality. I highly recommend using Taylor Rental!

Anna was always willing to help with my questions and reviewed all of my requests multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. She even set up a table in her showroom to match one of my guest tables so I envision it. Everything arrived on time and the staff was always professional. The girls at Taylor Rental were wonderful to work with. They made planning a large backyard wedding much easier. Being able to come into the showroom and physically touch and see the items I planned to rent was also very helpful! It allowed me to see my vision actually come to life. Definitely recommend their services if you're planning a large event.

We had an outdoor welcome party at one location and our ceremony and reception the next day at a different location- in both cases we were using a space that had nothing so we were dependent on Taylor Rental & Party Plus for everything from water pitchers to linens to tents. Anna was so helpful and accommodating, no matter how many times I changed my mind. Her support, coupled with the awesome group that delivered, set up, and picked up all of our rentals over the course of the weekend made the experience working with them nothing short of fantastic. I would recommend them 100 times over.

I utilized Taylor Rental for my wedding in Lake Placid, NY and I was very pleased with the results. They were easy to work with and gave great recommendations. Taylor Rentals was a life saver! My wife and I got married at a family home near Saranac Lake, but we live in Los Angeles, so not only did we have to essentially build a venue, but we had to do it from afar, but Taylor Rentals made everything easy! Their inventory is insanely large; they have just about anything you could think of, and Anna, who was helping us, was really easy to communicate with and was very responsive. The tent we rented was absolutely gorgeous, and the team that came out to set everything up were professional and courteous. Anna also seamlessly worked with our coordinator and catering company to make sure we weren't missing anything, and everything went off without a hitch. We can't recommend Taylor Rentals enough if you're throwing any sort of large event in the area. Truly exceptional!

Amazing rental company, we specifically worked with Anna who was awesome! We went in once to see the items and Anna was very happy to show us and explain to us all the options. I mentioned we might buy some items that were cheaper to buy than rent like linens and she was totally fine with giving us the required measurements unlike other places that might try to push you into buying just from them. Anna was also fast and very acomidating to our additions and subtractions to the order along the way as well as our fluctuating guest count. Delivery of the items was great, while we did have to wait until the day before our event for a delivery window, it was very early in the morning to a pretty remote upstate location but they had no problem finding it. Drop off was smooth and the deliverers respected the property and were careful not to damage anything. Fantastic company and crew with the most reasonable prices and delivery costs, even to a far away venue :) If you need rentals in the area, I highly reccomend them!

As a wedding planner in the area, I use Taylor Rental for all of my clients rental needs, so when it was time for me to choose a rental company for my wedding, the choice was an easy one. Jenna is hands down the best to work with - she put up with my ever changing ideas, and was always available at the drop of a hat. Not only did she make it easy, but so much fun. The set up and tear down guys were perfect, timely, and most importantly respectful of the property (which was important because it was our own). We love working with Taylor Rental and are happy to recommend them any chance we get! Jenna mainly dealt with our planner (Placid Planner) but everything seemed to go smoothly even up to the day of. We had a large wedding (over 400 invited, roughly 220 attended) so there were three tents plus so much that went inside and outside the tents and all of it turned out to be better than we could have imagined. Jenna did an amazing job organizing everything and making sure it all went smoothly. I would definitely suggest going with Jenna and her team for your rental needs!

From the beginning, when they came out to measure the space for a tent, until they returned to pick up the rentals, the employees were professional, and they did a good job. I can highly recommend without reservation working with Jenna and Taylor rental for any wedding or event. Jenna was a total pleasure to work with - she responds to email and phone messages quickly, she knows the inventory, and she knows what she's doing and helps out with advising what is needed for your event. The tent was gorgeous and the rental equipment did not look tired or worn. We appreciate everything Jenna and the set up crew did to make our daughter's wedding such a beautiful event.

Taylor Rental were amazingly helpful and flexible to work with for our wedding in Lake Placid, New York. We worked with Jenna who offered great options for our table setting and even found the most amazing glass gold chargers for us--so beautiful. I rented gold rimmed glassware, gold flatware, chargers and linens and all were perfect for our fall evening wedding. We were very pleased with the service we received.

We had a great experience with Taylor Rental. They came the day before our wedding to bring everything over, and then picked it up the morning after. Everything was clean and as it should be. Jenna was great to work with. She was even able to get me a dance floor only a few weeks before our wedding as our plans had changed and we now needed one!

Working with Jenna at Taylor Rental was great! She was so friendly and professional! She helped me decide what was needed to make the wedding reception look amazing and go smoothly. We rented their 59X99 tent which is absolutely gorgeous! The wine barrel bars went perfectly with our rustic setting and the glow of the café lights and the wrought iron chandeliers added the magical atmosphere we hoped for. It was incredible! The tables, chairs, dance floor, linens and glassware were also rented and we had just what we needed for the reception. I cannot say enough about the beautiful tent when it went up! Just magnificent!! The staff put it up quickly and the set up and take down went smoothly as well. Jenna was easy to reach and made planning this portion of the wedding stress free and seamless. You will not be disappointed with Taylor Rental. Such kind and wonderful people!

I worked with Jenna from Taylor Rental and Party Plus. My husband and I rented the crossback wooden chairs, the barnthemed dance floor and burlap runners for our tables for wedding. Jenna made the entire process very simple and she was very good at getting back to any questions you had throughout the entire process! They dropped everything off that we needed to the venue the night before and picked up everything the day after our wedding. Payment was very simple to set up as well. Taylors rentals has so many different decor to choose from, but ultimately we went with the above items due to our wedding having a rustic themed. Overall, this was a great experience!! I would definitely rent from them again.

Thank you Taylor Rentals for taking great care of us as we prepared for our wedding. Unknown to us at the time when we placed the tent order, a pole tent wouldn't work for the space we had. The first crew that came out explained the situation and offered a solution that worked out perfectly and within our time frame. They went above and beyond to get the job done and Jenna made the situation as stress free as possible. I highly recommend Taylor Rentals for any special occasion rentals.
