I can't say enough wonderful things about Party Tents & Events (PTE) in Santa Rosa—especially Yuri and her amazing team. They completely turned my DIY backyard wedding into something that looked and felt like a high-end professional venue, far exceeding my expectations. From the moment I reached out, Yuri was an absolute dream to work with. She was not only incredibly responsive but also proactive in suggesting solutions and helping me navigate the complexities of pulling off a beautiful outdoor event. Every time I had a question or concern, she was quick to respond, putting me at ease every step of the way.
What really stood out was PTE’s problem-solving abilities. They handled every challenge with such calmness and grace, which made the entire process so much more enjoyable. Whether it was coming up with creative ideas for layout or helping to figure out last-minute logistical changes, PTE made me feel like they had everything under control, which as a bride, is invaluable. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they seemed to always be one step ahead, anticipating things before I even knew to ask.
I had initially reached out to Bright and Encore, as I knew some people who had worked with them before, but the experience left me feeling disheartened. It was like pulling teeth just to get a response, and I constantly had to chase them for any kind of update—and when I did get a pulse, it was clear I was an afterthought and nothing had been noted from previous phone calls/engagement.
With Party Tents & Events, it was the complete opposite. They listened to my vision and truly made me feel heard and valued. I can honestly say that because of Yuri and her team, my wedding day was better than I ever could have imagined. I wholeheartedly recommend Party Tents & Events to anyone planning an event in the area.
We went with PTE for the bulk of our wedding reception rentals, and are glad we did. Their catalog is extensive and their staff is very knowledgeable. As the big day approached, we went through several adjustments to our rental order and PTE was able to adjust on the fly without any hiccups. All rentals were delivered on time as requested to a fairly remote winery out toward the Sonoma coast. They even went above and beyond to send a team out to make some requested adjustments to the dance floor the day of the wedding at no extra charge. Highly recommended!
PT&E was great. Their prices were great. I attended a Bridal Expo that they were at and received a coupon for 15% off all my rentals. The service fee was not too high. You receive the rental for Friday thru Sunday, great I can double dip and use them for my rehearsal dinner. I even called the day before and reserved umbrellas as the weather was unusually HOT. They did not make me give final numbers until 7 days prior and they even called me to remind me to make sure I would not need more or less. They were great.
Their prices are competitive compared to Wine Country Events in Sonoma. I did have to pay a surcharge delivery fee, but wasn't all that much and had up to a week before to make changes to my order. They delivered early the day before and picked up early the day after. We were supposed to have the BBQ cleaned but because they were so early picking up the rentals we didn't have time and the guys said it was no problem. Thankfully I didn't get charged for the cleaning fee. Overall very satisfied and would rent from them again for future events.
Great place to rent from, staff is excellent!
