I am so happy to have shopped and purchased my wedding dress at Patricia Souths bridal. Prior to shopping I looked online for ideas and set a budget. The staff, particularly Debbie was very friendly, professional and helpful with selecting dresses to try on. I end up with a dress that was absolutely perfect and below my budget. We ended up renting suits from Bill for the bridal party as well. Overall an excellent experience.

I would give ZEROOO stars if I could. READ THIS AND BE AWARE before deciding to go here, ladies. I bought a wedding dress from this store and didn’t wear it until my wedding day (of course) I had 3 fitting sessions and the dress looked ok. When I went to pick it up it was already packed so I didn’t see it uncovered at that moment. Turns out that my wedding was outdoors at the beach and THAT very same say with the natural lighting we realized it had a discoloration in the back and bottom part. I can’t explain how that happened since I didn’t even had a party afterwards! I used the dress for 1 hour - literally - and only walked on the beach. Not even got into the sea!! Looks like a completely different fabric color was attached to the dress. Several of my wedding pictures are ruined of course, and the owner had the audacity to call me and the first thing he said was that I got a great price on that dress. Ummm ok? YOUR STAFF offered the discount. Next, he asked me if I had a professional photographer that day. I said yes, so he told me that in that case he SHOULD HAVE edited the dress color. CAN YOU BELIEVE?! The lighting in the store makes all dresses look beautiful and the place cozy. LADIES CHECK YOUR DRESSES VERY WELL BEFORE BUYING! SPECIALLY IF THEY “KINDLY” OFFER YOU A DISCOUNT. Go near the main door where natural lighting hits. I wanted to use the same dress for my “big wedding” and now I CAN’T! THANK YOU! The owner suggested to send it all the way up to NORTH CAROLINA because there’s someone there who works with damaged dresses like mine. WHAT? Disgusting and disrespectful customer service from the owner himself. I showed my gown to the saleswoman who sold me the dress and she even tried to blame it on me saying that the sand may have damaged the dress in some way. NO LADY! YOUR DRESSES ARE DAMAGED BECAUSE ALMOST NONE OF THEM ARE PROPERLY STORED. They have big windows and the sun can easily damage and change fabric colors. She also had the AUDACITY to tell me that she gave me a discount so the dress was sold AS IT WAS. SHE offered the discount, I didn’t ask for it. NOW I KNOW WHY THEY HAVE ALL THESE GREAT DISCOUNTS! You should let your brides know that they’re buying dresses in bad condition! Of course she denied everything and simply told me there’s nothing they could do. The owner simply called me to say the same thing and even had the nerve to say at the end “Well congratulations on your wedding” and hanged up. You have the best customer service to make people buy from you, but THE WORST customer service to solve something that was obviously your fault for selling damaged gowns to brides. Of course I’m not coming back and will MAKE SURE to let family and friends know to avoid this place.

I came here with 2 of my 4 ladies in my bridal party. I was pleasantly surprised by the large selection of BEAUTIFUL gowns. My attendant Shirley was an ABSOLUTE DREAM!!! She made sure my needs were met. She selected dresses based on what our conversation prior to consisted of. The dress that absolutely moved me to feel as a Queen. A glamorous vintage inspired mermaid gown with Swarovski crystals. I love the gown and my experience here at Patricia’s South Bridal . Shirley thank you for such a wonderful afternoon. This is not a paid review. I am an actual bride who had a truly exceptional experience. I am waiting to go and try on once again with all of my bridesmaids to say “ YES” to the dress!!! Thank you again Shirley! You were and are a Gem!!!

I’ve wanted to get my wedding dress at Patricia South since I was in high school and I went there for a prom dress. The whole experience was a disappointment. Deborah was my sales person and while she helped me pick a dress I would have never picked for myself, I felt that she was very pushy and really only perked up once she realized that in addition to my dress, we were looking to buy all the accessories and other bridal party dresses at the same time. My bridesmaids bought dresses at locations that were convenient to them (explained at my appt) and when Deborah called to see if anyone else was buying them there, she ensured to tell me “well I hope you know that wasn’t the best idea, there’s a good chance that they won’t match”. As you can imagine, any bride would be upset by the fact that a saleswoman would be petty enough to call you and tell you that (sadly, she ensured to tell me that again a few months later at an alterations appt). I was then told my dress had shipped but they weren’t able to provide an expected date of it coming in. I waited 3-4 weeks and then was told it had not shipped when I called to follow up. It took another week of me following up daily (since no one was calling me back as promised) to find out my dress had actually arrived. I was surprised to find out the cost of my wedding dress alterations of being over $500 as you would think that it would be discussed when purchasing the dress. As we paid for the alterations, we asked if that was normal and Patricia herself (as in the owner) immediately snapped at us that if we weren’t okay with it, we could take the dress to be altered somewhere else. I can’t believe the horrible customer service that I’ve received during this whole experience and to be spoken to like that by the owner really just was the icing on the cake. It now makes sense why the shop was pretty empty every time I was there. I love my wedding dress, I’m thrilled I found it, but I will NEVER recommend Patricia’s to anyone ever again.

My initial thoughts about this salon was amazing! I ordered my dream dress last minute. They had it ordered and in the the store within 2 weeks. When I went to try on the dress it was even more magical, until I met with the seamstress. Looking at the time frame of the wedding I decided to go with their seamstress, because they repeatedly assured me that they can get it done on time and do it well. Despite other reviews I read via google, I still decided to go with them. During my first fitting with the seamstress, I was trying to communicate with her some of the issues with the dress, but it seemed to get brushed over. The language barrier could have also been a hinderance too. When I went to my second fitting, she was late and did not finish making the alterations on the dress. She showed up right when I was about to take off the dress and their tailor was the one assisting me in my second fitting. Then when I showed up for my third fitting, they brought the dress out with pins still in it, showing that my dress did not even get touched. One week before the wedding and it was untouched since the last terrible visit. They asked me to schedule another appointment and come back in so she could finish the dress. I returned for my third fitting and there was still several alterations to be made. For my fourth fitting, all the areas I repeatedly communicated became resolved, but there was puckering along the bust line of the dress. This time I brought my aunt, who was a seamstress and she told the lady what the issue was and how to resolve it. Finally at the fifth fitting, the dress was complete. Only a few days before the wedding and it fit great, but the bust line was crocked. Needless to say I took the dress and left. I said all of this to say, it is a great salon to find a dress, but BEWARE OF THE SEAMSTRESS! Even looking back at my wedding pictures I see the minor imperfections in the bust line. Mind you they did not give me any form of compensation for any of the distress they put me and my family through, with countless amounts driving and concern.

After trying on nearly every dress in south Florida I decided to Patricias ! I’m so happy I did! I found the most perfect wedding gown here and had a wonderful stress free experience here thanks to Shirley !! She is absolutely amazing and truly gives her all to all of her brides ❤️ I’m so thankful for the experience I had here 🤗

Had an appt after having an appt at David’s Bridal. I was told by Patricia South rep to go home here first and then come see them. I found a dress at David’s Bridal I liked but decided to keep my appt at PS just in case they had something I liked more. The sales rep hurried me to the back, asked what I liked, I showed her some photos and she went thru the store picking out dresses for me. Of the dresses she picked only 1 was actually in my budget and none were like the dresses I showed her pictures of. Every time I would put one on and not like it she was disappointed but they weren’t what I was looking for. There was one dress I liked but wasn’t happy with the train but was discussing it back and forth with my bridal party and she extremely snootingly told them and me “she has her mind made up there is nothing I can show her. This is a waste of time”. She was right. Showing me dresses over my budget is a waste of my time and if u think I would buy a dress from someone with that demeanor guess again. Never again. Oh yes I bought my dress from the other shop.

I had visited some of the typical big name bridal stores in the business along with a few smaller boutiques and Patricia's was my last stop. The other stores did not have the style I was looking for and the service was not the best either. Sherly has been amazing since the moment I walked in Patricia's. She listened to what I wanted and found quite a few dresses along with some others that I may not have picked myself but just wanted to give me options. I found my dream dress (within my budget) with the help of Sherly's honesty and enthusiasm! I've had to stop in a few other times for fittings and to pick up my hairpiece I also purchased from the shop and each time it's like visiting a good friend of mine when I'm greeted by Sherly - she is amazing! I would recommend any bride visit this store for a selection of unique dresses and a lovely experience.

My experience at Patricia South's was awful and I would not recommend it to any bride looking for a dress. I made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. I arrived to my appointment early and got checked in. It was all downhill from there. I told my consultant that I was looking for dresses with high neckline and form fitting. When it came time for her to pull dresses she pulled all dresses that were nothing like what I asked for. Not one single high neckline dress! The only dress that I tried on that was remotely my style was a dress I came in asking for because I had seen it online. Then when I had 20 minutes left in my hour long appointment my consultant left my party and I in the fitting room area and starting working with another bride! She had me shopping/browsing dresses in only one area when there was a another room full of dresses. I was trying on dresses in a room with the lights off. It wasn't until my absent consultant realized that we wandered into another lit room to take pictures that she cut on the lights in the room that I was originally in. This shop was unprofessional and not helpful in my shopping experience at all.

I had a very horrible experience. When I called and made the appointment on Wednesday, October 11th at 4:29pm, I informed the lady that I was a plus size bride and asked prior to booking the appointment if they carried any dresses to fit me. Her response was that they have a couple satin ball gowns. I said perfect that's exactly what I was looking for. When I got there this morning , October 14th, for my 10:30am appointment, Deborah was my consultant and I was immediately very uncomfortable. She was very loud, cut me off whenever I spoke and made it clear that what I liked would not be good for me. Shen then went to look for dresses for me to try on and came back about 10 mins later to inform me that there are no dresses in the store to fit me and I can just "look" at the dresses. I was so taken aback! She then said that if I wanted to try on a more fitted gown (other that the ball gowns I was interested in) that she can try to "squeeze" me into the gowns. This is not my first time trying on dresses. While I know the selection for plus size gowns are not as plentiful, I've never felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed than I felt this morning. I was not even in the store 20 minutes before I walked out.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! TERRIBLE customer service. I am in the customer service industry and if I ran my business the way they did I would have ZERO customers. I called ahead to tell them my price range (under 1500) and they said it would not be a problem so we set up an appointment...then the first thing I was asked when I sat down was what my budget was. When I told her she immediately pursed her lips and said I don't think we will have anything here for you in that range. I told her about my phone call to the store and asked her to see what she could find. We proceeded to try on a few beautiful dresses and then when we were in the room with just the two of us she asked when my wedding was. I told her it was in six months and she responded saying well you sure waited till the last minute didn't you? Typically I would tel a bride in this situation to get something off the rack but they don't make dresses on the rack in your size.....yep you read that right. This was my very first bridal store and I almost left there in tears! If you are looking for a true bridal salon experience with people who actually care about you finding the perfect dress, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went to bellisima bride after this and the experience was NIGT AND DAY! They were FABULOUS, pulled out SO many dresses, I found the PERFECT dress AND it was within my budget! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP AT PATRICIA SOUTH!!!

I have to say that I LOVE MY WEDDING DRESS! However, I wish I could say the same about the customer service at Patricia South. They have great wedding dress selections and the store itself is timeless and quaint. Once they received my payment for my dress ($2,600) the customer service went downhill. They NEVER called me to tell me my dress was in from the maker. They NEVER called me to schedule a fitting. They NEVER called after my fitting to say my dress was ready for pickup. For my 2 dress fitting appointments I had to ask for a translator because my alteration lady did not speak English very well to answer any of my questions. What really upset me the most was that I called (because no one called me) and I had to find out if my dress was ready for final pick up. I asked if they could provide a box to travel with in since my wedding is a destination wedding. They said "sure no problem at all." I went to pick up my dress today and it's in a regular garment bag. So, I said, I called last week about a box and was told you could provide one. So they take my dress, mind you a $2,600 dress, and put it in an old, used, regular cardboard box that they had laying around. The box would have completely squash my dress if closed up. They made no sort of accommodation and basically said they don't normally have boxes and that was the best they could find. I do not feel that my experience was special and I feel my entire experience there was an after thought for them. I went there on a high recommendation, sadly, I will not recommend.

Super disappointed in the customer service. I wish I would have listened to these reviews. Everything felt rushed, and impersonal. I had to basically demand to see more than the 5 dresses that were picked out for me by a stranger (2 I didn't even like at all) the last dress turned out to be the one! Unfortunately a bit out of my budget. As I approached Patricia regarding possible deals such as paying cash or anything to keep it within budget, I was met with an arrogant and dismissive response of "that's not how we conduct business here" that's not the type of attitude I'd expect from a store that helps brides find their dream dress. Baffled, I asked for the style name for the dress that I fell in love with, Patricia refused to give me the name! As in, buy it here or not at all! I am disgusted. Seriously don't waste your time. This is supposed to be a joyous and pleasant affair and there are plenty of other stores around that will provide a far, far better experience. I'm glad I at least managed discover the real face of this establishment before I got involved with them any further.

I had a wonderful experience. Sherly was excellent, I tried on a total of 6 dresses, all of which were my style and I liked each and every one of them, the last dress I tried on was the winner! I bought a Maggie Sottero dress which was well within my budget. The place itself is very cute and comfy. I recommend checking it out!

I truly don't have words for how amazing my appointment was. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a princess. I brought my mom, my aunt, my sister, and my niece. Lisa, made us coffee and chatted with us about my ideas! She was so enthusiastic and excited. I loved her positive vibe. She let me try on tons of dresses until I found the dress that filled my eyes with tears and gave everyone goosebumps! Their selection is enormous. Lisa is the most patient and wonderful consultant and we truly had so much fun! Look no more I highly recommend this place!

First visit to PS: I made appointments at a few places about 2 weeks in advance. Got to Patricia South and they said my name wasn't in their appointment schedule for the day. Once I showed them my email confirmation, they apologized and told me that they would figure out a way for me to be seen. They sat my mother and I in a back room, with no lights on (there were windows but it was rainy and dark out so it was pretty creepy) filled with old gowns. Another group was sat there after us and they were offered tea, water, etc. and seen within 10 minutes. We were not even looked at for over 45 minutes so we got up and left. I understand that sometimes appointments get lost; however, this visit was ridiculously unprofessional and a huge disappointment. Second visit: I know, why would I go back? Well, my mom had gotten her wedding dress there so it was really special/important for us to try to find a dress for me there. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and that my first visit was just a fluke. I would only have rated them 1 star had we not gone back. While I ultimately did not get a dress from PS, the woman that I met with was extremely helpful and kind. We went into a room upstairs and she was in and out with all different kinds of dresses based on what I told her I wanted. She was patient and nice and improved my opinion of PS greatly.

I initially wrote a fabulous review on yelp. That was until I went back for my fittings and dress pick up. The salon is beautiful from the outside and offers amazing gowns but that is all!!!! Once you receive your dress, you are taken upstairs to the sizing rooms, I was so disappointed. These rooms are so bad you cant take photos of yourself in there because it looks like a run down abandoned grandmothers quarter. The rooms have cracked and dirty mirrors, the wall paper is coming off the walls, the base boards and floors are extremely dirty and the floor boards creak so loudly,you'd question the structural integrity of the building. My fittings were disasters, My seamstress would pin my dress in the most awkward locations, not conducive with where the alterations would had to have been made and I was constantly being stabbed by inappropriately placed needles. I almost got blood on my dress several times. I received my dress 2 sizes too big and the seamstress charged me the cost of the dress in alterations because she could not figure out how to make my dress fit properly. The seamstress was the sweetest woman ever but not very savvy with simple alterations or obstacles most seamstress's are supposed to be familiar with. If it wasnt for my independent research on how to alter my dress, it would have been a complete disaster. Everyone in the store is rude and April who is no longer there was the only good thing about this place, aside from the gowns. My advice would be to by your gown here and have it altered elsewhere!!!!

This place is amazing it is like the Disney World of Brides just about anything for my wedding . My Bridal Stylest was Debra gave me exactly what I wanted ! Yes , said Yes To the Dress !!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Lisa was a very helpful consultant. She was quick and efficient. I said yes to my dress after trying on 5 dresses. She listened to what I wanted and found the perfect one for me. I highly recommend it!!!!

Amazing selection, talented seamstresses, and a staff that goes above and beyond. I found my dream dress, shoes, accessories, and custom veil all at Patricia South. I took everything home after the very talented seamstress Maria fitted me for my final fitting. On the day of my wedding, my zipper broke. Patricia South came to the rescue. They drove up to Boca Raton to sew me in so I could walk down the aisle, then after the wedding they replaced my zipper. They went above and beyond to fix something that was a dress manufacturer malfunction. They saved my dream dress and fixed what could have been a nightmare into an amazing demonstration of going above and beyond for their brides!!! I am forever grateful for their kindness, outstanding customer service, and overall concern to make my dream dress a reality!

I came here to try on some dresses I saw on the Particia South's website. I had a list of dresses I wanted to try on. I knew they were within my price range because I researched the price beforehand. However, the sales consultant failed to show me the dresses I wanted to try on because she said they were out of my price range. Instead, she brought me some dress SHE thought I will like. I got my dress from another bridal salon.

I fell in love with this store when I was 17 shopping for a prom dress, so of course I went back to by my wedding dress there. Anik was the one who helped me find the dress. It was the 3rd or 4th dress I tried on. The alterations went well, too. I will probably use them for dress preservation as well.

I would like to start by saying that I absolutely loved my dress made by Patricia South herself. The design was beautiful, and she was amazing when she jumped into the process a few days before my wedding. Unfortunately, other than that the service was not great to say the least. Debbie is very helpful and positive about the dresses she puts on your body, but once the decision was made things started to go downhill. I would suggest not using a check here, they are likely to forget to cash it. After that happened the service got even worse. We were blamed for the mistake made by them, and the rude comments to my mom and sister started. The list goes on with things that didn't go right after I purchased my dress with them. I was told there was no veil there for $200 and that my best option was to get it online. When it got lost in the mail, I had to go to a different store a few days before the wedding to get one. This is when Patricia stepped in and she was a sweet as could be thankfully. Even the alterations didn't go very smooth. The dress was slightly too long and had to be held up while I walked, and the neckline popped out instead of sitting flat. I only mentioned this because it did end up affecting my photos. Overall, as much as I loved my dress, it a was a very stressful experience and didn't really need to be.

I searched numerous places for my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses. When I came across Patricia south, they carried the exact bridesmaids dresses I had envisioned. I didn't even have my girls try on the dresses before hand. I also came across my bridal gown there, which needed some improvements to make it my own but I probably would have had to do that anywhere. I got all of my fittings done right there and the alterations came out very nicely. The alterations were costly! They were almost equivalent to the price of my gown itself! The lady who did my alterations was very nice, the rest of the staff didn’t seem very enthused and were very forgetful/clueless. They were more accommodating before I bought the dress then after I had paid.. sounds typical. During one fitting I was charged the wrong amount for my alterations and then was called saying I actually owe double the cost I had already paid. I sent my husband and his groomsmen there for their tux rentals. We were supposed to receive a discount that I wanted to use on my alterations but it was not accepted. At this point we were so busy with wedding planning I didn't feel like arguing. Someone told me something, and someone else told my husband another thing.... I guess before asking their boss? I'm not sure, but there was some miss communication happening. Our best man was measured when he was in town a few months before the wedding. We picked up his tux for him and brought it to the venue. He ended up having to drive an hour from our wedding venue to patricia south the day of the wedding because his pants were the wrong size. Once he got a new pair of pants and came back to the hotel he realized they forgot to put his vest in the bag and had to make another hour long trip back to patricia south. I guess some things are bound to go wrong when dealing with a full bridal party.

After four previous appointments with other reputable Bridal Stores and having tried on over 30+ dresses, I finally went to Patricia South's and found my perfect dress. I travelled all the way from Trinidad to Florida to find my perfect wedding dress. Deborah from Patricia South's found the perfect dress for me.. a beautiful Casablanca. Deborah took into account everything I wanted, she treated me like a princess and ensured that all my alterations were completed on time as I only had one week to find my dress. Patricia herself even met with me. The quality of dresses is exceptional and the service is excellent. The store itself is like a fancy tea party that will make any girl feel like royalty. The dresses are all unique and even their "ugliest" dress would have been a "wow" dress at any other bridal store. The dresses are affordable and there is no pressure from any of the staff to purchase a dress. I totally recommend Patricia South's.

I absolutely loved my dress from Patricia South Bridal! They had the biggest collection of Maggie Sottero gowns that I had seen anywhere and it was exactly the style I was looking for. Deborah was a great consultant and Janet did great alterations in a very timely manner. My only complaint was that I wish I would have hemmed my dress a little bit shorter. I was stepping in it a lot throughout the night, but Janet recommended a great idea for my bustle which turned out beautiful!

I will start by saying I never write reviews, but I had to tell others about Patricia's "store policy" that you are required to pay $25 to TRY ON a bridesmaids dress. That's right, $25 to try it on. Not a deposit to order the dress, or even a fee to be measured for a bridesmaids dress. Not only is this policy absolutely absurd, but the salesperson failed to mention this to my Maid of Honor when she called prior to driving to the store. And to make matters even worse, my Maid of Honor was also told to "hurry and get here in an hour" in order to try the dress on, but made no mention of the fee until she was in the store with a bridesmaids dress in hand. For a store that advertises as the "Friendliest Shop," they need to seriously reassess that description...

My fist appointment was fantastic. Kate did a great job helping me to find my dress. However, on my second appointment, I felt very rushed and did not receive the same treatment as before. After I paid for my dress, customer service and client satisfaction declined.

First of all, do not try to go here without an appointment! I stumbled upon this place after going to may other places and being disappointed. I did not have an appointment, and they were not very accommodating. It was no problem, as I made an appointment for the following weekend. All of the bridal shops I had gone to before Patricia's South were disappointing. I didn't find one dress that I was happy with. Upon my arrival at Patricia's South, I was sat down in their tea room and consulted as to what I was looking for. I thought it was a very nice touch, as the other places I had been to just asked me briefly when I arrived. The consultant had 5 dresses picked out for me immediately after the consultation, all of which I LOVED! I ended up picking the first one I saw, and never looked back. I couldn't believe what a large selection they had! My dress was ordered and delivered from Spain within 3 months of ordering. I went in for my first fitting 3 months prior to the wedding, and the dress fit almost perfectly without any alterations at all. I went in for a second fitting one month before my wedding and it needed some changes due to weight loss. Thereafter, my fittings were worrisome because I had some "back fat" hanging out of my strapless dress. I am not a big girl, so this was devastating to see. I voices my concerns to the seamstress who promised me she would have it fixed and ready by the wedding date. She decided to move the back down slightly, and it fit perfectly! I was so worried for nothing. Thank goodness I went to a professional bridal shop who kept me on track with all of my fittings. I would highly recommend Patricia's South.

My experience at Patricia South was ok. The most important thing is that I found "The dress" there. The employees were nice enough and helpful.

Lisette was amazing, and did an amazing job of helping me find the dress. Once we went in for alterations, however, there were many mistakes made, and I was not pleased with the service I received. That said, the final product turned out beautifully, I just would have preferred not to deal with the aggravation.

I was very happy with the service that I received from Patricia South's. My bridal assistant was very nice and patient!!! My seamstress did a wonderful job with my dress.

I LOVE my dress! I found exactly what I had imagined! I didn't LOVE the seamstress job, but it had to be taken in ALOT and it is lace, so I expected it to be difficult, but it was very expensive!

Patricia South's is the one stop shop for everything bridal! I got my all my bridesmaids dresses, the flower girls, the groom, groomsmen, the parents, and ring bearers tuxes from here! They are professional, personable, helpful. They worked with all types of budgets, allowed me to pick the perfect dress, styles, and colors, and kept me up to date with everything. Loved how everything turned out so perfectly!

They have the best selection of samples you will ever find. They also have a great selection of plus sizes. Amy was the friendliest consultant as well.

The staff is extremely friendly until you purchase your dress. Then they could care less if you are happy with alterations. Be careful- they do not give any refunds even if its not what you wanted. Also rented tuxes from them- every single tux size was wrong and made all groomsman look ridiculous.

I came here to try on bridal gowns for the first time. Laura (who sadly does not work there anymore... however she did call me to say that she was leaving and to wish me good luck!) helped us and she was AMAZING. She really listened to what I wanted and didn't pick out anything ugly! :) The first dress I tried on was the winner! I did try on four other beautiful dresses, but Laura clearly picked the best one which was the first one. The price was not outrageous at all and we did get a discount for buying the sample dress. Laura also picked out a veil that matched beautifully with my dress. Patricia's South has BEAUTIFUL dresses. Everything is really classy and not cheap looking like other famous bridal stores. On the day of the wedding, everyone kept telling me how my dress was totally different from other dresses and looked so elegant. I want to wear my dress every day! Since I had a great experience with Laura and my dress, I used Patricia's to find my bridesmaids dresses! They were so helpful since a lot of my girls didn't live in town. Again, the first dress that Laura picked out was the winner! All of the dresses there are really fun and pretty. Overall, DEFINITELY use Patricia's if you are shopping for your dress, bridesmaids dress, or even prom dress! I have had several other friends who have bought their wedding dress here and they were all satisfied. The women who did alterations were SO sweet and very helpful. I live in Orlando and they were able to help me out with no problem. Oh and one annoying thing... one of the front desk people was a little snooty. If she just lost the attitude I would have liked her too, but not enough to give it less than 5 stars! :) I love this place!!

Beautiful dresses and the best bridal dress shopping service you will get in south FL. I went into Patricia South's as my first stop and found my dress after trying on about 4. They have gorgeous dresses, although some of them are very pricy. The sales associate who helped us made sure she understood my budget and did her best to find a dress that was not an extreme price - I did end up going over by $200, but you only get married once, so I went for it :) I also got my prom dress here in high school, and my Mother purchased her dress for the wedding here as well. Everything worked out great with this awesome dress shop.

I loved my wedding dress, I definitely recommend you make an appointment, if you don't no one will pay any attention to you. I started off with a wonderful girl there who i really connected with and she left the company and got bounced around the rest of my experience. The dress was great quality and I loved it! I got my bridesmaids dresses there as well. they were reasonably priced. I had one bridesmaid(plus size 18) who they recommended to order a large size(22) , and pay extra for the dress bc of the extra material, after she got the dress, it was HUGE(garbage bag huge) , and they charged her even more to alter it!!!!!! They would not make any exceptions for good faith that they made her pay extra for the dress and then even more to take it away, what a waste!!!!. My advice, go with you instinct or ask one of the seamstresses there what they recommend based on sizes if your an "inbetweener"

The service here is excellent! I visited so many bridal shops and I kept coming back to Patricia's. They have a large selection and their staff is great. We had Laura as my consultant and she was so funny! She really knew her dresses. I would recommend them to anyone!

OH MY GOD. I had an alteration disaster here. Every time the seamstress fixed something, she messed something else up. It was the weekend of my wedding and they were making emergency alterations. TALK ABOUT UNNECESSARY STRESS. We had to keep driving back there- a 40 minute drive to try the dress on, only to find a new thing wrong with it. My dress experience was definitely the most stressful part of my wedding planning- and it shouldn't have been that way.

What a great experience, a one stop shop.

I called twice before picking up my dress to confirm that everything was ready for pick up. When I arrived, the dressed was steamed but clearly needed to be steamed again. I waited for them to resteam the dress and when I got the dress back, the veil was removed from the bag. I did not realize I did not have my veil until the morning of the wedding. They called 30 minutes before I was scheduled to walk down the aisle but it was way too late. I am so disappointed in their customer service because they never offered to courier the dress to me the night before the weddding. After the wedding, I had my mom call the store and the son of the owner was very rude. He said "What do you expect me to do now!" With an attitude. After I returned from my honeymoon, I called to talk to the owner about my refund and she never returned my call. I used Patricia South's because I went to school with the rude son but I will never recommend them again to other brides. When you are in the last few days of your wedding planning process you need your vendors to do their job. It is impossible to double and triple check everything. The seamstress Maria was amazing and she did a wonderful job altering my dress.

After trying on.and ordering my dress back in march of this year i found out i was pregnant and due two months after my wedding. Amy assisted.me in getting the proper size dress in ample time for the event

Their selection of wedding gowns is amazing. I am a plus size bride and was so happy to find an amazing designer wedding dress in my size that I could actually try on. My consultant Erin was great and knew what would look great on me.

I bought my wedding dress at Patricia south bridal, and my dress was absolutely wonderful. I received a lot of compliments on my dress. My bridal consultant was Deborah, she was very nice. When I went for alteration I felt like I was in good hands, my dress was too big because I lost a lot of weight I was worrying that she would mess up my dress during alteration because I heard a lot of stories but I had a completely different experience. My dress did not even look like it was altered. The staffs were amazing

From the second I walked in the staff was so nice! They really were interested in listening to what I wanted and they really wanted to put me in the dress of my dreams. April was the one who helped me. I had once of my bridesmaids with me ( who had also just got engaged) and before we left with my dress her appointment was booked! 2 weeks later we were back buying her dress. My husband also got all of the boys tux there too! They were just awesome! Such a cute family owned place who truly values their customers

Everyone there was extremely helpful and professional. The experience of trying on dresses was wonderful and they made my decision hard because I loved all there dresses, including the dresses Patricia herself made. After choosing my dress they kept me up to date on arrival and what to do next. The lady in alterations was great and made me feel confident and beautiful. I loved that they held my dress until right before the wedding day and steamed it to perfection. I would highly recommend Patricia South for any bride looking for a great experience and beautiful gowns!!!

After visiting a couple of other bridal salons, I stumbled upon Patricia South's in a bridal magazine at the bridal salon that I had visited a week prior. I called and made an appointment. Let me tell you, my first impression wasn't the best! They either lost my appointment or forgot to schedule it in the system. When I arrived, they were not prepared for me. I waited for half and hour while the bridal consultants "argued" in clear ear shot who would take me. Needless to say, I was rubbed the wrong way! Once my bridal consultant was chosen, the appointment turned around. Thank goodness because I was ready to throw in the towel and go elsewhere! After all the drama, I did end up finding my dress at the salon during my initial visit. I was personally greeted by Patricia apologizing for the sequence of events. She assured me that my future encounters would be a lot better. I held her to her word and Patricia South's did not disappoint from the moment I picked my dress to the moment I picked up my dress to get married! There was a little drama with my original consultant no longer working at the salon and never truly being assigned a new consultant, but I pressed forward for the sake of my wedding dress. We also rented the groomsmen tuxes from Patricia South's. The experience with the tuxes was nothing short of superb. O'Shane was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He even endured a last minute change with the groom's tux like a champ! I would definitely tread carefully if choosing to use Patricia South's. It can be hit or miss as far as customer service goes. My overall experience was good; however, we did get off to a very rocky start. If I hadn't been personally addressed by Patricia, I probably would have chosen to go elsewhere.

Let me start by saying that I was hesitant to go to Patricia South. I had purchased a bridesmaid dress from them previously and I remember thinking they were a little snooty. But since it's near my house, I gave them a whirl. It's a full service bridal salon - they pull dresses for you, help you into them, etc. I worked with pretty much everyone there, and they were all great! My first appointment was with Shelley - she is awesome. Makes you feel comfortable, listens to what you say, etc. Although I didn't find THE dress on my first visit, we narrowed it down to the silhouette I wanted. I ended up coming in a couple of weeks later, on a Saturday (without an appointment) and Amy happened to be available to help me. (I do suggest making an appointment). Amy was super sweet, and Deb also assisted with my appointment as she had finished with hers. I ended up finding THE dress - Amy had chosen it for me and I knew it was the one right away. For whatever reason, my dress took forever to come in. Ordered it in the beginning of December, wedding was in May, and it arrived 8 days before my wedding. I dealt with Erin a lot at this point. I was stressed, but she kept reassuring me. She's also super friendly. I must have called every day to check on it and they always calmed me down. It finally arrived, needed minimal alterations (just a bustle and the neckline altered) and I got so many compliments on it. Would I buy from them again? Absolutely. Would I chose a different dress designer? Absolutely. My dress was one of Patricia's Gowns and I heard a rumor that that is the reason it took so long to arrive. Either way, I was very impressed with everyone at Patricia South and would recommend them to anyone looking!

My overall experience initally was great. My consultant Amy was the best. I found a beautiful dress at the price point I was looking for. However there were some issues that arose from miscommunication during the alterations process. I had to go back 4 x's before the alterations were correct. In the end I was very happy with my dress!

My initial search for my Wedding Gown was at first stressful until I walked in Patricia South and met Amy my Bridal Consultant. From the moment I walked in Patricia South, Amy greeted me with a warm bright smile, eager to assist me with choosing my gown and ensuring that I did not leave dissatisfied. That smile did work! Amy picked out a gown that instantly blew me away. I mean literally the first gown. Amy knew immediately what gown would have complimented my body frame and fit within my budget. She is very assertive and always helpful. Not only did she found the best gown for me but assisted me with choosing the bridesmaid dresses that was absolutely stunning! Patricia South has a wide selection of beautiful dresses and gowns for all occasion. The Owner, Patricia is an Amazing and talented Woman. She was always there with a beautiful smile greeting her brides-to-be and their bridal party and going above and beyond to meet all of their needs including mine.
