Patricia went above and beyond to provide seamless execution of our wedding. From the first day we spoke to after the wedding- she was so helpful! Her services provide peace of mind during your most important day- and having that stress taken off your shoulders is worth every penny. The bride and groom should be able to relax, enjoy and have the time of their life on their wedding day, and thanks to Patricia, we got just that. Her personality is bubbly and friendly but also a calm in the storm. It felt like we were working with a friend the entire time, and I would say she is a friend now! She was amazing during the whole process and I would HIGHLY recommend you book her now! No more waiting around or thinking about it, trust me, she is essential!

Patricia is an absolute lifesaver. She is incredibly professional and truly amazing at what she does, making sure everything flows seamlessly so you don’t have to worry about anything except marrying the love of your life. She’s also so fun to be around, making the whole experience even better. Thanks to her, our wedding day was stress-free and perfect. I can’t recommend her enough!

This review is LONG overdue. I’d like to start off by saying that Patricia was absolutely AMAZING! We met her when we hired her to be our coordinator, but she became a friend in the process. That’s how awesome she is!
When we started planning, we were excited, but so overwhelmed. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but there were so many decisions to be made and details to iron out. A friend suggested we meet with Patricia, and vendor-wise, she was the best decision we made.
We first met with her over coffee, and she immediately put us at ease. She had everything organized and she thoroughly outlined all of the things she would take care of. We signed with her on the spot and the stress twitch in my eye stopped that day (no joke!).
She was very proactive and communicative, anticipating our needs and addressing them before we even knew what we needed.
The day of the wedding, she delivered everything she promised, and she did it with a smile and grace.
Minus our awful DJ situation (which was NOT her fault), the ceremony and reception went so smoothly, and we have her to thank for that. Even when we had issues with the DJ, she was calm, reassuring, and maintained good communication with my husband and me.
She enabled us to enjoy our wedding and not worry about the little things. We’d hire her again in a heartbeat.
I cannot sing her praises enough. If you’re at all on the fence about hiring Patricia, or a coordinator in general, let me underscore just how good she is at her job!
If you book with her, you’ll get the absolute best coordinator there is! And who knows, you may even walk away with a new friend.

Patricia was phenomenal to work with, learned about our style and preferences, provided valuable feedback throughout the process and was flexible with us. She helped us think through what questions we should be asking in our calls with vendors, what we should execute on in the months leading to our wedding and build a robust day of timeline to nail the details for the wedding.
We were able to really enjoy and be in the moment for our wedding as Patricia helped manage our vendors, setup and flow of the wedding.
We had our ceremony and reception at separate spaces and Patricia made it a seamless transition. We had so many people comment at our wedding and after how much fun they had, how great the DJ that Patricia recommended was and how smooth the experience felt.
We would not have been able to execute and enjoy our wedding without Patricia. She is amazing at her craft and made us feel at ease, highly recommend working with her!!

We booked Patricia and her one month coordination for our wedding and I could not recommend her and her services more! Her one month coordination actually starts months before your wedding so she was able to keep all the vendor information organized, handle vendor communication, kept me on track with tasks and advised me on how to organize all the decorations so that it could be setup the exact way I wanted on the day of by her and her team. Patricia is incredibly knowledgeable and organized so it made the whole process super easy and gave me peace of mind leading up to and on the day of our wedding. Her and her team handled all the logistics day of so that I could truly be a guest at my own wedding and focus on enjoying every moment while she handled everything on the backend. I loved every second working with Patricia as she is fun, outgoing yet has a very grounding presence which was everything I could have asked for especially on our wedding day! Do yourself the favor and book her for your wedding, you’ll thank yourself after the fact like my husband and I have done!

It was so great working with Patricia, she had excellent communication, so easy to work with and was well organized. She asked questions of things I didn’t even think of. Without her I don’t think my wedding would have gone as smoothly as it did! If I recommend one thing for your wedding is a day of coordinator! 100% worth it!

Patricia was absolutely wonderful! She helped our wedding day turn out beautifully! Our venue had a day of coordinator, so we didn’t think we needed a separate wedding coordinator; however, having Patricia was the best decision. She made the day run smoothly and eliminated potential stressors. She helped us create our timeline and follow it the day of. She communicated with outside vendors and made our guests feel so welcomed and happy. Patricia helped with all the big and small details - things we hadn’t even thought of! She will be your biggest supporter and advocate. We could not recommend her enough!

Patricia was a really great day of coordinator. We really appreciated her calmness through out the day but also decisiveness to get things done on time and keep everything enjoyable for not only us but the guests as well. Whenever something went wrong, she told us about it when there was a solution so we were able to enjoy the whole day without having to look for last minute solutions. Overall would highly recommend and was super grateful to have her on our day special day.
