Patricia went above and beyond to provide seamless execution of our wedding. From the first day we spoke to after the wedding- she was so helpful! Her services provide peace of mind during your most important day- and having that stress taken off your shoulders is worth every penny. The bride and groom should be able to relax, enjoy and have the time of their life on their wedding day, and thanks to Patricia, we got just that. Her personality is bubbly and friendly but also a calm in the storm. It felt like we were working with a friend the entire time, and I would say she is a friend now! She was amazing during the whole process and I would HIGHLY recommend you book her now! No more waiting around or thinking about it, trust me, she is essential!
We hired Patricia as our wedding coordinator and honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better! She was organized and always one step ahead, which took so much stress off of us. She kept everything running smoothly and made the whole day feel more memorable for us. Even my family loved her and how she maintained everything under control. Definitely made our day even more special knowing we had someone we could trust in the organization part of it. So if your on the fence of hiring her, just do it you won’t regret it!
Patricia was an amazing asset to our wedding and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who's planning a wedding or other large event. She gave the gift of allowing me to actually enjoy my wedding and not have to think about if anything went wrong logistically. From my point of view, the day was flawless but I wouldn't be surprised if there had somehow been a huge snafu and I just never caught wind of it because Patricia took care of it. Not only was she amazing to have by my side on my wedding day, but she was so fun and personable to work with throughout the process. There were so many areas of the planning that I had been completely oblivious to and am forever grateful for her support in planning ahead! It was truly like having a best friend play the role of wedding planner. Patricia also recorded parts of our ceremony and our speeches which we were not expecting, but it was such a pleasant surprise because we didn't have a videographer for the event. I would recommend Patrica 10000x over!

Patricia was the best wedding coordinator I could have ever asked for! She truly helped the vision I had for my special day come to life. She made sure to understand exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it before the day through regular check ins. She became a spokesperson for us when it came to vendors and the venue which was extremely helpful, especially when it came to scheduling and planning out the timeline, answering any of their questions, and making sure they delivered what we were expecting and more! She always made sure to check in with us in case she didn’t know exactly what we wanted and would provide her experience-based recommendations whenever we asked/needed them. Patricia was a trusted advisor that helped us to navigate the chaotic wedding planning journey.
On the day of, Patricia was the calm I needed to keep me cool when certain things didn’t go as planned (weather conditions, vendor mistakes, etc). She handled everything behind the scenes so that we could just enjoy our day and not have to worry about a thing. It wasn’t only my husband and I that loved her, but also our bridal party, parents, and family/friends that interacted with her. So much so, that my sister and cousin both hired her to also be their wedding coordinator! They also had the same experience with her, and being in their bridal party, I saw her same professionalism and kindness in action. You will not regret hiring Patricia for your big day!!
Patricia was our month of planner for our wedding a few years ago and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes, letting us focus on getting married and staying sane. She’s super organized, communicative, thoughtful and kind. Any bride would be lucky to work with her!
Patricia was AMAZING!! We hired her to be our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond. To be honest, initially when I told my mom I was hiring a day of coordinator she thought it was a waste of funds, and after the wedding she told me Patricia was 100% worth every penny and that she was wrong for thinking we didn't need a day of coordinator! She did way more than just coordinate the day. she came to see a mockup of our table arrangement, she coordinated the rehearsal and she helped drop decorations off at my parents house after the wedding was over! She was available for me to call or text her 24/7 and never made me feel bad for texting late at night. I had a slight panic the night before and messaged her around 10pm and she responded right away with a solution! She was amazing. Day of, I had so much more fun knowing I could just be the bride and all the behind the scenes coordination was being taken care of just how I wanted it to be done (I'm very type A, so this was important). Patricia was incredibly professional, patient, kind and thanks to her my wedding was perfect!!! 11/10 I cant recommend her more.

Throughout the entire planning process, she was readily available, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident that she had every single detail handled — not just mine, but also from all our vendors. Whenever I sent her an email, she responded so quickly. Even if she couldn’t give a full answer right away, she’d let me know when to expect one. That level of professionalism meant so much! Patricia is incredibly detailed and brought up things I hadn’t even thought of — her experience really shows. I trusted her completely, and it truly paid off.
Our wedding day was seamless. If there were any hiccups, I had no idea! We loved her energy — she was easy to get along with and blended so naturally with our guests. She’s so sweet, welcoming, and calm under pressure. I wouldn’t say I’m “type A” or a bridezilla (though she might disagree, ha!), but even when I had my moments, Patricia was always patient and graceful. I felt comfortable expressing any concern to her, and she always made me feel heard.

Patricia was very organized, timely, and approachable. She helped us resolve our concerns/issues that we had in regards to our venue. She’s friendly but also strict enough to our family members who take their sweet time in order for our wedding event to flow smoothly. She went above and beyond in the planning process to make sure we had everything we needed once the day came. Any bumps in the road on the day of the wedding she was able to deal with, which took a lot of stress out of our hands. She is very well organized and has a great personality to work with and will make sure things get completed. From start to finish you provided a seamless, organized experience with attention to detail. Weeks leading up to our rehearsal day and wedding day, you stayed in constant communication and you were available to answer questions and provide expert insight on the layout for the room. The best investment and treat to myself and our family was getting the best person for the job, Patricia. Our family loved how well prepared they felt during the rehearsal as Patricia helped explain the flow of the ceremony and what to expect with the music and timing. The ceremony ran perfectly and was setup as we wished. The reception was setup as we requested and all the small details were taken care of without me having to think about it or even be there as she had an awesome assist that helped while she stayed with us at the ceremony. We were able to truly enjoy our wedding day and have a fun time with our guest. Any small hiccup, completely out of our control such as catering was immediately taken care of without notice. Patricia’s quick action and being aware of everything happen during the days events was incredible. This review is LONG overdue. I’d like to start off by saying that Patricia was absolutely AMAZING! We met her when we hired her to be our coordinator, but she became a friend in the process. That’s how awesome she is!
When we started planning, we were excited, but so overwhelmed. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but there were so many decisions to be made and details to iron out. A friend suggested we meet with Patricia, and vendor-wise, she was the best decision we made.
We first met with her over coffee, and she immediately put us at ease. She had everything organized and she thoroughly outlined all of the things she would take care of. We signed with her on the spot and the stress twitch in my eye stopped that day (no joke!).
She was very proactive and communicative, anticipating our needs and addressing them before we even knew what we needed.
The day of the wedding, she delivered everything she promised, and she did it with a smile and grace.
Minus our awful DJ situation (which was NOT her fault), the ceremony and reception went so smoothly, and we have her to thank for that. Even when we had issues with the DJ, she was calm, reassuring, and maintained good communication with my husband and me.
She enabled us to enjoy our wedding and not worry about the little things. We’d hire her again in a heartbeat.

We booked Patricia and her one month coordination for our wedding and I could not recommend her and her services more! Her one month coordination actually starts months before your wedding so she was able to keep all the vendor information organized, handle vendor communication, kept me on track with tasks and advised me on how to organize all the decorations so that it could be setup the exact way I wanted on the day of by her and her team. Patricia is incredibly knowledgeable and organized so it made the whole process super easy and gave me peace of mind leading up to and on the day of our wedding. Her and her team handled all the logistics day of so that I could truly be a guest at my own wedding and focus on enjoying every moment while she handled everything on the backend. I loved every second working with Patricia as she is fun, outgoing yet has a very grounding presence which was everything I could have asked for especially on our wedding day! Our venue had a day of coordinator, so we didn’t think we needed a separate wedding coordinator; however, having Patricia was the best decision. Patricia was a really great day of coordinator. We really appreciated her calmness through out the day but also decisiveness to get things done on time and keep everything enjoyable for not only us but the guests as well. Whenever something went wrong, she told us about it when there was a solution so we were able to enjoy the whole day without having to look for last minute solutions.
