Patrick is a fantastic photographer who possesses a combination of technical skill and artistic vision, not to mention a fun personality. He is easy to work with makes the photo sessions fun and natural. Our ceremony was rained out but Patrick managed to get beautiful shots in between the showers. We are so glad we hired Patrick for our special day!

Patrick Beare was the best photographer I’ve been around. He directed everyone that needed to be in the photos for our wedding amazingly. He always kept us on time but also gave us plenty of space when we needed a break. He also looked at the venue and created different photo ideas that ended up turning out amazing. I don’t know how he could have improved on his end. We had a videographer there as well who Patrick worked with fluently and coordinated both of their plans together.

Patrick did a wonderful job photographing our June 1st wedding! He was very calm, personable, and does a phenomenal job with capturing the right moments! He did our engagement pictures as well and they were everything we ever wanted! We recommend Patrick to everyone!

Words can’t express how much enjoyed working with and getting to know Patrick. I knew immediately that he was going to be my photographer after our first 30 min chat. He was so genuine and easy to talk to and truly made me feel like he cared about us and our wedding. How he edits his photos was so perfect for what I wanted in my wedding. When I told him that color would be playing a large role in my wedding starting with my hair which is colored pink, purple and teal to match my wedding colors he was all in. I used him for both my engagement pictures and wedding and all have turned out beautifully. He is also great at explaining why he is asking you to do what he is asking you to do which was very helpful. 10/10 highly recommend for anyone looking for an awesome photographer who specializes in weddings.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when it comes to working with Patrick. He was so welcoming from the first meet and answered all of my many questions I had. The day of went so well and the preview I have seen so far are AH-MAY-ZING!!! He captured all the love and fun of the day and I feel so pretty in my pictures. My wife and I are very fortunate to have had Patrick as our wedding photographer. We came from Alabama to Albuquerque to elope in early December 2024, a decision that was made roughly a month before the trip. We had no knowledge of the City nor did we have contacts or friends in New Mexico, so everything we scheduled - from hotels and reservations to photographer and makeup - was done on faith and trust. As soon as we decided that we were going to elope, my then fiancée charged me with finding a wedding photographer. I took to the Knot and subsequently did a dive on Google to identify a premier photographer with great shots, positive reviews, and trustworthy, quick communication. Patrick Beare’s name and shots kept coming up. Shortly after I messaged him, he responded promptly and enthusiastically, and we spoke on the phone thereafter. He immediately struck me as friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in capturing our story with his camera. Everything on the trip went smoothly, and we had a great experience at ABQ Wedding Chapel with Rev. Pearl on a Friday, which was a casual service and involved only us. Sunday is when we had Patrick meet us at the Hyatt Tamaya Resort to take professional pictures against the beautiful backdrop of the resort’s grounds during sunset and early evening. To sum up: Patrick was great. He was just as friendly and pleasant in person as on the phone. He gave easy directions, was patient, and pitched fantastic ideas. The pictures turned out beautifully and were delivered within the timeframe he gave. When it comes down to it, Patrick is just an overall good guy who has a talent for photographing couples and weddings, capturing the romance and specialness of the day/relationship. From the start, Patrick has been a great help. Gave me information as to what the process would be and gave me time to think about everything. Never pushed for an answer right away and guided me with suggestions of beautiful places for photos of just me and my husband. Walked me through the process and always answered my emails very promptly (he did call me first when I asked for availability and pricing, I just prefer email) and made our wedding a physical beautiful memory for us. When he arrived at our backyard wedding I was running around like a crazy person, and he just captured the things I didn't even have time to look at. I did have times where I couldn't make up my mind (by that i mean about getting photos with my grandparents who are very elderly, when and what to do with other family) and he offered solutions, which was wonderful. When our time was nearing the end, he asked if we had anything else planned (we honestly didn't really have things planned) but I did want certain things so being asked reminded me that we should actually do this and this now. So he also did help us stay on a schedule and get the things that I didn't think would happen, happen (before everyone left). I was nervous about doing the sunset photos because, well what If I can't model right? Lol. But he made it soooo easy, it really was just as if my husband and I were out on a date. And we got some stunning photos out of it! I really do recommend him, he captured very beautiful moments for us. We are so grateful.

My husband and I are very very pleased with our photos from Patrick Beare Photography. The sneek peek photos came quickly and are the beautiful, high quality photos we were wanting. Patrick was very easy to work with. Can't wait to build the new gallery wall in our home! My only advice is to COMPLETE THE QUESTIONAIRE EARLY so you have time to think of all the photos you really want him to get. Allow him to make suggestions as he really knows what he's doing. Patrick was absolutely amazing! From the very first email asking for availability and contract details all the way through until the very end. He worked with me to set a good timeline, he knew what he was doing. Although I only had him for 6 hours to get all the main parts of the day of events, he worked extremely hard to get it all photographed.
