The food was delicious, and the chefs were amazing to collaborate with, we might be a bit biased but it was probably some of the best wedding food we've had. The mountain setting was absolutely stunning, we were before peak foliage made it there but it looked so good still. All of the recommended vendors we used through Pats Peak were fantastic, and they know the space so we spent almost no time discussing logistics, just our plans and it made the day flow effortlessly. We couldn’t be happier with how our day turned out and would highly recommend Pats Peak to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-run, and memorable wedding venue!

our ideal wedding day would look like and had both agreed that a mountain-top ceremony was what we both envisioned. For the moment we turned into the Pat’s Peak parking lot and saw the beautifully maintained grounds, rustic ski-village inspired buildings, and cozy lodge we had a feeling we had found our wedding venue. The wedding team at Pat’s Peak was incredible to work with, helping us through every single step and answering every question we threw their way. A huge standout to us as a couple was how accommodating they were of our requests and the level of personal touches we were permitted to do which made our day extra special. While it is of course important to hear what the bride and groom thought of the venue, an aspect we’d like to add to this review is what our guests thought. It’s been two weeks exactly since our wedding at Pat’s Peak and we’re still receiving non-stop compliments from our guests on the venue we chose. We opted for the summit ceremony and we will remember that chairlift ride and view from the top as we got married for the rest of our lives. The weather was perfect for us (which we know is not always the case) but a BIG reason we picked Pat’s Peak is because we liked the weather back up options that were provided to us. Our guests RAVED about the chairlift ride to the top for the ceremony and the scenic ride down for the reception. Special call out here for the lift operators who went above and beyond to be friendly and genuinely excited for our big day. As the bride and groom, we loved the ability to set up lawn games like giant Jenga and cornhole on the deck that provided the perfect environment for guests to enjoy a cocktail, mingle, and connect during cocktail hour and the reception. We opted for a buffet style meal, which provided more than enough food for our guest count of around 100. Everything from the apps, buffet dinner, s’mores bar and ice cream sundae bar was absolutely delicious. To wrap this review up, we’d like to call out Pat’s Peak staff including Brigid and Mary Beth. These two (including our bartenders, and the rest of the amazing staff) worked tirelessly in perfect coordination with our vendors to make sure our day was completely perfect and ran smoothly. We cannot thank them enough for all their help and hard work. Prior to our wedding, we had no connection or tie to Pat’s Peak but now, it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. If you’re considering Pat’s Peak and looking for a quaint, rustic, and inexplicably cozy wedding venue, we’ve found it.

s stunning and exactly what we wanted for an easy, rustic wedding. From the second we started to work with their banquet staff, everything was clear and well communicated. Pricing was reasonable for the service provided and regular meetings with Brigid were incredibly helpful to reduce stress while planning. The day of, everything went seamlessly and the staff was so helpful, friendly and professional. They clearly know how to manage a crowd and keep an event moving. It was amazing! I only heard great things about the food and service from all of my guests. And a specific shout out to Brigid, the banquet manager. She is a total rockstar and was so competent, it was wonderful to watch. Even when I somehow missed a couple in the seating chart, she took care of it quickly, quietly and immediately without me even knowing. Thank you to Pat’s Peak and I could not recommend this venue and Brigid enough!

ountain for skiing, so after one visit we knew it was right. We lucked out with beautiful weather for the summit ceremony and it was a lot of fun to ride the ski lift in the fall. The chef created a custom vegan menu for us, which got tons of compliments from our guests. We didn't have anything go wrong, really, which is kind of a miracle because you always expect something to go wrong. I put that down to the staff at Pats knowing their job really well. A few of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and I agree (but I'm biased).

well. Even if you don’t like to ski or snowboard, this rustic venue is worth it. Not only was the lodge beautiful but the outside setting is even more gorgeous, and the pricing was very reasonable. Brigid, who is the banquet manager was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was extremely responsive to questions throughout the process, friendly, and very easy to work with. My day of coordinator was Robin and she was just as great as Brigid- very friendly and great at what she does. I can’t say enough great things about the whole Pats Peak team, from the chef to the servers and maintenance workers. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Our guests raved about the great food they had from the appetizers to the main meal to our s’mores bar. Thank you Pats Peak for giving us the best wedding we could have imagined!

answered every email and every question in record speed and always with so much attention to detail. They were both extremely patient and kind. After working so closely with Brigid, we were initially nervous to have a different coordinator the day of our wedding, but Robin exceeded any and all expectations. She immediately put us at ease and we felt like we’d known her forever. She was organized, FUN, and went above and beyond to make the night perfect. In addition to their wonderful team, the venue and grounds were beautifully maintained. We had one minor hiccup at our reception, which they acknowledged and rectified before we even had the chance to mention it (the kind of customer service that you rarely find these days). We are so glad that we chose to celebrate our wedding at Pats Peak. They treated us like family and we had the best, happiest, most fun night of our lives. Can’t recommend them enough!

The Pats Peak team (shoutout to Amy and Brigid!) was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the stress of postponing our wedding such an easy and relatively stress-free decision to make. Everyone was so communicative throughout the planning process. Something we didn’t learn until we booked our wedding was that Pats Peak provides a day of coordinator who helps keep things running smoothly at the venue for both the rehearsal and the big day! Robin was our day of coordinator, and she was FANTASTIC. So sweet, helpful, and responsive. She made sure everything at the venue was running smoothly and even graciously brewed up fresh coffee and had it ready for us in the bridal suite the morning of our wedding. She also checked in with my husband and I throughout our wedding to make sure we were eating and had everything we needed. Can you tell we really loved the staff at Pats Peak? :) the food was AMAZING, the bar staff was phenomenal, and our guests had the best time. For the price point, all inclusive nature, and beautiful venue/location, you can’t beat Pats Peak!

even held the date for us while we talked it over. I'm so glad we went with them. The room was so beautiful, the staff was super responsive. Brigid was awesome and truly so helpful. Her experience really showed as she expertly planned out timing out and helped us coordinate table settings and the space and make decisions on what to eat. Robin, who was our coordinator for the day was also super helpful. When I spilled sand everywhere the day of, she jumped on it, getting everything cleaned up and reset for the ceremony. She kept us on time and I didn't have to worry about a thing. And oh goodness, I haven't even TALKED about how awesome the food was. Seriously, I have never had so many compliments about how good the food was. And they were super accomodating with the food allergies/preferences we had. So many of our friends and family told us the wedding was one of the best they had ever been to and I can't help but attribute a good chunk to Pats Peak and the amazing staff they have there. If we ever have to plan another big event, I would 100% book them again.

She had so many helpful tips and suggestions, and clearly had our best interests in mind when helping us plan our big day. She and Amy were both very prompt with responding to emails and answering questions. Robin was our day of coordinator, and she was great! She frequently checked in throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed and to help the night flow. The food was incredible and the bar/wait staff was friendly and polite. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, with many spots for photos. We are so glad we decided to book Pats Peak for our wedding!

in the Valley room with the light wood and twinkle lights, so pretty! However, besides being visually amazing- there were 2 HUGE negatives having my wedding at Pats Peak. 1. They do not offer a free food tasting, so we just chose randomly from the menu. The day of, the chicken was pink and raw inside and our guests are still talking about that. 2. The day of coordinator largely ignored us. Did not interact with us at all after serving us dinner. Did not see if we needed seconds or anything else. I sent my bridesmaid to ask if they could open the windows (it was so hot in the room) and she replied, "you can." Didn't ask me what flavor cake we would like to be served at our head table. And then when we were cleaning up (the customer has to clean up all decorations), she ignored us. I had to ask for the bar tab. Didn't even say good bye. Completely unfriendly and rude. I would have rather someone (who is being paid to do so) check in and make sure the night was going the way we visioned.

They worked with us every step of the way. The day of we ended up getting a different coordinator who worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the venues covid policies and regular policies were really easy to work with and made everyone feel comfortable. I am extremely happy we chose Pats Peak to be our venue. They even let us drive up the mountain during cocktail hour to take some really stunning photos!

The Valley Room, where we had our reception, was absolutely beautiful and they allowed us to decorate the day before - since there were no other weddings planned. Brigid (and her staff) ran the day well and made sure everything went as planned. Everyone commented about how well maintained the landscaping was outside (August wedding) and the food was simply delicious! We would recommend others to consider working with Pats Peak for their wedding.

It was not their fault, they had to wait on the governor and find out more about restrictions and guidelines but boy was that stressful! When I first met with Brigid she was just absolutely wonderful (still was the entire process) planning with her was a breeze. She gets everything done and makes sure everyone knows what they are doing. The day of my wedding it was cold and it was misting outside. When we got to the venue the sun came out! It was gorgeous. Pats Peak is a beautiful venue and the staff are nice. The ceremony at the gazebo was beautiful and the reception in the Valley Room was wonderful as well, the Valley Room is such a gorgeous set up. The process of everyone getting their food and desserts went a little slow but I didn’t expect everything to be per usual since I was their first wedding of the season and everyone was getting back in the swing of things as well as having to follow some guidelines. Over all it was a beautiful day at a beautiful venue and I really appreciate Pats Peak and their staff for their help and for making sure that even during a pandemic we still had a beautiful time on the best day of our lives! Robin was there the day of to ensure everything went smoothly and she performed that job to a T. We got married at the end of October on a cold, rainy day. Though most couples would be upset about the rain, we didn't have to worry because the indoor ceremony location was absolutely breathtaking. Robin and Brigid even brought in candles to place on the mantle of the fireplace to add to the ambiance. I can't say enough how helpful the staff are here - For example, I asked if they had a cupcake stand I could rent, they didn't but Robin offered to bring her own personal stand in for me. Those kinds of small gestures are what makes Pats Peak so incredible. The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, and Robin kept us to our timeline without being pushy or overbearing. I would recommend Pats Peak a thousand times over to anybody looking!

The food was fantastic, the room is so beautiful that we didn't have to put work into decorating, and the landscaping outside is breathtaking. Our guests, especially the ones from California, were blown away. The main thing we appreciated was that we were treated SO great being a same sex couple (sadly, that isn't always the case). The entire staff treated us so normally. The price point is far better than any other venue we visited, and their packages are flexible and affordable. I wish I could give 100 stars. If you don't want to worry about a single thing at your venue, go with Pats Peak. Thank you all!

ed riding the chairlift to the top for a unique wedding experience. The food was outstanding thanks to Chef Guy. Guests were raving about the duck rumaki and the stuffed chicken parmesan. We gave the big Pats Peak cookies as our wedding favors, which people loved. It was the best day ever!!

ty leave, Brigid stepped in and helped with all our final details. She was on top of everything, very quick to respond to our questions and requests,. We had originally planned to have our ceremony at the summit and she was so wonderful when we had to change plans due to the weather. She was very honest and up-front about various drawbacks we might face, and great about helping us with the last minute change. The day-of, she was so sweet checking on us and making sure we were happy. She even made up a plate each for me and my husband from our buffet. My only complaints are that they would not set up our centerpieces or any of our decorations for us, and on the day of our wedding, later in the afternoon but before the wedding was over, there was a server or some worker walking around in casual clothes (t-shirt and jeans) which seemed a bit unprofessional. Everyone else was very courteous and helpful. They even tracked down a bag of jewelry and a jacket that were accidentally left behind, and we were able to pick them up today. The food was terrific, and everything was wonderful for the price, which was less than any other option that I found in the area.

around the venue on our tour with Jessica we were met with so many possibilities for personalization without the staff batting an eye. Everyone was so friendly, even before we booked them!

ructive criticisms, they would be that we had trouble communicating with them outside of ski season and some food related issues where they had to be asked to cut more cake because they stopped for some reason. They also did not plan the appetizers well. All told, these problems were completely minute and negligible because their setup was still great, they did some extra things for us, and they seemed to really care about how well things went.
