Patty Armbrust Catering was one of the best decisions we made! We are CONTINUING to receive compliments about the delicious food and friendly staff from Patty’s company—even an entire month later. The servers were incredible, professional, and hard-working. The food was DELICIOUS—we had guests tell us they could have just “stayed by the appetizers all night” because even those were of the best quality and deliciousness! She is extremely responsive and has an incredible amount of experience and many years in the business! She is an expert, a professional, and an amazing caterer. Everything was incredible…she is a MUST for your wedding!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! I can’t even begin to describe the magnificent food that Patty and her team prepared for our wedding day! From the sandwiches and wraps she prepared for the bridal party and groomsmen while we were getting ready to the delicious appetizers during cocktail hour (she even added a taste of philly with steak sliders and soft pretzels) and to the creative and amazing stations during the reception- each phase was absolute perfection!!! My husband and I come from Italian families and we are major foodies – with that being said we could not have found a better choice than Patty and her team to cater our big day! Patty welcomed my husband and my parents into her home for such a special food tasting. From there on Patty was a pertinent piece in our wedding planning process- from assisting with the linens to helping us craft the perfect combination of food choices for our guests - Patty made our wedding perfect!!! We originally had planned our wedding for September but due to an unforeseen health matter with my husband we had to change our date to December. Due to the change in seasons- she consulted us on how to best adjust the wedding from a Fall to Winter wedding. Patty could not have been more kind, flexible and accommodating with the change in dates. She not only made the change in dates a seamless transition but she truly cared and supported us through some difficult times with her positivity and kind words of encouragement. I truly view Patty as part of our family now – as she was much more than a caterer with her kind presence, attention to detail and true love for making our day one we will never forget!!! Thank you SO much to Patty and her team – your kindness and absolutely amazing food will be pieces of our wedding that nobody will ever forget!!! My guests and my family cannot stop raving about Patty and her team!

Patty was AMAZING!!!! We absolutely loved working with Patty. She put together a custom menu for us based on our requests/likes/dislikes. The was very responsive and easy to communicate with during the wedding planning process. I have a lot of food allergies and she made sure to accommodate all of them. The day of the wedding, we planned to have our cocktail our outdoors, but we were rained on at the last minute. During our (very short) ceremony, Patty and her team flipped the entire cocktail hour from the patio to the indoor pavillion seamlessly. The food was outstanding and her team's service was excellent!! I would recommend Patty to anyone, ten times out of ten!

Patty's knowledge and expertise was absolutely priceless as we were planning our May wedding. From the moment we talked to her on the phone we knew that Patty was going to bring our vision to life. She went far beyond her role as caterer, coordinating all of our rentals and recommending our florist, who she works closely with. The menu she created was totally unique, and she built it based off what each of us liked. I was blown away by how amazing everything was, and we had numerous guests tell us that it was the best wedding food they have ever had! Patty's staff during the reception was absolutely amazing and very polite and attentive. I could go on and on about Patty, but we are so thankful she was a part of our day!

Thank you Patty for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime. My husband and I wish we could renew our vows every ten years, to celebrate with friends and family. We wouldn't think twice about hiring Patty to cater every celebration. Our guests loved the food! Everyone was talking about the pork and cornbread crockpot hors d'oeuvres! Luckily Patty's team set some aside for the Bridal Party. They were amazing!! It was a pleasure working with Patty. She was understanding and straightforward with us when it came to our dinner plan and budget, while making suggestions along the way that helped make everything affordable and manageable.

Patty and her team left us in awe! We knew Patty was our caterer as soon as we met. Our first consultation felt like chatting with an old friend. She truly showed how much pride and confidence she has in her business, and especially in her staff. We had some menu ideas and Patty was not shy to give us her input and recommendations. She took every idea we had and used her expertise to perfect an amazing and unique menu. Our items were not traditional, and Patty wasn't afraid to tackle a challenge. I must admit, we felt so comfortable and assured in Patty that we never even tasted the food before our wedding day! The day of our event went without a hitch. Everything was set up and ready to go as planned. I have to give a shout out to the amazing staff. Patty is proud that most of her staff members have been with her for many years. Patty is amazing!! We were able to create our menu from scratch because that's how she prepares all of the food. All of her staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on the day of. One of the top complaints from brides is that they didn't get to eat at their own wedding and thanks to Patty and her staff that was not the case for me and my husband. On top of that all of our guests are still raving about how good the food was. Patty is more than just caterer, she will be your go-to person for whatever you need whether its during the planning process or the day of. I highly recommend Patty for whatever event you're hosting.

Patty Armbrust and Company catered our daughter's wedding in May. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience with Patty and her staff. From the start Patty worked with us to design a menu to meet our tastes and our budget. She coordinated with our other vendors, offered suggestions, promptly responded to our questions and concerns, and calmed our nerves as we prepared for the big day. Patty is not only an excellent chef, she is a true artist. The food was absolutely delicious and so beautifully displayed. Our guests still rave about the food that was like no other wedding food! Patty Armbrust and her staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. Sourcing the food for our wedding as locally as possible was something I wasn't sure we would be able to do in our budget, but Patty delivered! She graciously worked with us to find something that met our needs that was not only delicious and seasonal, but affordable, too! We were so happy with the menu she helped us put together; she even included one of our favorite soup recipes which was a huge hit. Her staff was incredibly professional and friendly, and everyone kept raving about the food. 5 stars does not seem like enough to describe how happy we were with Patty and her team. A week before our wedding all of our contacts at our venue walked out, and I can say without question that the only reason our wedding was flawless was because of Patty. The food was unreal, and even 5+ months later we still have guests raving about their favorite dishes. Patty and her team are true professionals and we could not reccomend them more.

Patty Armbrust & Company~ Wow, we were blown away! Even though our wedding was 4 years ago, our friends and family are still talking about the wonderful food at our reception…..Caprese salad with grilled artichokes and homemade foccacia; a sushi bar with sushi made to order by a Japanese chef; an amazing vegetarian station (I am a vegetarian); a grilled beef tenderloin station with a mac and cheese bar; and the list goes on and on. As Patty only caters one wedding per weekend, she made me feel special and I was confident that my day would be just like I had dreamed. Our wedding exceeded those expectations, was even better than I imagined, and now we have a lifetime of fabulous memories.

Simply elegant! We relished our wedding in large part because the celebration was in Patty's expert hands. She listened to our ideas, reviewed our clippings, and delivered an evening even better than we imagined. The food was beautiful and scrumptious, true quality, thoughtfully and imaginately presented. Our quests' eyes widened at first sight of the appetizers. They savored every morsel, some even asking for seconds, through the last bites of desserts. Patty oversaw and coordinated every aspect in the planning and preparation of our celebration. She coordinated all the details for the venue, the table favors, the rentals, the pianist, and the florist. She and her staff seemlessly attended to every guest, from age six weeks on up, with professionalism, care and ease, as if there were nothing more important than each person's enjoyment of the evening. All the accolades are true. She's the best!

Patty was wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. She was the caterer for my good friend's wedding so she was the only choice for us! She was extremely easy to work with and had great suggestions. The wedding came together beautifully thanks to Patty and her team. She handled most everything for us from the chairs & linens, to the cake & cupcakes and of course the delicious food. I had guests throughout the evening bringing me plates of her food and saying, you have to try this! :) Her staff was all really great and easy to work with as well. When I knew an engagement was coming, my very first phone call was to Patty. She was my only non-negotiable! We didn't want a long engagement so our venue options were limited, but I truly mean it when I say that I would've gotten married in a park pavilion on a Tuesday afternoon if that was Patty's only availability. Not only did this amazing woman come up with a menu that had my guests salivating in anticipation, but she even personally found the perfect venue for us with only a four-month window to work with. She allowed us to borrow her personal belongings, she ran the coordination with our other vendors, and she was impressively responsive even while on vacation on a different continent, etc etc. We even found our florist, cake baker, and videographer through her connections. Patty is the full package! In fact, "caterer" is probably an inaccurate label for her when she serves far more as a wedding planner. As far as the reception, our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was almost THREE MONTHS afterwards. (I'm not exaggerating!) Everything was presented beautifully, fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. The staff were somehow everywhere they were needed yet invisible. Food is something that matters very much to my husband and me and Patty Armbrust & Company knocked it out of the park for us. Patty, you were the hero of our wedding and if I had to (or more accurately, were allowed to) do it all over, my first phone call would be to you again. I simply can't ever thank you enough.

Patty was the only caterer we considered and we couldn't have been happier with our decision! From our first meeting, Patty understood our vision and helped us create a menu that was not only delicious but was representative of our individual tastes. No detail was missed and everything was executed beautifully even with last minute changes due to torrential downpours! Patty Armbrust and Company did a fabulous job with all of the services that they provided for my wedding! We hired them for hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and bar tending. Patty Armbrust and her husband met with us personally at our home/wedding site and helped us to put together the perfect menu for our reception. All of her suggestions were catered to our tastes and were fresh and elegant options. On the wedding day, the staff arrived early and set all of our tables. We choose to have a buffet for our guests and the staff laid it out in a very attractive manner. The food turned out to be fantastic and I had a few of our guests comment that it was the "best wedding food they had ever had." Our menu was perfect for the adults but equally suitable for the children at the reception. The bartenders were excellent and clearly very practiced. Everyone was very personable. All and all, I couldn't have been happier with the service that we received from Patty Armburst and Company. Patty was personable and adaptable and a joy to work with! I am so grateful that we found this company!

Patty Armbrust & Company is an amazing team with wonderful food. Patty worked with us to create the perfect menu and was very prompt in returning emails, calls, etc. We had stations at our wedding, which allowed our guests to interact more during dinner and also choose what they wanted to eat. Many of our guests said that it was the best wedding food they have ever had, which made us happy that it was so memorable. All of the food was fresh and the attention to detail was exceptional. Some guest favorites on our menu were the Italian Wedding Soup, Ham and Biscuits, and the Paella. The staff was professional and personable. They really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. All in all, we felt very taken care of throughout the night. The service was excellent and everything ran so smoothly. We would recommend Patty Armbrust & Company for any event!

Patty was incredible!!!! The first time we met her, she made us dinner at her house, and it blew us away. We knew we had to have her. I am a picky, gluten-free vegetarian (I know), and Patty went out of her way to find foods that would be delicious to both me and our guests. People were raving about the food all night. I can't say enough about Patty and her team and what she did for our special day! My husband and I are foodies and the food was EXQUISITE. But she provided so much more than that. Patty and her team were amazing! The food was so fabulous, best food I have ever had at a wedding, the guests are still raving about it! Everything was so thought out down to the perfection of the presentation! For my wedding, they were not given the easiest conditions to cook and prepare in and they never complained or showed any concern, if anything, they were more excited for the challenge! Throughout the entire planning process Patty communicated with me weekly, answered all my annoying questions and even gave me great feedback on decor and table settings! She was so much more to me than the caterer, she was the most involved and helpful of all my vendors! Her personal attention was above and beyond. I would like to say it was my Southern Charm that struck her but I have to admit, I think its just the person she is, she is very passionate about what she does! You cannot go wrong here, you will have delicious food and she will give you so many options to fit your wedding! I had the most fun picking from her giant menu list, that I think was personally put together just for my Outdoor, Fourth of July, Farm Wedding! Patty Armbrust Catering was amazing! She's a fabulous chef, and she worked with us to keep the catering within our budget. She works with fresh ingredients, and some of the dishes were among the best I've had. She also pays attention to the aesthetics of food; the presentation was gorgeous! Everyone who worked with her was helpful and professional. The catering was perfect on the wedding day. Patty's also very personable, kind, and funny. She helped to make our wedding day lovely and yummy! I enthusiastically recommend her!

Patty was great to work with! She was very professional, offered us a lot of great ideas and took care of all of the details. We had nothing to worry about. She took care of decorations, table set up, tent rentals, music etc.. In addition, her food was outstanding. We only wanted finger style foods and she was able to provide a great variety. My guests raved about the food as well as the people that were working there on Patty's behalf. If I ever need a caterer again, she will be the first (and last) person I will contact.

Patty and her staff went far beyond anything we had ever expected. From the food details, the setup, the staff and the extreme concerns to make our evening perfect was everything she promised and more! Every little detail was perfect all the way down to our signature drinks. Mine was running low quite often and they were replenishing very quickly. My husband is a recovering alcoholic and our drinks were very different colors and his of course was a mocktail. When preparing the replenishment of my drink later in the eveing, the juice they needed to use, made our drinks the same color! The staff made it a top priority to make sure they left us know so that my husband just didn't pick up a drink from the table thinking it was his and get something with alcohol in it. They wanted to make sure he came directly to them to get is beverages for the night! That specific detail meant more to us than anything that they thought so far out of the box for him! Patty was more than we ever imagined and I would recommend her services to any bride who wants a unique and one of a kind special event!!! Patty and her staff were extremely professional, helpful, and responsive during the whole process. She took the time with us, personalized our menu so it was exactly what we wanted and reflected our personalities and tastes, and worked very closely with us on our budget to make sure we had an incredible wedding. She made a list of our favorite foods and worked up an incredible menu that our guests still tell us how much they loved. Patty was also instrumental in helping us choose other vendors. She recommended all types of vendors. Furthermore, her attention to detail and experience was evident as she got to know us and made recommendations and suggestions on how our wedding day should go. We were planning our wedding from across the country so it was so helpful getting quality suggestions and recommendations from someone in the business. On the day of the wedding she was there to make sure it went off without a hitch, which gave us peace of mind and helped us relax and enjoy the day. Her staff was so respectful and professional, again exemplifying true experience and knowledge of their craft. Patty responded quickly to all our inquiries and questions. Whenever we had a question or an issue where we started to get a little stressed, Patty responded quickly and settled us down so we had nothing to worry about. This included an issue we had with the time of our event. We brought it to Patty’s attention and she quickly revised the schedule for us with no issues at all. It was little things like this that helped make the whole planning process easier and less stressful. Even when she was away she let us know she wouldn’t be immediately available but would respond to us when she could. Again this little thing helped us know she was invested in our wedding just as much as us. Patty was very helpful keeping within budget and there were no surprises when we got our final invoice. Patty and her staff helped make our wedding day wonderful and we highly recommend her.

We got married in Harrisburg PA in August 2014. My husband lived in North Carolina and I moved out of PA in January, so we were worried that we are able to take care of everything. But my husband's family helped us a lot ( well my family lives outside of country) and also my cater, Patty was HUGE help! She was like a my wedding planner! She has a lot of knowledge and experiences, and she knew exactly what I wanted! She is very engaging and so passionate and amazing person to work with! Our wedding was outside under the tent and theme color was black, white and blush pink. We wanted our guests to move around, so we did stations. There were a lot of "Foodies" in our guests and we got so many compliments. We are not planning to get married again but would love to do the party again!!!!

Well, Patty has done it again!! My husband, Jack, and I had our wedding on September 27th at Laurel Rock Farms with Patty and her wonderful crew catering and taking care of us. It was a rustic barn theme with beautiful wild flowers, live music, and of course, an amazing spread of food. Patty took special care of us from the beginning by meeting with us personally, cooking us food to taste, and then sitting down and designing a personal menu with us based on our favorite types of food. Our wedding food consisted of passed hor dourves and 3 different stations of food. Needless to say, no one went home hungry! There was something for every taste at every station, and many, many friends and family said it was not only the best wedding food they have ever had, but the best wedding they have ever been to! Our goal was to have a beautiful, memorable, and unique wedding day, and we achieved it. I give much credit to Patty and her wonderful team!! All the food was amazing but a special shout out goes to the grilled flatiron steak with horseradish, scallops wrapped in bacon with Cajun barbecue sauce, saffron risotto, brie with caramelized almonds, and the grilled salmon with lemon dill marinade! That is only a handful of the delicious food Patty made for us. Finally I would like to mention how much it meant to us to not only have a caterer, but instead an outstanding caterer with an amazing team that helped us with everything, not just food. They helped with decorating, setting up, tearing down, and gave much appreciated advice when we were uncertain and needed it! I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful and caring lady and her hard-working team. :)

If you are looking for fresh, beautiful delicious food - Patty is the one. Patty saw my vision from the very beginning and she executed it perfectly. Patty and her team were absolutely amazing. From the minute we met Patty we completely trusted her and knew her attention to detail and the care with which she does her work would make our wedding meal perfect. At the beginning of wedding planning, my (now) husband and I sat down and listed our non-negotiables. Food & catering were at the top of both of our lists, and it is for this reason that we hired Patty Armbrust and Company. It was the best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. Patty and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and well-respected in the community. Our other vendors were thrilled to hear that we had hired Patty because they love working with her. I don't even know where to start with the amazing things I have to say about our experience with Patty and her staff, so I will break it down into the big categories. Food: Obviously this is the most important part when hiring a caterer! Not only was this the best wedding food we have ever had, but quite possibly the best food we have ever had, period. Our guests were very quick to say the same thing. People were still raving about the food for weeks after the wedding. Our favorites: the mashed potato bar, grilled beef tenderloin, and the asiago chicken. Service: Patty is absolutely phenomenal to work with. She made us feel so at ease during the planning process, and things went smoothly because of her expertise. She helped us plan a menu from scratch, and was very patient with us when we had little-to-no idea what we wanted at first. She helped us craft a menu that reflected our personalities and our favorite things. It helped the reception have more of a personal touch, and our families loved it. When ordering rentals and linens, Patty made things so easy for us. She was so knowledgeable and helped the process go smoothly. Our wedding would not have looked the same without the beautiful linens, glasses, and silverware she helped us select. She also does a phenomenal job with presentation. The tables for our stations were so gorgeous they could have been featured in a magazine. Her staff members were also wonderful. They were so kind to us when we arrived at the reception and looked genuinely happy to be helping us on our special day. They were there for us if/when we needed anything at all during the reception: drinks, more food, cake-cutting supplies, etc. They boxed up a care package for us at the end of the night, and we ate every last bit of it in our hotel room. I can't imagine working with better people than Patty and her staff. Cost: This part is simple. They say you get what you pay for, and with Patty, what you get is worth every penny. She helped us stick to our budget and have a wonderful wedding. I cannot recommend Patty Armbrust and Company highly enough. STELLAR service, PHENOMENAL food, WONDERFUL people. Thank you!!!

We chose Patty for the wedding of our daughter, Holly,in Gettysburg. Although we live in England, and had never met Patty, she was always contactable & reliable and easy to deal with via email. The food was fantastic and the service from her team, who were all so friendly and helpful, was brilliant. We were very appreciative and pleased that we used Patty to cater for us. Patty and her team were amazing. From day one, Patty was incredibly helpful in all of her recommendations for the menu and timings for the reception, particularly as I was organising the wedding from the UK. On the day, her team had everything running efficiently and always with a smile. Our wedding couldn't have been better. Since then, we've had countless compliments on the meal with many guests saying it was above and beyond what they would ever expect at a wedding. I would not hesitate to recommend Patty to anyone looking for an event caterer, she's been brilliant!

She had us at the chicken Caesar salad…and then she shared her quinoa salad with us and we were sold! We didn't want the 'typical' wedding food at our April wedding and Patty provided us the flexibility to really 'wow' our guests! She put together an amazing lunch menu that included various salads, sandwiches, and even a kids food menu that would make any 5 year old sit down for lunch before playing ball! When we walked into the event we were most impressed by the professionalism of the team she had working with her. They were all so pleasant and happy to be there…that alone made the afternoon even more special. Our guest were talking about Patty and her team for days afterwards! We now need to figure out a way to get invited to another event that she is catering! If you work with Patty, that will be the best decision you make!!

Patty was a delight to work with and really did her best to understand what we wanted and pulled it off! Her team was extremely kind and pleasant and the whole night was a huge success. Everyone flipped over the food and it was served so graciously and timely.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Patty Armbrust and her catering team! Patty invited us into her home for our first meeting and I knew instantly that I wanted her to be our caterer. She was so passionate about having quality, delicious food at our wedding and customized our menu to fit our likes and dislikes. Everything was absolutely perfect! She went above and beyond typical catering duties by even helping us with our rentals and making sure we had all of the correct tables and linens. Everyone commented on how delicious our food was at our wedding, and it was also presented so beautifully! We had a macaroni and cheese bar and one guest told me it was the best macaroni and cheese they had ever had in their life! Since Patty works with your food preferences, the entire menu was so "us" and people noticed and loved that. Not only is the food amazing, but Patty is just an absolutely wonderful person to work with. She was so kind throughout our entire planning process, answered emails quickly, and always made us feel special. What an amazing lady! Her staff is just as kind and did a great job at the wedding. We used Patty Armbrust and Company as the caterer for our wedding and had a great experience! She was open to hearing our vision and provided many creative suggestions and ideas. We had three stations with different types of food and each of them was delicious! We met with her twice and she was very helpful and thorough in answering all of our questions. Patty definitely made us feel confident that everything would run smoothly and it did! She and her staff are very experienced and knowledgeable about their work, and everything was presented and served in a professional manner. My husband and I were looking for authentic, fresh food that was original and not the stereotypical wedding cuisine. Patty accomodated us and my parents for our tasting and we were blown away and knew we would book her immediately. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding she was always very thorough and timely in responses to all of my ridiculous questions and was very helpful. She came to the venue a couple of days before the wedding to ease my mind with setup and placement of things. When it came to wedding day, Patty and her staff were absolutely OUTSTANDING! The food was spectacular, the staff was so attentive to us and our guests and they had smiles on their faces even at the very end of the nice. The cleanup was quick and they left the venue looking spectacular! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Patty Armbrust was the first and only caterer we contacted when planning our son's wedding. We had been to other weddings she catered and were incredibly impressed, so, in our minds, there was NO reason to contact anyone else! We had a budget in mind, and Patty met with us several times (not to mention answered all our phone calls and emails, which were too numerous to count!) to make the wedding work within our budget. The food was absolutely scrumptious, all homemade, the stations' presentations were stunning, and Patty did a remarkable job making that special day seamless for the bride/groom and my husband/me! We received countless comments from guests about how wonderful the food was. She provided an "event coordinator" who was positively fabulous, as was her entire staff. Their professionalism and ability to communicate and pull off a memorable wedding was absolutely fantastic! Patty is the queen of catering! She uses only the best ingredients to provide amazing food. She gave us a variety of options in our price range and worked with us to provide our guests with an incredible reception. Her staff is friendly and efficient. More than two months after our wedding, we are still receiving compliments on the food. We love Patty!

I have to say Patty and her staff went above and beyond in everything that they did for my special day. Like most brides, I wasn't sure how to approach a lot for my wedding. Patty is so incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect, but most importantly the food! When I went into this process I wanted to find the best caterer to give my guests the most memorable reception meal they have had. I had an idea of what I wanted and she made sure to make it all about my husband and I. I had a southern style wedding and wanted the comfort foods. She created a whole menu and even tried some new stuff out just for me. I had more guests come up to me to compliment the food then I ever imagined. She worked soo well with the other vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly. I have never put so much trust in someone and come out with such confidence and ease. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to have a stress free wedding day and guaranteed exceptional food and service.

Patty Armbrust and Company did a fabulous job for our wedding reception at the Carlisle Ribbon Mill. We served salmon, steak and several salads family style. We loved that she uses all fresh and a lot of local ingredients and the food was great. Almost every guest we talked to said that it was the best wedding food they had ever had! It was great working with Patty in the lead-up to the wedding and she always answered questions quickly. We also hired one of her staff, Alison, as a day of coordinator and she was so helpful. It made us feel so much better to know that Patty and Alison really had the wedding day under control. I would definitely recommend Patty to anyone getting married in the central PA area.

Patty and her team did such an amazing job at our wedding that we still have guests commenting over a month later on how much they enjoyed the food!! Patty was so easy to work with and knew exactly what would work and what wouldn't work. She took all of our ideas and ran with them and turned it into the wedding of my dreams! When I walked into the tent after arriving from the church I was just in awe at how she had turned the Tent into my dream wedding in every way. I have been told by numerous people that was the BEST wedding food they have ever had and I couldn't agree more. We had 3 different stations which worked out perfect and there was something for everyone!! To be able to put together an outdoor wedding for 260 people in a tent in the middle of a field is no easy task and Patty and her team made sure that everything came together flawless. We feel so lucky to have you and your entire team as our Caterer and we would highly recommend you to any bride and groom that are looking for high quality food, service and to work with a team that genuinely cares about there clients. Patty Armbrust and her company catered my daughter's wedding in May 2013. We could not have been more pleased! Most of our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they have ever had (that says it all). Patty was very accomodating and willing to do what we wanted. She is very creative and had great ideas. Her years of experience and expert ability enabled her to put our vision together. The reception was in the middle of a field...and it took a lot of coordination. Not only was the food amazing, it was presented perfectly. Her staff was great and had to work very hard as we were dealing with rain at times. We would highly recommend Patty to anyone looking for a high quality, competent caterer...with great ideas. Patty Armbrust is the BEST! My groom & I love fresh, well-prepared food and did not want standard fare at our wedding reception. She understood our philosophy to keep it simple yet fabulous. I met with her one time to talk about menu ideas, and the menu she developed was extraordinary! She simplified the entire process for us, and we had nothing to worry about. The food was beautifully prepared & presented! From the passed hors d'oeuvres to the buffet, the food was fabulous, and our guests are still raving. The servers and bar staff were perfect. The mint julep concoction I had prepared was near-disastrous, until the staff turned it into an incredible cocktail that everyone loved. They were hard-working, always gracious, and so very helpful. Again, we had nothing to worry about. By the way, I do not think of Patty as a caterer - she is an artisan. Patty Armbrust & Company rocks! What a wonderful experience we had!

Working with Patty was an absolute dream. She was there for us at each step, from picking a menu that suited our tastes and venue to finding other vendors that complimented our wedding theme. She stands by her philosophy, "It's your wedding". She also acted like a wedding planner, she was in constant communication with the other vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly on that day. Her food is delicious. The presentation was beautiful and unique. Our guests couldn't stop talking about it. Many guests were even taking photos of their food! Her staff was also amazing. They were very attentive, yet not overbearing. Dirty plates and glasses disappeared from tables quickly yet you barely noticed staff clearing the tables. They were also so polite and personable. Our guests loved them. I could go on and on about how pleased we were with her services. If you're looking for an amazing caterer that goes above and beyond, then choose Patty!

Patty catered our daughter's wedding. Her food was superb, her staff prefessional, kind, and helpful - we couldn't have asked for anything more! Patty and her staff coordinated well with us, the florist, the baker, and the venue. She answered gazillions of questions, advised us on wine, gave her opinion when asked but was very attentive to our wishes. We used a "stations" concept with American, Oriental, and Italian foods. It tasted great and was wonderfully presented. And the mango margaritas were to die for! I would recommend her unreservedly and will use her services again whenever I get the chance.

Working with Patty as our caterer was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. The food was delicious, and she really worked with us to let us pick what we wanted rather than picking from a pre-set menu. We had a few vegetarians as guests, and they were well-fed. Moreover, we had a guest with a very restrictive diet and Patty actually talked to her in advance to make sure there would be food that was safe for her. (Our guest was impressed and very happy with her dinner!) All the food was presented in a very beautiful way. For example, we had paella as one of our appetizers, and Patty thought of a very creative presentation in a shooter glass. Patty is also very well-connected in the industry. We ended up picking our venue, cake baker, DJ, florist, and officiant all based on her recommendations! Go with Patty to cater your wedding - you'll be glad you did!

Patty and her team were amazing! They took care of everything from beautiful food displays to helping coordinate other vendors for our outdoor farm wedding to many behind the scenes things I didn't even realize until later. Patty provided a personal touch to everything and really cares about her clients and making their special day simply perfect! Prior to the wedding Patty worked with us to put together a scrumptious personalized menu and responded promptly to emails and calls. We chose to work with Patty Armburst and Company because we were able to personalize our event. I didn't want to serve dried out food stuck to chaffing pans at our wedding and we definitely did not get that! Our guests are still raving about the food and atmosphere, 2 months later. We received many complements from guests stating that this was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! The food was artfully displayed and soooo delicious and fresh! Just the other night my husband and I were reminiscing about how wonderful the wedding was, thanks to Patty! I just can't say enough about how great it was to work with Patty and her staff!! If you are concerned about costs talk to Patty, she will work within your budget and provide a fantastic event!

Patty put my mind at ease well before the big day! She took time to get to know my husband and I, talked about all the details of our wedding, and created a unique menu to meet our budget (not a dollar over!). The guests were raving about her fall soup shooters (delicious), and the entrees. It was important to us that we gave our guests a taste of home, something to stand out from most weddings. For our first anniversary, we tried to recreate her signature dish, but didn't even come close. Patty and her staff were complete professionals, adjusted seamlessly to our change in schedule during the reception, and created a delicious dinner that gave a homey and loving touch to the wedding. I would absolutely recommend Patty for weddings and any event leading to the special day. She's the best!

The value of local expertise cannot be over emphasized and Patty and her crew are the local experts. The menu was planned with attention to detail and specific to the wish and the desires of the bride and groom. We had a lot of guests , a very diverse group with different preferences. The traditional wedding menu would not have worked for us. I greatly appreciated that Patty developed a menu that was perfect for everybody: we had food for vegans, fish but no meat, meat but no fish, salads without onions or peppers and plenty of fresh fruit,vegetables and bread. We received many, many compliments on the delicious food during the reception and at the dinner. Everybody was comfortable, ate well and ate a lot and had an outstanding time. Patty's staff are extremely professional and all 'have your back' so that you can enjoy your special day. I highly recommend.
