Annie and Tracey arranged my flowers for all the events and I couldn’t be happier with how they looked. From the rehearsal dinner, to the cocktail hour, and to the plated reception meals, the food was well prepared and thoroughly enjoyed by us and our guests. Every detail at the rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was perfect and our experience could not have been any better. Annie, the event coordinator, has been such a calming presence since the first time I met her and her guidance & assistance throughout the entire process was truly incredible. She really, truly goes above and beyond with such ease. When we found out the wedding cake we ordered was not delivered, Annie had replacement cakes at the venue almost immediately. I am so thankful for everything Annie did for me and my wedding, and anyone would be lucky to have her as their wedding event coordinator. I can’t recommend Pawleys Plantation and Annie enough - the absolute best place to get married in the area.

The venue itself is so breathtaking, both inside the cocktail and reception hall rooms to the outside grounds. Every room is gorgeously decorated. It makes a perfect place for pictures! The food was delicious! Our guests commented repeatedly how much they liked the food from the hors d'oeuvres to the dinner. All the food was so tasty and impeccably prepared. I am particularly thankful for Annnie. She took care of everything, from creating the beautiful flower arrangements and other decorations, she coordinated it all. She was also a calming presence when a few hours before the wedding, we realized the local bakery where we ordered the wedding cake had not delivered it. She immediately contacted Publix and had a tiered cake and three sheet cakes delivered. She made everything perfect!! I would highly recommend Pawley's Plantation for your wedding! It is an absolutely gorgeous venue with the absolute best wedding coordinator, Annie along with her dedicated and helpful staff. They are wonderful!

A huge part of what made our experience so incredible was Annie Graham, the wedding coordinator. She truly went above and beyond in every possible way. From the very beginning, she helped me plan every detail of the reception and carefully crafted our timeline so the entire evening flowed seamlessly. Annie also handled all of the decorating, and she did an absolutely amazing job bringing everything to life. Every room looked perfect, and you could tell how much time, care, and attention she put into every detail. She spent so much time making sure our day was exactly what we envisioned—and even better. Throughout the entire process, Annie was organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day special. She made everything feel stress-free and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. If you’re considering Pawleys Plantation for your wedding, I cannot recommend it enough. Between the stunning venue and Annie’s incredible dedication, it truly was the perfect place to celebrate our day.

At both events Annie was the consummate professional - a great communicator, reflective listener and organizer. She was attentive to all the details - room layouts, floral arrangement placements, lighting, and any other decorative element we wanted incorporated into our event. She ran the rehearsal practice and then the dinner for 60 that followed. Annie supervised and instructed staff. With a focus on the details Annie had the venue glimmering in white and green seasonal flowers, a memory table for deceased, but remembered, family members, votive candles glimmering next to dainty bud vases to provide a mix to the larger floral arrangements and a whimsical mirrored seating chart for the guests. At the wedding she worked with precision escorting guests to the outdoor ceremony, ushering the families to the photographer, giving the newlyweds a special place to decompress after the ceremony all while graciously attending to almost 200 guests and directing staff members. She handled adversity with panache and without complaint or drama, i.e., undelivered wedding cake discovery right before the ceremony with a Plan B to get another cake executed perfectly. Her assistant at the wedding, Tracey, and all the servers smiled and were polite and engaging throughout the rehearsal and wedding. They provided seamless service. Annie also prepared all of the gorgeous bouquets and floral arrangements at a very reasonable price for both events. She brought the bride's vision to life. This was a 100 out of 10 experience.

The food was provided by the venue’s chef and was delicious and well presented. The reception was well staffed and all of the staff that assisted were courteous and professional. The parking available at the site was convenient and the grounds were a beautiful backdrop for photographs. I highly recommend this venue and staff to create a beautiful and relatively stress free event.

The food was some of the best we have had anywhere. Not just a wedding. It is comparable to excellent cruise cuisine. -Lastly, experience matters when picking a location and wedding coordinator. This facility checks all the blocks to make a very memorable experience.

We did not have to worry about any of the “extra” rentals that come with most venues because Pawleys Plantation has it all! Annie and her team make the planning process so easy with timely and detailed communication, and an amazing preferred vendor list. Her team goes above and beyond to set up and break down all décor, all we had to do was drop off the boxes of items. This made our wedding weekend much less stressful. The food was excellent! We have gotten so many compliments from friends and family about the food and the bar service. All of the staff members at Pawleys Plantation are top notch. They are attentive to detail, friendly, and accommodating with changes. I cannot recommend this venue enough, they helped us to have an unbelievable wedding day!

The food we had (The Smokehouse Dinner Buffet) was absolutely amazing! It was honestly way better than my husband and I expected, especially the Mac & Cheese. They also provide chairs for the ceremony, and all of the tables, chairs, linens, napkins, and so much more! The only things we had to book were a DJ, Hair & Make Up, and a photographer, which were recommended to us by Annie and her team! The venue itself is absolutely stunning. My husband and i could not have asked for a better place to get married or a better team to help us bring our vision to life! We cannot recommend Pawleys Plantation enough!

The venue itself is so pretty you can get away with as little or as much decoration as you’d like (or can afford). Annie was super flexible about dropping off decorations and other items in advance and just took it from there. They have a large collection of decorations that you can have them use, as well (vases, votives/tea lights, cylinders for floating candles, etc.). The day-of staff was also excellent - very friendly and helpful. And the food… we didn’t sample the food in advance, so we made selections we were pretty confident people would generally like: it was spectacular. (The meatballs and veggie eggrolls were a hit; and we chose the Smokehouse Dinner Buffet, which was better than I could have hoped!) One of the reasons we selected Pawleys (and would do so again), is that so much is included in the package: it was venue, food, and some decor, all in one; and for other vendors like the DJ and photographer (and I’m sure florists and others), they have preferred vendors they’ll connect you with who already know the property and the expectations, making for a smooth integration.

Her expertise and dedication made our wedding planning process smooth and enjoyable. Tracy also provided invaluable assistance on the day of the wedding, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. They both made so many things easy and stress-free for us. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent, contributing to a fantastic experience for us and our guests. The flowers for the bridal party were stunning, adding an extra touch of beauty to our day. However, there are a couple of small areas for improvement. If you bring any decorations or personal items to the wedding, make sure to personally collect them afterward. While the team was helpful in packing everything up, some items we wanted to keep for future use were not returned. Additionally, the cushions on the outside porch area were quite dirty, and several guests noticed this when they went to sit down. Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful wedding at Pawleys Plantation and highly recommend it as a wedding venue. Thank you, Annie and Tracy, for making our day so special!

Her team sets everything up the day off, and there is just so much included. I could not believe I did not have to supply linens, glassware, decor, etc. I brought in some of my own stuff and Annie filled in the rest. It is truly such a bang for your buck. The catering in house was delicious and my guests raved about the food. It was just such an easy process. My wedding party was smaller and we were able to occupy the smaller room even though we had the option of using their larger banquet room. There are just so many options. The grounds are beautiful and our ceremony was just perfect. We had access to a golf cart that was included to move about the course for beautiful photo opportunities. We could not have asked for a better wedding day or wedding venue!!!!! Highly recommend!!

Chef Ed and his team created a fabulous plated dinner, preceded by passed hors d’oeuvres, which drew rave reviews from all of our guests! The entrée choices were delicious, and our guests specifically commented on the food quality. We worked with Russ Vargo, Food and Beverage Director, to craft signature drinks for the wedding, and the ever-attentive bar staff delivered plentiful cocktails throughout the evening. Pawleys Plantation’s service staff was professional and friendly, and they worked diligently to ensure that our family and friends had a wonderful time. Pawleys Plantation is an ideal place to host a wedding. The building and grounds are lovely and spacious, and they were well suited to our classic country club wedding. We loved that our guests could move seamlessly from the outdoor ceremony to the indoor cocktail reception and onto the ballroom for dinner and dancing with a band. It was such a pleasure that the clubhouse was “ours” for the day. My daughter and her bridesmaids were able to spend a special morning together in the Bridal Suite, having their hair and make-up done while listening to music, sharing breakfast treats, and taking photos. My son-in-law and his groomsmen were able to play morning rounds of golf before grabbing lunch at Palmetto Jacks and returning to the Groom’s Room before the ceremony. The staff at Pawleys Plantation was cheerfully responsive to all of our needs, and they took great care to make our day special. Thanks to the Pawleys Plantation team, our evening felt effortless and elegant, and the bride and groom, along with their families and friends, had a spectacular time!! I highly recommend hosting a wedding at Pawleys Plantation. Share your vision with Annie, and let her work her magic!

derful! Thanks to chef Michael and his kitchen staff, we were able to create a perfect menu and the food was excellent. With the exception of a small hitch with the wine service, we were extremely pleased with the level of service provided at the reception. Due to flooding from, Ian we had to move the ceremony from the Pawley's Island Chapel to the back lawn of the Pawley's Plantation Club house. The grounds were immaculate. You would never have guessed that a category 1 hurricane had hit the day before. The setting for the ceremony over the 18th greenand marsh was stunning! Under the difficult circumstances, we were wowed by the excellent service provided and the outstanding effort to make the celebration perfect.

She did so much to make us confident in our plans, making sure we were in our desired budget, going over details, and generally being very attentive to any of our needs. Annie and the rest of the staff handled all of the day-of details beautifully (including moving our ceremony indoors due to rain), so that my husband and I could just enjoy the day. We couldn't be happier with our choice and I recommend them to everyone who wants a stress-free venue full of beautiful Southern charm.

cocktail hour and reception. Outside the clubhouse is a beautiful space for an outdoor ceremony with a gorgeous backdrop featuring a pond and Spanish moss trees. This space made for gorgeous pictures. The food was also AMAZING. Everyone told us all night that it didn’t taste like typical wedding food, absolutely amazing. The best part of the venue is the coordinator Annie. She was extremely responsive and helpful through the whole process. Annie made me feel at ease even in the most stressful times of the wedding planning process. She even took care of the floral arrangements for me. Annie has great recommendations for other vendors as well. If you work with Annie you will be sure to have a stress free and beautiful day.
