Shout out to PC Events Catering for all of their hard work in making my husband and I's special day extra special! in The pasta bar was an absolute hit at our reception. We loved the vegetarian options as well! Given the current political climate surrounding LGBTQ+ folks (including ourselves), we felt the need to be extra cautious with who we hired as a part of our wedding crew. However, we had no issues with Kevin and his crew. Everyone was kind, respectful and helpful in making our day go off without a hitch!

We hired PC Events to cater our wedding reception in our backyard the first weekend of June. We had 80 guests and at this point I cannot count how many people told us that the food was spectacular! Kevin and his team were professional and communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend PC Events for all of your catering needs!

Hurry up and book PC Events catering for your next event!!! Kevin worked with our budget to provide us an amazing stations menu for our wedding!!! The food was scrumptious and the buffet was definitely a hit. I really wish we would have had more of an opportunity to eat the appetizers but Kevin's team made sure we were able to eat the main course. The place settings and everything they brought in looked great with the rest of our decor and his team was very, very professional. Everyone was incredibly nice and constantly checked up on guests. 5 Stars! Kevin and his team did a wonderful job at catering our wedding. They got all our guests through the buffet line quickly which gave us more time to dance and eat cake. The staff kept the tables clean and the drinks coming! They were very prepared and easy to work with. The tasting was really fun! Quite a large selection of food items to choose from, too!

I used their services not too long ago in March for my intimate wedding dinner and they exceeded my expectations. Kevin maintained constant contact with me about everything I needed including making everything I wanted happen within my budget. So easy to work with, they took care of everything, even the things I never thought of. I was able to enjoy my night and not worry about a thing. We had our reception at a family members' home. They were set up before we arrived from the ceremony and everything was ready. The food was so yummy, all of my guests were happy and impressed. I especially enjoyed getting to taste all of the yummy food beforehand at a tasting in their office. The chef and waitstaff were very warm and kind. I would absolutely use them again!

Amazing! We used PC Events Catering for my daughter's wedding on May 20th and were very pleased with their services. I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, communication and coordination. The food was extremely fresh, delicious, abundant and nicely presented, served on time. All of the servers were nice and friendly. We received tons of compliments from our guest! The PC Events team all made the effort to work together to offer us a stress free wedding and make it perfect! I would highly recommend them for any event!

Honestly, the worst service, mediocre food and excuse after excuse after excuse for everything. At the beginning, we thought service was great - responsive, and well budgeted. We were told once we signed, we’d have a VIP tasting and it would all be great. However, once we signed on the dotted line it all went to heck. No communication, had to rely on emails-couldn’t talk to a person. The excuse was: one of their people was in the hospital and almost died; okay, I’m sorry for that, however, if they were the only one who can handle things that’s irresponsible. We had to BEG to get our “VIP tasting.” Every time we turned around there was another charge with NO explanation - the week before our big day we were hit with nearly a 1,000$ charge out of no where with no contact or information. When we inquired (via email because no one would answer the phone or return voicemails) we were told Covid inflation - but website, menu etc didn’t change price just their invoice. The food was delivered late; we were told they’d grill onsite, they didn’t; almost hit my car, and gave my husband hella grief about it; overall just very very underwhelming experience. Burgers weren’t cooked all the way through, the “high quality” paper products were store brand classless white plastic. All-in-all it was very stressful and just not a good experience.

So stressful, please do not waste your time or money. My fiancé and I had a phone conference with Kevin on 4/17 about catering for our November wedding. One of the main things I had questions about was the tasting. At the time of the call the tastings were being scheduled about 6 weeks out but we were told if we were to book and secure our date we would be bumped up, I believe it moved us to a week out. I was leery of booking before I had tasted the food and wanted to know if we hated the food could we get our deposit back. Kevin assured us that if we hated the food, we would be able to get our deposit back, less $250 for the cost of the tasting. We booked and made our deposit the same day and sent the signed contract back two days later. I waited for 2 days for someone to reach out to let me know what the next steps would be and did not receive anything, so I sent an email. I received a same day response and when I replied, I did not hear anything, so I sent a follow up email 6 days later. My email had a response the next morning, but it was as if no one looked at my contract or what I had ordered before contacting me, this was also the first mention of “to go” tastings. I called later that morning and left a voicemail and received a call back from Kevin later that evening. He let me know that the office made a mistake (yet the email was from his email address), and we could try 3 entrees and I think 4 sides which is still very limited. His reasons were that too many options can be overwhelming for some people or that in the past they have had people not like the food because the client did not explain to the company their preferences. For example, not liking cream-based sauce and selecting cream-based dishes for their taste. It came off a little condescending. I let him know I was not happy about the “to go” tastings. If I had known in advance I would not have booked. His reply was that people book all the time without trying their food. The difference for me though is when we had our initial call it was one of our concerns. I explained to him this was not the bridal experience I was hoping for, and I would like to see if we could do a refund. There are too many red flags for me to continue. The lack of communication, miscommunication, and not being able to truly taste the food are an issue for me. I wanted to see if we could do a refund since no services were done. The contract was less than 2 weeks old at the time. Kevin said he would talk to the office manager. He ended up calling me back the same day because he instead talked to the chef. The chef would allow us to do an in-house tasting, but I let Kevin know that was not what we wanted. I cannot trust that things will go right on my wedding day. I reminded him he said a refund would be possible and he referred me back to my contract and let me know the partial refund was only if we hated the food and we had not tried it yet. I sent an email to the office manager Nancy and her reply was unprofessional at best. She referred me back to the contract for the deposit and the tasting since it was also not in the contract. She accused me of hanging up on Kevin and stated PC Events did nothing wrong. She then ended the email stating they could get me in for a tasting and Kevin would throw in some free stuff and they would like to start over. There is no way I would trust them to do anything. I know $1100 is a lot of money to throw away but I asked them to cancel my contract in my reply.

To start, PC Events catered my daughter’s graduation party with over 100 guests. First, I called them and set an appt. to meet and see what they had to offer. I went for a tasting that went exceptionally well. Greeted me by name right at the door for my appt. They went over all kinds of fun stuff I could do let alone what they have to offer for food choices. This was a graduation party and not a wedding but felt as they gave me attention as if it was a wedding with more guests and more food needed. I picked out some great choices that tasted yummy and would be liked by everyone at the party Second, as time came closer to my party they followed up with me and asked if anything has changed and just checked in with me. Time came for my party and they were there on time, actually a bit early, which I liked. They set up tables in my back yard, chairs, place settings, grills, serving stations, and all that is expected for a catered event. People started showing up, party began, and all while I didn’t and guests didn’t realize they were there. They were very professional, friendly, and even when someone asked for a special “something” or a change for their dish they accommodated with pleasure. Food was amazing, fresh, delicious, hot for the things that needed to be hot, and cold for the things that needed to be cold. i thought we might have had leftovers but no we did not as people went back for seconds of what was leftover and gobbled it up. Everyone at the party was very pleased and a few asked for the caterer I used as they had some events coming up and wanted to use PC Catering for them. My overall experience with PC Catering, Kevin, the owner, and his staff was far more above my expectations. If you are looking or trying to find someone that actually cares individually, I felt it and would recommend this company!

While I have not yet had them cater at my wedding (it’s next week!), I will say that I was recommended to them by our venue and was told their food and service was great. So far, they have accommodated my requests, responded to my emails, and talked to me over the phone about any questions or concerns I may have had! Happy with my service and confident that I will be happy with them on my wedding day :) P.s. my wedding is not next year, for some reason it won’t let me pick the correct date on the calendar!

Our favorite family caterer that we have used for many years moved out of state so we were very stressed to find a caterer for our wedding. We did taste tests with all of the top name catering companies in the Columbus area and found PC Events to be the easiest to work with from the beginning! My wife and I hired PC Events catering for our wedding. We were so thankful to find an LGBQT friendly caterer. We had taste tests and meetings with other large catering companies in Columbus, but just did not feel comfortable. We met with the owners and they were so very kind to my wife and I. My sons wedding was on October 15th in downtown Columbus. We wanted to give a great review of our caterer, PC Events in Powell. My company hired them for our Christmas party in 2021! The food is just INCREDIBLE! Our menu was the Roast Beef Carving station, mashed potatoes and gravy, salad, rolls and sides. Just to die for! Nancy and Kevin are just so easy to work with! This was awful there’s very little communication. They took out money out of our account without any notification after we had paid our balance in full. Then they came back and stated that they hadn’t gave us the final account. We had a less than eight hours which was in our contract that they were and we had less amount of people that was needed for food. We were in total agreement that even though we had less people than what’s the lowest number is we would still take that food so people could have leftovers. Little confused on how they continue to send me a “updated” invoice for a few more thousand dollars. The argument stating that because I have a short time that it would take them more time to get out of the venue by the time I needed them to. When they had already taken out $4000 without even asking. They demanded that I pay them the updated invoice before they would give me back the $4000. I also made sure that we were completely paid in full before the date that all the money was due and I reached out each time to make the payment. Getting a taste test was very difficult and almost seemed like I was bothering them by doing this. He gave me maybe $200 off at the end and charged me a huge credit card fee about $400 worth. Management is completely awful and completely stressed me out before my wedding was rude no communication and I do not recommend them. This company only got a star from me because the people who showed up and work that day were very kind to me if it weren’t for them I would have not given them even a s

PC Events catered our backyard, farm style wedding for 100 guests. We could not have been more impressed with the service, food, price and communication. And their staff were extremely profession and courteous from set up to tear down. Our guest were blown away by the appetizers and meal! There were no surprises along the way at all or "hidden fees" and they were very easy to work with. And I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the staff who worked our event. Highly recommended!!!

We were extremely happy with our menu choices and quality of the meal Kevin and his team provided. Our venue was 1 hour away and I was a bit concerned but everything was on point! This is one stop shop as far as glassware, linens, buffet or sit down with many dining options! Plus you wont meet a team that works harder during the event and super friendly! Our guests were very pleased!

Kevin was very accommodating in planning our menu and helpful in answering all of our questions. We did a to go tasting and ended up with the perfect menu choices! My husband and I hired PC Events for our sons wedding in April. Before choosing PC Events, we tried other local catering companies and we are so happy that we went with them! The servers & bartenders were so wonderful and nice and the food was delicious! the servers really took care of us the day of the event and we could not have asked for better servers. they let us pick up the linens ahead of time to set up. the company themselves was a bit disorganized, very hard to get into contact with ahead of time. it took months to get a tasting organized, they typed our names wrong in their computer so they had a hard time finding us multiple times, and they mischarged our card multiple times. they also didn't bring all of the toppings for the tator tot bar that we were promised. overall they did great, but they were probably the most stressful part of planning.

***UPDATE*** Well, Kevin’s response only reinforces my review regarding their unprofessionalism. After I posted the original review, Kevin’s wife got ahold of my personal email and sent me a nasty email. I asked her to not contact me again so Kevin has resorted to making things up. Kevin’s accusations (cursing, demanding free things, etc) are all false and can be backed up by the texts and emails my wedding planner and I have saved. I caution anyone from using PC Events. I’ve also heard from other catering professionals with firsthand knowledge of Kevin that this unprofessional behavior is unfortunately the norm for him. I wish I could give PC Catering a better review but the unprofessional behavior of Kevin and Nancy for months and even a week before my wedding caused so much undue stress that one star is the most I can give. The actual service, food, and attentive staff at my wedding were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about the staff working the event. But with all the poor and rude communication with Nancy and Kevin leading up to my wedding I had no idea if PC Catering would even show up and how they’d treat me and my guests. A week before the wedding Kevin told me and my wedding planner that I wouldn’t have enough food for my guests and then threatened to not work the event leaving me scrambling to find other options. Later he recanted and said he never threatened to quit. It was a horrible and stressful experience for me and my fiancé with only days until our wedding. They charged my credit card over $1200 without my authorization after I sent several emails to Nancy explicitly saying I would write a check. They didn’t refund the money for over a week and lied and sent rude emails/texts when I asked why the money hadn’t been refunded. Overall, the communication and professionalism were so poor that I can’t recommend PC Catering.

We absolutely loved working with PC events for our wedding and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality, dependable, and professional caterer!! We received so much feedback from our guests raving about how delicious our food was at our event and we agree! Toni, Cameron, and Donna assisted with our reception and made our event flow so wonderfully! They went above and beyond to make our night so relaxing, fun, and stress free. Kevin made our planning process so smooth and was responsive and thoughtful, respectfully listening to and creating the vision we had for our event. We are so grateful for all that he and his team did to make our event unforgettable!

I will start by saying the food and quality you get from PC is great but to get to that point was very frustrating. We signed a contract with this vendor in February of 2021 and did not get any communication from them unless we reached out first. In October I had to reach out and ask for a tasting so we could finalize our menu and it felt like burden for them to schedule. We were even questioned on not having done one already. I understand with covid things are different but we were driving to them to do a takeout tasting and spending a lot of money to big with so I wanted to make sure we got what we paid for. In our contract it was stated we were to finalize the menu three weeks in advance but heard nothing. I finally reached out less than three weeks prior to our wedding and it took days to get a response. We reduced our final headcount by 30 people and somehow our final bill increased by over $1k so make sure you understand your contract when you sign it. We had also asked to add on late night food a few times but it was overlooked so many times we just dropped it. Overall, I felt very stressed working with this company leading all the way up until the wedding day which is not something a couple would prefer. The catering staff the day of was great and but I cannot fully recommend this vendor after our experience.

I hired pc events for our wedding. Pc events was amazing! The communication was good. They was on time and everything was set up perfectly. My guest loved the food! The staff was the best part, they were so amazing and made sure my husband and I had everything we needed.

We are incredibly pleased that we hired PC Events for our son’s wedding in June 2021, which was an outdoor wedding in our yard on a 92-degree day in the height of cicada season. Our yard was not an easy venue to maneuver, and the wedding was quite a hike from our driveway, but our team cheerfully and successfully stepped up to the challenge. We had a fantastic crew in Cameron, Alyssa, Whitney, and Dana. All four worked very hard for our crowd of 70 guests, and their excellent service was noticed by all, especially by myself being a former corporate event planner for a large international law firm. Cameron was our on-site supervisor, and he led the team with service that was friendly, professional, thorough, thoughtful, and courteous, and all made better by excellent cuisine. We are truly impressed with PC Events and highly recommend them for any catered event!

We were very happy with our choice to use PC Events to cater our picnic. We had 70 people and chose a chicken and beef kabob menu. Kevin and his staff were very responsive and flexible in the planning stage and executed the plan to a tee. Cameron was our on-site attendant, and he was a real trouper getting things set up, as the parking lot was a long way from the shelter house. Everything was excellent. The chicken was nicely flavored, and the beef was “melt-in-your-mouth good. Everyone was very complimentary of the entire event. Plan to call them for our company Christmas party.

We hired PC Events Catering for our daughter's wedding. This was our first time planning an event of this size and PC Events was a great help. Kevin and his team worked with us to lay out the menu from appetizers to entrées, event staffing, weekend timeline, just everything. We hired PC Events Catering for our daughters wedding reception based on reviews online. We met with the owner and staff at their kitchen in Powell. They WOWED us from the beginning! The food is AMAZING! Super nice folks! Come wedding day, the food and staff could NOT have been better! This is only the second time that we have ever hired a catering company. I looked at a few catering companies for our staff in-service lunch meal. We were feeding over 100 people and had a limited budget. Premium Catering had the best pricing and menu selections. They were very easy to work with from start to finish. Our staff has a few dietary restrictions and they were able to meet those requirements. Together, we were able to put together a top notch menu. Not only did they provide superior service and an excellent meal, but the set up of the food lines were quick and aesthetically pleasing. Cleaning up was a breeze with plenty of leftovers. Staffers gave them high marks on our inner office survey. A few of the comments were “yummy!” “delicious” and “please use them next year!” We are definitely using PC Events again this year and I would highly recommend them for your next event.

Worst experience with any vendor we had. Most stressful part of our wedding. First off, PC events is not at all transparent with their prices. We went with them because they gave us a large discount. Our wedding got rescheduled due to Covid and we actually thought we would save money because we had 25 less guests than we planned. When Kevin sent us our final invoice, it was 47% higher than what he originally quoted us. We had to argue with him over email several emails. Once we finally got mean with him, he told us that he got my husband Tyler confused with another Tyler and lowered the price a little. Like anyone would believe that!! We were so stressed and knew we couldn’t get someone else so we agreed to pay it. We ended up going $1200 over budget. The food was good and the staff seemed to be nice to our guests but that was the only thing that was good. The staff showed up 20 minutes late and caused total chaos before the guests arrived. They had the wrong sized linens for the tables. They had my mother in law completely stressed out because if it weren’t for her, they probably wouldn’t have had the linens on and the center pieces set in time. My husband had to keep coming out of the groomsmen room to make sure everything was going to be ready in time. They tried to set up a table in the middle of the aisle before we had the ceremony in that aisle. The vault manager was yelling loudly at them before the wedding. He thought it was very unprofessional that they made my mom put the linens on. The Vault said they were going to remove the company from their preferred list if they didn’t make it right. And of course, pc events never made it right.

PC Events catered my workplace reception with multiple appetizers. The shrimp skewers with remoulade sauce were delicious. The Asian chicken skewers were tender and very tasty. Everything was good from the brie bites in phyllo cups to the traditional meatballs. The wait staff were excellent. I would highly recommend PC Events Catering.

Kevin with PC Events is an amazing individual. There are a lot caterers but how many really care about you and the anxiety you're experiencing? I'm a fundraising chair for a non-profit organization. The venue where we had our annual fundraising event scheduled, canceled on us a month before our event. Kevin, got me in contact with several venues & offered a fantastic menu within our budget but what he did was more than getting food & a place; he was on the phone with me checking in and on the phone calling places he had worked with. He didn't just try to help me put things together, he helped me "keep it together".

PC Events provided the most delicious brunch the day after our daughter’s wedding. The food was delicious and Kevin and Travis were were so awesome to work with! They were so professional, kind, and handled everything with such attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for your special event!

We ultimately connected with PC Events Catering and were relieved that they were able to provide services on our wedding date even though we were booking only about six weeks out. We went with their Just You and I package and liked that we could choose two entrée options in addition to special meals for our vegetarian guests. PC Events did not do a good job communicating their minimums for the package (which they had flexed for COVID-19), and we still had to pay for 50 guests even though our final COVID guest count was reduced to 34. PC Events provided services smoothly on our wedding day, and the food was good, but not quite the quality we had hoped for at that price point. Unfortunately we were too busy to have any of the stuffed mushroom caps, but our guests loved them.

My venue recommend this caterer and we couldn’t been more happy with their service. The food was amazing and the staff very professional! Definitely recommend this caterer!!

This review is for our tasting. Kevin was very responsive to our request for a tasting. My fiance and I were able to choose what we wanted to try, and it was delicious! We did have to reschedule due to an emergency, but Kevin and Nancy were able to get us in as soon as possible. They have been great to work with thus far and have been really responsive to emails. Their packages also worked really well for my budget. I'm looking forward to working with them for the big day!

PC Events catered our company's in-service day. They arrived early, Travis was very professional not only in appearance, but in setting up the buffet as well. The PC Events menu we chose was a delicious meal for our 100 employees with varying dietary restrictions. They checked all of the boxes: Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Dairy Free, Meat lovers, etc. Best of all, PC Events was so easy to work with, and we stayed within our budget. We looked at few other catering companies, but no one could match PC Events menu and price. We had plenty of food left, our employees were very happy to take a plate home. I would highly recommend PC Events.

Our first encounter with this company was not great, so I went in without an open mindset. But, they were professional and their food tasted good. They were able to change my first impression and their expertise in the food industry caught my eye. But, as the process went on, their communication and organization was horrible. I was very frustrated all the time. Tasting the menu was extremely hard to schedule and the staff were uncooperative when we wanted to try one more menu option than we were getting. We should get to try an extra in case we don't like one! When we arrived at tastings, they were out of stock of the foods we wanted and didn't let us know. It took forever to come back and taste again. At the event, they were so slow even though they had been to our venue countless times. The food was okay, but they messed up our catering order on our wedding day as well. We asked them to cut the cake and it took them over an hour to even start cutting it. The staff were nice at the event, but they were sloppy with the place settings and didn't seem to care how it looked. Overall, I would never book them again, but their actions did not ruin the day by any means.

The PC Events Crew did the most amazing job for us on our special day! Their pricing was great and the way that they worked with us tirelessly to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. We were so pleased that we chose them to cater the reception after our wedding! Kevin was a real pleasure and we enjoyed discussing our love for EVERYTHING Ohio State Buckeyes!! Kevin is a Buckeye Superfan and it was fun for me as the groom to have someone to talk guy talk, while my wife worked concentrated on the big decisions, which I left up to her. Everything was perfect and I felt like we received the most for our money. True professionals through and through!

I used PC events for a 50th wedding anniversary! They were very easy to work with in our planning. The staff was very professional. Food was amazing!!

We got married in August, 2019. We were very pleased with the food for our wedding- everything tasted good and the service was decent, however the planning process was not ideal. The communication was not clear throughout the process. For our tasting we had to pick the food up and drive 25 min home to taste it. After the tasting we wanted to try a few more things because we weren’t certain we wanted what we initially tried, and we never got to taste anything else because they were too busy. When we finalized all of our details and got our remaining balance, we should have only owed a remaining $900ish, but the balance given to us was $2400. When we sent all of our payment history and said we should only owe $900, there was no apology or any recognition that there was a mistake, but they agreed that we only owed the $900- so just keep track of your payments and all the pricing details.

Pc events catering was above and beyond wonderful..from the first meeting to to wedding setup and service..the food went above expectations and the staff was awesome.we are still getting compliments a month after the wedding on the food and staff from pc events.we could not have asked for a better out come.they were great.i highly recommend them for all events.they cater to all events and put the customer first.thank you pc events for making our wedding special.

We were extremely pleased with the food and service provided by PC Events. From start to finish, they were very accessible and down to earth. The day of the wedding, the staff was efficient and friendly. The food was complimented many times by the guests. PC also provided a brunch the morning after the wedding. Would not recommend due to all the stress this caterer caused us. Let me preface by saying my husband and I are are usually very easy to please and rarely complain. We usually take negative reviews with a grain of salt because there are those people who are unhappy no matter what. But all the negative reviews of this caterer really ring true with us. We had already been warned by our venue that some of her clients had been displeased with PC due to poor communication and organization. For this reason they had decided to remove them from their preferred caterers list. The specifics of our venue did not leave many options for caterers, so we decided to go with PC despite our venue's warnings. It all started out great with our initial tasting. The food was excellent and the price seemed reasonable. They had a lot of experience at our venue and assured us that if we had a standard wedding reception for our venue, then our reception would fit into their standard package hours. The only thing we would have to pay extra for was a $100 delivery fee due to the travel time needed for our far away venue- this seemed reasonable. Between the booking and the wedding there were some moments of poor communication, like when they informed me that a payment was due even though my husband had already made that payment. My coworker who was planning her own wedding with PC had similar payment issues. The real stress came in the final weeks before the wedding. Despite our efforts to finalize our menu and headcount by the 3 week mark that is laid out in the contract, PC repeatedly ignored our emails or advised that they would respond later. With the wedding so close we wanted to lock things in and have all our last minute questions answered, but PC left us anxiously waiting. When they finally sent us our final invoice just 10 days before our wedding we were shocked to see many added charges that were not on our initial invoice. Despite our guest count going from an initial estimate of 85 to a final count of 64 and us removing certain items from the initial invoice, the total charges remained the same due to all these added charges that were not discussed. It seemed like they were unwilling to get less from us than what was initially quoted, so they came up with bogus ways to still get that money- ways that went against the rules of the contract. They tried to charge us over $600 for staff OT even though Kevin had initially assured us that our wedding would be within the standard package hours. It felt like their strategy was to hold off giving us a final invoice until the last minute in the hopes that we wouldn't put up a fight with the wedding being so close. Eventually some of the charges were removed after we argued our case and referenced the language of the contract. The service on the day of the wedding was good. The food was okay, but definitely not the quality that we had at the tasting. The dessert bar was a total disappointment and a source of embarrassment. We expected something somewhat elegant- we figured they would put a little effort into the display. Instead we got a single tray of cookies and bars that was overshadowed by a bowl of fruit and giant bowls of snacks- snacks that we had provided to "supplement" the dessert bar. Save yourself the stress and go with a more organized and forthright caterer.

Top notch food and service! PC Catering created a custom menu for us and made the whole experience hassle-free. We had a Christmas part at our restaurant. We (as cooks ourselves) were extremely impressed with the quality. The spread was beautiful and everything was turn-key (all we had to do was eat!).

PC Events Catering came through for us and made our party outstanding. We held an backyard party for my and my husbands milestone birthdays. Needless to sat we didn't want to be tied to a grill for our own party so we were trying to figure out what to do. We thought about a lot of things and delayed so long our options got pretty limited. I found PC Events online and liked some of the menu options that they had. I called them and after determining that they were available for our date Kevin was most helpful with planning a menu that was perfect for our event (outside but not barbeque) The gals that worked our party showed up on time and with lots of enthusiasm which they kept with them throughout the event even though the first 45 minutes or so was a drenching rain. Everyone loved the food. I had been concerned since we did food stations and those portion sizes are described as appetizer portions that we might run short on some items. I shouldn't have worried. There was more than enough, and when it was time to close up the food tent the gals packed up everything for us (I ran thru 3 sets of food storage ware) I had to take some to work as it wouldn't all fit in my freezer, my coworkers were treated to Taco Tuesday all week! The rest is all packed up and ready for casserole's this winter. It will be a great way to remember the a great night; made all the better by wonderful food and a hassle free party.

And the people truly are nice people. But 10/10 I would change the past if I could. After the first payment posts, it’s all downhill. Communication is horrible and straight answers are non-existent. They didn’t bring the buffet linens and didn’t have replacements. The servers said they weren’t sent and the vendor said something got spilled on them in the van. The waffle bar is a joke and the majority of the other food is “meh.” The potatoes were literally undercooked. You will get nickel and dimed for everything. We were discussing additions to our contract and the vendor opted to charge my mother-in-law’s card “because it was in the final three weeks” — We never even confirmed the final addition or returned a signed contract. Excuses ensued. They do always remain polite, which I also tried to do; but it’s been nothing but hassle for months. My vegan friend did love his meal and many people commented favorably on the bacon. The fruit salad was perfect. We ended up being owed several different refunds. I honestly have no idea on the specifics, due to communication, but did receive an agreed-upon sum very promptly. There’s just so much more I *could* say, but won’t go one any longer... I challenge the vendor to refute any of this, as I have email documentation for every single conversation. — They will. It’s all excuses. Make your choice on vendors. You may have a fantastic experience like so many of the people here... or you may have one like Lauren S. and I had.

PC Events did such a wonderful job providing our guests with not only phenomenal food, but exceptional service. We had our ceremony and reception at North Bank Park Pavilion on July 20th,2018. From the moment we contacted Kevin he made sure to help us create a personalized atmosphere and menu which included one of our favorites, shrimp and crab boil! Guests raved about how amazing the fresh seafood was! The staff including Kevin were also very responsive to issues or questions that would arise during the planning process giving us the peace of mind that all would go as planned, and it did! Thank you for being rockstars on our BIG day!

I'll start by saying that the food was fantastic!! Our first experience with PC was at our food tasting; it was private, relaxed, and they provided us with a great sample of options. With PC we got so much more than other caterers were offering to provide in the same price range. Fast forward to the day of, they arrived on time, and set everything up beautifully. They served my husband and my plates, and handled releasing tables to the buffet. The food was perfect! We included the carving station they offered, and it really was a special touch that even our guests enjoyed. Our guests kept complimenting the food, and still to this day talk about how amazing it was--especially the mashed potatoes! :) Thanks PC for an amazing first dinner as husband and wife!

“PC events catered my sons wedding reception on July 28th 2018 and wow that is all I can say!! From the time we walked in their office and met with Kevin and his staff and then to the amazing taste testing we did and the night of the event. Wow they did an amazing job I was nervous and worried as any mother would be but PC Events did everything we ever could have asked for and more! The food outstanding!! Servers were so nice and polite and even helped with the ceremony part too as we were running behind. Look no further than PC Events Catering to cater your special day. I highly recommend them!!

ATTENTION future brides and grooms, I am forewarning you I HIGHLY recommend that you do NOT have PC Events to cater your wedding!! I wish to prevent you from dealing with the stress, poor communication and overall horrible experience my husband and I went through while planning our recent wedding on 6/30/18. Now you may read this and think yes they have a lot of positive reviews and I may be one of the few poor reviews. I made this mistake thinking the few poor reviews were just picky people but I wish I had taken their advice and not gone with PC Events. If zero stars was an option I would have given them that. So for starters my husband and I were planning our wedding from FL and therefore when we visited Ohio to meet with PC events we set up our appointments months in advance. Our first appointment went well after they tried to initially change our time the day before. Kevin was very nice and professional, the food was excellent and we were both pleased with our experience. HOWEVER, from this point on everything went downhill. Once they have your money they could care less about helping you. I was received emails monthly from Nancy and Kevin stating we owed more money, even when the payments were not due. There appeared to be no communication between the two. They put our account on autopay which was NOT part of the contract and double charged the account $1000. They never seemed to know how much we had already paid but just continued to ask for more money. We received our final invoice 6 days before the wedding after I emailed them about it 3 times with no response. The invoice had numerous mistakes. They charged us for 6 servers who showed up to the event 30 minutes late and 4/6 servers left prior to 10:30 when they were scheduled until 1:30 am including driving time. We were NOT reimbursed for labor they did not work. The staff was rude to our guests and threw out our wedding favors. We scheduled a second tasting 4 months prior to the wedding to finalize the menu. We received an email the night before saying they did not receive what menu options we wanted and therefore canceled our appointment. We had already flown from Florida to Ohio for this tasting and NEVER received any notification from PC Events and I had a confirmation email stating they had this information months prior. After not accommodating a new time for us despite their mistake we were given the food in to-go boxes which we had to eat in the car. On the day of the event, PC Events arrived late and left early. They brought the wrong napkin color, dusty rose instead of blush. The chicken was NOTHING like what we had tasted previously. It was supposed to be a thick creamy sauce with vegetables which turned out to be chicken in a soupy sauce with almost no vegetables, it did NOT taste like what we had selected. The "mixed" veggies were 99% green beans and 1% zucchini and squash, ALL of which were overcooked and had poor flavor. The beef tips and mashed potatoes were good. Zach, the chef, was very nice and helpful the evening of the wedding and worked hard to make sure the food was hot and was ready for guests. Overall our experience with PC Events was nothing shy of horrible. I apologize this was such a long post but I needed to warn all the couples currently planning their wedding, this company is awful. I had no other issues with any of our other vendors. Save yourself from the stress and disappointment and do NOT have PC Events cater your wedding.

Just want to share the positive experience we had with pceventsinc.com and Chef Zach, Kevin, and Nancy for our family reunion. If you need a caterer, this is your go to. We first met with Kevin and Nancy for a food tasting. We were pleasantly surprised with the food and the cost. PC Events was our first caterer we tried and it was so good, we felt we didn't need to look any further. The tasting was amazing. They sure made hiring a caterer very easy. The day of the event, Chef Zach and his assistant arrived before we got there. Chef Zach was very personable and pleasant and paid attention to every detail for us. The food was absolutely amazing! We had the outdoor BBQ. Hamburgers, all beef hot dogs, brats, grilled chicken and BBQ ribs. Brown sugar and pecan sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, collard greens seasoned with turkey. Everything tasted absolutely amazing. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. I don't usually like greens with vinegar. These were seasoned with vinegar and they were delicious. The vinegar did not overpower the greens. Hamburgers were some of the best, seasoned perfectly. I am still getting rave reviews from family members who attended our reunion from out of state. Most of the family were from out of state and came from Pennsylvania, North and South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. They said they were surprised how "southern" the food tasted. So, if you want an outdoor BBQ to enhance your event; look no further. PC Events is definitely your go to!
