Mollee was so amazing! We loved every second of working with her. We were planning our wedding from out of state, so we could use all the help we could get and Mollee delivered. She had amazing vendor recommendations, great tools for planning and scheduling, and so much knowledge that can only be built up from experience. She had an answer for every question I could come up with. I also don’t know what we would have done without her on wedding day, she was so helpful in running things behind the scenes and coordinating with all of our vendors. She even helped keep track of all of our things throughout the day and helped pack them up at the end of the night so we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I honestly had a completely stress-free day and everything went so perfectly. I would highly recommend her services!
Mollee was an amazing wedding planner and florist expert! She was so helpful for us throughout the entire process with answering our questions, finding us great vendors, and making sure everything went smoothly on the day of. Would highly recommend.
We initially hired Mollee after speaking to a couple of friends who had hired Mollee for their wedding. They had nothing but great things to say about her so we set up a meeting. Mollee responded so promptly and was so warm and professional that we cancelled the meetings we had scheduled with other planners. That was our first sign that she would do a fantastic job.
We used Mollee’s partial planning plan, and it was probably the best money I spent on the wedding. I had never really thought of what my dream wedding would look like and did not know where to start and she made the planning process so easy. She helped us budget, helped us prioritize meetings and bookings, helped us negotiate details with our venue, and really just guided us through the whole process. She recommended great vendors and made wedding planning a painless process.
She did an incredible job start to finish and created a perfect day. Even when we weren’t sure where to go on the day of, she somehow figured out how to locate us and get us from point a to b to c without any worry. She worked collaboratively with our vendors to create a timeline and everyone was on the same page. She is also just an extremely nice and pleasant person who is very easy to be around and fun to work with.
I’m cannot thank Mollee enough for everything she did for us and cannot recommend her enough.
Mollee was an absolute godsend and I’d recommend her without hesitation. I booked Mollee’s full service option and I cannot even fathom wedding planning without her. Mollee is the perfect mix of everything you’d want in a wedding planner: she is calm, collected, and ready with creative solutions when you’re stressed or unsure; she is just as excited about your special day as you are, which makes planning with her fun rather than stressful; she is well connected and experienced so you never feel lost or overwhelmed; she is efficient and organized, so you don’t have to worry about things falling through the cracks; and, above all, she incredibly kind, supportive, and authentic. I had a LOT of ideas (many of them not-so-great) and Mollee worked through the creative process with me. Not only did she help me bring my vision to life, she made me feel so confident and supported the entire time (all while respecting my budget). Plus, she has the best list of recs for other vendors! Even when some of our rentals fell through on the day of our wedding, Mollee found creative (even cheaper!) solutions and implemented them so seamlessly that I didn’t even notice until after! Mollee is the real deal and goes above and beyond. Hiring Mollee will be the easiest choice you make! I wish I could give her 10 stars!!!
We had a great experience working with Mollee! She listened and understood the design we were going for and helped us pull it all together. She was incredibly helpful in finding and communicating with other vendors. She helped pull in each vendors' needed time for the day of and create a seamless schedule that worked for everyone, then communicated that schedule with the vendor. She came with us to multiple venue meetings as well as the rehearsal.
She was very accommodating with our various DIY decor pieces. We're an out of town couple, so she allowed us to bring a bunch of stuff early and store them at her location. This was great in reducing stress week of the wedding. She also came to our getting ready space and picked up the last bit of important pieces, including our (many) Nothing Bundt Cake bundtinis. She also helped coordinate decor cleanup, packing items into cars (during part of our reception per venue requests) with our family, and helped pass out vendor tips.
Mollee also owns Posh Petals, who we hired for our beautiful wedding florals. Working with both POM and Posh Petals was an additional benefit in making the process even easier. It was great knowing that floral and general design would for sure be right on the same page. Additionally, when Mollee came to pick up the last minute items day-of, she also brought over the wearable floral pieces for photos (boutonnieres, bouquets, etc).
If you want to do some planning, but need a trusted expert with great relationships with vendors to help you through the details, meetings & day-of, LOOK NO FURTHER! I highly recommend working with Mollee & Peace of Mind Event Design.
Mollee has a calm demeanor and is very experienced in the industry - two things that helped us feel confident about planning a wedding in a new city with the majority of our guests coming in from out of town. She helped us navigate the many choices of wedding planning, recommended excellent vendors, and was an excellent advocate for our needs to the venue & staff for our planning meetings and on our wedding day.
Chelsee, our day-of coordinator, made us feel at ease and took care of all the details on our wedding day. She worked seamlessly with Mollee to ensure that our day looked and felt how we wanted it, and (at my instruction) made decisions/handled questions from the venue & guests throughout the night for us so we didn't have to.

I own a wedding venue and give my clients the option of hiring a wedding coordinator and ALWAYS recommend Mollee. When I know that she will be here, I literally breathe a sigh of relief because I know that she will make my job easier and, more importantly, make my client’s day as stress free as possible. I am frequently in the background during planning meetings and admire her calm enthusiasm that she has as my clients share their ideas and dreams and offers ideas and options to make their dream day happen. She really has what it takes to be an event coordinator- most important (in my humble, couple-hundred-wedding experience with a variety of coordinators and diy clients..), a very calm, kind, respectful, make it work attitude. I have seen her handle difficult circumstances and challenging clients with grace and poise. She is always professional, courteous, hard working and is held in high regard by those of us in the industry that have had the pleasure of working with her, and, most importantly, I have had nothing but positive feedback from my clients who have utilized her services. I HIGHLY recommend Mollee and Peace of Mind Events!
After getting engaged last year, I knew I would need help planning my wedding. I’ve not attended many weddings and never stood up for a friend’s wedding, so I had no idea what to do. About 6 months out from my date, I looked into wedding planners and came across Peace of Mind Events (Mollee Fitzgerald). The reviews were positive, and after a pleasant introductory phone call I booked her services for wedding planning. Shortly thereafter, the frustration began. I quickly learned that Mollee is not proactive, unmotivated, lacks attention to detail, and overall gave me the sense that she was simply uninterested in helping me plan my big day. I hired a wedding planner because I needed guidance from someone who would know what needed to be done by when, would tell me, and would assist in the planning. 2 months before my wedding date, all the help I got was a list of referred vendors and the suggestion to use napkins to incorporate my colors. Speaking of vendors, as part of her contracted services she promises to contact and obtain quotes from at least 3 vendors. What happened was that she would CC me on an introductory email for vendors I specifically inquired about, stating I was interested in their services without asking any key details such as if they’re available for my date or their pricing. Basically passing the buck to do it yourself. If I asked her to follow up on anything, she would, but it may take a couple weeks before I would hear anything back. In terms of lack of attention to detail, it took a couple months for her to remember my colors and she emailed the wrong wedding date to my ceremony site (kinda important detail).
The day of the wedding, she supposed to help set up at our ceremony site. She was late and arrived at the ceremony start time just in time to point me down the aisle. My family had to set up and take down all the decorations at our ceremony site because she didn’t show up. She was also over an hour late to our venue to help set up, so many of our items weren’t out when guests arrived for which my family had to help set up again. Prior to our wedding, she promised us that our decorations would be boxed up and placed in the event coordinator’s office at the end of the evening which we could pick up the following day. The following day, we were surprised to find everything still in its place from the night before. According to our venue, she had specifically asked that nothing be moved until the following day. Because of this, my mother in law, my aunt and I had to breakdown the entire ballroom. Chair covers and all. I didn’t see her after dinner and she never checked in to say goodbye on the wedding day. In fact, I never received any kind of follow up communication after the event, which I would think she’d care about as a small business owner. If I could sum up my experience in two words, it would be “frustrated” and “disappointed”. I would NOT recommend Peace of Mind Events, or Mollee, to anyone EVER and hope no one else has such a horrible experience.
I don’t know how I would have made it through all the planning a wedding comes with without Mollee. She helped me through every single part of the planning process even giving me the best recommendations for vendors. Mollee is so calm and patient, she’s exactly what you need on your big day. And don’t even get me started on the day of, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and the day was running smoothly. Her staff was just as great and helpful. So thankful for Peace of Mind. Thank you so much Mollee and staff for making our special day perfect!
I can’t say enough good things about Mollee and her team. She is so thoughtful and was there for us as we planned our wedding through the pandemic. She offered calm, realistic and hopeful advice while leveraging her vast network of amazing local vendors. You know you’re in good hands when every single vendor you meet with says, “Mollee is great!” From managing the venue to serving as our event coordinator, she made our wedding so easy. I didn’t worry about anything and felt like we could actually enjoy and soak in the day. Thank you Mollee!
I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful it was to have Mollee as our wedding planner. When our April 2020 wedding was postponed, she handled EVERYTHING with patience and professionalism. During such a stressful and unknown time, I don’t know how she did it, from helping us find a new wedding date to securing all our other vendors for the new date within 8 hours! All while she had multiple canceled/postponed weddings at the same time. I always felt I was her first priority!
She was so organized and always gave insightful advice. We absolutely recommend Mollee for your wedding, she is worth every penny!
I knew i wanted to book Mollee as my day of coordinator after our first phone call. She had such a sweet and relaxing voice which instantly calmed me down. She was available with any questions that i had during the planning process. There were some unexpected issues that arose for our wedding day and Mollee helped me to remain calm and was able to execute the day better than i could have ever expected. We also had one of Mollee’s team members, Veronica help. Veronica was also great and was a HUGE help with taking everything down after the wedding was over. My mother was extremely grateful for Veronica’s help. I highly recommend Mollee and her team.
Mollee Fitzgerald is one amazing woman. She helped pull off our November wedding and made it stress-free. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner, DO IT!!! She helped us think of all of the little details that helped make our day extra perfect. She was available via text, email, phone and met with us in person to help ease our worries and make sure everything was planned down to a “T”. We highly recommend Mollee as a wedding planner and you will not be disappointed!!
