We booked the partial planning package with Stephanie and was completely impressed with how above and beyond she went with her services. She was willing to help throughout the whole planning process from day 1! You could definitely tell she had years of experience from her organization skills in timeline and scheduling to booking vendors and keeping everyone accountable! When my wedding nerves got to me, she talked me through the whole itinerary and made sure I was comfortable with all points and was very responsive! On the day of the wedding, she was calm and collected. Any issues that came up, she handled professionally and made for a very stress-free event! She even went as far to help deliver one of my bridesmaid’s phones at the end of the night! Highly recommend any future brides to book her planning services! We could not have done it without her!💕🥹
Where do I even begin, Stephanie is such a pleasure to work with; do yourself a favor and work with her. As a person who is incredibly detail oriented and Type A, planning my own wedding was such a daunting task. Prior to working with Stephanie, I thought I did most of the leg work and secured a ceremony + reception venue. Once my fiance and I met Stephanie, we realized there was SO MUCH we were missing. She's communicative, organized, and such a great person to work with. My favorite thing about working with her was how much she put my mind at ease, she created a detailed schedule and kept us on track, perfect for this Type A gal. I cannot recommend her enough!
Stephanie was highly recommended to me by another wedding planner and she did not disappoint. Stephanie was quick to respond to all of my inquiries in a professional, clear, and friendly manner. I hired her for the 'day of', but she made herself available anytime for questions or advice during my planning process. Her vendor recommendations were also top notch. On the 'day of', I truly enjoyed my day without a single worry. Stephanie had made all of the necessary vendor contacts and she executed every detail that we had discussed prior. She even reminded us to hold each others hands during the ceremony, which I appreciated. Hiring a wedding planner was a splurge for me and Stephanie made it worth it!
We have been married a little over month now, and we still have family ans friends raving about their experinces at our wedding. Since I lived out of town, I knew I wanted a local Houstom wedding planner that was familiar with Asian culture to help plan our day. Incorporating my Chinese culture was important for us for our wedding day. She was able to work with us from the beginning stages of wedding planning and bringing our vision to life. She also helped with some design elements. She was very helpful in helping us find vendors within our budget. We loved Stephanie! Highly recommend!
Stephanie was the first vendor/coordinator we spoke to and hired soon after! Best decision we've made to have had a successful wedding day. We hired her as day-of-coordinator but she was always available throughout the whole process even if she was not a part of the actual planning. I'm type A and was able to pick/organize all the vendors, but she was able to pull everything together seamlessly. She was quick to answer emails with detailed answers and solutions. Hire her as day-of-coordinator and you won't regret it!
When we were meeting with wedding planners, we were of course looking for people who were organized and can execute a wedding vision. What Steph brings to the table that we thought made her unique was her creative vision, her confidence, her desire to collaborate, and her eye for detail. My partner and I knew we wanted a wedding that was colorful, representative of the both of us (not just the bride’s day), and that we would have a big wedding (almost 300 people). It was a gargantuan task, and we would not trust just anyone with this special day.
Steph from Day 1 made us feel excited to work with her. She not only made us feel safe to share our vision but was excited for it too! Throughout the whole process, Patrick, Steph, and I would riff like we were in the most functional group project that has ever graced the planet. She assuaged our concerns. She was quick with responses. She helped us make our wedding day feel so authentic to ourselves and our vision.
I could write a 30 page essay about Stephanie, but I’ll spare you the fluff by saying if you want a wedding where your vision is honored, where the day passes smoothly, where you can focus on having fun and being in love with your best friend, you can count on Steph to make it happen. She is the invisible glue, the silent stagehand making sure all the vendors and venue are staying in lock step, while somehow having a smile on her face.
Don’t think, just book her.
P.S. We didn’t book her for our rehearsal dinner, and I regret it. Just book for her for everything. NOW.
I have witnessed 4 siblings get married in addition to countless cousins and friends. Their relationships with their wedding planners can be anywhere from friendly and professional to downright horrible.
When we reached out to Stephanie at Peachy Events over 1.5 years ago we quickly realized that Stephanie excels at 2 things that make her an absolutely AMAZING wedding planner:
First, she is calm under pressure! We could tell this immediately by the way she addressed all of our questions with a smile and a confidence that communicated "I know what I'm doing, and I will make sure you are taken care of."
Second, she is organized. Many people can be calm under pressure, but when the details need to be set and the small things need to be considered and executed, sometimes that falls by the wayside. Steph will NOT let this happen. She will resolve all the details only someone with wedding planning experience can know, so that you can think of all the fun details that make your wedding yours.
What more can you ask of a wedding planner? We are extremely grateful for her planning our wedding, and we literally would not want any other person in the universe planning our wedding if we had to do it all over again :) So many of our guests have reached out on their own power to let us know how smooth the wedding felt and well-paced the entire day was. That's ALL thanks to Steph.

I am not exaggerating when I say Stephanie was our lifeline throughout the whole planning process. She was always so responsive and available to our inquiries, gave us options that she felt would work best for us, and most importantly never made us feel insecure about staying true to our vision. She was the first and only planner we spoke to so it was love at first sight hahah. She also advocated for us with our vendors, which we really appreciated. On the day of, Stephanie was calm, organized, and although we had a rowdy wedding party, she was great with keeping everyone on task and on schedule. We even received high remarks from our families, friends, and guests about how amazing Stephanie was. Additionally she captured some fun, candid moments throughout the night. We genuinely can't recommend Stephanie and Peachy Events enough!!
I cannot say enough positive things about Stephanie and Peachy Events! I don't think I would have survived wedding planning without her help and guidance! We chose the 'event day management' package, but Stephanie stepped in way before the day of to offer advice on vendors and other planning processes.
She went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I felt comfortable with any decisions we made along the way and any questions we had were answered promptly. She helped keep all of our vendors on the same page leading up to the wedding and had a thoughtful and carefully crafted day of timeline + packet helping ensure the day of ran SO smoothly. I even had guests comment on her during the reception because she was still walking around helping and making sure things were going well.
Stephanie is a kind and calming person which is exactly who you want around during stressful planning times along with being extremely organized and thorough! If you're looking for a planner, I cannot recommend Stephanie and her Peachy Events team enough!
Stephanie was the first vendor we booked for our December 2023 wedding and the only full-time planner we interviewed! We truly would not have been able to pull this off without her. She is very organized and pretty responsive to most our messages while planning our Vietnamese Tea Ceremony and Western Ceremony/Reception. Based on our style and budget, she provided us with numerous vendor options and coordinated the meetings. We ended up booking with many of her recommendations. She also gathered all of the personal items we wanted to use for the wedding and packed a to-go box with our leftover wedding dinner & cards (even though we forgot it in the car!). We appreciate some of the behind the scenes/timeline she posted on Instagram. My only critics would be around the ceremony start time and occasional check-in. The ceremony started 30 minutes later than we had originally planned and we were a little left in the dark on why. The venue we were at had terrible reception in the bridal suite and it was hard to contact anyone so it would have been nice to have someone check-in a little bit more. Overall, we are completely satisfied with Stephanie's work and totally worth it to have her plan our special day!
We hired Stephanie to be our partial planner and could not be happier with her work! She was so easy to communicate with and made everything run so smoothly on the day of our wedding. After the wedding was over, we kept saying, "Thank god we had Stephanie!" because we didn't know how quickly things move the day of. Everyone was calm and relaxed, knowing that Stephanie had everything under control.

We both work fairly demanding jobs in NYC, so we knew from the start that we wanted a full-service wedding planner we could really trust to keep everything on track in Houston. We interviewed a half-dozen planners, and Stephanie easily rose to the top as the best of the bunch. She impressed us so much that we ended up upgrading our initial package to include support for our other weekend events (rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, post-wedding brunch) as well.
Wedding planning is inherently stressful, but Stephanie never added stress; she minimized it at every stage. She is a consummate professional – calm, organized, and experienced. In a very short time, she understood our vibe and what we wanted for our wedding, and then she helped us translate those vague ideas into a concrete vision: lining up venues, defining our theme, curating vendors, suggesting design and decor choices, etc. She guided us through each step, educating us on our options and sharing her honest opinions, which we always valued. When the wedding day finally arrived, Stephanie and her assistant handled absolutely everything so we could truly be present and enjoy every moment.
Throughout the planning process, our family and friends often remarked that we were the least stressed bride- and groom-to-be they’d ever seen – and that’s all thanks to Stephanie!
Words cannot express how amazing it was to have Stephanie as our planner. We opted for the Day Management Package but it was so much more than that. From the very beginning, she was so helpful and responsive. I had all my vendors picked but she was available to help me gel the ideas and design together to make it all a cohesive look. She fully handled scheduling the day and was there from set up to putting us in a car at the end of the night! Do yourself a favor and hire her ASAP!

Stephanie was great to work with! She knows the wedding industry like the back of her hand, and made planning a wedding in Texas from California so much easier for us. Stephanie is really honest and worked with us to understand what we needed. That meant telling us to get a cheaper package than what we originally thought we needed! Not many vendors would do that. Stephanie met up with us multiple times throughout planning and even went to check out venues with us. She made sure we had what we needed the whole time and kept us accountable for things we should be doing. The wedding day went perfectly and nothing got missed. Thank you, Stephanie!

Stephanie was amazing helping coordinating our wedding.
She was extremely organized and prepared every time we met with her. When we started the process she had a list with specific deadlines for everything we needed to do at each stage as well as the things she would be doing.
She continued to remind us of tasks and provide assistance on making decisions when we weren’t sure what we wanted.
On the day of Stephanie handled absolutely everything. We did not have to worry about a thing. She and her assistants ensured the venue was decorated and setup perfectly. They coordinated every minute of our day and made sure we felt zero stress.
I can’t recommend Stephanie and Peachy Events enough! We booked Stephanie for wedding day coordination and added in the design package to make sure that everything looked seamless and cohesive. From day 1, Stephanie was great at hearing my vision and making suggestions for a unique spin. She opened me up to mismatched table cloths, eased my OCD mind when it came to making last minute changes, and was an amazing sounding board for general wedding planning frustrations. Stephanie went above and beyond leading up to the wedding. That continued on wedding day when one of our key vendors for tables, chairs and linens was more than 1.5 hrs late (she didn’t tell us this until afterwards so I was calm as a cucumber). Stephanie took charge, adjusted the timeline, and made sure my husband and I were having a good time…all with a smile! 10/10 recommend!
Stephanie from Peachy Events was so much fun to work with! Our wedding was truly a dream and it was all thanks to her! From the initial consultation to the last moments of our wedding day, she handled it all seamlessly. Our wedding goals were drama-free and stress-free. We interviewed several wedding planners with this in mind and Stephanie was the ONLY one that gave us peace of mind due to both her demeanor and experience! She helped us plan a 3-day event, focusing on the wedding and reception itself.
We married in June 2023 but started planning in early 2022, so we had chosen the wedding venue and reception location. You may say, well what did Stephanie do? The answer is a whole hell of a lot, including letting us keep our sanity. We were initially just going to use the TheKnot and plan the wedding ourselves. We were quickly disabused of this notion when we sent quote requests to the top 3 vendors for photography and flowers and were quickly overwhelmed with the questions. Once we selected Stephanie and explained our "vision", she selected the top 1-2 vendors in each category, told them our vision and we just met with them for our comfort. Further, even though we had decided to pick folks for hair and make-up, our choices fell through and Stephanie was able to find awesome options.
Finally, Stephanie also understood the ins and outs of the special venue (the Butterfly Garden at the Houston Museum of Natural Science) and helped us navigate what we could and could not do. Additionally, the reception location was initially not going to provide a tasting due to our small party (~40 people), but Stephanie was able to wrangle one, which gave us a sense of comfort we otherwise would not have had. She also helped us with set-up and coordination for our welcome ("rehearsal") dinner, even though this was initially not in her remit.
During the wedding, she kept us on track and focused. It exceeded our goals of being drama-and-stress free and everyone had a fantastic time!

Stephanie was so calm and organized with every thing. Our wedding planning was pretty hectic and I am very very particular & type A so there was alot that went into every detail but she handled everything so well. I will say- I dont think I was the easiest bride to deal with but she was able to adjust to changes that I thought were the end of the world and helped keep me calm. Always had a plan B! The day of went so smoothly and was absolutely stunning and so organized. I couldnt have even imagined how perfect everything was. Our guests are still raving about our wedding and they absolutely loved how organized and beautiful it was. Can definitely say she is worth the money. Stephanie was incredibly helpful during the planning stages of our wedding. She checked in periodically, making sure we were on track, and followed up with all of our vendors to ensure they were aware of the schedule. Stephanie is the person you want by your side on your big day! She's detailed, thoughtful, anticipates your needs, is very responsive, and a great problem solver. After our first conversation, I knew she was the perfect fit for us. I mentioned issues I had with one of my vendors and she had options in our budget on standby (just in case). Midway through dinner, we found out we were running low on liquor (thanks family!) and she handled it. Everything was executed exactly as we discussed. I would 100% recommend her over and over.
If you are looking for a planner who will keep her cool no matter what happens on your wedding day, Stephanie is the one you want! She is such a calming presence, and doesn't seem frazzled under any circumstance. We hired her for month-of coordination, but she was available to answer our questions as we negotiated our contracts throughout the process, so that when we handed things off to her a month ahead of time, we had thought through the important things, thanks to Stephanie's guidance. Stephanie also was excited about any out of the box ideas we had, and just rolled with it to make our wedding exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Stephanie for any engaged couple- get her on your team as early as possible!

Stephanie made wedding planning approachable and dare I say, easy? Once our vendors were locked in, she made sure that they were in the loop and provided any information needed. Her planning resources (timelines, floorplan, reminders) were all so helpful throughout the planning process, and made the whole thing way less stressful.
On the day of, Stephanie came prepared for everything. Her day-of kit is amazing and is like Mary Poppins’ bag. Every curveball that was thrown her way was knocked out of the part, because that’s just what Stephanie does. She takes care of you and makes sure that your wedding goes as smoothly as possible. Also, she helped clean out the venue after and made sure we didn’t lose anything.

Stephanie is THE best. Hands down. We booked her month-of management package for our wedding reception and having her was such a weight off of my shoulders. From the initial consultation meeting, she had a very calming and sweet personality and provided her package information to me clearly and concisely. After booking with her, she was extremely organized and noted every little detail I mentioned to her - even when I was getting scatterbrained the closer we got and sending her things randomly. Stephanie was always just a quick email/text away when I needed something and is SO fast on her feet at thinking of solutions/ideas to our problems. She pointed out things that we wouldn’t have ever thought of when discussing the details and helped make our event flow smoothly. Stephanie was such a calming presence the day of and my husband and I truly got to just relax and fully enjoy the day without any worries. Stephanie is beyond sweet and kind! She is not bossy, or demanding. She is soft-spoken and patient. I booked her for the month-of/day-of package. The month of our wedding I feel that I already had most things arranged, so not much needed to be done. On the day-of, though, I certainly appreciate her being in contact with the vendors, handling the decorations, everything was beautiful and went off without any hitches and I was glad to have all those worries off my plate. Just to have her for the day was worth every penny. The only complaint that I have is that when it was time to cut the cake; I asked Stephanie if she could have the DJ announce it, and she said “they’ll know from the song change”, which I thought was odd but I was being rushed, and I ended up cutting the cake and neither my family nor my husband’s got to see it. My mom was pretty crushed about that. In addition, after the cake was cut I’m not sure what happened to it.. I don’t think there was clear communication about whether the pieces were supposed to be handed out or put on the dessert table, because my husband and I, and our families, and many of our friends did not get any cake. But if that is the only thing that was imperfect about our special day then I would consider it a success! And Stephanie was undoubtedly a huge part of that.
Stephanie Ton with Peachy Events was key to making our wedding day go smoothly and we're so glad we chose to go with her as our Month Of Coordinator! From our first meeting with her, she was very organized with a timeline, table arrangement, and condensed vendor information typed up for us. She also had some great questions and things to consider that never crossed our minds. She had our wedding day detailed down to. the. minute! Our first impression of Stephanie was that she is very sweet and soft spoken. Come wedding day, she remained polite yet assertive and focused on finding solutions to anything that went sideways. Her calm demeanor kept our stress level low. She was the reason why despite us knowing things went differently than planned, our guests never had a clue and have been ranting and raving about our wedding event these past few weeks since.

From the moment we booked Stephanie as our wedding planner, I immediately knew we were in good hands. We booked with her about 2 months before our date and even though it was quite last minute, a huge weight was suddenly lifted off of us. It was so reassuring to have her coordinating with all of our vendors - she is incredibly organized down to the very last detail, many of which I would've totally overlooked. She was knowledgeable, honest, and thorough from our very first correspondence. To reiterate other reviews, she literally took care of everything for us day-of. I felt completely free to enjoy the entire day. Although the evening flew by for us, everything was so seamless thanks to her. We wouldn't have been able to have the celebration we imagined without her help. Cannot recommend her enough!!
Stephanie was an amazing wedding planner to work with. From the very beginning, I knew she would be a big help for our day. Stephanie helped with finding vendors that she knew could see what I was picturing to have. There was never a moment I questioned her. Stephanie was easy to contact and answered any and all questions I had!
When I met Stephanie in September 2019, I knew she was the perfect fit to be our Wedding Planner. She was calm, cool and innovative. She was excited for our Persian Wedding ceremony and completely up for the challenge.

Stephanie and her team were amazing! They made planning and going through with our big day during COVID so much easier. Stephanie was such a great communicator and was there whenever I needed help with ideas or ironing out final details. She had already worked with many of the vendors I had chosen for our wedding and did all the work of communicating with them to coordinate how the day of would go. I first met Stephanie at the Bridal Show about a year ago, not thinking I truly needed a wedding coordinator. After all my meetings with vendors and being flooded with questions and contracts, I knew I couldn't do the wedding planning alone. First off, I would like to say that without Stephanie, we would not have been prepared for our wedding day and the wedding would not have gone as smooth as it did. She did an amazing job piecing everything together and keeping everyone involved in the wedding on the same page. She even brought to our attention little details that we completely forgot about. From our initial meeting where we did a run through of the wedding timeline to a few days after the wedding, Stephanie was professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Even our vendors enjoyed working with her! Our wedding day was a huge success and I would like to give thanks to Stephanie for playing a large role in that. We hired Stephanie as a day of coordinator since we were doing the planning for my daughter's wedding ourselves. It was such a treat to place our vendor names in Stephanie's hands and know that she would review contracts carefully, handle coordination of the vendors on the wedding day, set up the timeline for vendor arrivals, and take us seamlessly through rehearsal and the wedding day. We hired Stephanie to do our day of coordination but what she offers is so much more than that. We met on multiple occasions leading up to our big day. She asked all the right questions, wanted to know who the vendors were and what they’re contact info was, how we wanted our day to progress, special music, all down to the most minute detail. She had ongoing contact with all the vendors to make sure they were going to show up at the right place and on time. When the day finally did come, I was constantly asking if she had heard from this vendor or if this vendor had shown up yet and she just calmly looked at me and said “don’t worry, everyone has shown up, everything is ready.” At that moment, I could let it all go and my worries disappeared. I would like to give my gratitude to Stephanie and her assistant, they really helped pull it off.
Stephanie Ton did an amazing job. She is so professional and helpful to get everything I needed done. She helped me more with the smaller details since I took lead on everything else, I'm just controlling so need her more for the smaller details. Many of things like table layout and order of the ceremony was very helpful to me. She helped me on what types of vendors would be better for me and on the day of the wedding was able to take all the stress off myself and lead the wedding beautifully. Was so grateful to have her be part of the wedding and release a lot of the stress many brides have. Definitely recommend her to any bride that work and doesn't have the time to do all the tedious jobs that a wedding require.
Recommend! Recommend! Stephanie helped us pull off our dream wedding at the Four Seasons Dallas this spring. Her level of detail and demeanor was instrumental to the overall success of our wedding. As a couple we have been to a number of elite weddings, but I must say that the flow of our wedding was flawless and timely- everything moved together seamlessly. Her recommendations for vendors was spot on and the DJ people are still talking about! I would absolutely recommend Stephanie for any wedding! If I could rate higher I would! Stephanie did a fantastic job with my wedding and I couldn't be more happier with her work. I was one of those brides who thought she could do it all. Boy was I wrong! After stressing and almost pulling my hair out I called Stephanie in a panic and she was able to put me at ease, which is not easy to do. There were a lot of things I put off last minute but Stephanie was able to swoop in and save the day. We even had our florist cancel on us 2 weeks before the wedding but Stephanie was able to find a replacement within our budget THE NEXT DAY! I had the most beautiful wedding in October thanks to Peachy Weddings & Events. Everything went so smoothly and I was actually able to enjoy and take in each moment from that day. I would recommend Stephanie for all your event needs. She is professional, friendly, and knows what she's doing. Had I known how much time and stress I could have saved myself from I would have called sooner!
