ur planning closer to the wedding. Our whole day was beyond our expectations. We had so many guests compliment the venue. Our weather was a little iffy close to the ceremony so we did not get the chance to have photos with the animals (BUMMER but they offer that too if it’s your thing!). Michelle even let me wait last minute to make a decision on indoor or outdoor ceremony. Luckily the scary clouds held out for us! The outdoor ceremony is truly magical. They also have A TON of eclectic decor for you to use (Pinterest Dream), I recommend taking photos of what you want to use and go again closer to the wedding to make sure it’s still available. And the wedding planning form, super helpful! Can’t say enough good things!

e drive. There is so much character at Peacock Ridge Farms. Cindy did an amazing job decorating the interior of the barn to make it feel like more than just a "rustic" venue. It's truly stunning, especially once it gets dark and all the twinkling lights turn on. It made our wedding feel so intimate, which is exactly what we were going for. Although it can hold 200 people, we ended up with 165-170 people and that felt like the perfect amount for the space without it feeling too cramped. The property is absolutely stunning and provides a gorgeous fall backdrop with all the changing leaves! My bridesmaids loved how cute and unique the bridal suite was, but were overall thankful we used another space to get ready in, as it is a little small for 8 people. Even though it poured on our day, we were able to transform the ceremony space to be indoors and it still turned out beautiful simply because the inside of the barn is decorated so nicely and light so romantically! (So brides - DON'T panic about your back up plan! I promise the pictures and video still turn out absolutely beautiful!) Cindy also provided us with a lot of preferred vendors who had worked at Peacock Ridge previously and we were lucky to have an experienced vendor team. All the vendors we spoke with immediately knew just how special Peacock Ridge was when we told them where we'd be getting married in late October. If there's a date available - book it quick! You won't regret looking back and having Peacock Ridge be the place you & your partner become one!

o go visit! We both fell in love with the look and feel of Peacock Ridge the moment we pulled in the drive. Absolutely everything was incredible! We knew pulling out the drive that day, we found our venue. In the months leading up to the wedding, we had so many questions and requests, Cindy was there to quickly respond to all our emails and give helpful friendly advice for everything. They allowed us to walk the property and whenever we asked. Tables and chairs, mismatched China place settings, real silverware are all included at Peacock Ridge. We chose the Gold Package Cindy had to offer; this included all the use of her eclectic treasures in the bottom of the barn. Well worth every cent! We choose our caterer and bartending staff from the recommendation list of vendors Cindy provided us, not required that you choose one of them but very helpful for us! On the day of our wedding, unbeknownst to the bride, there was a huge hiccup with our shuttle service that we had hired. Cindy, Jim and their son took it upon themselves to provide transportation for our guests from the hotel to Peacock Ridge. Above and beyond the call of duty! Not one guest was late to our ceremony or left standing at the hotel waiting for our no-show shuttle. My husband and I cannot thank you enough for this. Cindy and our wedding planner, worked together on the day of our wedding. It was an incredible feeling to know that we could relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was going smoothly and our guests were all enjoying themselves. Everything felt so personal and dedicated to us, devoted to making our day as incredible as it could be. From the moment we first made contact with Cindy, through to leaving the evening our wedding everything was a joy. The venue is stunning and so incredibly peaceful! We truly experienced a fairy-tale wedding at Peacock Ridge!

on last minute details. The venue is gorgeous and I had sooo many compliments about the property. Everywhere I looked there was a picture opportunity. She does a great job decorating so you barely need to bring anything with you. There is also the "fun room" as I like to call it where you can go in and borrow items for the day. Oh and did I mention her dog George? He was the hit of the party :). I would highly recommend Peacock Ridge... you will not be disappointed! They are great!!!

ye for design. Her and her crew moved all of the heavy decor up to the barn from the basement for us (which i gladly paid extra for, so worth it!) The day of our wedding, there was actually almost a tornado (haha not kidding) a half hour before the ceremony and she managed to get get all the guests inside the barn, and she acted as a wedding planner. We had to rethink everything since the ceremony was moved inside last second and she took care of all those details for me so I didn’t have to think. All the animals that run around are the best too! Top knotch experience there and everyone was raving about how beautiful our wedding was even with the storm! Worth every penny. Cindy and her team are seriously the best and her wedding venue is beyond beautiful. It was a dream. Thank you!!!

d me to stop by the barn anytime I'd like to just get ideas and help ease my mind with what I wanted to do decoration wise. I heard from all my guests about how beautiful this venue was. Many others were telling me how it was the most beautiful wedding they've attended. It was all in help with Cindy's wonderful property! She does such a great job landscaping her property that my photographer had a field day with all the cool areas we were able to get pictures at. I will always recommend Peacock a Ridge for any bride looking for the most perfect barn venue and wedding experience.

and my pet pig to walk with the flower girl. My dog was allowed to stay with me the whole time and it made my day even better! My pet pig on the other hand was not so cooperative and Cindy helped accommodate her and allowed me to put her in one of the horse stalls while the reception was going on. Truly a blessing!! I was told by so many of my guests that this was an absolutely stunning venue. It was also awesome to have our own little barn to get ready in and the barn is air conditioned!! I was reading the other reviews on here and was kind of confused because Cindy told me up front that we decorate and do everything ourselves. All I know is that my wedding day was perfect and I would do it all over again here!

Then Cindy told them "we don't do that" even though I have e-mails detailing what would be done by her, for the extra cost. She was rude to my mother, mil and other family...I was so hopeful that my day would turn out how I painstakingly planned and I was heart broken when nothing was the way it should have been. My mil, friend, many other close family, the catering staff and GUESTS had to finish the setup. After a few 'discussions' with my mother, Cindy agreed to refund half of the setup/tear down fee. But in truth, money can't make up for the heart break I felt knowing how upset everyone was and how nothing was the way it should have been. I am beyond organized, especially with working full time, going to nursing school full time and planning this wedding down to the smallest detail. In the end, we are married and that's what matters but still...just be careful if you plan your wedding when there is one the day before (my thought is that it was just too much going on for her to handle appropriately).

ace to say "I do!" Cindy was easy to work with and answered every question we had from the time we booked to the day of the wedding. October 8, 2016 was an unforgettable day and we couldn't be happier with our decision to celebrate our wedding at Peacock Ridge!
