As a bride juggling many responsibilities, I’m grateful I had the foresight to take my own notes, as I was able to correct the proposal, which arrived three months late. Communication was another major issue, as responses from the team often took months, though they were always friendly when they did reply. We also rented our tent from Peak, and while the person we worked with was extremely nice, their communication was very delayed as well. Between all the questions, details, and the astronomical pricing, it took about 100 or more emails over the course of a year to finalize the tent details—something that should have been seamless. At the last minute, we also had to change our dance floor material due to a lack of stock, though this wasn’t a huge concern for us as we found an alternative with comparable pricing. We also used Peak Rental Services for another event during the wedding process, and unfortunately, the morning of the event, the wrong color glasses were delivered. If my brother hadn’t chased the delivery van down the street, the vision and service we had paid for would not have been correct. While the service team was kind and accommodating, it feels like the company has grown too large to maintain the level of attention and care needed to deliver consistent, high-quality service. For the prices they charge, they should seriously reevaluate their model to address the lack of communication and the concerning frequency of errors. The actual quality of the tent and rentals was quite stunning, and we were highly impressed with the delivered result, though the process was brutal. Ultimately, the most important step for me as a bride was having my wonderful catering team take over the Peak rental order entirely. While I still had to step in a few times to make corrections, the process flowed much better with their involvement. While Peak Rental Services has friendly staff and potential, the lack of communication, delayed responses, and consistency in execution make it difficult to recommend them wholeheartedly.

Peaks delivered and picked up the chairs exactly when they said they would and they made it a completely seamless process. The chairs were great quality. I would highly recommend Peak's for any rentals that you need for your wedding!
