Peak Limo

I would highly recommend Peak Limo to anyone. We hired them for our wedding day transportation so our guests could relax and enjoy the day. From day one they provided great customer service. The vehicles we booked were clean and our drivers were prompt, patient, and professional - a delight to travel to and from our venue with. They went above and beyond and even helped escort the bride, making sure she was dry and comfortable under an umbrella. If you’re considering hiring Peak Limo, do it!

The original driver had a flat tire, but they were still able to get us a nice car at our pick up time and place and bring us to our bed and breakfast after the reception. The car was clean and the driver friendly and helpful. Overall and easy process, thank you!

I booked 2 shuttles for my sons wedding on May 30, 2021. We had guests at two hotels so we had two shuttles to take guests to and from the wedding venue. I also Pinckney my son and his bride. Faith was th! rave reviews on everything about the service including the vehicles, drivers, etc. I highly recommend Peak Limo for your wedding transportation needs!

Faith at Peak Limo was so wonderful when we used her for our recent wedding! We initially booked Peak Limo for an April 2020 wedding with a guest list of 100, but then had to adjust our booking to a September event with an intimate 30 guests #thankscovid. Faith was so understanding and flexible with our cancellations despite the difficult position their business is in, and we were so thankful for the one shuttle we kept to get the wedding party safely back to the hotel. Our driver Kevin was excellent, and we were thankful for his kind service at the end of a long night.

Jan. 2, 2020 - We used Peak for our Safe Ride New Years Eve.... Wow, what a great experience. I found the company very easy to work with and they actually answered their telephone and were friendly. Our drive was very professional and absolutely wanted to make certain to maximize our experience with Peak. He was amazing, friendly and came professionally dressed ON TIME. I do not often recommend services unless they are very good and as a local resident of Matthews I found Peak Limo a very pleasant find...

We used Peak Limo as our shuttle service to and from our Uptown venue over the busy Charlotte Pride weekend. First of all, they have a dedicated staff member for planning wedding and event services. Faith was excellent with communication and put my mind at ease while trying to plan the logistics of our transportation around road closures and we worked together to formulate a plan to make sure the shuttle would have enough time. Well, as luck would have it we ran into a snag on the day of the wedding when our room block hotel did not make us aware of an additional road closure that was going to prevent the shuttle from being able to get there (even though the hotel had told us the road would be open). Fortunately my coordinator handled this last minute hurdle and here is what she had to say about Peak Limo: “They were amazing. I worked with Faith about handling the Pride parade road blockages. We talked Thursday night even though she was home sick. We talked through making sure the drivers could make it through the side street and they helped coordinate pickup with the front desk at the hotel. They were AWESOME!!”

When I first requested a quote from Peak Limo, Faith reached out very quickly. She was professional and kind and answered all of the questions that I had. From there, the reservation process was very easy. I spoke with Faith several times before our wedding to confirm payments, details, etc and on the day of the wedding, I received several status updates. We had a small issue with our driver but we notified Faith afterwards and within 5 minutes, Faith handled it. I was very impressed with the customer service and professionalism I received from Peak Limo, particularly Faith and I highly recommend them!

Peak Limo is a great company to work with. They are precise and always keep you in the loop. They sent notifications (with photos!) of when your driver has arrived and when they dropped off. Not only were the drivers on time, they were early, which was a huge relief and comfort. I highly recommend this company.

Kevin our Driver was great! Very friendly and professional. We rented a Limobus to transport our wedding party from our hotel to a park to take pictures and then to the venue. I gave Kevin a list of addresses when we boarded the bus and there were no issues! We even needed to run back to the hotel quickly and Kevin was very accommodating. Peak was great with communication, quick responses to email and text messages the day of letting us know who our driver would be and his status/eta.

Peak limo was great! Every time I called or emailed with a question they responded promptly even on the weekends! I was so happy to find a reputable and affordable wedding transportation company in Charlotte! Their vehicles are way nicer than any other company I looked at!

Faith at Peak Limo is amazing!! She took care of everything for us, and our day of transportation was exactly what we wanted. The buses were clean and the drivers were extremely polite. There were some construction complications that happened a couple weeks before the wedding, and Faith was available for phone calls to work through all the logistics. I highly recommend Peak Limo and Faith if you get the chance to work with her!

Unreal how smoothly this went - a ride from our home where the girls were getting ready to the church was one of the last things on my list - I wanted a great experience, but it wasn't very far so I didn't want to pay over the top. I found Peak Limo online and Faith was super helpful, quickly understood what I was trying to do and helped me find the plan that worked best for me. Unbeatable price, very reliable, the limo was way nicer than I had even pictured and the driver was so hilarious and professional and poured us champagne and just...killed it. I will definitely be calling them again for Corporate Events or whenever else I need a great experience with a limo / group ride! Thank you guys so much!

As the groom, my wedding planning responsibilities paled in comparison to my wife, and I'm so relieved I went with Peak for our transportation. Our travel was simple, Uptown to Southend, but Peak made it that much easier to navigate the city with our wedding party and photographers. After reviewing multiple transportation vendors, we were very happy with the responsiveness, affordability and service of Peak Limo . Charo responded very quickly to our initial inquiry and remained extremely responsive during the vetting process. We secured a mini-bus for pre-wedding photos and a getaway car, which were both excellent. Our wedding party was especially impressed by the mini-bus, which featured a very sleek interior that was stylish and comfortable. I only wish we could have gotten more use out of it during our allotted time. Our drivers were also extremely punctual, flexible and easy to work with. We received email notifications when they were in place which made everything so easy.

We used Peak Limo for all our transportation for our wedding day! They were phenomenal! We booked through Charo and she was extremely helpful! She was very patient with my many timeline changes. We had amazing drivers! They were very punctual and fun! We didn't feel rushed or antsy throughout the entire process! At the end of the night, our driver had drinks waiting in the car which was a nice touch! We will definitely use them again in the future!

We used Peak for our getaway car. Bob was 45 minutes late in picking us up. We were upset but we did receive a call from Eric letting us know what was happening. When our driver arrived he was apologetic and didn't make excuses. He even stopped at Taco Bell for us on the way to our destination! I contacted the company after our honeymoon and they refunded our gratuity no questions asked. So, they were late but they were wonderful to work with and did their best to remedy the situation. I would definitely do business with them again.
