Chandni and the Pearls team came highly recommended to us from a close friend. After having the pleasure of working with them, we couldn’t agree more with their glowing review! Chandni is an incredible wedding planner. We worked together for 15+ months to plan our wedding, opting for her full service planning package which included venue scoping, vendor scoping/contract review, and of course the all important day-of coordination. Since then, we have recommended her to our friends & family, and have already been to 3 other flawlessly executed Pearls weddings! || During our venue hunt, Chandni was extremely accommodating as we vetoed venue after venue looking for the one that could pull together our vision. After going through and visiting a large list of venues, Chandni helped us finalize and review the contract for the venue of our choice. She helped us negotiate both the slightly complex verbage of the contract, as well as help us optimize times, get us additional rooms, navigate the room block clauses, and many other small but mighty details. Her expertise in the industry shined as she brought forward so many points to consider that we wouldn’t have even known to think about. || In addition, she assisted us with sourcing and reviewing contracts for all of our vendors. She helped us secure some of the larger and more popular vendors through her industry contacts, such as Decor and DJ, and personally attended the big calls and key in-person meetings for these vendors. Her knowledge in this space helped us get better deals, allowed us to choose the correct options for each vendor, and navigate the options that weren’t necessary for our events. In particular, her involvement with our decor conversations helped us think outside of the box, bring together unique ideas, and pull together our vision creatively within budget. || The day of coordination & execution was silky smooth, and it was where her team truly shined. Her team worked hard to make sure our events started and ended at the right times, made sure our immediate family was getting ready and were in the correct locations, and made sure everything else went off without a hitch. The whole weekend we did not look at any clock, watch, or phone - the team swiftly moved us around where we needed to go and handled any small issues or problems without us needing to get involved at all - and it was only after the wedding that we even found out about some of these things (i.e. our Baarat helicopter had to change airports last minute!) that they efficiently and quietly handled, not bringing us into the loop on any stressful situations where we didn’t need to be. This allowed us to be totally present and truly enjoy the events we had worked so hard to pull together, which was one of our biggest goals. || We’re so grateful to Chandni and the Pearls team for helping us pull off the wedding of our dreams - from day one of planning all the way through the weekend of our wedding, they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our vision was flawlessly executed. Chandni was literally so awesome to work with! We had a year and half long process with Chandni and she was super helpful. Hiring her for the full service package was one of the best choices we made. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Chandni always stayed so calm every check in call with her even when there were fires to put out. She was collective and assured us that it will all be okay, and truly she was always on top it. She handled so many things behind the scene without us even realizing. The wedding day was super smooth as well. Our family and friends till this say it was one of the most organized wedding they have ever attended. We can't thank Chandni and her crew enough!!!

Contacting Chandni Mistry at Pearls Event and Co is one of the best things I could have done for my sanity at my wedding. As an extremely detail-oriented and anal person, I was weary about hiring a planner. I was nervous that even after all of our meetings and correspondence, that a planner wouldn't understand my vision. I also worried that my Bangladeshi customs would take a back seat, since I wasn't sure how many planners in the area had experience planning a Bangladeshi-Muslim wedding. But Chandni blew it out of the park - she was attentive to my vision, connected me with excellent vendors with whom she had great relationships, managed my budgeting expectations, and really impressed me on the weekend of my wedding. Even when our weekly meetings didn't feel like enough (I told you, I'm overly detail-oriented and I talk too much), I saw it all come together with Chandni's help. During the planning phase, Chandni connected me to some great vendors and acted as a liaison between them all. The idea of working with so many vendors overwhelmed me, so I was really pleased with her level-headedness and her ability to communicate effectively in my favor. She had my best interests in mind throughout. She also helped me conceptualize a realistic budget - reeling me in when I needed it and giving me practical advice. Even though I didn't listen sometimes (lol $$), I appreciated how real she kept it with me. She particularly impressed me on the weekend of my wedding. Many examples come to mind, but Chandni really came through during stressful situations that I wasn't even privy to at the time! I learned about these things much later, from members of my family. Let's face it - something will ALWAYS happen at a wedding that wasn't planned. Chandni was there to address and fix them all. And she did! She pulled strings to make my dreams come through, especially when it came to a particular decor issue on the morning of my ceremony. Overall, I couldn't recommend Chandni Mistry enough. She knows what she's doing.

Let’s start off with this: Pearls Events & Co was the best decision my wife & I made in planning our dream wedding! On the day of the ceremonies, we were STRESS FREE, and able to focus on the most important thing, taking every moment of getting married. Everything moved along in a timely fashion, even if there were any hiccups, Chandni and her team handled any situation in real time, and as the couple we had no idea that anything happened. We found Pearls Event & Co after attending 2 weddings planned by them. Again, the most important things we noticed were: The Bride and Groom looked STRESS-FREE on their big day, and everything moved along in a timely fashion. My wife and I live in Indiana, Pearls Event & co is based out of NJ/NY, but after seeing how smoothly those 2 weddings went, we knew we wanted to hire them! Although we lived in Indiana, there were no issues at all in planning our dream wedding in Indianapolis! We got engaged in June 2022, and decided to have our wedding in October 2023. We hired Pearls Event & Co in July 2022, and it was the definitely the best decision we made. As a couple, Wedding planning was like having a second job, so many details/nuances, dealing with family, and it can become overwhelming. It truly is an industry in itself. Most couples, luckily have not had to plan multiple weddings, it’s so new/different/difficult, therfore having someone who knows the industry/details/connections/ in and outs is very very very helpful. Anytime we were stressed out, Chandni eased our tensions, the same exact day, and sometimes within hours! Chandni & her team at Pearls Event & Co are professional, punctual, reasonable, understanding, flexible, excellent communicators, and negotiators. They clearly shows that they love what they do! My husband and I cannot stop talking about how perfect our wedding was!! Pearls Event went above and beyond to ensure our Hindu wedding ceremony and reception were flawless! We worked closely with Chandni and Jose, having weekly check-ins to keep us on track with the planning. As a white bride marrying an Indian groom, Chandni helped us merge our cultures for a fusion wedding. Without her, I have no idea how I would have managed making sure everything was accomplished in a timely manner. As a Bengali Hindu couple, planning our marriage in the United States, while still upholding the traditions of the Bengali biye has been a lot of work! Chandni was a rockstar from day 1 for us. She listened closely to what we were looking for from a venue, vendor & style perspective and made the process of identifying a top list to meet with a simple process. She was consistently there for us throughout the planning process outside of our regularly scheduled calls, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with each vendor/decision we made. Given that our wedding was interracial and celebrating two separate religions/ceremonies – there were unique challenges to making sure we covered all the bases which we would not have been able to navigate without her guidance. She took the time to walk us through how we could approach making the most of our 3 days and we can truly say that it turned out perfectly. Chandni and her team were everything I could have asked for and more in a wedding planner. We had a fusion Hindu/Christian wedding with 2 ceremonies on the same day (back-to-back), which is no easy feat, but Chandni made it happen and did not miss a beat. Everything was truly seamless. Best wedding planner ever!!! Chandni was great at bringing up ideas I hadn't thought of needing before, very organized, and she and her time were extremely helpful on the day of the events with making sure everything went smoothly and timely.

I don't even know where to begin with Chandni and her team. Literally, we would have been running around the day of our wedding had it not been for them. Everything was perfectly coordinated and very organized from the very start which made us feel at ease every step of the way. They honestly did a fantastic job coordinating our wedding - paying attention to all the big and small details and making sure that they remembered things that we forgot - i'm telling you, literally lifesavers. They are very patient, understanding, and amazing at what they do. There was a time where my lipstick for the reception was coming off and my bare lips weren't looking so hot in pictures - Chandni literally ran to find me the perfect shade of new lipstick so I can look the best and appreciate my pictures the way it was intended to - who would go above and beyond like that to make sure I have everything I need to feel and look prepared?!?! They took the stress and tension out from worrying about the wedding. We really truly appreciate their help. Highly recommend them!!

Chandni and her team are the best! They are the reason my wedding day was unforgettable and PERFECT. I hired them for day of coordination and to help with securing a decor vendor prior to the pandemic. My wedding got postponed from 2020 to 2021 and while I was frantic, like every bride going through the messiness of rescheduling weddings/vendors/etc., Chandni checked in on me right away and helped me reschedule all of my vendors quickly. Without her help, I don't think I would have been able to re-secure 100% of my vendors for the new wedding date. Anandi led the group of ladies who were my day of coordinators -- but when I tell you they not only checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was all set, they checked in on my husband, they checked in with my closest family members, and they really did coordinate EVERYTHING day of. From making sure all vendors arrived early for setup, breakdown, audio check to also confirming the immediate family made it to the venues on time / early for family photos. I am so glad I hired the PEC team for my wedding and I would recommend them time and time over!! THANK YOU PEC!!!

Chandni, Anandi, Ratna, and Dhara were absolutely AMAZING!!! I truly don’t think our wedding would have been the same without them. Anandi was our lead coordinator that day (she was incredible), but we also had Chandni help plan each step of the way. Ratna was by my side every second of the day and Dhara was by my husbands side. My mom still mentions how grateful she was for having Ratna there, not only helping me, but also helping my mom. By the end of the night we all became family! The last two years were very stressful. We were one of the many weddings effected by COVID. With that, Chandni helped me with re-planning and making sure everything went smoothly. Chandni and Priyanka were wonderful when we used them for our wedding on 1/8/21. We had booked her team back in Feb. of 2020 before the pandemic hit. She understood our concerns and made us feel comfortable in moving forward with our wedding. Up until a month before things kept changing and she was on board with everything. Our event went extremely smooth and everything was on time, I did not want to waste any time and she made sure everything was covered. Chandni and Priyanka made sure to know all the important people, and make sure they were ready to go for the wedding as well as being part of our big day. Although, we met them the day of the wedding I felt an instant connection because of all the prior commutation we had. My family got to know them well and relied on them for things that we couldn't do. I am glad we hired Pearl Events, and hoping to use them for our bigger event in July 2021!

Chandni Mistry and her team at Pearls Event & Co are second to none in the wedding planning game. Ahead of our big day, we had an especially unique challenge because we were planning the entire wedding (during the pandemic) in only 3 months. Both my wife and I have had extensive experience planning larger weddings within our family and friends circle, and my wife even has worked at a wedding planning company. In spite of that, Pearls Events & Co. not only met, but EXCEEDED our expectations. From the moment we began our planning process, Chandni was extremely organized and punctual for every meeting. She has a very high attention to detail and spends a tremendous amount of time with making sure the vision of the bride/groom is fully realized. She really brought in that extra "wow factor" we were looking for. In addition to all of that, Chandni will really go to bat for you when you need to go the extra mile to get something done. Whether it's last minute errands that require running around on the day of the wedding, or staying up all night with her team to get work done, she will do it with a smile on her face. Our wedding day ran absolutely phenomenally. The entire day ran AHEAD of schedule (yes it was a completely traditional Indian ceremony). Every guest who attended had only positive comments to make, even though they were not used to the abbreviated and pandemic style Indian wedding we had taken on. If you want someone to be your planner who is not only easy to work with but also gets your dream wedding done with grace, hire Pearls Event & Co. You will not be disappointed!

It doesn’t matter how hard you plan, how much you double and triple check details, listen to me when I say that you will have issues on your wedding day. Things will happen out of your control. That is why a day-of-coordinator is so invaluable, and I thank every lucky star we had the foresight to hire Pearls Event & Co. for our wedding. We were given not one, but THREE coordinators to help us handle the inevitable snafus that would occur. Chandni was the backend coordinator and our main point of contact. With two different ceremonies at two different venues, there were many details that needed accounted for; yet, somehow Chandni was able to keep everything organized and running smoothly. I expressed to her my biggest concern, keeping everything on schedule, and she did that beautifully. We received many compliments from our family that this was the smoothest wedding they had ever attended. Like I warned, we had many issues: the groom’s Hindu suit and maid of honor’s dress was left behind at home, we lost a bridesmaid’s dress in the morning before the Western ceremony, and my wedding dress had trouble zipping up. Each and everyone one of these issues she handle gracefully, staying in communication with us as we figured out solutions (with each and every one of them resolving with a happy ending; all outfits were accounted for when needed and my dress did zip up.) Even after the wedding, when my jacket and a family member’s credit card was misplaced, Chandni knew exactly where everything was and helped us get it back. Jose followed around the groom and I can only tell you that my new husband has only the highest praise for him. He too kept our schedule a top priority and was the constant voice of reason of, “let’s move along, guys” when there was a risk of us falling behind. He went way above and beyond, even helping my groom get his contacts in (which he has only ever worn for the wedding.) I had the pleasure of Kajal attending to me on my wedding day. Immediately she greeted me with a smile and made sure I had tea and food for breakfast, even if it meant a trip to my hotel room. She was always by my side, making track of all of my outfits and accessories, transporting me to the second venue, getting me food or drinks whenever I needed it, getting me in contact with friends and family, driving me to the ceremony site, aiding with family issues (see missing outfits above), being the voice of reason when things got chaotic…I could go on and on. She was truly invaluable and looking back on the day, I don’t know how I could have managed without her. This is an ace trio, three people who are very good at what they do. If you entrust them with your wedding, they will give you back tenfold what you put in. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and you won’t regret the choice of having them watch over you on your big day.

I found PEC through a friend/coworker of mine, and let me tell you that was probably one of the BEST investments I made for our wedding. Chandni and her team are absolutely amazing. I hired them for their “day of coordinator” service because I had pretty much taken cared of everything else with time, (otherwise I would’ve booked them for the complete wedding planning experience, hands down.) Their team is dedicated to really making everything flow and when I say that they are life savers, they truly are. My bridal boutique dropped the bomb with my veil that we didn’t know was not in my dress bag until the evening of (few hours before the ceremony actually) I reached out to Chandni immediately and all she said was “we’ll handle it.” Through my meltdown and a half she and her team really did take care of everything with love and patience. Chandni herself went to get my veil the morning of our wedding while Jose and another team member was with me as I got ready. By the time we arrived at the church for our early morning ceremony, Chandni somehow managed to defeat manhattan traffic and get my veil to me right before entering the church to walk down the aisle! They worked so professionally and honestly felt like family that day. If there’s any recommendations I can give any bride, it is to bring PEC onto your team for your wedding. Whether for day of coordination and just making everything went smoothly like I did, or better yet your whole wedding planning process. From one bride that had every curveball thrown at her during her wedding planning process, trust me it’ll be the best investment for that whole day!!!

Hired Chandni and her team for day of event coordination. They really helped the whole day run smoothly! You really can’t predict what will happen on your wedding day but they can. They’ll do anything for you to really make your day run without difficulty. In the wedding business you need a team on your side that is ready to break through walls for you. We hired Pearl Events for day of coordination for our 3 day wedding and it was 150% worth it!! We chatted with many different event companies prior to Pearl Events and were given absurd quotes, but PEC is incredibly reasonable and worth every penny. Chandni and her team were on top of everything and took care of things without me having to ask about it. We had a big fat Punjabi wedding and they were able to make sure everything went on time and everyone was where they were supposed to be. I highly recommend PEC. Chandni is very organized and such a pleasure to work with, as well as the rest of her team!!

Hiring Pearl Events was literally the best decision I made. I hired them for day-of coordination, my biggest worry before the wedding was I would stress about things going wrong, or things not being on time. With the coordinators whether something went wrong, or if we weren't on time I had NO IDEA about it! I still to this day don't even know how everything was pulled together! It was literally the best day of my life hands down and I have Pearl Event to thank for that. Not to mention, i contacted several coordinators before Pearl Events and they all gave me crazy prices just for one day! Pearl Events is extremely reasonable in price.

My husband and I hired PEC for our wedding day of coordination services and we could not have asked for a better team. Prior to the wedding, Chandni was super helpful for all my mini emergencies and spent several phone calls with me including a walk through with both of us at the venue which helped put my mind at ease. She was extremely thorough in making sure that we addressed everything prior to the day so it could run smoothly. Overall, we honestly could not have asked for a better team to trust with all the behind the scenes craziness and to help us create such a successful day that we will remember forever. Not only did they help create an amazing day for us, but even our bridal party and families appreciated the help and could not believe how seamlessly the team worked, even in the face of obstacles.

Our experience with Chandni and her team was so smooth! From the day that we met her, we felt that we could trust her with the biggest day of our life. She walked us through every step of the way for 6 months (vendor identification, negotiations, logistics, timeline, etc). On the day of, her team was just as amazing her! I highly recommending going with her team if you want a seamless experience :)

So let's start from the beginning. Pearls Event & Co and Chandni were highly recommended from one of my other vendors. When I spoke with Chandni on the phone she was warm, knowledgeable and comforting. It was an instant hire without even meeting in person. From that point forward, she took care of so much behind the scenes that I often asked her if there was anything I, as the bride, could have been doing. She followed up with me weekly and followed through on all the things they said they would take care of. Then, the wedding weekend. She promised me on our first phone conversation that "we pride ourselves on running everything on time". AND she was right, in fact at times we were ahead of schedule. The entire team was sooo incredibly helpful. They made my crazy weekend so incredibly memorable and stress free. I highly recommend them for all brides. There is no price tag for what they do. Love you Chandni and her team so much!!

Where do we begin, our wedding day and the entire year and a half long process went smoothly all because of Chandni and her team. She was there from the beginning and always responded , helped with finding the perfect vendors and accommodating all our needs. As a super busy couple the thought of planning a wedding seemed daunting with our schedules and trying to meet vendors but Chandni and her team took care of it all and communications! On the day of the wedding , that’s when they real shined. The whole day went so pleasantly, and questions, needs, even timing went well because of her and her team. There were moments where I totally forgot I had to arrange things or gather my wedding party and she was always two steps ahead. From arranging the ceremony decor last minute to finding items such as religious lanterns that seemed impossible it was all done. When we were running behind due to logistics of the venue she somehow revamped our timeline and made sure everything happened all within my original scheduled time! Somehow she and her team was always there not only for ourselves the bride and groom but also our family and wedding party. I seriously have no idea how they were always able to help so many people out at once. The funniest moment was when my earring went flying off during my dance and somehow they got my earring, found me a new back and then managed to find the minuscule backing ina crowd of 250 on a dance floor, now that’s skills! Ours was a Catholic Malayalee Indian wedding and it was executed wonderfully! She really can accommodate to any kind of South Asian wedding. We loved our journey and highly recommend Pearls Event and Co. to all current and future brides and grooms to be!

We attended a wedding planned by Pearls Events, everything was ran like clock work but at the same time everyone was natural like there was no script. Everything from the theme to the choreography was A+. The best thing was that the bride and groom were stress free and we’re able to live through their moment they’ve been planning for so long. If your looking for someone that will take care of everything for you and let you live through your big day, Pearl Events should be on the top of your list.

I’m like 3 whole months late but better than never, right?! I met Chandni a few summers ago in LA where we clicked instantly. Twinning vibes all around- music, culture, foods, you get it. We even had similar outfits on the day we met ::rolling eyes emoji:: She told me she was a wedding planner and how she started her company and has booked 25 weddings in just a year! I knew based on one conversation that she could bring the image of my dream wedding to life. She did exactly that when the time came around. I booked Pearls Events right after I got engaged, no questions asked. I lied, there were actually lots of questions and Chandni patiently answered them all. After all, it was my first time getting married. Fast forward to my wedding weekend- Chandni and her team stayed calm and organized throughout all of the events. She was able to tame the ruckus of older Indian people behaviors through the events in a professional manner. The most important thing was that everything I asked for was done. My husband was expecting a unicorn for the horse & carriage we had used but the vendor forgot to make sure they sent a “unicorn.” Chandni immediately handled it and had the unicorn ready as we walked out of the venue. My husband couldn’t be any happier and neither could I as this was his one and only request throughout the whole wedding. We used Pearls Event and Co. for our wedding and reception day-of planning. We were really excited to work with Chandni and her team, but in the end, they fell short. The biggest reason we are not giving them five stars is that they did not honor our contract. The reason we chose to work with Pearls Event and Co is because they promised us that they would provide a team of 4 on the day of. That was important to us given the size of our wedding and the needs of our family. However, the day of the wedding, they showed up with only three people, an explicit violation of our contract. Before we posted this, we sent Pearls Event and Co. a private note explaining that we were going to be leaving a less-than-stellar review, and the reasons why. When pointing this out, to their credit, they acknowledged this and said that they tried to reach out to other people but they couldn’t make it work on short notice. They also offered to provide us a partial refund. While we appreciated that they acknowledged this, the fact that they didn’t mention this to us the day before the event, the day of the event, or at all, until we pointed it out, is frustrating. There were some things that did not go well on the day of the event and where the ball was dropped, and my wife and I strongly believe that if we had a fourth coordinator, some of those other problems we had may not have occurred. In addition, we let them know that we appreciated their offer for a partial refund, and left it up to them to make that decision. At the time of posting this review, we have not heard whether or not they will actually provide a refund for violating the terms of our agreement. There were some other shortcomings on the day of as well. For example, we had asked their team to provide snacks and drinks that were being passed out during the ceremony for our parents on the mandap, and this did not happen. The bridal entrance was not executed properly. The bridal party walked in a single file line, one after the other, without leaving time between each person. Because of the crowded look, the entrance did not make it into the final cut of our wedding videos. There was also some unprofessionalism from our perspective by some of the team members from Pearls Event and Co. They had two team members stationed with the DJ during the wedding ceremony and as a result, our DJ missed one of the songs that needed to be played during the ceremony. When we pointed this out, Pearls Event and Co. told us that the DJ did not have the music and that at least one team member needed to be there to coordinate, but when reviewing what we sent to our DJ, the song was there, and at the very least, they didn’t need two team members there (which they also acknowledged). The reason we are not giving Pearls Event and Co. less than 3 stars is because there were some things we liked. We liked working with Chandni in the lead up to the wedding. She was very responsive, more than many of our vendors, and she was always willing to jump on the phone or respond to a text or email to answer any small question that we had. She did a walk through with us and worked with us on all of our small tweaks, which we appreciated as well. She was also good at making sure everything ran on time. This was one of the hardest reviews for us to write because we really liked Chandni. Unfortunately, whether it was that we didn’t make our expectations clear enough or did not communicate more clearly, we were disappointed.

We had a wedding this past September and we were extremely pleased with pearlevents&co! Anandi and her team were professional and made sure everything went as planned according to the timeline. From 5 am to midnight, they were by our sides, making sure everything was taken care of! We had an amazing time and we can’t thank them enough.

As the father, I felt that Chandni and team presented themselves with a smile and appeared to be in control of the preparations. They were ready for last minute adjustments. They were not only there for bride & groom but also for the families. Thanks Pearl events team.

From start to finish, Pearls Event & Co absolutely crushed it! Chandni met with us a few months prior and gave us a great sense of calm and confidence leading up to the event. The team was available for all of our mundane requests - through text, call, and e-mail. They were able to flawlessly execute our vision, and even offered helpful suggestions/tweaks that eased logistics end-to-end on the day of. They even helped us coordinate a few things post-wedding, and seriously saved us a lot of frustration! When it came to the day of, it seemed like they had a Plan B, C, and D for everything. In the midst of all the chaos, we felt very much in the moment as we did not have to worry about all of the small and large moving pieces surrounding the day's schedule. Chandni and her team were professional, kind, flexible, and most importantly personable throughout the entire day. With a 450 person wedding, we were expecting that crowd control and flow may be an issue, especially at the venue we picked, but from the feedback we've received from our guests it seems as though Pearls Events handled everything with poise! We highly recommend Chandni and her team for your event, they made our dream wedding come true and I'd bet they'd do the same for you.

Pearls Event & Co. from the moment we met to the day of our wedding has been an instrumental part of the coordinating process. Chandni, the lead coordinator, met with us several times prior to our big day and was very responsive to calls/texts and emails. On the day of, Chandni and her team were very well prepared to handle all event coordination, leaving us a stress-free day. If something did not go exactly according to our plan, Chandni and her team were there to solve the issue. For example, the skirt of my evening outfit (lehenga) was slightly longer than I had anticipated. While my brain was out of order that day, Chandni and her team had an excellent idea for my then-fiance to help lift a small portion of my skirt while he held my hand as we danced our way onto the reception floor; it was seamless and I avoided stumbling as we entered. Thank you for saving me from tripping! In addition, they were proactive and attentive to our needs and made sure we ate/drank throughout the day. Chandni and her team are personable and professional, which are two qualities that we were looking for in a wedding coordinator and they exceeded our expectations. Our wedding of approx. 350 people went so smoothly it was apparent to both our family and friends and we received positive remarks on how timely the wedding was. We couldn't have done it without Pearls Event & Co. and would highly recommend them to future clients, a worthwhile investment!

Chandni showed so much interest throughout the wedding planning process, and meticulously made sure every detail was thoroughly planned. On the day of the wedding, I felt no stress as I knew I was in good hands. All of my events ran so smoothly, and my wedding was so on time, that all my guests were shocked. Looking back, I could not imagine getting married without Chandni and her team. Because of them, I thoroughly enjoyed my wedding day. From coordinating the baraat, to the wedding ceremony, to the lunch/dinner/cocktail hour/reception program, and ensuring every vendor delivered as promised, I can't thank them enough. I cannot imagine my wedding without Pearls Events & Co. I am so grateful and blessed to have had Chandni and her team as a part of my big day. Her team was organized and fulfilled all their promises. I was a little skeptical about the timeline and being on time but boy was I wrong. My wedding went exactly according to the timeline and for a Pakistani wedding that was quite surprising. Chandni and her team are not only helpful and caring but they make you feel comfortable enough to leave all the work to them. I have planned and executed all the weddings in my family and this time I wanted my family to relax and have someone else take care of it. We had such an amazing time. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency the day of the wedding which was dealt with in the calmest matter. Thank you Chandni and your team for everything you did for Adil and I and to make our day super special. You went above and beyond to make sure we all were comfortable and happy. I can't thank Pearls Event & Co enough for being there with me every second of the day during my wedding. I can't tell you the number of times we had to send someone to go back to our hotel rooms to help our families get things and bring them to us... and without hesitation, they were on it before we even asked. Absolutely amazing! I don't even know where to begin! Chandini was an amazing event planner and decorater. Working with Pearls Events and & Co. was the best decision I could have ever made. She planned and decorated our Mehndi, Vidhi, Garba and Sangeet and it was phenomenal work. The entire team was very friendly, personable, on-point and prompt with time. I was extremely stressed for time and they helped me steam my outfit half hour before my Sangeet. We had a Sangeet with 350 people and the event proceeded very smoothly (this is unheard of for such a huge indian wedding party). I definitely recommend them for every event you are planning.

Pearls Event & Co. did wonderful job as our day-of coordinators for our 300-guest wedding in Boston. As the bride, I was beyond stressed and their 6-person team were an absolute delight to work with. Each member had a dedicated role in taking care of myself, the groom and our parents. They helped coordinate transportation and went out of their way to fulfill our requests - and they did so with professionalism and enthusiasm. With 55 people in attendance at a studio in NYC, PEC was able to transform a bare room with white walls to a beautiful space that reflected a mini South Asian wedding. We had a backdrop for photos, ornate centerpieces for the tables, candles and so much more. Pearls Event & Co. planned our engagement party, which just a small celebration for about 25 people. They helped us pick the venue (which was beautiful) as well as handled all coordination, decoration, and cake.
