The wrong backdrop was brought to my event, there were significant photo quality and placement issues for approximately an hour, the attendant arrived unprepared without necessary equipment, and the scrapbook included in my package was never completed. I received an empty book. I also had to repeatedly follow up to obtain the digital gallery.
What was most disappointing was the company's response. Despite acknowledging the scrapbook issue and service interruptions, they refused to provide any refund and instead offered only company credit.
Before booking, I strongly encourage customers to carefully review the refund provisions in the contract. As the company explained to me in writing, their policy does not provide refunds for services once an event has taken place, even when portions of the contracted services were not delivered as expected.
There are too many excellent photo booth companies available to take that risk. Had I known that I could be left absorbing the financial loss despite the issues experienced and services not being fully delivered, I would have chosen a different vendor.
Absolutely one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking Peek-A-Booth Rentals for any important event.

We spent over $1,300 expecting a luxury experience and professional service, and instead received late setup, poor communication, incomplete service hours, and a product that looked rushed and cheaply put together. The Vogue box arrived with visibly crooked and uneven lettering that looked nothing like the photos advertised on their website. Guests were arriving while setup was still happening, which was extremely embarrassing for a surprise party.
To make matters worse, the contracted hours were not even fulfilled, as staff was already breaking down and leaving early. Since the event, getting a proper resolution has been exhausting. I’ve spent days going back and forth receiving repetitive apology messages instead of real accountability or customer service.
As a business owner myself, I would be embarrassed to provide this level of work to a paying client. This company completely failed to deliver the quality, professionalism, and service they promised. I will also be posting photos so people can see exactly what was delivered compared to what is advertised.
If you are investing serious money into your event, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Brian stayed much later than we had originally booked because so many people were taking pictures. I cannot say enough good things about this vendor. Let me tell you, this was the Best Buy of my whole wedding!!! Brian was so awesome, has a great personality with not just us the bride and groom, but with all of my guests, which many gave me compliments! I never saw the Photo booth empty throughout the whole night (I wish I had got an extra hour!!) All of my guests who I've talked to (now 3 days post wedding) have raved about the Photo booth!! We got a link to all of our photos which I've shared with guests and have seen all over their social medias. The pictures are super clear and the overall quality of the booth was amazing! The memory scrapbook was made throughout the night and Brian gave it to us at the end upon my request so I can look at later after the wedding night and I cried at how amazing it was. I cannot recommend them enough and look forward to my family and friends having events so I can refer their business as well! If you're on the fence about booking, do it! Thank you Brian!

I was NOT disappointed. In the beginning, Brian Beltran assisted in getting our design right for the shots and was really receptive to any changes or tweaks to the colors and fonts, and that made me just super comfortable working with Peek-a-Booth going forward. Not only was Beltran and his staff completely set up before the reception even began, but they were also energetic and enthusiastic throughout the night. I opted for 3 hours of unlimited sessions for my guests, including fun props, and my favorite bit is the scrapbooks photo album that was ready immediately for my husband and me. I love the scrapbook because it includes a copy of every single shot that was taken that night. It’s truly my favorite thing to look back on so far, since I’m waiting on my photographs. My overall goal for the reception was for everyone to have a good time, and the scrapbook shows all the candid, silly shots my friends and family took. I love it! Peek-a-Booth was amazing and I just couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
