the ballroom had plenty of space for everyone and had a big dance floor. On the day of the wedding I was too nervous to think about any logistics stuff, but I didnt have to because our coordinator Carina and the Penn Oaks team where on top of everything. They were always checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a venue that offers most things you need for your wedding day.

The venue was beautiful and the outdoor tent is perfect whether there's rain or sun. Everyone loved the food and the service was impeccable. We didn't need to worry about a thing the day of. The bridal suite was a huge space and we barely needed any decorations for the venue. I would recommen anyone to get married here.

Their pricing was very fair, especially for an all-inclusive venue. Their food and drinks were both very great. We even had the option to pick out signature drinks. The venue made setup and takedown of decor a very easy process as they handled this all for me. I just had to drop off my items beforehand and then pick them back up the day after my wedding. The venue itself was beautiful and everything worked out so perfectly. I would definitely recommend this venue to any future brides.

The venue itself is wonderful with a ton of picture perfect places through out the course. Our guests agreed that the food was incredible, from the cocktail hour stations to the served dinner and desserts. You can not beat the packages they offer. I could nitpick, like not being served our cake, but honestly everything else made up for it. If there were any issues or concerns throughout the planning process, we had responses within a few hours to help us through it. Honestly, such a great wedding experience.

Penn Oaks was the first venue we went to see when we were scouting for venues in our local area. From the very beginning, the staff at Penn Oaks were very friendly. Their hospitality left a big impression. We were welcomed in, Carina greeted us at the door, she gave a us a nice tour of the venue, she provided us with examples, "this is where you will be getting ready.. this is where your ceremony will be held, in the case of weather issue this is what we will do.." That really helped us vision how things would go on our wedding day. My fiancee at that time (husband now), LOVED Penn Oaks. I wanted to see more before we decided. However, every other place was not as friendly or as accommodating. Penn Oaks is super flexible, they allow outside vendors, I got an outside vendors for my dessert bar to incorporate Spanish style desserts, Penn Oaks had no problem. I wanted to incorporate a bouncy house, they said no problem (I was't able to book one on time though). I wanted to bring a piñata, no problem. Another perk is that you are the only wedding in the entire location. They might have another small event going on on the opposite side, but it doesn't interfere with your day. Even with the members of the golf, they don't interfere so much with your day, you might see them early in the day, but won't see them later. Mimosas were offered to me and my bridesmaid, they were super excited about that. Everyone said their food came out really good, and their filets were cooked at the temperature they requested. Carina made the whole process super easy too, they really take a lot off your shoulder. The biggest stressor for me throughout the planning was getting everyone to RSVP on time, other than that Carina took care of everything else. I highly recommend Penn Oaks, even if you think this might not be what you are looking for, take a tour of the venue, meet the staff, because. that might change your mind!

Email communication, getting our event sheet updated, and coordinating things like decor drop off and pick up were simple. We used their William Penn package, which includes things like the upgraded bar and photo booth along with other "extras" and we were so glad we did -- it fit perfectly with our vision for our day but also our budget. We also thought the process from the tasting (picking your dinner reception menu) as well as the reception for choosing cocktail hour selections were great and made our jobs easy! As a bride, everyone told me to 'expect one thing to go wrong' on the day of and although it truly would not have mattered if it did, the day was perfect and stress free thanks to the fantastic staff at PO. Even on the day after, picking up our decor was a positive experience- we had help from staff members to load the car, staff members chatted with us and Carina even took a few minutes to chat with us before we headed out. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. Not to mention, it's almost a month after our wedding and guests are STILL raving about the food!

We were super impressed at how they maneuvered throughout the night, working with their staff and making things happen. And the Penn Oaks servers carried out their work in an efficient and unobtrusive way. It really was impressive to see. In addition, the hors d’oeurves were varied and plentiful, the firework display was off the charts, the sparkler idea was fabulously clever and the overall ballroom looked top notch. We got our first email from Ramona Swift, and we got right in to see the venue a couple days later. As soon as we started talking with her, she was such a delight to chat with and literally sold Penn Oaks to us. We knew, even knowing that we had other venues to tour that day, that we had seen our wedding venue. Ramona was the sweetest, fun, wedding coordinator we could ask for, and literally felt like I had another mom on hand to listen to me and offer wedding advice. She was professional, knowledgeable, a good listener, communicative, and respected our decisions. I know a lot of brides get super stressed, and because of Ramona, I had no stress at all. She took care of absolutely everything!! Penn Oaks is such an all inclusive wedding venue. Especially if you go with the William Penn Package. Everything that was included was amazing. I can truthfully say that NO other venue had any package like it! (Think... 10 passed Hors d'oeuvres, 6 stations, alcohol, dinner, desserts, wedding cake, photo booth, gold chiavari chairs, gold chargers, table linens, a complimentary hotel room for the wedding night)! If you want to have everything right there for you for a great price, Penn Oaks is it! And they give you amazing vendors that they recommend as far as the additional wedding things go (photographer/videographer/DJ/florist/hotel blocks/etc). As pretty and beautiful as Penn Oaks is already, we got married at Christmas time, and the way they decorate the club for that time of the year made it very easy for decor! We definitely did not need to worry about much! :) It was beautifully done already! The food and service throughout our wedding night was just top-notch! We still have people talking about HOW MUCH food there was, and HOW GREAT the food was! Many people have told us that they have never been to a wedding with so much food. It was just fantastic! My husband and I did not get to eat much during cocktail hour, because of saying hi to everyone, but they made a plate of all the passed Hors d'oeuvres for us, which was a nice gesture! The food was plentiful and delicious and there were so many choices are available to please your guests. I like to think of Penn Oaks as a one stop shop--we used their suggestions for DJ and photographer although you are allowed to bring in your own vendors. We had several baker choices available to us for the wedding cake and went to tastings at their shops. On the rehearsal night and the wedding day, Ramona was there throughout the entire period. She was the magic fairy that made the day run smoothly. The catering staff was wonderful, making sure everyone had what they needed and so professional in demeanor. We had a holiday wedding and the venue was decorated so beautifully and we only had to embellish it if we wished and we did with more poinsettias/greens. You will have a wonderful experience using this venue! The outdoor photos are spectacular with their landscaping, even in the winter. The tent provided a magical enhancement of an already special occasion. You will be pleased with the options open to you at Penn Oaks and encourage you to check it out! I am one happy MOB.

ocktail Hour from 5pm-6pm, and the Reception from 6pm-10pm. Carina allowed made several accommodations. Including a smaller children's table for my wife's two daughters & best man's two sons to sit at next to our sweetheart table during the Reception. They also worked with us on the menu to accommodate non-alcoholic drinkers. While getting ready for photos at 2pm, the pub/restaurant provided a full menu for the groomsmen and myself to order, which was delivered to us in the groomsmen suite prior to pictures. The overall experience was easy, delightful, and they even provided fireworks for us during our reception, which was an added cost on our end, but well worth it! The patio provides ample space during the cocktail hour, and was used for cornhole during the reception, as well as, our final private dance at 10:05pm (Carina and staff allowed my wife and I to have one final private dance as guests left). They were gracious enough to store some of the items we left behind after the wedding to be picked up the next day. Everything was kept in house, and the food was absolutely amazing! Get the Filet Mignon meal for your guests. Overall the experience was perfect! The only piece of advice I would give is to work with your photographer and the wedding coordinator in advance. If you plan to have pictures taken before the ceremony, golfers will still be on the course playing, and that really limits certain pictures you can capture. Make sure your photographer has a good understanding of the area (ours did not), and work with the Wedding coordinator to make sure everyone is on the same page. We saw some great photos of the bridal party on the wedding website that we were not able to duplicate due to the inexperience of our photographer, the limitations due to the timeframe in which we were taking photos, and the urgency to get everything completed in such a short timeframe prior to the ceremony (as we opted to do our vows & first look prior to pictures prior to the ceremony).

Penn Oaks has so many ways to personalize your day when it comes to food stations, fireworks, shuttle service, adding time to the reception, etc. and they were even able to bring in a beer that they don’t typically have for our reception! I would recommend Penn Oaks to anyone!
