We booked Penn Oaks for our 11/9/24 wedding and we couldn’t have found a more perfect spot! The venue itself was beyond beautiful and had every aspect we were looking for! The flow of the space was just what we wanted so our guests would enjoy an amazing night in a perfect setting. Coordinating with Ramona was by far the best part of wedding planning! She made the hectic to-do lists manageable and made us feel like family the whole time! The rest of the staff were equally as amazing and made sure we were taken care of the entire night! We truly could not have had a better night!

Amazing experience!!!! Carina and her team take care of EVERYTHING you need. They make you feel so comfortable and at home. Penn Oaks is truly my FAVORITE venue. We got married at Penn Oaks which is a beautiful space because there is an outdoor ceremony space, tented area, and reception hall. We had so much space for about 140 guests. It was perfect. However, I really want to highlight working with Carina. From the second we met Carina, we knew we wanted to work with her. She truly listened to everything we were envisioning and helped us obtain that goal. She was attentive and communicative and we couldn't imagine planning a wedding without her - she was phenomenal!

My husband and I got married at Penn Oaks and we absolutely loved it!!! The wedding coordinators at Penn Oaks take care of mostly everything: planning an overnight stay at a local hotel, recommending and working with local bakers, and decorating the venue based on what you bring. We had the pleasure of working with Carina, and she was the most kind, thoughtful, and thorough person and we loved having her as our coordinator!!! The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the planning was easy. We highly recommend Penn Oaks to anyone looking to get married in the area.

Working with Penn Oaks was the simplest and most enjoyable part of wedding planning - the entire staff, and in particular Carina and Elyse, was wonderful and I felt like I had a true partner in the process. Because they have so much experience with weddings, they have every part of the process down seamlessly. Email communication, getting our event sheet updated, and coordinating things like decor drop off and pick up were simple. We used their William Penn package, which includes things like the upgraded bar and photo booth along with other "extras" and we were so glad we did -- it fit perfectly with our vision for our day but also our budget. We also thought the process from the tasting (picking your dinner reception menu) as well as the reception for choosing cocktail hour selections were great and made our jobs easy! As a bride, everyone told me to 'expect one thing to go wrong' on the day of and although it truly would not have mattered if it did, the day was perfect and stress free thanks to the fantastic staff at PO. Even on the day after, picking up our decor was a positive experience- we had help from staff members to load the car, staff members chatted with us and Carina even took a few minutes to chat with us before we headed out. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. Not to mention, it's almost a month after our wedding and guests are STILL raving about the food!

Our positive experience began when we met with the Penn Oaks team leader, Ramona, who was so attentive to our requests, and her recommendations elicited a great confidence in us. In short, Ramona was great. The great service continued from there. Lisa Brewster and Michael McDowell were so attentive to us throughout the night. We were super impressed at how they maneuvered throughout the night, working with their staff and making things happen. And the Penn Oaks servers carried out their work in an efficient and unobtrusive way. It really was impressive to see. My husband and I fell in love with Penn Oaks the moment Ramona gave us a tour! We loved that it included so much- so less worrying about centerpieces and our wedding cake, and we also loved that we didn't have to worry about a PhotoBooth. Not to mention, everything about the venue- inside and out is incredibly beautiful. So many great spots to take pictures and our guests loved it too! Carina was our wedding coordinator, and she was fantastic from start to finish! She stayed on top of everything, ensuring our wedding day was perfect. We toured several venues, but Penn Oaks stood out for having everything we wanted and more. Their wedding packages include a lot of great features, which made our decision easier. The bridal suite was spacious and provided a perfect space for us throughout the night. The cocktail hour was a big hit! Penn Oaks offers two beautiful ceremony options (indoor and outdoor) and is flexible with adjustments in case of weather changes. Highly recommend!!

Penn oaks hosted our wedding on 6/8/2024 and it was beyond anything we could have ever hoped for! What sold us on Penn oaks was not just their amazing food, beautiful tent, fireworks and endless options, but their wedding coordinator Carina. Carina is truly one of a kind and without her nothing would have been possible. Carina's passion for her job makes her exceptional at understanding your vision and making it come true. She pays close attention to details, is patient, and always prompt with her responses. The entire experience was flawless and beautiful and I couldn't have done it without her. Absolutely beautiful venue. I can say without a doubt that penn oaks golf is club stunning and helped to make our wedding planning stress free. It was truly a huge relief. They are fully prepared for everything you need from vendors to helpful advice. A HUGE thank you to Carina our wedding coordinator for being so kind and helping us through everything when myself and now husband had no clue how to plan a wedding haha She is so smart and organized and it was a pleasure to have her help through this. The staff, food and environment are top tier. I couldn't be happier that we chose penn oaks for our wedding!!!!

We had the most amazing time planning and finally having our wedding there. We found them while attending a bridal expo and the brochure was over the top and that should have been the tell tale sign that this is how they run their weddings. 2 packages and all inclusive were both to things like tax, tips, plate chargers, nice upscale chairs, valet, linen color to your choosing, bridal suite with pump chairs, beautiful photograph settings...I can go on and on. Ramona was the best! I would not skip them in your search.

First everyone needs a Ramona. During our search, they were our first real appointment and every vendor after we kept saying “ Penn Oaks does it this way”…thus we knew. Professional, easy going, caring and so many options. No charge for chargers, no need to cover the chairs, the cocktail hour room is so beautiful. We did the Penn Oaks package which had a fun Photo Booth. The food was amazing as well.

WOW! WHERE DO I BEGIN? Seriously!!! Penn Oaks was just perfect for our 12/29/23 wedding day! We got engaged January 2023, and started looking at venues immediately. Penn Oaks came up, and figured why not reach out to see if they had any December availability, and I am so thankful they did! We got our first email from Ramona Swift, and we got right in to see the venue a couple days later. As soon as we started talking with her, she was such a delight to chat with and literally sold Penn Oaks to us. We knew, even knowing that we had other venues to tour that day, that we had seen our wedding venue. Ramona was the sweetest, fun, wedding coordinator we could ask for, and literally felt like I had another mom on hand to listen to me and offer wedding advice. She was professional, knowledgeable, a good listener, communicative, and respected our decisions. I know a lot of brides get super stressed, and because of Ramona, I had no stress at all. She took care of absolutely everything!! Penn Oaks is such an all inclusive wedding venue. Especially if you go with the William Penn Package. Everything that was included was amazing. I can truthfully say that NO other venue had any package like it! (Think... 10 passed Hors d'oeuvres, 6 stations, alcohol, dinner, desserts, wedding cake, photo booth, gold chiavari chairs, gold chargers, table linens, a complimentary hotel room for the wedding night)! If you want to have everything right there for you for a great price, Penn Oaks is it! And they give you amazing vendors that they recommend as far as the additional wedding things go (photographer/videographer/DJ/florist/hotel blocks/etc). As pretty and beautiful as Penn Oaks is already, we got married at Christmas time, and the way they decorate the club for that time of the year made it very easy for decor! We definitely did not need to worry about much! :) It was beautifully done already! The food and service throughout our wedding night was just top-notch! We still have people talking about HOW MUCH food there was, and HOW GREAT the food was! Many people have told us that they have never been to a wedding with so much food. It was just fantastic! My husband and I did not get to eat much during cocktail hour, because of saying hi to everyone, but they made a plate of all the passed Hors d'oeuvres for us, which was a nice gesture! Penn Oaks and their wedding coordinator, Ramona, were wonderful! From our initial tour of the facility and meeting with Ramona, we knew this was going to be our location. They were easy to work with throughout the whole process. Ramona has years of experience so her suggestions eased alleviated our planning and questions. The food was plentiful and delicious and there were so many choices are available to please your guests. I like to think of Penn Oaks as a one stop shop--we used their suggestions for DJ and photographer although you are allowed to bring in your own vendors. We had several baker choices available to us for the wedding cake and went to tastings at their shops. On the rehearsal night and the wedding day, Ramona was there throughout the entire period. She was the magic fairy that made the day run smoothly. The catering staff was wonderful, making sure everyone had what they needed and so professional in demeanor. We had a holiday wedding and the venue was decorated so beautifully and we only had to embellish it if we wished and we did with more poinsettias/greens. You will have a wonderful experience using this venue! The outdoor photos are spectacular with their landscaping, even in the winter. The tent provided a magical enhancement of an already special occasion. You will be pleased with the options open to you at Penn Oaks and encourage you to check it out! I am one happy MOB.

We love Penn Oaks! Our wedding day was PERFECT, and a huge part of that is thanks to Carina and the rest of the Penn Oaks team! Carina helped us the past year and a half since booking the venue and she has been the biggest help through the planning process. Her attention to detail and willingness to help us make decisions made it possible for us to avoid hiring an additional coordinator, which was a big cost savings! Penn Oaks is an incredible venue! From top to bottom the experience was top notch for us. The facility and grounds are so incredibly beautiful and we can't say enough how amazing the staff is. The food was amazing and came out to the guests quickly. Carina was our coordinator and she is PHENOMENAL at her job! Since day 1 she was very pleasant and helpful. Through the planning process she was very communicative and made sure that every detail was perfect for our wedding day. And on the day of our wedding, everything was perfect. We felt no stress with her in charge. Our experience with Penn Oaks was everything we could've ever wanted and more! Can't thank them enough!

We had our wedding at Penn Oaks, and everything was absolutely perfect!! Ramona was extremely responsive and helped ensure our vision was met! It was truly the perfect day and was so seamless. I absolutely recommend this venue! Everything was so beautiful and I had a stress free day knowing everything was taken care of!

The venue was perfect for 100 guests. Carina and the wedding staff did an amazing job with planning, preparation, and accommodations. Our Ceremony started at 4:30pm, followed by Cocktail Hour from 5pm-6pm, and the Reception from 6pm-10pm. Carina allowed made several accommodations. Including a smaller children's table for my wife's two daughters & best man's two sons to sit at next to our sweetheart table during the Reception. They also worked with us on the menu to accommodate non-alcoholic drinkers. While getting ready for photos at 2pm, the pub/restaurant provided a full menu for the groomsmen and myself to order, which was delivered to us in the groomsmen suite prior to pictures. The overall experience was easy, delightful, and they even provided fireworks for us during our reception, which was an added cost on our end, but well worth it! The patio provides ample space during the cocktail hour, and was used for cornhole during the reception, as well as, our final private dance at 10:05pm (Carina and staff allowed my wife and I to have one final private dance as guests left). They were gracious enough to store some of the items we left behind after the wedding to be picked up the next day. Everything was kept in house, and the food was absolutely amazing! Get the Filet Mignon meal for your guests. Overall the experience was perfect! The only piece of advice I would give is to work with your photographer and the wedding coordinator in advance. If you plan to have pictures taken before the ceremony, golfers will still be on the course playing, and that really limits certain pictures you can capture. Make sure your photographer has a good understanding of the area (ours did not), and work with the Wedding coordinator to make sure everyone is on the same page. We saw some great photos of the bridal party on the wedding website that we were not able to duplicate due to the inexperience of our photographer, the limitations due to the timeframe in which we were taking photos, and the urgency to get everything completed in such a short timeframe prior to the ceremony (as we opted to do our vows & first look prior to pictures prior to the ceremony).

Penn Oaks was the first and only venue my husband and I toured when we got engaged- after our tour we knew it would be the perfect place for our wedding reception and it did not disappoint! Ramona was beyond helpful and so responsive to all our emails and questions throughout the entire planning process and we had full trust in her the whole way! Penn Oaks was so beautifully decorated for the holiday season (we got married on December 3rd) and our guests were raving about the food especially the cocktail hour stations. Penn Oaks has so many ways to personalize your day when it comes to food stations, fireworks, shuttle service, adding time to the reception, etc. and they were even able to bring in a beer that they don’t typically have for our reception! I would recommend Penn Oaks to anyone!

Choose Penn Oaks for your wedding day! We toured about 15 venues when we first got engaged, and Penn Oaks checked every single box for us: beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, great food, actually affordable packages and amazing service. From the second we met Carina, she was the absolute best! Throughout our nearly two years of planning, she was super responsive to emails and texts and was always there to give advice and answer my million questions. We did the William Penn package with six additional food stations—including enhanced dessert options and a late night station with hoagies and pretzels—and a photo booth that everyone loved. Our guests raved about our cocktail hour with crab cake sliders, cheesesteaks, french fry bar, 10 passed hors d'oeuvres and more. We opted for the fireworks and it was so worth it! Everyone was so wowed and the photos and videos were incredible. The only regret I have from our wedding is that we couldn't attend it as a guest. I will recommend it to everyone!

There is only one word that I can use to describe my wedding day at Penn Oaks: PERFECT. The whole experience with Ramona and the team at Penn Oaks leading up to the wedding was incredible. My husband and I are extremely type A personalities, and everyone kept noticing how relaxed we were in the days leading up to the wedding and our wedding day-- that's because we had complete trust in Ramona and the Penn Oaks team to have everything handled. They were there through every step of the process, giving advice, working with us on all the little details, and setting us up with the best vendors for our day. With an incredibly stunning venue (gazebo, tent, reception space), beautiful fall decor, the most INCREDIBLE food (a former chef said it was the best filet he had ever eaten) with amazing service from staff, and a stunning fireworks show, the night was perfect from beginning to end. Not only did we love it, but all of our guests could not stop raving. We heard from multiple guests that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we are 100% confident that they meant that. This day was everything that my husband and I could have ever asked for and more, and all the credit goes to the team at Penn Oaks for making it happen. We would recommend Penn Oaks to every single bride that was looking to get married.

Our wedding day at Penn Oaks was absolutely PERFECT. The entire experience was amazing - especially working with Ramona from Penn Oaks. Penn Oaks was the perfect place to have our wedding. Ramona was very responsive the entire time. I felt like she was a second mom to me the entire time, giving suggestions and ways to improvise in order to get things exactly how I envisioned our day from the first day we met to the second before the ceremony began. There's no need to have a day of coordinator because the woman did it all and was so flexible & patient through the process!! She knows all the ins & outs which was so helpful especially to our photographer who had never been to Penn Oaks before. Ramona led us to the most beautiful locations around the gold course so we could have breathtaking pictures. There is nothing you really need outside of the venue. They have decor for centerpieces you can rent for such a low price which is SO helpful because its one less thing you have to worry about buying and transporting. They even have a photobooth option which we utilized as well which again, makes it easier because it's one less thing to coordinate. We had over 200 guests and the food all came out so hot & delicious we are still getting compliments on the food weeks later. This isn't a chain, this place makes you feel like you are so welcomed and they made our dream wedding come true. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, I have no regrets!! Our wedding at Penn Oaks was beautiful. The team there especially our coordinator Dawn really listened and helped with making our vision come to life. All my guests said they had a great time and are still complimenting on the food and amazing firework showcase. We had worked with Penn Oaks through the pandemic and a postponement, and Dawn was always transparent and supportive throughout out, which we greatly appreciate it. Highly recommend this venue for a wedding.

Our July wedding at the Penn Oaks was a dream come true. Not only was the venue breathtaking and the food delicious, but we could not have asked for a better team to make it happen and be with us every step of the way! When we first started planning our wedding, we were living across the country in Seattle so Ramona took us on a Facetime tour of the Penn Oaks. We not only loved the spaces (the tented patio and ballroom), but we also had an instant connection with Ramona and felt she would be a great partner to work with…. we were right! Ramona was extremely responsive and always willing to provide recommendations about anything and everything. She was also super well organized, and made sure we had nothing to worry about on our wedding day (once we dropped off our decorations the day before, it was all in her hands). More than our coordinator, she became our friend. Our first time visiting the venue was when we did our tasting. The venue was even better in person, but can I tell you about the food? It was soo good!! Fast-forward to our wedding day, the food was just as good if not better. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how plentiful and delicious it was, from our cocktail hour stations to our entrée meals and the dessert table. They also commented on how beautiful all the spaces were and how everything was set up. Ramona, Lisa (our banquet manager), and the rest of the Penn Oaks staff, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! We had our wedding last weekend, 7/25, and it was everything we dreamed of and more! Ramona was with us every step of the way--from selecting details, to rescheduling our date, to the day of. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the day, and made sure we were always taken care of and needs were met. Highly recommend to engaged couples!

Our wedding on April 10th, 2021 at Penn Oaks was amazing! Despite the complications with the pandemic and ever-changing restrictions, the day went very smoothly thanks to Carina and the rest of the staff. Ellen was our original planner, but we were then switched to Carina. Both were very accommodating and reassuring during the planning process. Unfortunately we were unable to use the bridal suite to get ready, but Penn Oaks gave us an extra night at the hotel to make up for this. There are many beautiful places to take photos- luckily the weather turned out great and the trees were blooming. Carina was so helpful with carrying my bouquet and holding my dress train while walking. We were able to take a golf cart out on the course for even more photo opportunities. We had our ceremony outside by the gazebo, but if it had rained we would have been able to move it into the covered patio area. All the décor and tables were set up perfectly. Guests raved about the food, especially cocktail hour and the roast beef tenderloin dinner entrée. Our signature drink (mango mojito) was also very popular, and the bartenders were very efficient and friendly. We were able to substitute different beers for no extra cost. We upgraded our package at the last minute and it was a great value- it included a photobooth and album and specialty lighting. We also opted for the fireworks, and they exceeded our expectations! Penn Oaks took care of cleaning up and gathering decorations at the end of the night. We were able to pick them up the next morning, along with the leftover cake. They also gave us a personalized gift! Penn Oaks is the perfect wedding venue and we look forward to our complimentary 1-year anniversary dinner!

Planning a wedding during a pandemic has certainly raised it’s challenges, but choosing Penn Oaks as our venue was certainly not a challenge, it was an easy decision. We toured many wedding venues before making our choice but the standout difference in our decision making was Carina. In our initial meeting Carina made us feel welcome, comfortable, and it was very clear that she was a professional and given the circumstances, we needed a professional in our corner. From the initial meeting, to the tasting of appetizers and dinner selections, to the meetings to go over the final details, Carina was an allstar and after every visit to Penn Oaks we were reassured we were in great hands and on track to have the perfect day. Our cocktail hour went great, we had two amazing bartenders who were very knowledgeable on drinks and made us the perfect signature drink, and our guests are still talking about the food they had for hors d’oeuvres and at the individual stations. While taking photos out on the golf course Carina kept us and our photographers on track with the timing and assisted during the process; from carrying flowers and helping with my dress to make sure I looked my best. The ceremony came and then the slow dances and speeches and we had the most wonderful night, topped off by an amazing display of fireworks. In looking back on the process, and dealing with Carina and Penn Oaks, there is not a single regret, or a single “I wish we would have….” Everything went perfectly and we did not have a single hiccup, and if we had to do the night over 100 times, Penn Oaks would be picked every time.

We had our wedding at Penn Oaks on 11/13/20. It was even better than we imagined it would be. Everything went smoothly. I was so thankful for our event coordinator Ramona. She kept in touch with me and answered all my emails quickly, and even when I felt like I was being annoying she was always patient and kind. She kept me sane throughout trying to plan a 2020 wedding. Ramona made sure everything went according to plan throughout the event and she was somehow able to round all of us up for introductions. I’m still not sure how she was able to find all of us scattered throughout the venue! Everyone raved about the food all night, especially the crab cakes. The hot appetizers during cocktail hour were soooo good. There is a large spacious bridal suite you can use and leave your stuff in for the entire wedding. The grounds are beautiful and it made for a lot of great pictures. They recently put in a waterfall that has an archway in front of it, which is where we did our first look. I never met the owner but you can tell from the way people speak highly of him that he really cares about his brides and grooms having a great time. The venue packed up all of our wedding decorations towards the end of the night and left them on our gift table which made it easy for us when we were leaving. This was also nice because it meant we didn’t have to come back the next day to retrieve anything. I would highly recommend this venue. If your venue is not allowing you to do your wedding because of COVID, call Penn Oaks as they are highly accommodating with being able to have events outside as well as a large beautiful tent that goes off the back of ballroom. Trying to plan a COVID wedding was so mentally draining and I kept asking myself why didn’t we just elope. My husband and I had our wedding at Penn Oaks on September 5, 2020. It was seriously the best day of our lives. Everything was absolutely perfect. Carina did an amazing job with helping us out during this crazy time. Even with the changes that had to take place, we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend Penn Oaks for your wedding venue!

If you’re considering Penn Oaks for your wedding, I recommend you look elsewhere. We thought they were a great venue to work with, until Covid hit. Our wedding was originally scheduled for 8/22 of this year, and in mid-June we reached out wanting to reschedule. We were told that wasn’t possible because we were going “out of order” and advised that if we insisted it would be 3-5x the original deposit to move to a summer date in 2021, or we could pay the same costs for an off date in the winter (mind you they charge a smaller fee for a winter wedding to begin with). After WEEKS of trying to speak with management and countless scheduled calls they never showed for, we finally speak to the GM and feel like he’s heard us and is willing to work with us. The new contract comes, with new wording, and a $3500 fee to secure the new date, due immediately. We let them know we feel blindsided, and after another week of not receiving scheduled calls, finally speak to the GM again. This time, he’s not nearly as polite. After screaming at my now husband and assuring him we’re the most difficult couple they’ve had to work with, we inform him we’d like to part ways and void the contract. Fast forward to a week before our originally scheduled wedding and I reach out to check on the status of our return, as PAs current Covid guidelines ensured we’d receive a refund per the cancellation agreement, and our coordinator refuses to give us any answers; that our “case” has been forwarded to the finance team. Thankfully, getting our refund check was a smooth process from here. Covid has brought on crazy Scenarios for everyone, and has shown a lot of people’s/businesses true colors. I highly advise you look elsewhere before banking on Penn Oaks to support you for one of the most special days of your life.

Penn Oaks Golf Club hosted our wedding August 16, 2020 and it was the best day of our entire lives. When we first saw the venue we knew it’s was the one! We had to get married there. The grounds, gazebo, patio, and ballroom are all absolutely gorgeous. Our wedding coordinator Dawn is very friendly and outgoing. She makes things easy and puts your mind at ease. We felt like we had already known her for years. We had no trouble at all rescheduling our wedding to a new date with Penn Oaks due to Covid 19. On the day of our wedding we used the open air patio for both our ceremony and reception due to inclement weather. We dropped off our wedding decorations a few days prior and on our wedding day Dawn and her staff made the place absolutely beautiful. It blew my expectations away. The staff and bartenders were very polite and attentive the entire time and even packed up all of our items for us that we had to bring home. The food was delicious and we received many compliments from our guests. We will definitely be visiting Penn Oaks again for our 1 year anniversary dinner. Dawn and the staff at Penn Oaks are great and go above and beyond to make you feel special and comfortable. I highly recommend this venue for your event and I promise you you won’t regret it. Our day was perfect!!

Penn Oaks did an amazing job with making our day absolutely perfect! My husband and I got married January 3 of this year and it truely was the best day ever. Ramona was our wedding coordinator and she was such a huge help! The food was awesome, people still talk about our wedding and how perfect it was, despite the downpour and fog! Penn Oaks was the perfect choice for our wedding day! From start to finish, every single employee was professional, kind, and accommodating. Ramona, Steve, and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure that our reception was everything we could have hoped for and more. We had over 200 people present, and they all fit comfortably in the ballroom and were served their meals in a timely (and warm) manner! We have already heard so many great things about how delicious the food was. Ramona was our lifeline in this whole process, I felt so comfortable asking her all kinds of questions, and confident that she would make the room beautiful with all of the random decorations we dropped off to her! All in all, we would highly recommend Penn Oaks to any couple looking for a fun, stress-free planning experience and cannot thank them enough for hosting the best day of our lives!

We cannot say enough positive things about the team at Penn Oaks. From the very beginning, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to be hosting our wedding. Ramona was amazing, every step of the way, answering every one of my many questions with patience and professionalism. Penn Oaks gave us a list of trusted vendors, from which we chose our Photographer, Baker, and DJ. Knowing the vendors were familiar with the venue gave us comfort and ensured things went smoothly on our wedding day! The crab cakes at Penn Oaks got the approval of my husband who grew up in Maryland and many of our guests have told me the food at the reception was the best meal they have ever had (not even just at a wedding, literally ever). The bridal suite was a little small for my larger wedding party (12 adults and 2 flower girls getting ready), so we got ready at my parents house and went to Penn Oaks for the first look. The grooms suite/lounge was the perfect size for the men to get ready though! The venue is dog friendly and even made our pup a hamburger for after the ceremony! We really loved that there was an easy and equally gorgeous backup plan for our outdoor ceremony in case of rain. We opted to do fireworks toward the end of the reception and our guests all raved about how amazing they were - we also got some incredible photos! From start to finish, Penn Oaks was so supportive and helpful, we never for one second felt uneasy about how our wedding day would go, and as soon as I arrived at the venue, I didn't have to think about or handle a single issue - they truly took care of us and we are so grateful to everyone who worked so hard to give us an unforgettable wedding day.

Our day at Penn Oaks could not have been more perfect! Everything went exactly as we had imagined. The team at Penn oaks is simply perfect - our event coordinator Dawn helped us with every question and every detail. Carina made the day of pictures go so smoothly as we battled the freezing cold. The Chef Matt, banquet manager Lisa, and her staff ensured dinner was delicious and the reception went smoothly also. We couldn't recommend Penn Oaks anymore!

Choosing Penn Oaks as our wedding venue was by far the best decision we made. We had the pleasure of working with Dawn Claffey as our event planner. Dawn was so knowledgeable, personable , easy going, and truly made the planning enjoyable. Dawn made sure every detail of my vision came true. I did not stress a single second the day of. Dawn had it all under control and I was able to truly relax. We had our wedding on October 11,2019 and were able to have our cocktail hour in the ballroom and our reception in the tent. Dawn was so accommodating and allowed us utilize the tent to the fullest. Our wedding was a dream and our pictures are so beautiful. The grounds are so well kept and our photographers were obsessed with “the tree” and our pictures are amazing. I cannot say enough about this place. The atmosphere is amazing. We truly feel like a part of the Penn Oaks family. The food was amazing , the chef is excellent. Our friends and family are still raving about the food and asking when they can have the crab cakes again. Lisa, the bartenders, and the entire staff were so amazing the day of. The bridal lounge and grooms lounge made getting ready the day of so easy. I cannot express how nice it was to do everything in one spot. Penn oaks truly is the best package all around - the food , the options, the cake, the lounges , the honeymoon suite. You truly get everything you could imagine when booking Penn Oaks. I am so in love with this place. This is the place to get married and Dawn is the perfect person to help plan your dream wedding!

We knew we made the right choice with going with Penn Oaks for our wedding since the start. Our first time there everyone was so nice and welcoming unlike any other venue my husband and I viewed. We were offered drinks and provided with hor deurves, something so small that meant so much to us that no other venue we viewed even thought to do. Dawn had sold us from the start. We knew she was someone that we wanted to work with and be surrounded by on our wedding day. Dawn was so helpful throughout the planning and provided extremely helpful tips throughout. Dawn did AMAZING decorating and truly brought everything I had envisioned to life. On our wedding day, we also worked with Lisa who was so sweet, calm and attentive to all of our needs. On our wedding everyone took such amazing care of my husband and I. I mentioned to the wait staff one time that I loved the spring rolls and every wait staff who had spring rolls made to sure to stop by me because "they heard the bride loved the spring rolls". The food was incredible and our guests are still talking about it! The grounds were also amazing. There are so much included in their packages that you truly cannot go wrong. Penn Oaks truly went above and beyond for our wedding day and we cannot thank you enough! We look forward to coming back for our one year anniversary dinner! Thank you!!

We were so pleased with Penn Oaks for our daughter's fall 2019 wedding. The food was outstanding and the wait staff were all professionals (good job, Lisa). We received a list of recommended vendors from Penn Oaks. We chose the DJ, florist, honeymoon suite, etc. from their list. It was easy because all the recommended vendors were well-acquainted with Penn Oaks. The package was reasonably priced and we didn't need a wedding planner because they supplied someone there (hats off to Carina). The wedding ceremony was held at Penn Oaks and the setting was beautiful. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Penn Oaks for anyone planning a wedding.

We had the best experience at Penn Oaks. We loved everyone we worked with, especially Carina! She was so helpful. Our day was more than I could hope for. The grounds are gorgeous and the food was delicious! It felt like a perfect fit from the first time we visited and I’m so happy we had our wedding here!

Penn Oaks was the best decision I made during my wedding planning process. They had everything we needed from the great food, to including the cake in our package. The day of the wedding ran smoothly due to the amazing staff. It's also a wonderful place for pictures and for the ceremony. Gorgeous venue for my gorgeous day! Loved the ability to have an outdoor ceremony and my reception inside. Loved every moment of my big day. Ramona was a huge help as well for keeping everything smooth and successful!
