We don’t know where to begin to thank Peppers Artful Events for all the work they put into our wedding, and how over-the-moon we were with their care and detail. My husband and I were married at the New England Botanic Garden in May 2025. We had a very specific vision of the day, and after meeting with Peppers, we quickly realized that they were far more than a catering team. Their team provided us artful advice on how to make our vision come to life. We wanted very creative, feast-like and "painterly" tables capes that were inspired by art, and they were so hands-on with setting up our vision (which included a lot of edible decor!). The FOOD, oh my gosh I will never stop thinking of it. Our first tasting included a tour of their hydroponic garden where they showed us all of the veggies that would be grown to feed our guests. We were floored. They helped us curate a menu that honored both of our cultural traditions, Italian and Spanish. Their menu featured artfully-presented entrees, appetizers, a memorable collection of signature cocktails, and a guest-interactive cannoli bar. Our guests have not stopped talking about how fantastic the service and food was. If we could get married a million times over, we’d pick the Peppers team each time. We had an incredible experience working with Peppers for our June 2025 wedding! They have such creative options and were enthusiastic about making our wedding catering feel unique to the foods we like as a couple. We were thrilled with the quality of the food at our tasting, and it was just as delicious on our big day. Their attention to detail is unmatched, all the displays around our bar and cocktail hour were lovely and the food was plated beautifully. We were so happy with all of the staff, from the management during planning to the bartenders and servers, everyone was kind and professional and helped our day to go so smoothly. Would absolutely recommend Peppers for any event catering needs!

We had a great experience with Carolyn and the rest of the Peppers team! Carolyn was very responsive throughout the planning process. The food was delicious and they were accommodating with food allergies and other dietary restrictions. The cake was amazing as well, their pastry chef does an incredible job! At the end of the night they packed up any leftover food and cake, which made cleanup at the end of the night super easy for us.

We could not have made a better choice by selecting Peppers Artful Events for our wedding! We were very pleased with the food, the service, and the overall experience. Our guests raved about how delicious the food was, and the servers and bartenders were so kind and attentive. I felt as though someone was there to help me at every turn, whether telling me our entree was being served or asking if I needed a beverage. The tent was just amazing. The guest tables and head table looked beautiful, as did all of the decor at the cocktail hour. Also, the cake!!! It was so good, and we loved how the flowers turned out. Peppers was the required catering team for our venue and we could not be more grateful that we got to work with them. We primarily worked with Carolyn who is one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. She so clearly wanted to make sure that our wedding reflected who we are and what our vision was. She offered advice and made suggestions through the whole process. During our tasting, she walked us through all the rentals choices, guided us through timeline development, and her team even answered all our curiosity questions about the produce they grow for themselves. The team created our signage and checked in with us along the way to make sure it came out as we wanted. On the day of the wedding, every single staff member was so kind to us and our guests and made sure everyone was happy and well fed. And most importantly, our guests universally loved the food, which they said was hot, delicious, and better than any food they’d ever had at a wedding! Thank you Carolyn and team for responding to every little email, answering every call, and overall being our guides through the wedding planning process!

I can't recommend Peppers catering enough!! They were amazing to work with for our wedding on June 29, 2024 in Boston, MA. Carolyn was fantastic and took care of every single detail. Not only did they help with the logistics of my wedding but the food was perfection! I was getting so many compliments all night long how delicious every single thing was. Every dish was well thought out and not like your typical wedding catering meal. Also, they made sure to stay within our budget and were completely transparent with everything! If you are looking for a team to help you have the most perfect wedding day ever with the most delicious food ever, Peppers should be your choice!

Planning the wedding weekend of our daughter’s dreams was easier to manage with Peppers Artful Events handling the post-wedding brunch at our home. Working with Natalia to plan the menu and service was a breeze given how professional and flexible she was. Having to change the menu a few times did not wrinkle a thing for Natalia. Similarly, when Lindsay and her team arrived at our home, in the rain, for our outdoor tented fete, they went into action and fed, served and seamlessly tidied up around the 100+ crowd - inside. The food (omelette station and breads and salads station) were delicious and any leftovers were packed up and placed in our refrigerators and the house left neater than before. The team heartily deserved the round of applause that we offered them. I am a Peppers fan now and will recommend and look for future opportunities to work with them. They are outstanding!

We had the pleasure of working with Peppers for our wedding back in August and we cannot say enough wonderful things about them! Our main contact person with Peppers was Diane and she was so sweet and easy to work with. She was always available and responsive to emails. We had many small details that we wanted to incorporate and Diane spent a lot of time making sure that it all came together. For example, we were looking for a specific type of copper flatware for our table settings and Diane found the PERFECT fit. We also had Blackbird Donuts as one of our desserts, our favorite ginger beer shipped from Seattle for our signature drinks, customized ice, and a champagne tower - and Diane coordinated it all SO seamlessly. We had two late night snacks (Boston cannolis and Seattle hot dogs, from the two cities we call home) - and although Peppers had never even heard of a Seattle dog they absolutely NAILED recreating it, it was so so good! All of the food (from the drinks to the apps to the entrees) was so delicious, we got so many compliments on it all! After our wedding, Peppers sent us a congratulatory bottle of wine and a jar of homemade granola. So incredibly sweet. We cannot recommend them enough!!!! They really do put in 110%, not just for the basics but for the all the little details as well.

A disappointing experience with Pepper’s Catering for a wedding event! My experience with them did not live up to the reputation of the previous owners. Communication was a struggle throughout the entire process – from the very start when it took 3 calls to get the initial return call, to being stood up at a meeting, to not reading or responding to my emails until calls were made, to a tasting that was not reflective of plan, to increasing costs without notification, to raising concerns at the 11 th hour, and even to the very end when Dianne did not communicate or execute correct return reimbursement. Some details were missed which was disappointing given all the planning and communication on my end that all details were important to me. Cassandra was the 2 nd coordinator at the event but I only met and spoke with her once prior to the event. Never saw her at the event until leaving the venue! Never heard from a lead server throughout the event. All my head table floral décor was being thrown away without my knowledge until I went looking for it! I appreciated Pepper’s willingness to work with us on executing our vision but when it came to the details, Dianne really didn’t want to hear it; seemed like it was too much work/a bother for her. Via “the grapevine”, I had heard some not so good things about some recent Pepper’s events from multiple people. I chose to ignore them but I shouldn’t have. When I shared them with Dianne, the response was “I never heard that”. Some of the food was excellently prepared. However, we felt the entrée served at the tasting was not quite what was served at the event. Not sure why that would be but 3 of the 4 people at the tasting felt the same. After the event I called to give feedback. Dianne wasn’t really interested in hearing it. I did not appreciate the attempt to “manage my expectations”. A customer’s expectations don’t need “to be managed” when services are provided as planned and purchased! This company does not dot their "i's" or cross their "t's" and they really should based on the prices they charge. Would not recommend. Review update 12/28/23 - Just wanted to share how pleased we have been with the recovery from this review from Gourmet Caterers (Pepper’s parent company). Immediately upon posting the review we were promptly reached out to by Amy, the VP of sales who wanted to hear more about our experience with Pepper’s. She provided a space for me and my mom to air our grievances, offer suggestions for go forward and she really listened to what we had to say. She was professional, empathetic and an absolute pleasure to chat through a challenging experience with. She helped us feel heard and supported throughout the recovery process. It was clear from the start that Amy and Gourmet Caterers wanted to make things right – they were willing to have multiple conversations with us and Amy worked with management on our behalf to help us reach an amicable solution. We are very appreciative of how invested she became in our story, how willing her and the company were to help and for the overall customer service we ended up experiencing in the end!

Peppers was amazing to work with as our wedding caterer! Carolyn was so receptive to all our ideas and was so helpful for the entire planning process. They were so excited to execute our unique request for our menu (unlike other caterers we had inquired with who were not willing to adapt to the menu we wanted), and they executed everything perfectly! Day-of, Julie and the team set up everything so beautifully and everyone was so wonderful throughout the entire event. The servers were very attentive (we, the bride and groom, DID get to eat at our wedding thanks to them!), the bartenders were so friendly, and of course... the food tasted SO GOOD! I have always thought food at weddings to be kinda -meh-, but I absolutely loved our food and we got so many compliments on it! 10/10 would absolutely work with Peppers again and recommend them for any catering needs!

We had a wonderful experience with Peppers for our September wedding! Carolyn was so attentive and easy to work with. I didn't realize just how big a role catering played in a wedding. Beyond the food (which was absolutely amazing), they helped with rentals, linens, set up, bartending, etc. The tasting was our favorite part of the wedding planning experience. There were TONS of food options. Carolyn investigated every detail we were curious about, from beer choice to sorbet flavors to sweetheart table widths. All the staff working on the day of the wedding were kind and chatted with our guests! Our late night snack of French fries were an absolute hit, and the sweet staff sent me a plate of fries early. I could keep going because they truly do SO MUCH. Hire them!

When we learned our venue had an exclusivity contract with a caterer, we were a little uneasy. We worried about the options, responsiveness, etc. of a vendor that was guaranteed our money. That said, as soon as we met Event Designer, Carolyn, at Peppers, all our fears were squashed. Carolyn was so easy to work with, understood our vision for the day, and walked us through every step of the process. She was professional, caring, detail-oriented, and incredibly responsive. Catering was by far the largest cost for the wedding but we never felt pressured into making any decisions and Carolyn took the time to explain our options so that we were comfortable with costs. In addition to the food, she helped us coordinate the rentals for the wedding and met with us multiple times during the planning process to ensure every little detail was accounted for and we could relax on the big day. The food itself was delicious and great quality, arrived hot, quickly, and as-ordered, and the staff was friendly and helpful to our guests. Thank you, Carolyn and Peppers, for the excellent service!

Overall, Peppers provided us with wonderful food that the guests loved and they accommodated all of our guests' allergies. They embraced our surprise wedding and worked with us to create a menu that would work for our event. We loved our day-of wait staff, specifically Nancy, who checked in with us throughout the evening. The reason for 4/5 stars is throughout our time working with Peppers from November 2021 to June 2023, we ended up being transitioned between multiple event planners and our day-of coordinator also ended up being a different person than who we had met in our final planning meeting. This led to some missed/incorrect details (e.g., incorrect linen colors), none of which dampened our day but were details that we had discussed with them in the final meeting and were in our final contract. We did share this feedback with them after the event and they did acknowledge these inconsistencies. We would recommend Peppers as a caterer since they deliver wonderful food and were accommodating throughout the process.

Peppers food was absolutely delicious!! We got our cake from them as well and it was the best wedding cake I’ve ever had. Carolyn and team were very communicative and easy to work with. From the tasting to the big day the food’s quality and taste was flawless. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that most of the guests who had an allergy/modified dish were not initially done correctly, including my MOH. A few of these had to be sent back and re -done so these guests got their plates late. They were quick to correct the dishes but it was a frustrating as it was important to us that our guests with allergies and dietary needs were accommodated as we had reviewed with them. Also, one of the tables wasn’t set up for enough chairs so they had to last minute set up the missing plate and the guest didn’t have a place to sit (we found out later from the guests at that table). Other than a few details, everything was perfect and delicious! I would work with them again.

We worked with Carolyn from Pepper’s for our wedding on 10/8/22. We were blown away by the food on our wedding day. We honestly received so many compliments on the food. Our guests continue to tell us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Everything that was served was hot and delicious. One guest even wished they were a local restaurant because he wanted more. Carolyn was so easy to work with and so supportive. We can not recommend Pepper’s enough.

Cannot say enough about Peppers and all they did in preparation for and in the execution of our backyard wedding - Brenda was incredible from Day 1 in making our vision come to life, and she along with Melissa helped to execute the day flawlessly. The food was AMAZING and got rave reviews, we had a dedicated server for both us as the bride and groom and also my parents as the homeowners, and our signature cocktail was an absolute hit that ran out within two hours! There was zero to worry about with them as part of our day - you will not regret hiring them!

We love working with Carolyn, Jen and the entire Peppers Staff. They honestly are the best!!! I did not have an event planner so I really appreciated any extra help. Carolyn was so prompt with her communication and very helpful during my planning process. She and Jen gave me input on my table and centerpieces set up. What I love most was that they never try to "sell" me anything or get me to pay for extra, luxury stuff. They respected my choice and my budget. On the wedding day, we had to move our ceremony and cocktail hour indoor due to inclement weather, and Peppers did an amazing job setting up everything. Last but not least, the food, beverages and desserts were excellent (even though I didn't get to eat much during the wedding. Pastry chef Lisa did a great job with the cake. I highly recommend Peppers for your catering need.

Carolyn, Jen and their entire staff were an absolute dream team. They went above and beyond to make my day so special. Carolyn helped guide me through the entire planning process, even meeting me at PEAK rentals to help pick out linens and china. They truly become friends in the process of planning and I knew I chose the best caterer out there. My wedding went so smoothly and I loved all the small details they put together from how they set up the dessert table and bar, it was all so perfect. My pregnant sister said she ate three plates of the desserts and would've had more if she could. Every member of their team was incredible and I felt like a princess the way they catered to me and my now husband. I cannot say enough good things about them. I still continue to hear about how good everyones food was (SHORT RIBS, crab crusted haddock and butternut squash ravioli) not to mention they even put together special dishes for my vegan and gluten free guests catering to all of their needs. Oh and the passed apps don’t miss out on the Parmesan tulle, I would do anything for another round of those. Thank you Peppers for helping me have the wedding of my dreams, I will forever rave about their company! 10/10 recommend!

Carolyn, Traci, and the entire team at Peppers really were exceptional to work with. They were so accommodating when I had to make special dietary requests for a family member, and were super flexible when two of my guests couldn't attend due to illness. They made my husband and I feel so looked after the whole night, and we feel extremely lucky that our venue chooses to work with them. The food is outstanding (everyone was raving about it), and the cake they designed was exactly what I envisioned. Additionally, they helped me work through the nit-picky design decisions, and completely understood how the whole vision would come together. I hope I get to attend another event catered by this team, just to get to dine with them again.

Peppers was wonderful and working with Carolyn and Hana was great. A lot of communication prior to the day to ensure everything was in order and what we wanted. The food and desserts were top notch!

Lisa at Peppers Artful Events worked with us to make the desserts for our wedding. Everything turned out amazing and everyone loved what Lisa made! Lisa was able to accommodate any request we made, which led to a large assortment of fall themed treats at our October wedding. We highly recommend working with Peppers Artful Events especially if you are looking for beautiful and delicious desserts!

Peppers is an absolutely masterful catering and event company. My husband and I got married at Tower Hill, and Peppers serviced the celebration with such attention to detail and thoughtfulness. In every conversation leading up to the event, Peppers listened closely to our vision, provided considerate recommendations and advice, and steered us in the right direction when we were uncertain of what would be most fitting for our celebration. They were responsive, flexible and provided us with the resources and support to have a worry-free wedding celebration (and we really did). We are still getting rave reviews about the food and drinks. Every bite was just as delicious as the last - from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the late night snack - and Peppers executed everything perfectly. They were also so attentive and flexible about dietary restrictions, coming up with unique and tasty alternatives when needed to ensure that every guest had an enjoyable meal. The staff was truly outstanding. We were overwhelmed by the level of service they provided to us and to every guest throughout the entire event and how they became a part of our celebration. We will never forget how memorable and care-free Peppers made our event - we would highly recommend them for any special event.

When my wife and I began planning our wedding we knew we wanted a tasteful catering service that sourced as much as possible from local farms/vendors, etc. We had been to other events in central MA in the past that used Pepper’s and always loved the food. We were thrilled when we learned they were able to do our wedding. They were a complete dream to work with every step of the way. Every idea that I had to incorporate local and seasonal food they were able to execute perfectly. The food was delicious from eclectic passed appetizers to beautiful charcuterie and clever signature cocktails that they helped create for us. Many of our guests, including some of our foody friends, commented on how great the food was. We even made a special request that they source ice cream for our reception from our favorite creamery in central MA which they were gladly able to facilitate without issue. They also nailed the late night snack with some deliciously salty French fries and warm cookies that were a crowd favorite. Lastly, the catering staff themselves were unparalleled in their commitment to great service. They were so attentive to our guests and any special needs, particularly for anyone with allergies or other special requests. They really took care of our guests and us which ultimately made for an incredibly enjoyable experience. Can’t recommend Pepper’s enough.

Peppers' chefs are phenomenal - all of the food was absolutely amazing, and they had incredible choices so it was hard to pick what to serve! They even were able to get several Armenian dishes which made my mom's side of the family thrilled. The wait staff day of were also very attentive, as the bride and groom we got our own server who brought us a personal plate during cocktail hour that saved me. Best food I've ever had at wedding!! The reasons for less than 5 stars are 1. they are a bit pricey ($1000 for a cake... so we got it at a bakery) 2. the bar staff were rude to several guests and the groom (which management apologized for after) 3. the event set up was not completely executed per instructions and review calls BUT as everyone says after weddings - no one notices those things except the bride/planner. I recommend them to everyone in the area because their quality is amazing.

We used Peppers Artful Events as our caterer for our wedding and we could not be more happy with their service. From the tasting to our wedding day, Peppers was awesome to work with. We had so many people comment on how amazing the food was at our wedding. We would definitely recommend Peppers for any catering event.

The food is something our guests continue to talk about, but I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. From the first meeting through all the last minute changes, Peppers delivered. to perfection. They handled all the food allergies and ensured that we had all the equipment we needed for the day to go as smoothly as possible. Kathleen was our onsite catering manager, and when I (the bride) got hit with heat exhaustion, Kathleen was there to make sure we made adjustments to accommodate some of the schedule change. She also made sure both my husband and I were well taken care of. He has mentioned several times to me that he wouldn't have gotten through the craziness without her.

We were going to get married at Tower Hill in June 2020, but the pandemic happened. We were worried about getting our deposit back from Peppers since we were going to have a backyard wedding instead on June 11, 2021. After much deliberation, we decided to stick with Peppers for catering/florals/rentals, and OH MY GOD, did we make the right choice. Are they expensive? Yes. Is it worth spending a little extra money to have peace of mind on your big day? 100%. We worked with Jody as our coordinator, Colleen as our onsite coordinator and Lindsey for florals/design. I couldn't recommend a better dynamic trio! Jody eased my mind and gave me so much advice when choosing a new venue. She did a great job of keeping me on track and helping me navigate all of the new changes. Day-of, Colleen CAME THROUGH! She knew every detail, made sure everything was on time, and even sent additional staff to our bar (not Peppers) to lend a hand. Everything went SO WELL and was so incredibly organized. My brother got married the following month in the same backyard and we actually hired Peppers for the bar and the appetizer stations. My family was so impressed by the quality of Peppers' work that we knew it wasn't even an option to have them for my brother's wedding - it was a necessity. And did I mention the food? Our guests couldn't stop talking about it. PLENTY of hors d'oeuvres, striking raw bar, and all plates came out promptly and were delicious AND hot. They set up the coffee and cake station so quietly - all of a sudden this beautiful display appeared out of nowhere. Everyone thought I was crazy for trying to host a high-end, cocktail-attire "backyard" wedding, but Peppers understood my vision and really executed it superbly. Now I need to take a special moment to talk about Lindsey. After the full-time florist left around COVID, Lindsey jumped in and worked right beside me and Jody to work on my florals. I had wholesale peonies from Nicewicz farm and needed a florist to arrange and add greenery. Lindsey also knew I didn't want a basic tent. With a very short timeline, Lindsey hired a production company for lighting and then hired a florist that would arrange our peonies. All brides know how painful it is to add an additional vendor to communicate with and Lindsey took both of them off my plate!! She explained my vision, gave me design options, and worked with booking. The florist had issues with us using wholesale peonies and [the week before the wedding] said we'd need to cut the flowers on Sunday before a Friday wedding and then sign a contract saying "if they look bad on Friday, it's not his fault." Obviously, that's a hard no. Lindsey recognized it and said "I booked you another florist, don't worry! You can bring the peonies to Peppers on Wednesday, no problem." Guess who the florist was? Lindsey herself. I'm sure she didn't want to tell me because she had disclosed that she's not a professional, but BOY DID SHE FOOL ME AND EVERYONE! I have never seen more beautiful floral arrangements in my life. AND she showed up at noon day-of to help arrange and manage the production company too. Thank you to all of Peppers Artful Events for making our dreams come true! To all the staff that attended our wedding or my brother's, you were all so incredibly kind and thoughtful. I can't wait to hire Peppers for baby showers, anniversaries, birthday parties, and many special events to come.

From planning every detail to ensuring the evening ran smooth as silk (no matter what happened), to some of the most incredible dishes we have ever tasted, Peppers truly does craft artful events. They worked with our venue to make sure we had all the proper permits up to and including day-of changes with staffing restrictions due to changes in COVID guidelines. They took care with every detail planned and plated ensuring our decisions were easy, our dinner was DELICIOUS, and our focus could stay maintained on the greatest day of our lives rather than bogged down in details. And the planning was just the start because boy did they execute: amazing food and stellar service, neither we nor a single guest wanted for anything all night. In fact, almost every individual guest went out of their way to rave about both the food and service up to and including a custom hot cocoa bar to close out the night. And Peppers worked hard to make sure it happened flawlessly... in the middle of an empty field… in the throes of changing conditions in the wind-down of a global pandemic. The crew were each and all true professionals, undoubtedly dedicated to producing the best possible for us. Our wedding was a special day, largely made possible by Peppers. We could not be more thankful to or impressed by Susan & John and the whole team for making our downsized wedding feel like the biggest celebration: we literally could not have dreamt up a more perfect day than the one they helped us produce and we will forever remember the day because of how much work they put into it to make it truly special.

Eek! We signed on with Peppers just before the pandemic began and they can't seem to keep employees forward-moving with clients during these challenging times. Terse communication with reps and owners led to overall ineffective, rude customer service, lots of disorganization, and poor ability to deliver. Wish our venue had never recommended this vendor.

Peppers are sooo easy to work with and so nice! They were incredibly patient with our multiple vegetarian requests. They even created new English-inspired desserts for us to match our theme! The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Thank you for making our event so special!

Peppers Artful Events put on a great event for us. Planning our wedding from about 50 miles away from Worcester, we decided to go with Peppers because they were able to help us with everything from food and drinks to floral arrangements and decorations. The food was amazing and we were very happy with the cake and signature cocktail. Trish walked us through the whole planning process and ensured that we were happy with all of our choices. Katie did an amazing job with our floral arrangements and many of our guests commented on how striking they were. As the bride, Tracy (our day of coordinator) made me feel confident that our event would go off without a hitch, and unsurprisingly, we had no problems whatsoever on our important day!

We can’t say enough good things about Peppers – from the quality of the food to the experience working with them. Peppers stood out from the beginning as we began the process of vetting potential caterers for our wedding. Not only did they provide us a detailed proposal with a few different menu scenarios, but they even invited me, my husband AND our mothers in for a tasting – before we’d even signed the contract. We went in for the tasting and were quickly convinced – everything was delicious and with experience working corporate events, I could tell that their attention to detail would make the entire process easy. Another thing that made all the difference in the planning process was their willingness and ability to coordinate all of our rentals above and beyond cutlery, plateware, etc. I told our event manager, Trish, exactly what we were looking for (farm tables for the head table, a white dance floor, alternate seat cushions than those that were provided, etc.) and she handled the entire process from sourcing, to payment, etc. Those costs were simply added to our catering quote and it saved us major headache from having to deal with additional rental vendors. Something else that brought us huge peace of mind was one-month before the wedding, they coordinate a site visit with the venue where you have the opportunity to talk through any and all existing questions. It’s essentially a rehearsal one-month out, which made us feel incredibly confident in the flow + logistics, which can be hard to envision how it all comes together! The day of the wedding everything was flawless – everyone raved about the food, the cake was beautiful and exactly what we discussed and everything was gorgeous. My only complaint is that on occasion, they were delayed with their email responses. Even if they needed some time to get back to me with an answer, it would’ve been nice to acknowledge receipt / that they were working on it, so I wasn’t left wondering if they saw it. Overall, we were beyond pleased and would highly recommend Trish and the entire team at Peppers!

Peppers service at our wedding was excellent! The food was perfect, and their staff was well organized and extremely helpful and smooth. They covered everything that was needed with minimal need for input from us. Shoutout to Lisa M. for her wonderful 3-tiered cake! Only negative was that the dishes served to us during the tasting did not match exactly what we requested.

It was surprising to me how difficult it was to find a bakery in the greater Boston area that offered both allergy friendly AND more traditional options. But I am so thrilled that Peppers popped up in our search and that we made the trip to Northborough to try it out. We live in Boston and our wedding was in Beverly, so choosing a bakery in Northborough didn’t seem to make a lot of sense at first, but it was well worth it. When we went for our tasting, Lisa had prepared several dairy free options for me and “traditional” options for my husband to taste. Everything was absolutely delicious and there was enough variety for us to feel confident that anything we ordered would be just as good. Originally, we planned on putting together a dessert bar without a cake, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to have a delicious, beautiful dairy free cake at my wedding, so we ordered a small cutting cake as well. She even decorated it with fresh flowers after a last minute request. Lisa was very willing to customize pretty much anything we wanted, and to make different items according to any of the dietary restrictions we wanted to accommodate. We ended up with a wonderful assortment of minis, including apple cider donuts, brownies, whoopie pies, cheesecakes, and peanut butter bon bons (which are to die for - like a Reece’s peanut butter cup but much more delicious and way cuter). There was a little initial confusion regarding delivery and set up (and the associated fees). Peppers is a full service catering and design company and often does much more than what we needed. However, once I more clearly articulated what we were looking for to Jody, the event designer, she was able to arrange exactly what we needed and it all worked out perfectly. Our minis were delivered to the venue right on time and set up by the venue staff. I would definitely order from Peppers again, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious dessert!

Terrible experience. Disorganized and rude. The food is great but their customer service is extremely poor. They made dozens of mistakes in our order and our tasting, and blamed it on us. We cancelled out contract and went elsewhere.

Jody, Lindsey, and the Peppers team went above and beyond in taking care of the details on our big day. Their team was so kind and professional (I noticed some dancing to the music too!) and food was delicious. Peppers Artful Events knows what they're doing and we definitely recommend.

Peppers catered our August 2019 wedding at Tower Hill Botanic Garden and we couldn't have been happier. The service, food, and flowers were unbelievable and handled with the utmost professionalism -- everything was perfectly coordinated, and my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Peppers even boxed up some left over entrees and desserts for my husband and me to eat later that night! We can't say enough wonderful things about Peppers, and highly, highly recommend them!

We decided to use Peppers Catering for our wedding this past June, since we liked that they’re a big company that had a lot of options for food, drinks, and decoration. And I am very, very happy that we did! They were wonderful to work with throughout and did a beautiful job for our wedding. Patricia Sherman made an appointment for us to come in the very week we called and helped us a great deal as we worked through our plans and options. Patricia’s experience and suggestions were so helpful, and after our first meeting we had already worked out much of the menu and decorations. We had decided we wanted the barbecue buffet menu – we had enjoyed that option at another wedding – and it worked out perfectly. So many people went out of their way to tell us how much they loved the food and how much their children loved it too. (The mac and cheese was especially popular, but I also recommend the pulled chicken, which was very flavorful – just a bit spicy, but not too much. And they also have good vegetarian options.) Peppers also provided our cakes, which were a huge hit. (We opted for a variety of cakes – Peppers’ prices are quite affordable – and this was popular with everyone. Peppers set up a tasting session with a lot of amazing options, of not only cakes but also small desserts, and we ended up choosing a variety of delicious cakes.) Patricia and everyone at Peppers also helped us with the décor – our wedding was at a nature center, so we had said we wanted something casual and summery – and they were able to provide everything I had envisioned (for example, little nests that looked beautiful on the green and blue tablecloths Peppers suggested). Peppers also had lawn games we could rent, which worked out so well for the children. So many parents told us how much they appreciated that their kids didn’t get bored. On the day of the event, Patricia, Kathleen Connolly, and the entire team from Peppers was very helpful and set up everything beautifully. Kathleen and the entire staff were wonderful and many people told us how friendly and kind everyone was. Everything went perfectly and Kathleen and the entire team working that day created a relaxing and joyous atmosphere that I and everyone appreciated so much. Peppers made the process very easy and communication was great throughout. I had heard that wedding planning is stressful but Peppers made it easy and fun – they listened to us and helped with wonderful suggestions throughout and created a perfect day!

It was wonderful working with the team at Peppers. They initially were a recommendation of our venue but ultimately were a great choice. Our guests loved the food and they did an amazing job with the flowers creating a beautiful design for our tables and archway.

Peppers Artful Events catered my intimate wedding at The Gardens of Uncanoonuc Mountain in June 2019. They were absolutely amazing! Jody Boyajian was our event coordinator and wonderful to work with. She accommodated every request and made sure we did not forget any little detail. Jody was always available and quick to respond via email or over the phone. Arielle was there during our wedding day. She was spectacular and so sweet along with the rest of the Peppers Team that was there! All the food was delicious and our guests kept raving about it. Even though my wedding was small, they made it feel as important as all the big ones and I am so grateful for all of their hard work! I recommend Peppers and will absolutely use them again in the future for any catering needs. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!!

Liz and Morgan were a godsend on our wedding day. The food was outstanding the bar service was outstanding. What I couldn't get over was the presentation of everything. I had my cake/cupcakes made outside of peppers as well as the main cake stand. When I saw how everything was setup by the peppers team I was absolutely blown away, everything was gorgeous. Liz and Morgan were attentive to our needs and wants, everything was ready to go by the time my guests arrived and I just have to say it again the food was absolutely incredible. 100% recommend them to everyone. I want to put the peppers team in particular Liz and Morgan on my Christmas card list.

One of the most important vendors you will book for your wedding day is your caterer. We got married at the Gardens at Elm Bank in Wellesley, MA in September and found Peppers as one of the preffered caterers at this venue. We worked with Jody mostly and Arielle on the days leading up to our wedding, she was on-site with us. Jody was very patient and personable with us in the planning process as we were very specific with the amount of food we had for our guests ( A LOT OF FOOD). She was patient and understanding of what we were looking for. Excellent service and the food is incredible. With that being said, Peppers was very expensive. Our big concern was that there was plenty of food for our guests, especially including dessert. The day of our wedding, our dessert table looked slim, It looked as if not all the desserts we ordered were out, but I was too busy wrapped up in the wedding day to really care. Plus Arielle assured me that everything had been put out. That was my only complaint, it didn't seem right compared to what we had ordered. We also had the ice cream cart with ice cream sandwiches, I thought it would be operated differently but it was just there with a tray of a few sandwiches on it. I thought it would be more of an interactive station, but I didn't think to ask when we booked. Overall, I would highly recommend Peppers for your day. They have high quality food and an excellent team. My only suggestion would be to clearly communicate what you want and if you're doing a station (like icecream sandwiches) to understand what you're getting so you can expect it.

Peppers Artful Events was perfect for catering our wedding! The whole team at Peppers really makes them a one stop shop. Jody, collaborated with floral designs from Katie, and Lisa the pastry chef and the whole team was truly terrific. Everyone was absolutely wonderful in helping to build a wedding catering beyond our wildest dreams! We were going for a garden party theme of sorts where we knew we wanted stations instead of your traditional wedding dinner. Peppers did not disappoint the service was excellent! We worked with Jody for the tasting, picking the menu, and the linens. She gave us lots of options to choose from, and when we went in for the tasting, she was awesome, giving great advice and always responded to emails quickly. She was our main contact and overall accommodating throughout the process. We received numerous compliments from all our guests about how the food is absolutely amazing! I won't list it all, but to this day our guests still rave about the Parmesan Tuile during cocktail hour, the Ravioli stations with the Wild Mushroom ravioli or even the late night snacks with ice cream sandwiches!! The food was one of the biggest compliments of our wedding night from friends and family. Traci the day of coordinator, was always attentive making sure my husband and I were taken care of, had enough to eat or drink and had everything we needed! Our passed hors d'ouvres, food, and bartenders and they all could not have been better. Katie delivered outstanding décor and centerpieces! We first had picked out blue linens and wanted to incorporate a mixture tall pillar candles, and centerpieces of white florals and greenery. The tables turned our beautiful! Katie also helped us to decorate the ceremony; lining our aisle with lanterns of flameless pillar candles. Not to mention building a beautiful water beverage station so our guest had a drink while they waited for the ceremony to start. For cake we knew we would be in great hands. Peppers had a wide variety of flavors and fillings that can accommodate anyone. We devoured the pink lemonade cake. Lisa provided a variety of styles and the design of the cake was also beautiful as well as delicious. Overall, our reception became absolutely perfect. Peppers delivered on every detail we requested and helped us throw an unforgettable party. I would recommend them to anyone, you will not be disappointed!
