ess she was extremely detail oriented and so focused on what needed to be accomplished. We had some issues with transportation the day of and Amy swooped in and helped to solve the issues at hand, keeping us calm throughout the process. Our entire day would not have gone the same way had she not been involved. The peace and assurance we had knowing she was in control of helping the day go smoothly was invaluable. I could go on and on but honestly cannot recommend her enough!

handled everything with grace and poise, and I would highly highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a day of coordinator for their wedding. Our caterers for our wedding, who agreed many times on paper to cut and serve our dessert, refused to on the day of. But Mati took it upon herself—without skipping a beat—to cut and serve every piece of cheesecake to our guests (which was definitely not her job). She did it without hesitation. I noticed nothing, having no idea anything had happened and had a wonderful blissful time. I only learned this happened a month later when I was told by a guest what “a good job Mati had done serving cheesecake so quickly”. It made me appreciate Mati so much more. She did everything with a smile. The day was saved and executed perfectly and professionally by Mati. I wish there were a higher rating I could give.

Mati also drove to our venue the day before the wedding to run our wedding rehearsal! We, as well as all of our vendors, were very impressed by her professionalism. She helps customizes wedding team that fits the needs of the couple, which makes the entire experience run so smoothly and enjoyable. shoulders. Before the wedding, she communicated and worked with all of the vendors to make sure they were arriving on time and had everything they needed to be successful. She attedned and helped run our rehersal. The day of helped with all of our decor set up and she kept the schedule on track and was my go-to person. She also helped with tare-down and even loaded it up into cars. This was so important to me because I wanted to make sure my parents were able to have a good time and not be worried about the 'clean-up' part. I am so glad I hired Perfect Day Event Planning, and was so happy with Morgan's help.

corations to my venue the day before and did not have to worry about a single thing the whole night. She also organized and took charge for my ceremony rehearsal as well--which my groomsman absolutely needed! Amy decorated and transformed the space into exactly what I wanted. She worked her tail off to make sure everything was perfect for me. Towards the end of the night, she even packed up everything by herself (which was A LOT of work). My whole family was extremely grateful for her because she took a lot of work and responsibility off of their shoulders as well, so all they had to worry about was being present in the moment and enjoying our special day. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, JUST DO IT! Amy is your girl. I can not thank her enough for being amazing and working so hard the entire night.

t especially the day of the wedding. Her ability to pay attention to detail ensured that nothing was missed. She always asked the right questions during vendor calls and meetings that we never would of thought to ask. She was 100% on top of it day of, helping out anyway possible. She took multiple phones calls from my mom asking last minute questions day of. She did a phenomenal job of keeping us all on task and making sure we were exactly where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. Everyone in the wedding party could not say kinder things about her. There were a few behind the scenes issues that happened with other vendors, but thanks to Marissa, we had no idea - I think this says a lot about her work ethic and ability to think on her feet. The night ran so smoothly and I have to say that is in big part thanks to her organization and expertise.She is a good person to have on your team. To top it all off, she was the sweetest thing!!!

really valued our opinions. She was very helpful with the rehearsal, dealt with our obnoxious wedding party, and made our ceremony flow with ease. I think the biggest compliment we can give is that both of us were able to ENJOY our day without worrying about the order of events, if our vendors had questions, setting up decor, etc. For those debating, a day of coordinator is definitely worth the expense and Amy is the best!

I have been involved with event planning for years (fundraisers, corporate holiday parties, and social gatherings). I entered the world of weddings when I was asked to manage at a friend's wedding venue. I am hooked, I love all things weddings! Being able to help couples dream up and carry out their perfect day is extremely rewarding. I am able to creatively utilize my organizational skills, problem solving abilities and customer service expertise. Working with couples and helping to make their day magical brings me so much joy.
