And before I knew it was PDP, they raved about their wedding planner/coordinator. At the beginning, my mom didn't think a wedding planner/coordinator was a necessary cost, that we could do anything they could do. But after the first meeting with Lora, my mother was ready to sign the contract and get started with their services immediately. And over a year and a half later/now after the wedding, my mom still says it was the best money spent on the big day. My husband and I grew up in Lakeland and a lot of our family is still there as well. So having someone who works in your hometown and knows the vendors well and has actual experience with them in the area, is a huge plus! Lora and her team handled basically everything between us and the vendors. From finding out what we are looking for, to vendors that match that, to discussing options and questions I had before signing the contracts, and then any payment schedules or concerns afterwards. I repeat, there is no way my family could have pulled off the same wedding without Lora and the PDP team handling all that. Throughout the year and a half I was with the team, all my crazy emails/texts/calls were answered, and we had in-person meet ups as well. I never felt ignored or that I was a bothersome between all of the communication we had. We were able to have our rehearsal at the same venue, which was lucky for us, and Lora was there to make sure we walked through the ceremony order as many times as needed and to try different orders. And after all of their hard-work, came the big day on 12.30.23. As the morning went, Lora and two members from her team arrived on site and began setting up and meeting with vendors. To be honest, I have no idea what was happening outside of my bridal suite until they came and got me for the ceremony. And for someone who is as type-A and anxious as I can be, I cannot think of a day where I was more calm. My bridesmaids, mom, vendors, and even Lora said I was surprisingly calm. But when I look back and think why, it wasn't nerves or me faking how I felt, it was cause I knew that our wedding was in the best hands. I knew that if there was a problem or something that needed to be handled, that Lora and her team would be there for us. I actually had our photographer take a photo of us with Lora cause I wanted to remember those that made our big day happen and I will forever be grateful for Lora and the PDP Team. They helped us find the best vendors, and when it came down to the day of we were beyond impressed. The team is thoughtful, sweet, professional, and an overall joy to work with. We chose to do our reception at a private residence, and they made it look like a true wedding venue!!! They reminded us multiple times throughout the night that there would always be one of them within an eye distance, they made sure we ate and drank water, and were just the most wonderful crew I could have ever imagined. Being the third of my siblings to get married we had high expectations for our wedding day, and we were confident that Lora, Skyler, and the entire team at PDP would make it beautiful. It did not matter what we threw their way they tried to make it possible, and we understood that there were things out of their control. One thing throughout the planning process that was key for us was the schedule flexibility PDP had to accommodate meetings/tastings. I had just opened a business and my fiancé was in the middle of clinical rotations, so it was hard to find a day and time to all be together but with Lora’s help we made it possible. The absolute best thing and what made me so happy throughout the process was how stress free the process felt. I am not going to lie, there were moments of stress, but we got through them, and PDP was on top of everything. Even when a few months before the wedding we noticed our reception had been scheduled for the wrong date. At the end, we did have a few issues after wedding day that, even though, were not directly PDP fault, as our wedding planner, we did communicate these issues with Lora, and she was open to listening to our observations and understood where we were coming from. From our first meeting with Lora to arriving at our hotel, the night of our wedding, and even after returning from our honeymoon Lora and the team were responsible, detail oriented, accessible, and kind. The team helped us find misplaced items even if they were not in their possession, they take notes of everything they touch on wedding day so that even after, they can help you make sure all your valuables are in the right place. We would recommend Perfect Day Productions to any bride and groom or simply anyone looking to plan any event in the Central Florida area. During the wedding day, they were very attentive to every detail and were flexible with whatever my partner and I wanted to do in regards to the schedule. Many of our guests were raving about how impressed they were with the team and how seamlessly the day flowed. We even came across an emergent situation where we thought we might have to postpone the wedding - a literal week before the day of ( my mom was in the hospital and we didn’t have to luckily!) but Lora was all over it and gave me several options for postponement dates within two hours of talking to her about it. I was very hesitant to hire a wedding planner in the beginning but BY FAR the most exciting part of the day of was knowing there were experts there to put the vision into reality. I am so grateful to Lora and PDP for making our wedding wonderful.

She also does full wedding planning, and though i only hired her for decor, she would jump in and help me with planning stuff and gave me ideas on things I could do just because she is so amazing!! My wedding was absolutely EPIC and Lora decorated our sweet heart table BEAUTIFULLY!! I cried when I saw it initially.. don't believe me?? it's on film.. trust.. lol.. anyhow I just want to let you all know that Lora is just an amazing human being and I just love her for helping me out so much! Her demeanor and attitude is initially why we hired her but I will be hiring her for future events because she's just amazing and is good at what she does!! She helped my wedding day at Belle Collina look amazing and she will make yours look good too! Hire her!!
