Perfect Events operates on an appointment-only basis so your event gets the team’s full attention. They are happy to recommend other businesses they think might help you realize your visions. To give you more time to spend with each other, this business is happy to deliver and collect their pieces. Some of the furniture you can use include plush velvet chairs, farm tables, and a bar made from whiskey barrels. To shine a light on your celebrations, elegant chandeliers can be installed. Lanterns, votives, and signs are a romantic finishing touch.

Every detail was handled with care, timelines stayed on track, and she anticipated needs before anyone had to ask. The setup was beautiful, seamless and exactly what we envisioned. It made such a difference to have someone on our team that was creative and dependable.
If you are looking for a coordinator and/or rental company that truly partners with you and brings both professionalism and heart to your event day, I can't recommend then enough!

e. They were able to deliver and pick up all of our rental items at our venue at Flathead Lake, which was very convenient, but we had to set up and breakdown all of the tables, which took a bit of work. Overall a fun experience working with this group!

d to email Brandy multiple times to get a response, then when I asked to come by and check out things in person when I was in town she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience and finally the delivery was terrible. It was over two hours late with no call or apology, I had to call them and ask where they were. Then when they finally showed up the two delivery people were SO rude. I tried to confirm where to put the stuff for the scheduled pick-up after the wedding and they snapped at me when I asked about leaving it under the tent. Yikes, it was just a question... Bummer about the service because the items are so lovely.

our recent wedding. However we are rather confused with the rest of your review as I’ve went back through all our email conversations and can’t pin point where things went so incredibly wrong with the customer service side.
Per our emails there was one time it took us longer to respond due to the fact wedding season was in full swing, when I mentioned this was the reason for the delay you completely understood and did not seem upset. With regards to your appointment to come review your rentals with us, in our emails you stated when you would be in town and I selected a time for us to meet but also informed you our showroom is usually fairly messy at this time of year and not all rentals are in stock during our busy season, which I feel is very important when a client is coming to look at their rentals as I want to insure all clients get the chance to view their own rentals. When you said the time was too early I selected a later time which you said would work perfectly which puzzles me as how I made you feel like a complete inconvenience, I was working around your schedule trying to provide options for what would work for you. However I do apologize if our conversation made you feel that way.
As for the delivery I was not there but have spoken with those who were. I was however instructed by you to speak directly with your day of coordinator, Emily, regarding delivery and that is exactly what I did and maybe that is where the miscommunication is coming from on the delivery time. For deliveries we always give an estimated time as we have so many deliveries to be completed each day and unforeseen events can happen to delay our delivery times. This was communicated to Emily and she was completely aware the time was an estimate. Per the contract you signed with us all rentals are to be placed back where they are delivered. We do offer a service where we come and grab everything throughout the venue but that was not something you paid for.
We do want to thank you for renting with us as well as the feedback as this helps us to improve our business for future clients as we strive to have top notch customer service with all our clients. We wish you all the best!

We LOVE Brandy and Oh So Chic! They were so sweet, helpful, accommodating, creative, flexible, the list goes on... Brandy was so wonderful the whole way through- never got annoyed ...
that I DIY'ed so much of my own stuff- never got offended that we didn't use everything they had to offer. Just gave us a great deal on the things we needed and helped us with everything that came up :)
