We're so happy that John was our officiant for our wedding! He took extra care in creating a ceremony that was personalized for us. I was a bit nervous to have him write part of the ceremony and keep it a secret until the wedding day, but he did a beautiful job. He truly captured our love story, which made our ceremony all the more special. He works with you to create the exact ceremony you want. He's very open and accepting. John is attentive, patient, professional, creative, caring, and punctual. He's everything you'd want in an officiant. I would definitely hire him again, but I hope I don't have to! 

John was super easy to work with and he is very responsive in emails. I had to change the venue a couple of times but John was very patient and flexible with accommodating the changes.

We really enjoyed working with John as our officiant for our wedding in August. He was extremely prompt and so easy to communicate with! It was so nice that he shared different vow/ring exchange options, and allowed us to read the script in advance so we could add or remove anything. He demonstrated true professionalism by arriving early on wedding day, getting our marriage license in the mail immediately, and delivering a wonderful message for our ceremony. Highly recommend!

John was amazing from start to finish. It was so nice being able to meet with him not only virtually, but also in-person prior to our wedding. John took the time to get to know my husband and I so that he could create a personalized ceremony for us. John was truly amazing. When picking vendors for our wedding, it was very important to us that the vendors we chose, wanted to get to know us on a personal level rather than just another customer. John had met with us prior to the wedding and he really got to know us. He asked us about how we met, our favorite past times, what we like to do together in our downtimes and just our future. Fast forward to the big day, John delivered a beautiful and amazing ceremony. Our wedding happened to fall on Mother's Day and John beautifully added a little words in honor of all the mothers and our mothers as well. He mentioned that he would say a little reading on marriage, but we would not know what he would speak of, until in the moment. John had related marriage and our love story, as a book and that my husband and I would be the covers to the book of our love story. I thought that was so beautiful and creative. John was such a sweet heart! We were unsure what we wanted for the ceremony and he had so many great suggestions for us. He helped us find the perfect readings to personalize it. My husband and I found John through the wedding expo at Hartford. He was extremely nice, thoughtful, and took as much time as was needed to answer our questions. John is both sweet and professional- exactly what you want for the business of such a romantic occasion. We had to undergo a move during the planning process from a timezone that was an hour different to a timezone that was 3 hours different, and still John was able to keep up good communication and schedule video interviews that accommodated our schedule. He was also very flexible with our indecision on whether we wanted a rehearsal, and approached us before committing to another wedding the day before ours to make sure it wouldn't interfere.

We very much enjoyed meeting John, working with him, and having him as a part of our wedding day. John truly lives by his company's name, Perfect for You Ceremonies, he made sure everything was how we wanted. We were able to have both traditional and personal vows and John even helped us include our own special reading. We've received many compliments on our ceremony, thanks to John.

John was absolutely amazing! We literally decided we were going to get married at City Hall on May 9th two days prior and he was able to offer us flexibility to officiate our ceremony. He was so accommodating and even had vows for us to choose from and ring exchange vows. He even took pics of us getting our marriage license and after he performed our ceremony. He was just so gracious! We’re having a vow renewal and reception next September and we are using him again.
