Having Autumn there on the day of my wedding was the biggest blessing! She was organized, completed so many behind-the-scenes and day-of tasks, and was encouraging throughout the entire day. She was willing and excited to help with anything we needed, she coordinated other individuals who were part of the day, and she was kind and gracious while doing so. Having someone who you can rely on to complete all of those little tasks throughout a wedding day, especially someone like Autumn, is a decision you won't regret!

Having a day of coordinator for our wedding was one of the best decisions I had made. When I first met with Katie I knew right away that we needed to book her and her team. I currently live up in MN so trying to plan a wedding back home in IL wasn’t the easiest but Katie was always super accommodating when it came to scheduling our skype meetings to finalize all of the details in the month leading up to the big day. Autumn and Jordan were who we ended up working with the day of our wedding and all I have to say is they were an absolute God-send. They handled absolutely everything and whenever something came up, they were all over it. The night of our rehearsal I realized I didn’t have a unity candle holder and Autumn volunteered to run to Hobby Lobby for us to grab one until she found one at the church. We had a “prop” for my dad’s speech at the reception and as they were getting ready to take it down a piece fell off but she came to the rescue again and had it all glued back together by the time we needed to use it. I cannot say enough amazing things about Katie, Autumn and Jordan and if I had to do it all over again, I would book them in a heartbeat!

Katie was incredible to work with! She did a fantastic job making sure all of the small details were taken care of before and on our wedding day. I'm very organized myself, but she was the reason I could actually relax the week before and day of our wedding! I would 100% recommend her to anyone!

I would highly recommend Katie and Perfect Glow Weddings & Events for your wedding! Katie is amazing and takes care of any issues, big and small. My ceremony venue was a bit wishy washy on the setup, but Katie was there to take care of everything and make sure we were getting what we wanted. On the morning of our wedding, I texted Katie that at the rehearsal the venue coordinator mentioned that he may just have some people stand rather than setting up all the needed chairs, even though we were not close to capacity. Katie was on it and made sure there were enough chairs, and I didn't have to think about it the rest of the day. My husband was concerned about the photos we had put up being straight, so he asked her to take care of that. We had an amazing day, and a great deal of that was due to Katie and her assistant.

Stop right here and look no further! If you want to enjoy your day, be stress free, and know everything is going to go right, Katie is your lady! Katie and her assistant Ale did an AMAZING job. I took my vision to her and she made it come together so smoothly. Katie is very patient and pays great attention to detail to make sure everything is done right. She is so sweet and makes the wedding process so much easier. If there is one thing I could tell any bride (or groom)— hire a coordinator because it’s the one thing that is totally worth it!

We don’t have enough good things to say about Katie and her assistant. Our wedding day went off without a glitch thanks to them! Katie helped with every detail and kept our families, bridal party, and bride and groom at ease! Everyone was able to enjoy the day because of her. She went above and beyond leading up to the wedding and especially on the wedding day. We can’t say enough good things!

Katie was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I am not able to fully express in words how thankful I am to have had Katie as our day-of coordinator for our wedding. Katie was everything we needed to have an absolutely perfect, stress-free, and FUN wedding day. I couldn’t imagine going through the planning process or our actual wedding day without her. As a DIY bride, she helped me execute my vision to perfection. She thought of every logistic detail to make my vision come true, and on the day-of she made it all happen. I am a very particular person (bless my very patient, now-husband), and I had a clear vision for our wedding day. I had already booked the majority of our vendors, and I was looking for a day-of coordinator to make sure that everything went smoothly on our wedding day. I went with the Simply Perfect Glow package and it was everything I needed. Leading up to the big day, Katie and I met every two weeks starting at the six-week mark, and then once more the week before the wedding. She was extremely organized with spreadsheets and timeline information, and would even buy me Starbucks for our meetings (and remember my favorite order- she really is the best!) She kept me focused in terms of tasks that needed to be completed before our next meeting, and helped lighten the load by making phone calls, verifying information with vendors, and creating our day-of timeline. She kept me calm when I would get overwhelmed and stressed. She helped me focus on the important things and I’m so thankful for the great conversations we had at our meetings. Katie recognizes that a wedding is so much more than just a day, that it’s the start of a new life together. She really understood me, and my vision for the day. She is professional, reassuring, kind, compassionate, patient, experienced, and exceptionally detail-oriented. Our wedding was important to her and she put her whole self into making my wedding dreams come true. Our wedding took place where we met, which was super sweet and sentimental, but unfortunate for our families who each had to travel 200 miles to get there. When our families arrived, everyone was ready to party, naturally, but there was still so much work to be done in terms of tying up loose ends and very few people who wanted to help. What family member wants to step out during the ceremony to hang up a banner (you know, the Just Married one for the limo)? Or miss part of dinner to set up favors (in a pyramid formation, mind you)? Or bring flowers from the chapel to the reception hall during cocktail hour? These are all things that Katie did, and so much more, so that the groom and I, and our 150 guests could all sit back, relax, and enjoy the day. Our guests are still talking about how fantastic the wedding was, 5 months after the fact. Katie was the glue that held everything together that day in terms of making sure everything was where it needed to be: decorations, centerpieces, favors, baskets with bubbles, programs, the cake stand, votive candles, props for a surprise Father-Daughter dance, chalkboard signs, the guestbook, and the list goes on. I highly recommend Katie and Perfect Glow Weddings, for your sanity as the couple during this very fun but also stressful time of wedding planning, but also for the sake of your bridal party and guests who will want to spend the day celebrating you and not worrying about those little details that, while seemingly only important to you, truly give your wedding day that perfect glow.

From day one, Katie will set up a regular schedule of communication with you (via Skype, or meetings) and she meticulously tracks and plans every detail of your day in thorough spreadsheets. Seriously, she will have details in the spreadsheets you never even thought to plan! With every last detail from the order in which you're walking down the aisle to the exact timing of when you'll cut the cake, Katie plans everything to a "T" and keeps everyone on schedule! On the day of the wedding, she will have so many things working in the background that you can just relax and know you're in good hands. Perfect Glow, and Katie Gerber in particular, were instrumental in making our wedding day absolutely amazing! Her and her staff were wonderful and incredibly responsive leading up to, and on the day of our wedding. I knew that they were always doing everything they could to make our day perfect, like it was their day, too. They listened to what I wanted and helped me form my vision. They then worked hard to make it happen. Katie Gerber's husband played acoustic guitar as I walked down the aisle and provided music for the entire ceremony. Katie was even able to get us in contact with a photo booth vendor who offered their services to us for free (I really wanted a photo booth, but simply couldn't afford it). It was perfect! In addition to wanting help planning before the wedding, I really wanted to be able to enjoy the day without having to worry about all the small things. Perfect Glow allowed me to do that. There is no way our wedding could have been as special (and stress-free) as it was without the help of Perfect Glow. They are so wonderful to work with and you absolutely know you have a partner to help make your day everything you ever wanted it to be. I 100% would recommend their services to anyone!!!

My wife found Katie and chose her before I even met her. After meeting her I can could see why. Katie was on top of it! Every time we met with her I left feeling more prepared. At the rehearsal she knew all the names of our family and friends as if she met them before which was impressive. The day of our wedding they were there bright and early. We wanted to have a prayer together before our vows but without seeing each other Katie coordinated it and it is one of my favorite wedding pictures and special moments from that day. Speaking of pictures in our prep pictures you can see her helping my groomsman tie their ties and pinning in their boutonnières. Whatever we needed she made it happen. Everything went as planned and was on time (which was big to me) thanks to them. If you’re looking for someone who will take a load off of your shoulders and not have to worry about your big day going smoothly I highly recommend Perfect Glow.

Perfect Glow Weddings was exactly what my cousin needed for her big day. It was amazing to see how organized and scheduled Katie was throughout the whole thing. The day went without a hitch! Katie seemed so relaxed and stress free, which in turn made everyone else feel extremely relaxed. I could not imagine this day going as well as it did without Perfect Glow!

There isn't enough that can be said about how much my wife and I loved having Katie as our wedding planner! From the jump she was available and willing to drop anything to make sure our needs were met. Any anxieties we might have had on the day of were taken care of as Katie worked tirelessly to ensure our day was as perfect as we had imagined. I had an amazing experience using Perfect Glow. Katie was so easy to work with, and so helpful and instrumental throughout the whole process. Not only did she make sure the wedding turned out how I planned, but she was such a nice calming presence to have around throughout the rehearsal dinner and wedding day. She sat with my bridesmaids at the rehearsal dinner, and they loved her! I could not be more satisfied with my experience!

Katie and Allie were fantastic! We hired perfect glow to assist us at our "destination" wedding over two days. We worked with Katie the last few months before our event. They supported the wedding party getting ready on Friday for photos, walked us right through our ceremony rehearsal and then coordinated our welcome dinner. On Saturday they coordinated all of our vendors and set up our ceremony and reception exactly as visioned. They handled a few small issues we had with vendors and I did not have to deal with stress the entire weekend! They were prompt, funny, organized and all around perfect for our entire weekend event. The only change I may go back in make would be to up our package and work with Perfect Glow as soon as we started planning!!

Katie at Perfect Glow was directly responsible for making my wedding a success. I knew at our first meeting that Katie was the person I wanted to trust with the biggest day of my life. She is simultaneously professional and personable. She truly cared for my needs and wants as well as my now-husband's. She organized the entire wedding-planning process and was invaluable on the day-of. She even texted me to ask how I was doing in the most stressful days of the process, sending encouragement and assistance at all hours of the day and night. She responded immediately to every text and email and communicated constantly with all of my vendors. On the day of the wedding, Katie was everywhere. She helped the bridal party get ready, set up the ceremony room, wrangled family and friends for the photographers, told vendors where to be and when to get there, oversaw the room flip (we used the same room for the ceremony and reception), and structured the entire day for us. She created a wedding timeline that was perfectly detailed down to what song would play at what time. She worked well not only with our vendors, but with our families and friends as well. Everyone agreed that Katie made the day a success. I am eternally grateful for all that she did for us and would absolutely recommend her to everyone who is looking for a wedding planner/coordinator.

Katie exceeded the wedding expectations and dreams of even the worlds biggest control freak lol She took my vision to it's highest. Her husband Mike was the perfect zen and helpful hand along the way. Our day wouldn't of been complete without Perfect Glow. I can only give 5 stars but in my book she deserves a 10! Perfect Glow Weddings was absolutely amazing. I was the first of my friend group to get engaged and my fiancé and I were both the first kids in the family to be married. On top of that, we were both finishing up our senior year in college. This all meant little know-how and even less time to plan a wedding. I got the most inclusive package offered and would do it again in a heartbeat. Katie was awesome. She answered every question I had and some I didn’t know I had. I gave her the vision we had for our wedding and she made it happen. She even ended up playing “DJ” day-of because we skimped on a not-so-great DJ (against Katie’s recommendation I might add) who didn’t know how to play top hits. I was none the wiser though as Katie had everything reigned in tightly. Having been in many wedding parties since my own I recommend at the *very* least a day of wedding coordinator. But personally, I’m still sold on the most inclusive package. It made our special day stress free for us, our wedding party and our families. Truly was an amazing experience. Thanks, Perfect Glow.

When I first started planning my wedding I was a little nervous. Being in one state and getting married in another can be a bit stressful. Throughout the entire process Katie was there to hold my hand. My family and friends were a bit skeptical about her. They have had bad experiences with wedding planners and wondered how things would go. They fell in love with Katie the second they met her. The entire process was perfect. Katie and her team are amazing. I had nothing to worry about absolutely everything was taken care of, the entire day went off without a hitch. If there were any problems I was not made aware of Katie handled everything. My mother said she wasn't a wedding planner to us she was more like a friend of the family. Working with Katie will put your mind at ease. Being a bride stress comes with the territory, having Katie is the best way to alleviate some of that stress. I was so lucky to have a friend recommended Katie to me. Perfect Glow Weddings & Events will be the best money you spend!

Katie and her Perfect Glow team were AMAZING! Katie was extremely creative with my budget and was fun to work with. She had so many ideas that I was able to incorporate into my wedding and she made the planning process fun. She was available when I needed her and very thoughtful through the entire wedding planning process. Katie made my big day stress free. Katie was always thinking of the little details and keeping the wedding on track. She has coordinated so many weddings and that was invaluable me on my wedding day. She could foresee the things I would of never thought of! I highly recommend Katie and The Perfect Glow team.

Katie was incredibly prepared, thorough, and amazing through the whole process! My husband and I are not great at planning so we relied on her a lot. She addressed all the details we wouldn't have even thought of and helped us find the best (and cost-effective) vendors in the area. She was timely with calling us back if we had any questions or needs. If there were any hiccups on the wedding day, I was completely oblivious, because Katie handled all the details. My husband and I felt like we could truly enjoy ourselves and not worry about anything!

We LOVED having Katie as our wedding coordinator! She was thorough and took care of all the little details (even the ones I didn't think of!) for our big day. Katie was awesome! I don't know if my wedding day was actually almost perfect or if Katie just took care of everything that came up. Either way, I didn't know about it which is exactly what I wanted. I was able to relax and enjoy my day because I knew that Katie was handling everything. My wedding was a circus of a giant bridal party, 200 guests, god knows how many details, and questionable family dynamics...and there is absolutely no way I would have been able to pull it off without her and her team. One of the best decisions I made!

I highly recommend Perfect Glow for a wedding or other event. Katie Gerber recently helped my daughter and her fiancé plan AND EXECUTE a large wedding. Her expertise in the logistics, decision making process and everything else involved with planning a wedding were very, very valuable. Not only was she able to keep us on track with check lists and timetables, she was frequently the “voice of reason” when emotions and excitement ramped up….always pros and cons without taking sides. When asked her opinion, she was happy to give it, but tended to not try to push her agenda but let the couple decide. Everyone who asks me if I am relieved to have the wedding over is told that we had a great wedding coordinator and she made the whole thing much simpler. Katie was AMAZING!!! I seriously would not have had a wedding without her. She was organized, thorough, had spreadsheets, schedules, communicated with all the vendors and just over all on top of everything as our coordinator. They day of the wedding she was always 2 steps ahead and I could relax knowing that they had everything handled. She made sure she knew my vision and executed it perfectly. I had no stress the day of thanks to her. She was also very personable and makes you feel like the most important person in the world. She even remembered my favorite starbucks ordered and brought it to me the morning of the wedding. She made sure she know knew the entire wedding party was as well as important family members. They were shocked that she knew them upon first meeting them. That really showed her personal value for you and your family and friends. With Perfect Glow you aren't treated like just another bride, but the most important bride and wedding they have even if they have multiple brides. Out of the over $20,000 we spent on our wedding Katie was by far my best investment!!! I don't know what I would've done without her!!

Katie was an amazing addition to my wedding day. I didn't realize how valuable a wedding planner would be until the big day arrived. She was calm and extremely resourceful through some unforeseen hiccups (one of my hairdressers left after an hour due to a family emergency!). She helped to provide alternatives and took the stress off of my family and I so I could enjoy the day. Her team was very professional and helped to provide structure and leadership throughout the day so that my husband, family, friends, and I could enjoy the ride. I can't reccomend her enough! Her compassion, care, and knowledge were so appreciated! I look back on my wedding day with very fond memories and Katie was an integral part to that!

Katie and the Perfect Glow team were literally the only reason that I was calm throughout the whole planning process. Katie was thorough and thoughtful throughout every meeting; she always was thinking about different ways to either save money or efficiently spend money. The timeline, with every single detail imaginable, made me realize that I had made the correct decision on hiring her. I remember the first time that I met Katie was in a coffee shop. I was extremely nervous to start the stressful process of planning a wedding but she was there every step of the way. Hiring Katie was one of the best decisions I made! She was such a big part of my wedding. She was always avaible to helps and went with us meet with all our vendors! She is so organized and had everything printed out on paper for each person in our wedding party the night of the rehersal! She is so amazing because the night of the rehearsal I needed a new song to walk down the aisle to and she pulled out her phone and had the perfect song for me to walk to!!! She is very creative and help with decorating and also helping me with the sitting chart which I was dreading. She has a bag of everything for any emergency that could happen on the day of! Our wedding day was so great my parents and I didn't have anything to worry about because she took care of it all!! She is the best wedding planner out there!!!

We did not know a single thing about planning a wedding and we coordinate movies for a living! There are so many intricate details that go into that special day that you wouldn't think of and once you know of can't handle while you are busy marrying the love of your life. Having Katie as our planner was one of the best decisions we have ever made. She was always available and brought true creativity and helped us convey our personal and special day. We were nervous to have someone handle so much, but upon the first minutes talking with Katie, it was a no brainer.
