I would not recommend this travel agency. My wife and I booked Perfect Honeymoons for our honeymoon to the South Pacific months in advance. Setting everything up in the beginning was easy to do. As the date got closer, they had a "preparation call" with us, which was far from helpful. Essentially, the majority of the call was how to travel internationally 101 instead of helpful local tips and recommendations.
The worst aspect of this experience was the every flight that didn't have a US connection had the completely wrong time and even some had the incorrect flight number. When we brought this up to Perfect Honeymoons mid trip, they were luckily responsive, but brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal that the flight we were about to take was hours off what we had scheduled around.
All in all, we had expected this to be more of a curated itinerary and instead we were just gave an app with a small amount of recommendations and incorrect flight times.

th all the demand for travel and it affected the airlines the most. Flights were being cancelled without letting us or you know, airlines were losing luggage and airline employee's weren't showing up to to work. Tahiti was one of the places most affected because there is only 1 airline. I would love to have a conversation more in depth so we can improve moving forward. Jim was AMAZING! Travelling in the age of covid can be complicated but Jim made it easy-peesy. He spoke with us on the phone and then created the perfect honeymoon to Belize for us within our budget. He has personally been to every place he recommends/books for you so you are reassured he isn't sending you somewhere where you were catfished by pictures. We just got back and cannot thank him enough for the coolest honeymoon. He arranged and thought of EVERYTHING - from flights, to airport-resort transportation, booking our experiences/excursions (ziplining, couples massages, etc.). We didn't have to worry about a single thing - it was all already expertly taken care of. He is super responsive and a dream to work with. He made sure we knew every process and every thing we would need for our trip. Do yourself a favor and hire him so you have one less stressful thing to worry about while planning your wedding :)

Jim was amazing! He was very straight forward and gave us the advice we needed to decide the perfect honeymoon for us - the Hawaiian Islands. Jim answered all of our questions and communicated clearly with us. He was very knowledgeable about our destination and gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and activities to do. Because of Jim, we were able to focus on the two of us and our special day. We decided to go with Perfect Honeymoon since this would be our first time traveling out of the US and going on a resort style vacation. Initially, Steve was great. Very responsive, helpful, and attentive to our requests. Once we arrived in Mexico our shuttle service was never updated with our current travel plans, so there wasn't a shuttle waiting for us. Steve was supposed to call them to update them with our departure flight information and never did. The resort he suggested was overpriced, overbooked, understaffed, and the service was awful. When he asked how our trip was going we told him we weren't having the greatest experience. He said he would check in with us and we have yet to hear from him... this was almost two months ago now. I would probably have been better off savings the "fee" and booking our trip ourselves.
Working with Jim Augerinos was one of the best decisions we made in the entire wedding planning process. We live in the DC area, but he was able to set up Skype meetings with us and using the initial planning form, was able to help us narrow down our decision regarding destination and set up the trip of a lifetime that balanced our desire for relaxation and also adventure. We ended up going to Australia with everything pre-planned including transportation to-from airports and hotels for all of our domestic transportation. We had a great time and would definitely stay at all of our hotels again. We were greeted with sparkling wine at each hotel and received an upgrade at one. Everybody was friendly and all of our day trips and tours ran as expected. We will definitely use their services again if we ever have the need and have already been referring friends and family members. One of the recommendations he provided us with was to "cross pack" and place 1/2 of each of our items in each suitcase in case our luggage was lost. Unfortunately, both suitcases were lost, so this didn't help us out. However, we will be doing this in the future as it's definitely a good tip!

Jim was absolutely amazing!! We were a little lost in the planning of our honeymoon to Hawaii and he not only had awesome ideas, but got to know us and made suggestions based on our individual tastes and vacationing styles. From start to finish, the trip went off with zero problems from checking in to the airports, hotels, to the excursions he recommended and the personalizes service along the way. You MUST book with Perfect Honeymoons.
Jim planned the perfect dream honeymoon for my husband and me in Greece and Croatia. He totally understood our preferences and booked us amazing hotels within our budget. I usually like to plan my own trips because I'm a control freak but I didn't want to have to worry about planning our honeymoon while planning a wedding. Jim took care of everything for it and I was very happy with the whole trip! We would definitely recommend Perfect Honeymoons to any couple looking to save some time and stress before your honeymoon!

We worked with Jim to plan our perfect honeymoon and it really was perfect. There were no hiccups. Everything went very smoothly. We felt like Jim knew our personalities very well (though never actually meeting us in person), and knew exactly what we were looking for.
Perfect Honeymoons truly planned just that. Our ten-day trip was packed with both relaxing and fun-filled adventures to help us see the best of each Hawaiian island we stopped at. The process was easy and removed all worry of our trip - including last minute changes. Jim is top-notch and planned the best itinerary for a newlywed couple just two days post-wedding. We decided to go to Walt Disney World for a Graduation. Gretchen worked so hard for us getting us everything that we wanted, and planning and working with family from a different state to make sure we were all there at the same time and stayed in the same location in the hotel. She was always there when we needed her especially when Hurricane Maria hit Florida causing us to postpone our trip. She took care of any issues that we ran into. I recommend Gretchen to anyone looking for a Travel Agent. In my book she is the best. We can’t wait to plan more trips with her!

My husband and I both have very high stress/demanding jobs. Planning a honeymoon in addition to planning a wedding and working was too overwhelming. Gretchen was our agent and she is amazing! She helped us figure out where we wanted to go (we had no clue!) and then planned every detail. We went to Fiji and it was stress-free from start to finish. We have traveled our fair share in the past but never have we gone on a trip that was so easy. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The places we stayed were above and beyond what we could have imagined. Planning a wedding is a huge task....don't also plan your honeymoon. Have Gretchen do it!

Exceptional - we would recommend Perfect Honeymoons to all of our friends! We had an amazing time in Greece and it was so helpful to have everything set up for us in advance. Especially things like airport transfers - even when we had major flight delays Jim was able to re-arrange our pickup so we didn’t have to wait or worry. My wife and I had never used a travel agency before, but for our honeymoon we decided to get some professional help in planning the trip. After talking with Steve and Gretchen we immediately decided to go with them and Perfect Honeymoons. This was one of the best decisions we made. Steve was amazingly patient in helping us choose a destination, and he was externally knowledgeable on all the locations we were interested in traveling to for our honeymoon. I have traveled the world & can honestly say Steve helped us plan this trip so well it was the most stress free & organized trip I have ever had! We decided to save up for a year after the wedding before taking a honeymoon and used Perfect Honeymoons as they were recommended by a co-worker. Steve and Gretchen were so wonderful to work with. I'd never used a travel agency before and found the whole process to be of ease, which speaks volumes to Perfect Honeymoons, their staff, and knowledge of tourism. My husband and I had several locations in mind and Steve graciously looked up and provided details on each location. He was incredibly patient with us as we switched destinations due to the Zika virus and once we selected our final destination Steve was able to make some wonderful recommendations. He also put us in touch with Gretchen, who'd recently returned from visiting Greece. Both Steve and Gretchen were available to us before and during our honeymoon which was a huge plus. Knowing we had communication with our travel agents made the trip even more enjoyable as we could ask questions, voice concerns, ask for recommendations and more.
I can say we will absolutely be using Perfect Honeymoons again and again!

For our honeymoon we had the great opportunity to work with Steve Macknight at Perfect Honeymoons. Steve was beyond amazing. His understanding, his passion and his love for travel are amazing. Perfect Honeymoons is truly is a perfect honeymoon. Jim understood our expectations and created a memorable, relaxing and easy honeymoon. We stayed in beautiful hotels right in the middle of everything and had excellent service and food. Our flight was comfortable and I even liked the food. We had a mobile app that listed our itinerary and notified us of early check in along with activities and dinner recommendations. Driver's picked us up from each location and we had our ferry tickets couriered which saved us from waiting in long lines. Our rooms were covered in honeymoon bliss and made the already beautiful hotels even more special. My husband and I had the most memorable honeymoon thanks to Jim :) We will be back!

Jim was absolutely amazing when planning our honeymoon. He made some great suggestions after taking into account what we wanted from a honeymoon, our budget, and asked questions to make sure it was right. AND THEN...when we had to change our plans 19 hours before our first flight due to a hurricane, Jim came in on a holiday to help us switch all of our plans from St. Lucia to Hawaii! My wife and I had a whirlwind romance and I found myself with just a matter of weeks to plan a mini-moon, vacation with my new in-laws, and a 2+ week honeymoon...all in the same month.
In short: Jim crushed it.
Jim exceeded our already-high-expectations across the board: timely updates, perfectly selected hotels, great advice/recommendations, and with minimal effort on my part.
In addition, Jim booked transfers/activities that were flawless. We covered two (non-English speaking) countries via plane, train, boat, and automobile, and it was seamless. That alone was worth hiring Jim.
Jim is most valuable in (i) selecting the right location/accommodations, (ii) bringing a ton of local knowledge to the table and (iii) taking the stress out of the entire process.
My advice for working with Jim: Tell him exactly what you think you want/what you both enjoy (be as specific as possible), listen to his advice (even when it is contrary to your initial opinion), and let him execute the vision.

Jim set up the most unbelievable and seamless honeymoon to Greece. We stayed at three hotels/resorts that were unique, fun, and totally our speed. From the first conversation to the actual honeymoon, everything was great. Transportation, hotels, food recommendations--all exactly what we were hoping for! Gretchen planned our honeymoon to Hawaii. Having never been there before we were overwhelmed thinking about all the details. Gretchen NAILED it. We were amazed by the quality of the resorts we stayed at. She even got us the best room in the Kea Lani resort on Maui. She lined up 4 major activities for us and gave great ideas on other things to do if we had time. Other perks included breakfast being included everyday and champagne delivered to our room. This was the nicest honeymoon we could imagine. Unless you are a seasoned traveler and know exactly where you want to go, I suggest letting these professionals blow you away.

Gretchen was amazing! Planning a wedding is overwhelming, stressful, time consuming ... the list goes on. The best decision my husband and I made through the entire experience was getting help in planning our honeymoon!
Gretchen worked with us for quite some time planning our perfect honeymoon in Maui. She was an expert in the area and had all the answers to the million of our questions. We stayed at the Fairmont which was perfect for a 'no kiddo' relaxing time. She planned the flights, car rental, some of our dinner reservations, and three excursions.
I did NOTHING! I said, "yes" or "no" and then magically I had everything mailed to me in a nice package and we were on our way. If something came up, which it never did, I had a number to call to get assistance. If I was freaking out, as I typically do, about something that was out of my power like weather, I could call Gretchen and she would calm me down.
As well, the best part of the service in my opinion, in the case something did come up and we had to move our honeymoon location or date, Perfect Honeymoon would transfer our money and it would all be taken care of. That sort of worry is not something you need when you're already planning a wedding. Perfect Honeymoon did all the work for us.
Love the service, love Gretchen and LOVED my honeymoon. Weeks later I'm still dreaming about drinks poolside.

Gretchen was AWESOME! She worked with both my husband and I in helping us plan a dream come true honeymoon in Hawaii! My husband and I are not the easiest to deal with as we can be a little particular but Gretchen was patient, helpful, charismatic, and there for us 100%!! Jim did an excellent job planning our honeymoon in Tahiti. He was very knowledgeable about all the different activities and found us two amazing resorts on Moorea & Bora Bora. For me the highlight was the ATV tour in Moorea which Jim recommended and signed us up for. Definitely the highlight of my trip and the guide was outstanding. My wife was instantly in love with our over water bungalow in Bora Bora. I can't say enough about Jim's expertise and everyone of his recommendations were spot on. Both my wife and I were so busy leading up to the wedding the last thing we were going to be able to do was plan such an amazing trip, Perfect Honeymoons made everything as simple as possible.

Jim booked our amazing Tahiti honeymoon in June. We were so stressed with wedding planning and after one conversation felt so relieved and trusted his expertise. We honeymooned at the Four Season Bora Bora Resort, and had our private hut on the water. It was a dream. Everything from the flight to dinner reservations were flawless. We can not thank Jim enough and look forward to working with him for our anniversary trips!!

Jim was fantastic every step of the way and planned the most amazing honeymoon for my wife and I. He took a genuine interest in what type of honeymoon we were looking for and tailored everything to our taste. All the way down to recommending specific restaurants (split by casual, formal, etc). We were planning a fairly significant move at the same time as planning our wedding wedding so we gave Jim a lot of freedom to book what he saw fit for us within our budget constraints and he did an absolutely amazing job! We cannot recommend Jim enough!
Jim and the Perfect Honeymoon team are amazing. We went into our first meeting with Jim with a rough idea of what we wanted in mind. With just a few details about our preferences he was able to come up with a plan that was exactly what we were looking for. While Jim did provide his top recommendations, he provided us with a few similar destinations and multiple hotel options so we could pick something that worked into our budget and style.
The fact that Jim and his team have actually been to almost every place imaginable really sets them apart. They can tell you what the sand on each beach is like, how each hotel room is different, and what exactly at each restaurant is the best dish. It is also helpful that Jim knows the owners/managers of all of these places! For the first leg of our trip in Antigua, Jim was able to talk to the owner (a friend of his) to get us a free upgrade to an amazing hillside villa on a last minute request. The staff knew we were with Jim and took note. This continued with our trip to St Bart’s at the Eden Rock, where we were personally greeted by the manager of the resort who had been with Jim recently. He ensured the entire staff knew who we were and get the best treatment possible. Also, we were greeted in our room with a bottle of champagne on the Perfect Honeymoon’s team.
However, just planning a great trip wasn't what the Perfect Honeymoons team was all about. Through each step of the way Jim was able to provide us with fantastic advice and suggestions. He was also extremely helpful when we had any issues, and was available day or night to help us. We couldn’t say enough great things about the Perfect Honeymoon’s team. They were recommended to us by several friends who have had identical experiences, and we plan to use Jim and the team for our next adventure.
Jim was actually referred to us with a RAVE review from a close friend, and he did not disappoint. Jim totally "got" us and planned the most spectacular honeymoon for us, which was the perfect combination of off-the-beaten-path meets luxury. It was exactly what we wanted. He was also incredibly patient when we changed the budget and planned an entirely new itinerary for us. We could not have had a better experience than we did with Jim Augerinos at Perfect Honeymoons. You receive excellent treatment anywhere you go in Bora Bora but when you have Jim at your side, you get treated like royalty! He was able to request the best room/overwater bungalow for us, the best activities, upgrades, champagne, and VIP treatment at Villa Mahana. His recommendations on visiting Rangiroa for scuba diving made our trip! Another highlight of our trip was his recommendation to go on the Keishi Day tour. He is a true specialist when it comes to French Polynesia and you would be making a mistake if you didn't hire his services. We highly recommend Jim to anyone and everyone!
We used Steve from Perfect Honeymoons and were thrilled with our choice! He was easy to talk to, understood with first meeting what kind of trip we were looking for and had great advice as he has been pretty much everywhere, at least it seems. He gave us options to choose from to meet our price range and let us know in detail what would be included in our reservation. He also booked not only our hotels and some excursions but our airfare too which was a huge help as he made sure to give us enough time in between flights. We really lucked out by finding Steve. Since returning from our honeymoon in Moorea and Bora Bora, I have recommended Steve and the company to two different couples I know of that will be getting married next year. Steve really did a great job helping us out on our trip to Venice and Nice. He worked with us until we got exactly what we wanted. They are very easy going and you work at your own leisure. Everything was spot on and they offered some useful tips as well. I would recommend them for ease-of-use and promptness.

My husband and I were referred to Perfect Honeymoons (and Steve Macknight). The entire experience was great! We spoke with Steve a few times via phone and e-mail – he asked us questions about our travel preferences and personality and he provided us with many options and ideas. We planned our honeymoon in Spain and they took care of so many details for us. Although we have both traveled a lot, he was able to provide us with airport recommendations (when we should take a cab or have car service pick us up due to logistics), intra-country travel (plane vs. train), and tour recommendations.

We got connected with Steve to plan our honeymoon. I think the biggest factor in what makes or breaks your experiences with travel agents are how you communicate what you're looking for. steve asked us questions that really allowed us to express what we were looking for in our honeymoon and he talked us through the entire way. we had an amazing time. he was also flexible to our last minute changes and we were extremely grateful for that as well.
I had a pretty bad experience dealing with this company with Jim, the owner. I called his company and was impressed with his knowledge about the area we are going for a honeymoon in Bora Bora. He was quick to respond to my initial request right away and was able to get me a quote within a day or so. I called him because I had been doing the research myself and I was overwhelmed, my fiance and I lost his mother just days prior to us having to make this decision. The quote he sent me seemed a bit out of our budget and I felt like there would be better deals financially. To be fair, it looked wonderful and I'm sure that we would have had a great time and been taken care of had we accepted this quote. Because of our budget we decided to look at a different travel company that could provide a quote that would make is feel like we were getting the most for our money for our honeymoon. I believed it was wise to look around. I found a company I trusted and developed a better relationship with. When we did not accept his quote was when his behavior became unprofessional. His emails we're so uncomfortable and appeared designed to make me feel guilty for all the time he had spent on our quotes, that he had gone out of his way for us, and that his deal was the best option there was for this vacation. He mentioned that he had waived fees and want getting anything for this quote, etc... In addition, we were unable to book a reservation on our own with a different travel agent bc he had reserved 2 hotels under our name without our knowledge or permission. It was a huge headache. It took almost 2 days for him to release the hold and the hotels to process It. During this time It was so stressful that the prices would go up and that our other agent couldn't get in to book us. We had a short engagement and were travelling at a peak time so days matter. I was worried he would not release them bc of his unprofessional attitude. Super stressful. He was rude and disrespecful in our many interactions with him asking him to release the hold.
Unless you know you are going to accept this guys quote. I would not suggest getting one from him. I love the travel agent I chose. It's soooo worth It to me not to feel pressured or bad for making my own choices about our honeymoon. I understand that he wanted our business for the quote and work but sometimes people make other choices.
Gretchen is a ROCK STAR!!! She planed my wife Christine and I the “Perfect” vacation cruise to Alaska. Even though it was our third trip Gretchen planned for us, she treated us as great as she did the first two times. We love her dedication and enthusiasm when it comes to travel. She always took the time to return calls, answer emails and make sure we had everything we needed before we left. We cruised with Celebrity Cruise Line and they were great as well, but it was all of Gretchen’s planning and knowledge about Alaska that made our trip wonderful. I do not have word to explain how happy we are with Gretchen and Perfect Honeymoons and Holidays.

We told him our budget and the style of vacation we wanted, and he booked us the perfect getaway at the right price and within our timeframe, too! He even helped us book excursions and activities. I had never been to an all-inclusive resort before, and the experience was wonderful! I cannot express enough how grateful we were to have Steve Macknight plan our entire honeymoon to Costa Rica. He responded to emails quickly and was constantly positive, funny and very easy to talk to. He’s definitely a professional. We were two time zones apart but that never interfered with communication and never slowed down the process of booking out honeymoon. During the first call with Steve we talked about our ideas and he asked what activities we wanted to do and what were our “must haves”. From that we collectively narrowed it down to the Bahamas, Mexico and my heart-set place of Costa Rica. He emailed us links to his suggested resorts for each location. (All of which he had personally visited) He suggested that if we choose to go to Costa Rica to split the trip up in two parts. We spent 4 nights in an all-inclusive, adults only, Beach front resort. We then took a 4 hour drive to La Fortuna (with a very comfortable, clean vehicle and a super friendly driver who spoke English very well and taught us some Spanish) We arrived at a very secluded resort. Perfect for couples who want to relax and be secluded. We rarely saw or spoke to anyone. And with Steve’s connections, he was able to get a $100 Spa credit which I used to enjoy a 70 minute hot stones massage. (My husband didn’t want to come :) )
There is no way I could have planned something like this without Steve’s expertise. From location to flights to resorts, Steve covered it all. My husband and I will continue to use Perfect Honeymoons for all vacations we take, despite the fact that our honeymoon is in the past. It was the perfect start to our marriage and we owe that all to Steve and Perfect Honeymoons.
Steve Macknight at Perfect Honeymoons helped my wife and I plan a fantastic, last second trip to Greece in last month, September 2015. We literally left 22 hours after booking for 9 days in Mykonos, Santorini and Athens! The accommodations were terrific and everything (transfers, tours, etc.) went off without a hitch. For our wedding/honeymoon we wanted something fantastic and Steve gave us exactly what we were looking for! We got married in Moorea, French Polynesia and he directed us to Nelly who coordinated and performed our ceremony. We stayed in a beautiful over the water bungalow in Moorea and also Bora Bora. The hotels were amazing and we were so thankful he took the time to pick just the right locations for us! We then traveled to Australia, where again we were amazed by what Steve had in store for us. He took so much time to plan the perfect trip, which we could have never planned ourselves so well. Jim planned our honeymoon trip to the Maldives two years ago. It was absolutely incredible. Every detail was perfectly planned out and we had the most amazing honeymoon imaginable. Steve did an amazing job planning our honeymoon! I can't believe how much time and effort he put in to find us our dream honeymoon. We went to Secrets in Cozumel and Steve absolutely nailed it. I was really worried as my husband is very picky and particular about what he expected and what he likes. Steve found the perfect balance with our honeymoon that left us both feeling like we had the best honeymoon possible. We had the perfect honeymoon in Belize. Steve helped us get set up and did all the heavy lifting. We had amazing time in the Maya Ruins and snorkeling around in the Blue Hole.
Jim planned the most amazing Honeymoon for my husband and I. From start to finish everything was perfect! We went to Athens, Mykonos and Santorini and it was absolutely the trip of a lifetime and one we will remember forever. Perfect Honeymoons was so enjoyable to work with when planning our honeymoon. Gretchen, from Perfect Honeymoons, did such a great job identifying the perfect honeymoon venue for us based on our wants, needs, and most importantly our budget. We originally wanted to go to Bora Bora or Fiji, but quickly realized that our love for alcohol and food would not be cohesive with the lack of all-inclusive options. So, Gretchen provided us a few other options of all-inclusive resorts that had a similar look and feel to what we wanted in Bora Bora. We ultimately decided on a Rondeval with private plunge pool with butler service at Sandals Grande Antigua. Gretchen was so helpful leading up to leaving regarding packing, passport, checking in, pre-booking excursions, completing our butler preference forms, etc. We had a great time on our honeymoon, and were so happy to hear from Gretchen when we got back! We highly recommend Perfect Honeymoons & Holidays!
Jim planned the most incredible honeymoon for me and my husband in the Greek Islands. Everything -- from the amazing accommodations, to the seamless travel between islands, to his restaurant and activity recommendations -- was perfect and spot on. We stayed in four different hotels, and each were amazing... great locations, amazing hospitality, and unique to the island we were staying on. My husband and I definitely would not have known to pick these hotels without Jim's help. It is clear that Jim spent a lot of time and effort planning a trip that was exactly what we wanted (in fact, even better than we imagined!) and in the price range we wanted. We definitely plan to use him again for future trips we take and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to plan a honeymoon!

Look NO FURTHER! Gretchen and Steve are amazing!!!! We gave them our budget and locations and they planned EVERY LITTLE DETAIL (transfers, packages, hotels, taxis, tours, luggage storage, you name it!) of our 3 week honeymoon to Fiji and New Zealand. All we had to do is show up. The entire trip was absolutely seamless. They were even tracking our trip as we went along to make sure there weren't any snafus. Perfect Honeymoons and Holidays planned and arranged the honeymoon of our dreams. Working with Jim Augerinos was a terrific experience from start to finish. It all started with the questionnaires that we completed prior to our initial consultation. Jim took everything into account... our own individual preferences regarding desired activities (or lack of!), previous travel experiences, budget, etc. to help start the discussion. After some decisions on our end, Jim created a trip proposal that was tailored to us in every way. Travel day came and armed with the two, 10+ page documents that Jim provided us with, which had full descriptions of each of the islands and "things to do and see" (our honeymoon would take us to two islands), every detail was planned meticulously and all of our travels and arrangements went off without a hitch. The honeymoon was better than we could have imagined... from the accommodations, the recommendations for activities, and restaurants, everything was nothing short of amazing. Though it was of course not guaranteed, Jim was able to work some magic and secure us upgrades at the hotels on both islands. We were so happy with the experience that we have been referring friends and family... the funny thing is that three other couples we know getting married this year are already using him! My husband and I wanted a truly unique experience for our honeymoon and since we have both traveled quite a bit, we had to go a bit off the map. We came across Scrub Island on a recommendation and our next task was to find the best and most efficient way to get there. I happened upon Gretchen and this company by a Google search and boy am I glad that I did!! She was able to get us a package for almost half the cost of what I found and all the accommodations were wonderful. Gretchen was always quick to help and it was about as stress free of a planning experience as I could've gotten...and with planning a wedding on top of this all it was much welcomed!

We had a terrible experience using this company. They were very helpful until we paid. Then it was all on us to fix all the mistakes they made. Their recommendations turned out to be horrible and they were no help resolving any issues. I believe they were putting us at places that they got the most benefits from. We took over our vacation and simply stopped using them altogether and had a great time. It cost us an additional $6,000 we would not have had to spend if they had done their job well in the first place.
