Just wanted to say that Michele and Scott have MAGICAL talents with organizing our chair rental, setting up, moving and resetting up all of those chairs! They are so professional, dedicated and hard working, including their exceptional staff. We are very impressed and appreciative! Also, the quality of their product was quite nice.

Michele at Perfect Parties was so easy to work with! They have the widest variety of items to rent in southern Indiana. They are also very flexible with brides changing counts as your wedding date approaches. They do a lot of weddings and understand how guests list and everything else change throughout the process. They will not lock you into strict contract and fees either. I would definitely recommend renting through Perfect Parties for all your wedding needs.

Michele and her team were amazing! We needed to rent chairs and flower pillars from them. They were wonderful about communicating and updating our bill based on the amount of people attending. They arrived on time and were there to take down the chairs on time.

Michele at Perfect Parties was great to work with! They had the widest variety of items to rent in southern Indiana, and were super flexible to my changing requests. Would 100% recommend renting through Perfect Parties.

When we first reserved our chairs and other items for the ceremony we worked with Julie. She was great! Very organized, followed up on items, and very helpful. A few months before our wedding I hadn't heard from anyone and called to follow up on our items. Julie is no longer there and the person in charge of rentals now is extremely unorganized. Every time I called I was told he'd call me back, but he never did. It took me calling daily to get everything sorted out. When we did, our contracts were wrong and had items missing or incorrect quantities. If you use them be prepared to micromanage everything that you need. Don't count on them to stay organized or communicate what they need from you.

Giving this vendor 4 stars as Julie was great to work with (she became our contact closer to the event), they were good at being flexible to moving inside for our rain plan and adding an arbor, and everything arrived on time. However, prior to working with Julie it was hard to get a hold of the vendor and get a clear answer on pricing. I ended up feeling the need to check in a lot to ensure they actually had me on the books for my wedding, but in the end it all worked out. There aren't tons of options for Bloomington, but they delivered as needed. We got the white padded folding chairs - I'm too cheap for chiavari :).

Completely disorganized, no accountability, and the only person who can say yes or no works 4 days a week and never after 2:00. It's not worth your time

The overall delivery and set up of items were done by KRC our caterers. They did a good job! The items we needed from Perfect Parties were perfect for the colors of the wedding. We had burnt orange napkins, ivory with gold trimming plates. We ordered tables and linens, etc. It was wonderful variety! The chairs were garden style white chairs. It went well things were delivered on time with no snags. I like Julie at Perfect Parties she helped set everything up for me. She was helpful with suggestions and patient with my changes. I spent about 2800 dollars on rentals of all items for my non-traditional wedding. We ordered basically everything from them. This was a part of 96 people. They were the right place for me.

Perfect Parties Tents and Events is definitely the best deal in Bloomington for rentals; however, their service can be a bit sketchy. There is only one person at this company who deals with the rentals, so any reservation or change has to go through her. Also, their delivery can be suspect. They were three hours late to deliver the tables to my reception venue, though they did notify me that they would be late. The actual rentals were very nice, though.

I liked the chairs and columns that we rented from this vendor! They showed up on time to deliver and set everything up, but unfortunately they did not come to pick everything up until a few days later. They called to tell me they were going to be late but I still felt bad for the ceremony site that the chairs lingered. I would still recommend this vendor though!

Even though they are really the only place to go for Party and Tent rentals, they do a great job and have excellent customer service!! They helped me change my order 3 times with no extra charges!

The folks at PPT&E were amazing. There were a couple times I called and wasn't able to get anyone but when they did answer they were very helpful and easy to deal with. There prices are very reasonable! They even had aisle runners for sale that were far less than anywhere else I could find them, with great quality!
