our wedding I hadn't heard from anyone and called to follow up on our items. Julie is no longer there and the person in charge of rentals now is extremely unorganized. Every time I called I was told he'd call me back, but he never did. It took me calling daily to get everything sorted out. When we did, our contracts were wrong and had items missing or incorrect quantities. If you use them be prepared to micromanage everything that you need. Don't count on them to stay organized or communicate what they need from you.

ing an arbor, and everything arrived on time. However, prior to working with Julie it was hard to get a hold of the vendor and get a clear answer on pricing. I ended up feeling the need to check in a lot to ensure they actually had me on the books for my wedding, but in the end it all worked out. There aren't tons of options for Bloomington, but they delivered as needed. We got the white padded folding chairs - I'm too cheap for chiavari :).

It went well things were delivered on time with no snags. I like Julie at Perfect Parties she helped set everything up for me. She was helpful with suggestions and patient with my changes. I spent about 2800 dollars on rentals of all items for my non-traditional wedding. We ordered basically everything from them. This was a part of 96 people. They were the right place for me.
