Owner/Event Curator
Adriana started this company back in 2005 while working her full time job as private dinning manager in Reunion Tower. Over the years she gained experience working for several corporate event planning companies while planning weddings on the side. Taking what she learned in the corporate world and applying it to her weddings to ensure each event was flawlessly executed. In May of 2019 Adriana made the leap of faith and quit her full time job to follow her dream of running her own event planning company.
Outside of work you will find Adriana spending time with her family. She is a mom to two sweet boys and a wife to a Dallas Fire Fighter.
Adriana has a big heart and tries to do her part in giving back to the world by donating proceeds of the company revenue and her time, each year to the Birthday Party Project, Hey Chica Movement and the Dallas Fire Department.

Exceptional planning and coordination services for a very reasonable price. The team had experience working with more nontraditional wedding venues, and we chose Perfect Timing specifically because they had done weddings at the Perot Museum.
Adriana was a joy to work with during the planning meetings, and her suggestions for our reception were a hit with our guests. We stayed quite close to our original budget as well. Their spreadsheet system was well-designed and helpful for tracking our expenses, guest list, and ideas. It was easy to communicate with the team through email, texts, or online messages even between official planning meetings.
Big shout to Maggie, the lead coordinator who handled most of the month-of work. I can say that the weeks leading up to the wedding were less stressful than I expected with her handling all the details. On the day of, we also had Gillian and Shay, and the whole coordination team was incredibly adaptable to small delays and schedule adjustments, especially in our eclectic venue. We highly recommend PTE for your wedding!

I’ve been knowing Adriana for a while now and I told myself that I was going to ensure she would help me plan my wedding one day. Years later, we signed a contract with her and was worth every penny. I knew Adriana is very detailed oriented and passionate with what she does. Her team makes magic happen and helped us so much through out the wedding planning process. The day off was the least stressful for me as they tackled the small issues that occurred without even me noticing it. Maggie and Gillian were amazing and so sweet to ensure I didn’t worry about anything. I am very Type A and they were able to get me to sit down and relax. I absolutely recommend them to plan your special event. You will not regret it!

2023 bride here - I 100/10 recommend this team. They are all so easy to work with and to get ahold of at practically all times. They were able to help us fix literally any problem that came up, and the wedding day seemed so seamless because we had them working with us. They are also so helpful when it comes to planning and coordinating the little details - and helped me plan things that I didn't even think of before.
I couldn't even tell you if anything went wrong on the wedding day, because they are so good at managing everything behind the scenes and really just helped to make the day so great. Even when the hotel coordinator told us we couldn't use certain places in the hotel for pictures (due to another wedding), they were able to make everything work out and for that, I am so so grateful. I couldn't imagine trying to have our wedding without Perfect Timing Events and would highly recommend them. They are also some of the nicest people ever, which is just an added bonus. I give them my highest recommendation!! You absolutely need to book them for your event!

How do I even begin to explain how much Maggie, and the Perfect Timing Events team, did for me and my husband to make our wedding such a special event! They are simply AMAZING! ❤️ From the moment they became a part of the planning, they made it very clear that they were there for us in anything we needed, and they exceeded my expectations! They are very organized and had several planning meetings with us leading up to the wedding to make sure even the small details were discussed. It truly helped me know that their attention to detail was truly because they cared about us as a couple and wanted us to have an amazing wedding day! They were always reachable for even the simplest questions and their response time was always timely!
Our wedding day itself was as smooth as we could have wished for and it’s truly thanks to this amazing team! They helped my vision of how I wanted my venue to look that day come true and just made sure my husband and I as well as our wedding party and family were taken care of!
During my beginning stages of wedding planning I was very hesitant to hire a wedding planner because I truly did not know where to look and how to choose one. A good friend of mine HIGHLY recommended Adriana and Maggie and the Perfect Timing Events Team and it was the best decision I made as a Bride! Now I’m HIGHLY recommending them to anyone who has taken the time to read this review! We hired Adriana and her Perfect Timing Events team for partial wedding planning. From day one, Adriana and Maggie made us feel so special, and helped us plan our dream wedding day. Our monthly meetings with them leading up to the wedding reassured us, and they were always so organized and had great vendor recommendations. The most valuable part of hiring them was the month leading up to our wedding, and the day of our wedding. Adriana and Maggie took charge of contacting all of our vendors, speaking with our venue, and making sure everyone involved (including us and our wedding party) knew what to expect leading up to the big day. They were with us to help select vendors, walk through our venue, and were there on our wedding tasting day, and helped to coordinate our rehearsal day too. It was so great to have a true partnership with the Perfect Timing Events team! On the day of the wedding, Maggie, and several other Perfect Timing Events team members made our day go by so seamlessly and without issue. They handled the entire day with professionalism and grace, and we truly were able to experience our day fully and wholeheartedly because of them. We highly recommend Adriana, Maggie, and any one from the Perfect Timing Events team for any type of wedding planning service you may need!

If you want a wedding that is thoroughly thought out, exceptionally detailed and catered to your liking, and perfectly implemented on your special day, look no further than Perfect Timing Events! I had the pleasure of working with them from when I first got engaged to the best day of my life - marrying my husband! I got to work specifically with Adriana and Maggie, and the day of my wedding they were both there, along with the support of a third teammate, Ashley. Adriana helped make the whole process of planning our wedding both easy and fun at the same time! Adriana met with us on a monthly basis to stay on track for our wedding, and her and the team kept every detail of our wedding super organized. The Perfect Timing team shared our planning documents with us through a shared file so we could view them at any time, which gave me peace of mind that we were all on the same page throughout the process. I can tell that they work hard and efficiently to plan out every detail and contact vendors to make sure our day would be so perfect. When the day of the wedding came, the team arrived early to the venue, had a day-of document to keep everyone in the wedding party on track, and had big smiles on their faces. The whole team was so kind the entire day, and made sure my every need as a bride was met. In my perspective as a bride, nothing went wrong. They made sure that if anything did go wrong, I wouldn't know what happened! When my wedding dress strap snapped on accident, they had all the tools and sewing kit ready to fix the dress strap. After a few minutes of their sewing magic, I was back on the dance floor with a new strap and no more worries that it would break again! That just goes to show that they are always prepared for anything and everything. Our wedding turned out so perfectly, that I want to do it all over again, but only with the Perfect Timing team's help. They are truly the best! It is rare of me to write reviews, but they deserve all the kudos to creating our perfect wedding.

We really liked working with Adriana. She is very proactive and has a great sense of timing. We hired Perfect Timing for the "day-of wedding coordination package" so I did most of the hiring. However, when I felt lost, I received an email touching basis to make sure that all is going well. Her perfect timing helped me finalize my flower details. She referred two great vendors and helped me complete my to-do list. She went above and beyond. We are very grateful!

Adriana and I crossed paths 7 years ago both working in the Corporate Events industry in Dallas! I remember when Adriana and I were having lunch a few years ago, she was talking about starting her own company. Knowing how strategic, organized, detailed, personable and proactive Adriana is, I knew from that moment that her company would be successful! When I got engaged, I immediately thought of hiring Adriana for my wedding planner for the month of planning services in September. I got married at The Olana (which is a large venue in Hickory Creek.) Adriana picked up everything so quickly in a short amount of time. (I was one of those covid brides planning through the pandemic!) She handled things smoothly, easy to work with and made the month of planning and day of stress free. I couldn’t of pulled off my dream wedding without Adrianna and her team. She was way more than a day of coordinator and I carried absolutely no stress because of Perfect Timing Events. I was referred to Adrianna from one of my best friends and it was most definitely the best money spent. Adrianna is very organized, prompt, professional, easy to communicate with, and responds very quickly! I designed my wedding, booked the vendors, and then handed it all over to Adrianna and her team and they executed on every deliverable flawlessly. I couldn’t recommend Perfect Timing Events enough!!!

With our wedding fast approaching and the planning was becoming a bit overwhelming, I reached out to one of my good friends who was married 2 years ago for the contact of her wedding planner. She directed us to Adriana, stating that she loved working because she felt like a guest rather than the host on her wedding day. We soon got in contact with Adriana a little over a month out and from there, her and her team took over. Adriana and Maggie took care of all the timeline and all the details big and small for us. Ironed out all the issues we thought of and didn't think to think of. We had meetings prior to the wedding with the both of them so that we understood how things were going to work and that we were happy with the flow of everything. They took care of contacting all the vendors and made sure they were all on the same page. When it came to the day of, we truly did feel like guests at our wedding. We did not have to worry about anything because Adriana and Maggie had thought of everything or they handled the issue before it had to escalate to us. They were perfect coordinators in facilitating the flow of guests and vendors.
They were a gift from heaven for us as there was no way we could have done our wedding day without their help. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your event. The price of their services was well worth saving us the stress and headaches of doing this our own. Thank y'all for everything!

Adriana at Perfect Timing was AMAZING. My wedding day felt seamless to everyone, including me and it was all because of her. She thought of everything I didn't and then some and made sure that all I had to do on my wedding day was enjoy, celebrate, and have the best day. And I did! If I had to do it all over again, I would hire Perfect Timing in a heartbeat.
