Your Perfect Day LLC is a 6-Time Award Winning Wedding Planning, Floral Design, and Décor-Rental business based out of York, PA. Owner Leah Barnes takes pride in offering engaged couples affordable planning solutions for their milestone moments.
Whether you're hosting a traditional occasion, a boho-chic celebration, or something completely different, Your Perfect Day LLC is happy to help. Leah and her team have previously planned civil, cultural, and religious weddings as well as elopements and vow renewals. With over 6 years of experience in the industry, our planners understands how to create a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

I just got married this past Sunday, and I swear I never felt so calm about a day in my life. She nailed the design of our wedding (and we had a very specific vision from the get go so to say we were impressed is an understatement). From start to finish, Leah was there to help with any questions we had. She made the planning process easy to handle and was the best support system when I felt overwhelmed with the whole process. All of the meetings and access to Aisle Planner helped us stay on track and immensely supported us in making sure the day we envisioned came to life. ately put us at ease. Leah is efficient, reasonably priced, and intuitive about her client’s needs. She listened intently to the vision we had for our wedding and using the ideas we shared worked diligently to help make everything fall into place. We used Perfect Stems for our florals, also coordinated by Leah. She has an amazing spirit and positive energy. Leah continuously reminded us we could just relax and focus on being bride and groom because she had it all under control! Throughout the wedding planning process, Leah was extremely responsive with all communication. In the months leading up to the wedding, we met regularly with Leah to ensure we were completing tasks in a timely manner. She praised us for being on schedule and reminded us to reach out to her should we need help with anything. Leah served as a liaison with our wedding vendors as needed. r rented and all of the linens/tables/chairs with Leah's assistance and it was such an easy process. Leah also did our flowers with her flower shop, Perfect Stems, after we purchased the fake florals we wanted for bouquets, and they were beautiful. We also got some live flowers for our reception. Everything is affordable and wonderful. Our day of coordinator, Nakia, is also amazing and she handled problems with such grace but exactly how we wanted it done. She probably also handled problems I have no idea happened. Everyone here is so nice and attentive. They made my day so amazing.

ing a planner is not something I wanted to do but our venue required it. I am BEYOND grateful we did. Hiring her not only spaced out our to-do list, but with her years of experience after hundreds of weddings, she knows about all the details you forget about. Like the details that aren't listed on the "wedding to-do checklist" you find on Google.
Having her also allowed us to be fully present on our wedding day and know that everything would be handled. We could truly enjoy the day, each other, and our friends and family. If you don't have a planner, often times you are the go-to when a vendor needs something, when someone is running late, when the DJ needs to know if it's cake cutting time, etc. etc. etc. Having Leah gave us the ability to enjoy and be present... it was priceless.
In addition to her planning services, she has event rental and design and Your Perfect Stems florals. An all-in-one wedding experience. Having everything at your finger tips with one person/company, cut down on so much stress and time spent. We were able to get our arch, table centerpieces, ceremony decor, candles, chargers, napkins, bouquets... basically everything from her - and it was SO beautiful.
As far as cost and pricing, she had different options depending on your needs. Some services are discounted if you hire her for planning, & she was the most affordable of all the wedding planners I researched. AND she goes above and beyond. Clearly, I can't say enough amazing things about her & her team.

dinators, I initially went in very skeptical of the necessity. But let me tell you that when you find the right one, it is worth every penny. I’m a guy – I didn’t know all that was involved in a planning a wedding and I quickly became overwhelmed hearing about logistics and vendors and décor and timeframes. Luckily, we came across Your Perfect Day, LLC. Leah and Liz removed all anxiety and doubt with their meticulous planning. There wasn’t any aspect of the day that was unknown from when we woke up to when the wedding was over. Every minute accounted for – every vendor addressed – how the room should look – where everyone should be and when… There was nothing to worry about because everything was taken care of. And to top it off, Liz treated us like her best friends and she was just doing her part in making our day perfect. I cannot possibly give a higher recommendation than to go with Your Perfect Day!
