Angela and her team were beyond amazing to work with. From the moment we started with her to the very end of our wedding day, Angela made our planning process so enjoyable and easy. She was extremely professional with all of our vendors and the venue staff too. Her communication with us was quick and timely whenever we had questions. We wish we could get married again just to have her help us out! We really don't think we could have made our day go so smoothly without her and Krystle. We have no doubt in our mind that, whomever she works with, they will just feel so at ease!
Angela was amazing to work with and if I could, I would give more than 5 stars! She was clear and communicative throughout the whole planning process. She made sure all our requests were met, and checked in with us multiple times during the wedding just in case we needed anything.
Also a shout out to her team, Krystle and Sandra that literally saved me during the wedding when a hook above my dress zipper was broken! Both of them acted quickly and sewed it back on. It was unbelievable, the dress fitted even better and more secure than it ever did!

Angela was my first pick out of the slew of coordinators that I was looking into because I was familiar with her work for a few acquaintances of mine. My gut feeling didn’t disappoint because her and her team were with me during the planning process the whole way, even when she was pregnant! I respect this a lot because working while caring for a newborn is hard to do, but she still communicated with me often, regardless of the numerous questions that came up in my head. I could text her anytime without feeling like I was bothering her and I was really happy with the relationship we had cultivated. I was looking for someone I could trust on my big day and also someone who was somewhat of a big sister to guide me through all the ins and outs of wedding planning. I wasn’t nervous the days leading up to the wedding, nor was I nervous on the day of because I was confident in the work we had put in. I trusted Angela and her team so much that I was calm because I knew that they would do a fantastic job. And to that they did!! Everything went so seamlessly on the day of and my husband and I had a great time and actually enjoyed our day. My guests also commented relentlessly how well the day went because it was such a smooth day. And, if there were hiccups, I wouldn’t be able to tell because everything was handled.
On the day of the wedding, Lisa was close by at hand making sure my husband and I ate and stayed hydrated. She had set aside appetizers for us to enjoy and kept water close at hand. She also handled my dress bustle and did it within a minute. I felt well taken care of, and I was relaxed the whole time.
I am so grateful for making the decision to choose PBE. And I believe I will still choose them someday for an anniversary party one day!
Angela and her team are the best wedding planners anyone can ask for. They are very organized and paid close attention to detail. They made our wedding dreams come true in such a short time. My husband and I are one of the wedding couples that kept getting postponed due to COVID, after 2.5 years waiting we finally decided we’re not going to wait anymore. We booked a venue and we had 6 months to plan a wedding. I definitely needed help. Angela was highly referred and came in organizing what I tried to start by myself. We could not have done it without her and her team. Every single detail that I wanted, Angela helped made it come to life. From planning the rehearsal dinner and getting the hotel room block, to the whole wedding day and all the way up to the end of the reception everything was taken care of. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and actually got to enjoy our wedding! We could not thank Angela, Tiffany and Katy enough for making our special day the most amazing day ever!
We wish we could have another wedding so we could hire Angela and her team again! We LOVED working with them in the almost year before our wedding, and we already miss Angela as she was such a big part of our life for such a long time it feels like.
Before the wedding - Angela and her team were wedding coordinators at my cousin's wedding that I was a bridesmaid at, and it was great to be able to see them in action. I could see that my cousin felt at ease and that everything was under control and in Angela's hands. When it came time to hire my own coordinator, and I needed to be sure it was the right fit, and Angela showed us she was. She didn't force us to hire her, she gave us so much advice in the selection process, and we felt so at ease with her that of course we went with her! As my husband and I had planned the wedding, we just needed to make sure that we had the right team to execute our vision, and Angela put us at ease straight away. She gave us some tips on where to look for certain things, and she was always available via email when we needed her. We were also planning our wedding from across the pond, but the 8-hour time difference meant nothing and we still got things done.
Lead-up to wedding - Angela checked in to make sure we were on track with our "deadlines" and that we were ok with our plans. Again, we didn't feel any pressure from her to go one way or another with any decisions, she was just there to give us a helping hand should we need a 3rd voice between the two of us, as well as reassuring us that our decisions were the right decisions for us. She also knew our vendors really well and worked seamlessly with them to make magic happen. She gave us tips on transport as our venue was in a unique location, and according to our guests the tips were perfect. We also had a unique situation happen the day of our ceremony rehearsal where we asked one of our best mates to be a groomsman that day, and as he didn't have a suit in the right colour, Angela, WITHOUT US KNOWING, booked an appointment within an hour for our friend to rent a suit! IT WAS AMAZING! Everyone was in awe of how efficient she was and how she just made sh** happen. We almost gave her a round of applause if we weren't in shock and awe!
Day of wedding - All the things you hear about nerves, things going too fast, hiccups, etc. on your wedding day aren't true if you have the right people with you. Angela and her team ARE THE RIGHT PEOPLE. My husband and I enjoyed the entire day and remember everything. We don't feel like the day went by too quickly because we were able to be 100% present in the moment thanks to Angela and Katy reminding us to be. We had so much fun getting ready, the energy in the group was VIBES, and we'll remember everything for years on end. Our bride squad and groom squad felt so at ease with Angela and Katy, Andrea and Angela made sure the venue looked impeccable, and everything just turned out amazing. We knew everything was taken care of that I had no space to even worry about anything because Angela took care of things before they even reached us! They made sure that my husband and I were taken care of by reminding us to eat and drink, and also gave us space to be with each other and just enjoy the moment. At the end of the night, everything was taken care of, breakdown happened quickly and efficiently, and we were out of there easily.
We mean what we say in our title - Angela, Katy, and Andrea are our 'ohana for life.

Unfortunately, we decided to split up our intimate ceremony and reception, and Angela was supportive and helpful for both days/events. We highly recommend Angela as she took on all the communications with vendors, scheduling, timeline, and always checked in to ensure we were in good spirits each and every minute. As a couple, we felt the stress melt away, and we were able to really enjoy this milestone and focus on each other. The Perfectly Bubbly team is a huge resource - they have our highest recommendation! We are so grateful for you Angela!

Where do I even begin? Angela is an awesome wedding planner and you need her team in your life! She’s full of positive energy, very knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the whole wedding planning process. She made wedding planning fun and exciting! She is also easy to talk to and available when you have a question. The day of our wedding went smoothly because of her. We couldn’t have done it without her and her team. Shoutout to Jamie, who designed and created our signs, and Maria who helped us the day of the wedding.
As a wedding photographer, it is incredibly important to have a top-of-the-line, professional and joyful wedding planner or wedding coordinator on a wedding day vendor team. I don't recommend working with this wedding coordinator. She terminated my contract with her suddenly because she demanded that I upgraded my package for sending her emails, even though unlimited emails was included in our contract agreement.
When I asked for clarification on how my emails were out of line with our agreement, she stated that "In our recent interactions, it has become clear that this client-business relationship is not a good match. Per the agreement signed on May 28, 2021, Perfectly Bubbly Events reserves the right to terminate the contract at any given time for any given reason. (Please see Clause V.ii in the contract.) This email serves as written notice that Perfectly Bubbly Events will be terminating this agreement, effective immediately."
I was aiming to understand the contract information more clearly if I was misinterpreting it incorrectly, but apparently that was asking for too much. She didn't even attempt to give me a phone call and did it all through email.
I work frequently with vendors in my professional job in FAANG big tech and I've worked in the service industry for 5+ in event planning and food service. I'm very familiar with interacting with vendors, contractors as well as making clear contracts and SOWs that are $100,000s+ in services.
I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, so I don't recommend you partnering with this company.
If I can sum up one word for Angela's team it would be organized! Angela was a key factor into making sure our day went smoothly. She replies to emails extremely quickly and is also extremely detailed. She set and organized all the decorations for us and she was able to successfully transition the day from the Church to the venue. Planning a wedding during this pandemic was a headache enough for us but with Angela's help it made it easy and smooth on our big day. I definitely did not have to worry about one thing on the big day with her by my side!

Angela is hands down the Michael Jordan of the industry. If it’s a successful event you’re looking for, you bet your bottom dollar on her because she is CLUTCH. I met Angela through my best friend who booked her as a wedding coordinator for her wedding. At first, we were convinced that we didn’t need one until we seen Angela and her team in action the day of their wedding. WOW.
And here goes my experience: We were so fortunate that she was available for our wedding which was two months away. We had our consultation call which she thoroughly goes through every single detail that her packages entail. She’s so articulate with her delivery and she provides you the confidence to entrust her with your wedding. From there, she provides the resources needed for you to stay on track, organized, and on task. She then begins her coordination magic where she reaches out to your vendors, creates meetings with them, and creates timelines catered to each needed vendor and the wedding court. From the morning glory chaos, the wedding itself, and post-wedding, her and her team execute the day with such poise and grace. She kept our wedding running so smoothly and we couldn’t be more grateful for her and her team for how they kept our stress levels under control throughout the entire day.
She really does become your wedding BFF as she’s extremely amiable, bubbly, and so supportive. I highly recommend her services to any future brides and grooms who are seeking a well executed event. Her work ethic and passion for what she does shines through and though. Because of Perfectly Bubbly Events, our wedding day was most memorable best day ever. Thank you Angela and team!
Angela and her team are absolutely amazing!! We are so glad we met Angela and we LOVE her BUBBLY personality! As our wedding coordinator, she was on top of it since the beginning. Although we had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic, Angela was extremely communicative and checked in regularly.
We really appreciate Angela being so flexible and avaliable the weeks leading up the wedding. She always responded to our emails and texts very quickly. She hopped onto last minute vendor phone calls and helped eased a lot of our wedding related stress. She was extremely professional when working with our vendors.
On the wedding day -- Angela and her team were GREAT. They executed the image of our wedding to the exact detail and we couldn't be happier! We were blown away by Krystle's kindness -- in the middle of the wedding reception, she make a personal trip to buy diapers and wipes for our niece. That was above and beyond! Angela and her team at Perfectly Bubbly Events were the reason our wedding turned out perfectly! At the beginning of wedding planning, I didn't think we needed a wedding coordinator since we were doing a lot of the planning ourselves. When we started running into issues communicating with our venue coordinator, we knew we were going to need some help. I found out about Perfectly Bubbly Events through recommendations of some friends who also had their weddings coordinated by Angela. They all had amazing things to say about her and her team, which made me even more confident about choosing them. We went with the Intimate Package, which included some pre-wedding planning, rehearsal practice, and wedding day coordination. I am so glad that we decided to work with Angela because she made the whole planning process so smooth! Angela made sure that our timeline was perfect before the big day. She really listened to our concerns and she made sure that everything we wanted to incorporate into our wedding could happen. During rehearsal practice, Angela and Krystle were there to make sure that everyone knew their roles and knew what they needed to do on the wedding day. On the morning of the wedding, Angela made sure that the whole bridal party was ready on time. She send text message reminders to everyone to ensure that we weren't running behind. I really appreciate that she made sure I ate breakfast and drank water because the morning of the wedding was really busy! The rest of the PBE team was at the venue setting up and they did an outstanding job! There were a lot of DIY projects that my husband and I did for the wedding and with the help of the PBE team, we were able to really execute the vision I had for our wedding. Thanks to the PBE team, I didn't have to stress over any of the wedding details because I knew we were in good hands. Throughout the wedding day, Angela and Krystle were by our sides and made sure everything ran seamlessly. They helped execute our first look, they made sure all of our family members were there for our photos, they coordinated our sunset photos in the vineyard, and even helped make sure we had the amazing sparkler exited we wanted. Although there was an issue with the venue forgetting to set up some food items we had ordered, Angela made sure we were compensated. She really advocated for us from beginning to end and we are so thankful for her. Angela is beyond amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend her for any event, big or small. She is a very smart, positive, and radiant person and I am so glad we were able to work with her. Thank you for everything Angela, Krystle, Amir, and team!!! We are so grateful for you all!
Perfectly bubbly events was all I could ever ask for in a month of coordinator! Angela and her team sent checklists and regularly checked in with me months before our wedding even though we only hired her for the month of! When Covid hit she did regular wellness checks and was there to support us the whole time! Once our month countdown was on Angela was involved in everything. All final details meetings and took over on everyday the week of the wedding! I was able to completely relax the day of knowing everything was handled. Angela and her team went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend her a million times to everyone I know that will be planning a wedding.
Angela (and her hubby who hopped in to help) achieved the prettiest picnic on top of a giant climbing rock... sounds hard, it was! They got it done and I was so surprised and impressed. The little touches of including things from our home, using her machine to custom make ADORABLE signage and a custom donut wall, helping with planning and guiding my now fiance to incorporate his vision and both of our styles was just wonderful! She's really busy but was able to fit us in and very accomodating with scheduling so this could happen- she came highly recommended by our photographer who was recommended by family and I'll add to that long list!
Working with Angela and PBE was the BEST decision I could have made to pull off my wedding!! We hired Angela a few months before our first wedding date (which was canceled), and Angela helped us plan the next wedding in about 2 months. First, working with Angela is inspirational: she is on top of everything, she predicts every single detail you will need before you know it, she executes planning with military like precision, her work ethic and professionalism is stellar, and she gets everything done (no detail left behind). Angela is excellent at leading people and giving directions to larger crowds, and handles complicated situations and details with ease. I don't know how my wedding would have happened without Angela and PBE and their wedding expertise. Thank you!

Angela and I connected a mere EIGHT weeks before our planned wedding date. Due to Covid, we downsized our original plan and opted for a small micro wedding with a drive-by reception. Angela and her team helped us pull off the Covid-micro-wedding of our dreams....in eight weeks.
She made sure I was stress free and worry free leading up to the wedding. Angela talked me through each of my decisions and helped me weigh pros and cons. We transformed my parents' overgrown yard into a lush oasis. Angela found us a florist and DJ within our budget. Watching Angela, her team, and our vendors work together was amazing...it was like watching a well-oiled machine.
On the day off, Angela and her team took care of EVERYTHING. All I had to do was get my make up and hair done, show up, and look pretty...oh, and get married! They made every detail perfect. My husband and I escaped for some golden hour photos after our drive-by reception. We came back an hour later to a cleaned up house with everything put away.
Angela thought of every detail I didn't have the bandwidth to manage. She was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process.

I met Angela at a wedding fair Spring 2019. My now-hubby and I didn’t plan on having a wedding coordinator but after our initial meeting with Angela, we realized that we definitely needed the kind of help/service that she provided. As a bride and groom, you certainly don’t want to be worrying about ANYTHING at all on your big day (and you don’t want to burden your family or friends either) because your main goal is to enjoy and be present, so we decided to hire Angela and let me tell you, it was the BEST decision we’ve ever made. Hands down.
We chose the “Up Close and Personal” package since we’ve already had a few vendors booked but we needed some help coordinating all the wedding logistics and managing our budget. Angela started her work immediately after we signed the contract and every meeting with her was so productive. No time was wasted and we enjoyed her affable personality (she really is super bubbly!).
But then, COVID hit and we had to heartbreakingly postpone our big wedding that was scheduled for 8/8/20. Throughout the pandemic, Angela has constantly checked-in on us and she was even courteous enough to halt payments since I had lost my job and we postponed to May 2021. Rescheduling with Angela was a breeze and she helped me reschedule all my other vendors too. She was very kind, patient, compassionate, and had our best interest in heart.
Two months before our would-be wedding day, my hubby and I decided that we didn’t want to wait any longer to tie the knot so we planned to host a micro-wedding at our cousin’s backyard. We had a tight budget and we figured that we could handle coordinating our own backyard wedding with 25 guests. But boy was I SO wrong. I was going to solely face the stress of setting everything up and I was starting to panic. Luckily, Angela was still available and happily accepted our plea for help a week before our wedding! She got to work right away, sat down with me to organize the most detailed timeline I have ever seen, shared it with all my vendors, and I can’t emphasize enough how much she alleviated all the stress I had.
Wedding day came and it was seriously the BEST DAY EVER. I felt ZERO stress and it was the best feeling ever as a bride. Angela was there with us the whole day — she made sure I was eating while getting ready (cuz sometimes you just forget lol), she regularly checked up on my groom and made sure the boys weren’t late to the venue, she put up ALL my decor/rentals under the blazing heat of the August sun, she worked with my photographer to make sure that we were on schedule, and lastly, while my groom and I were having the best time of our lives (aka getting turnt lol), Angela packed up all our decor, distributed leftover food to guests, disassembled all the tables and chairs and neatly organized them for the rental company to pick up, and there was not a single thing we had to worry about.
To summarize this overly lengthy review, Angela is the BEST investment you can ever have for your wedding day. She is very PASSIONATE at what she does and works hard to make sure that she understands your vision so that she can execute it correctly. Our backyard wedding was so magical and perfect (I couldn’t think of anything that went wrong) and it was all thanks to Angela. Seriously, I do not have enough kind words to describe this fascinating woman that I am happy to have formed a flourishing professional and personal connection with.
My now husband and I hired Angela last year in 2019 to be our day of coordinator for our June 2020 wedding. After our first meeting with her to go over the services she offered, we immediately knew she was the one! We went with the "day of coordinator" services, which also included full communication with our vendors a month before the big day. But the main reason we hired Angela, is because of her professionalism, organization, and most of all, her bubbly personality. After that day, we knew we were in good hands.
Months leading up to the wedding, Angela would send us to-do checklists 12 months out, 6-9 month, etc., which was super helpful in planning. If I needed advice, she would be an email away. She was amazing! However, COVID hit and our dream wedding started becoming less and less of a reality. Come early May 2020, my husband and I decided to cancel our 300 guest wedding. We were devastated.
My husband and I didn't want COVID to ruin our special day (late June), so I contacted Angela on if she knew any potential venues where we could still hold a small ceremony for our closest family and friends. We scheduled a call and the amount of hidden gems she knew is impressive. She helped me contact some places for availability. At first, not much luck given that COVID circumstances had not improved. Then a couple of days later, she responded and said Heather Farm Park would soon resume their wedding ceremonies and said I should look into the location. We googled some pictures and 2-3 days later, we signed an agreement to book the venue without even visiting the venue. We trusted Angela with her word.
Yes, we signed our venue agreement 3 days before our actual wedding. Not stressful at all right? It wasn't, because we had Angela! From the second we signed, she walked us through EVERYTHING. She gave us a walkthrough on what my husband and I needed to get done, helped us with a very detailed schedule, seating chart, doing my final venue walkthroughs and other set-ups. She practically did everything!
And can I say everything was PERFECT! Given we had so many restrictions with COVID, it was more beautiful than we had imagined. After the ceremony, we took pictures with all our family and friends. And boy, Angela made that process go by fast and easy given the 60 guest count. We really don't think we would have gotten it done without Perfectly Bubbly Events' help.
3 months later, we look back and still say Angela is the best investment we've ever made! She is professional and very knowledgeable in the wedding industry. She is worth every penny spent. We would highly recommend Angela and her team to anyone!
If you have any doubt about hiring Angela, just do it. She is the absolute best and I don't have enough kind things to say about her. I hired Angela to be our month of coordinator (+ day of coordinator included), and it was the best decision ever. Throughout the planning process Angela was super helpful in making sure we were getting things done on time and assisted with any questions/ concerns I had. At the rehearsal, she handed out timelines for wedding day out to the best man and maid of honor so everyone knew exactly what was happening. I also loved the timeline she created pre-wedding weekend. It put my mind at ease knowing that certain things were set to happen so nothing would be forgotten. The morning of the wedding my hairstylist did not show up to myself/the bridesmaids airbnb and Angela was on it right away. She was calling her and after about an hour of her not answering she called another hairstylist who she had on stand by for events. The new hairstylist was to us within an hour or so. This was absolutely insane to me...here I thought we would just have to do our own hair and Angela swooped in to save the day. Throughout the whole wedding day she was 100% on top of everything. She has a team of 3 (including herself) on wedding day so all bases are covered, and you literally don't have to worry about a thing. She has a utility belt of emergency items, one of which was stain remover. Some makeup had gotten on my dress and we were able to quickly remove it before it started to set. We had a car arrive for us to take us to our wedding night hotel and Angela made sure that all of our bags were inside the car before we got in. She also took home all of the things that we brought for decor (guest book, centerpiece things, etc.) and kept them for me until I was able to pick them up. Her and her team also got us a nice bottle of wine and a thoughtful card as a wedding present. All in all, you can't go wrong with hiring Angela and her team!
My husband and I live in Chicago and we were planning our wedding in the SF bay area. Planning at such a distance was going to be a challenge for us, and we were so thankful to have found Angela and the team from Perfect Bubbly Events.
After an initial consultation, we decided to go for the "Above & Beyond" wedding package. This gave us everything we needed to put our minds at ease. Planning and design was a breeze throughout, and we made it all the way through the wedding without any hiccups. Our wedding was just as we hoped and we could not have had the wedding we always wanted without Perfectly Bubbly Events!
While we were going through venue selection, Angela was able provide suggestions that we had not considered, and even visited the venues for us, as we were unable to do so ourselves. This helped us narrow it down, and then we scheduled a flight out to finalize in person.
The vendor selection process was superb, full of detailed breakdowns of pricing and options to consider. We ended up using multiple vendors from her preferred list. Their established relationships made everything more cohesive and the overall experience was better because of it.
In the month of the wedding, Angela and her team kicked into an even higher gear, helping us to make sure that every little detail was covered...transportation, vendor adjustments, reminders/checklists for the bride and groom, etc. By the week before the wedding, everything was so in place that there really was not much left to do on our end. Easy!
We came into town stress-free and the day-of operations were seamless too. Angela and her team tackled every detail that was needed. The weather ended up being slightly colder than planned, and we needed to make a last-day order for additional space heaters. We also moved the cocktail hour indoors and this process went by smoothly, and it was clear that Angela had already planned the possibility of this. We continued on with our day as if there was no change, and there was not even a bump in the road.
Overall, we were very happy with Perfect Bubbly Events. We will cherish our wedding and always remember how smoothly everything went because of Angela and her team! Highly recommended!
Angela from Perfectly Bubbly Events did an amazing job from start to finish! She was very attentive in every meeting we had and broke down all the details of what will happen or what could happen the day of the wedding. You will definitely need the extra guidance throughout the whole wedding planning process and execution especially if you have a big wedding party to direct. The first initial meeting, Angela brought her lab and typed down all of our ideas and set up plans. 2nd meeting was when I rented out a hall to organize all the boxes for decorations and seating chart, there she examined all the boxes and help prep each box with us. The rehearsal went smooth, she directed the wedding party where to stand and walk during the ceremony practice. The day of the wedding Angela and her crew did an amazing job setting up the setting and guiding our guests, we couldn’t have it with out her! Our special day was perfect because of Angela and her team. She guided us every step of the way and made sure we were set up for success. She’s very easy to communicate with and knows exactly what needs to be accomplished as the big day draws nearer. The execution of our entire wedding was flawless due to her wonderful organization and preparedness. Angela managed all of the moving pieces that come with a very busy morning of a wedding.

Angela is prompt, organized, and very responsive. Prior to our first meeting, she reached out to us via email and kept in touch throughout the months ensuring we were on track. She worked with our vendors to make sure they arrived on time and that there were no issues. She even recommended a hair stylist for the groom (whom he has been going to up until the stylist moved) and makeup services for the groom’s family. On our wedding day, Angela and her team were wonderful from the get-go. They took pictures for us and recorded priceless memories such as recording my mom’s reaction when she first saw me in my dress. Angela even went out to buy some safety pins for a dress mishap that we had with the groom’s sister! Not only that, she was on her hands and knees at the church to help remove the runner that was taped down to the floor with industrial strength tape. What more could you ask for?! Angela and her team not only made sure we had everything we needed or wanted, but also our family members. Prior to the reception, we were made aware that our cake was not decorated as it should have been. A member from Angela’s team quickly stepped in and worked some magic to make the cake look incredible. Angela also made sure everything was back in our possession at the end of the night and even returned the cake stand the next day. I highly recommend acquiring Angela and her team for wedding coordination services. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure your day is what you imagined.
