Owner Patricia Fratto is passionate about helping couples organize their dream day. After planning her own wedding in 2009, she discovered her love for event coordination and was inspired to help other soon-to-be-weds. She works with clients throughout the New England area and goes the extra mile to turn their unique nuptial vision into reality.
Perfectly Coordinated offers packages for full-service planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination. Budget analysis, RSVP tracking, and vendor selection are some of the many details they will assist you with. Patricia will be present during your wedding rehearsal to make sure each part of your ceremony goes according to plan. Patty is great, strongly recommend!
Patty was incredible! Her organization leading up to the event was unparalleled. I wish I could plan another wedding just to hand over the reins to her!
But seriously. Best wedding ever and it all came down to Patty's calm and on track leading up to day-of that made the day so easy.
Working with Patty was amazing! She was incredibly helpful and organized, making the entire wedding planning process stress-free. Her attention to detail gave me confidence that my wedding day would be smooth sailing. Everything went according to plan, and I attribute that to Patty's diligence and dedication. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and ensure every aspect of the event was perfect. Patty's warm and friendly demeanor made her a joy to work with, and she truly cared about making our day special. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch wedding planner.
Patty was beyond amazing! Before the wedding she was incredibly organized, helpful, and took away so much stress. The day of, she executed everything so perfectly so all we had to do was sit back and enjoy. The best thing was that her goal was to bring our vision to life, whatever that meant. Some planners like to do things a certain way or style, but Patty just wanted us to be happy and was willing to do whatever it took to make that happen. She also helped us get discounts or get creative with cost to keep us within budget. She was worth every single penny and more. There aren't enough stars on this review for her, she was a 10/5.
My wife and I had a great experience working with Patricia Fratto at Perfectly Coordinated. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Patty was always there to support us and provide her expert knowledge. She made the entire process smoother by helping us establish a timeline, manage vendors, and make informed decisions.
She helped us avert a disaster when a vendor backed out at the last minute. She used her experience and contacts to find a better replacement vendor than the original choice.
She provided a reassuring presence on the day of the event, ensuring vendors fulfilled their duties and allowing us to focus on the joys of the day. We were fortunate that her husband was also able to assist and happily supported us on our big day.
I initially found Patty through The Knot. I used the many positive reviews to feel confident that Patty was our right choice. I hope this review will also give others the confidence to contact Patty.
We have nothing but nice things to say about Patti! We worked with her for the final six weeks of wedding planning and regret not starting with her from the beginning.
To start, she went out of her way to help us before her contract officially started—coming to our venue planning meeting/tasting, helping us find a vendor for our welcome dinner, and answering general questions as we worked through a million little details.
As the final two months approached, we were counting down the days till Patti officially started planning for our wedding. She showed up to both of our planning meetings well prepared and provided worksheets to help guide the conversations and make sure everything went well. She truly put us at ease during the last 6 weeks leading up to our wedding, and we don’t think everything would have come together as seamlessly without her. Not to mention, her communication is excellent. She consistently responded to our emails and requests quickly.
When we ran into some difficulties with our band and venue a few weeks out, she hopped on the phone with us to get our issues sorted.
The day of, she made everything run seamlessly and we can’t think of a moment where we needed something and she could not deliver, whether it was having cough drops on hand, making sure cards got up to our suite, or making sure the band made the right announcements when we changed something around.
We cannot recommend Patti enough.
LOOK NO FURTHER for your wedding planner!! I recommend Patty to everyone I know getting married! I got engaged during the last year of my PhD program, and was terrified of planning a wedding at the same time as finishing school. I wanted a planner that would help with all the details, but still let me be a part of the process. Patty was all of that and so much more. Her knowledge of the wedding industry is impressive. She sent us vendor options within our budget, and offered explicit advice based on her personal relationships with them. She very responsive to emails and communications. And, she is so ORGANIZED!!! At the end of planning, there is a "Superbowl" meeting with the venue to make sure that everything you've planned for comes together in the end. I came to the meeting prepared, but Patty brought up so many small details that I didn't even think of. She made sure that everyone was on the same page. She came to my religious ceremony, ran the rehearsal, and made sure the Big Day went perfectly. I know there must have been 1,000 small things that went wrong that day, but I never found out because Patty took on everything that day and just let me enjoy it. She is the sweetest, most thoughtful person I hired for my vendor team, and I will be forever grateful for all the hard work she dedicated to me and my husband. I can't fathom how she gives all her couples the same attention, but she does it and makes it look so easy. Simply, there would not have been a wedding this year without her, and it wouldn't have been as beautiful and perfect as it was without her. Frankly, I wish I could hire her to run my whole life.
We absolutely loved Patty and are so glad that she was a part of our wedding planning process. Patty did an amazing job clarifying the timeline, both as we were planning and on the actual day. She had recommendations for great vendors that worked with our vision; she also managed all of our vendors and was able to be a direct line of communication with them. On our wedding day, she and her assistant made everything go so smoothly! She made sure everyone knew what was happening and I didn't have to deal with any logistics and could just focus on getting married! We couldn't recommend her enough!
It's hard to imagine our wedding day without Patty's help! Throughout over a year of planning, she was a constant councilor, helping us think through our vision for the perfect day and making sure we were on the right track to getting there. She helped connect us with so many vendors who we absolutely loved working with. She outlined the steps we needed to take, triaged and prioritized them, and then helped coordinate the effort. She brought so many wonderful suggestions for the day that we never even thought of, but ended up being an integral part of the experience for both ourselves and our guests.
When we had particular aspects of our vision that were a little out-of-the-ordinary, Patty helped us research how to make that vision a reality. She was flexible and open-minded and this allowed us to work it into our schedule in a graceful way.
Leading up to the wedding, Patty was invaluable in helping coordinate all the different vendors and making sure we had a cohesive timeline. Ourselves as well as many of our wedding party and parents felt this was an absolute life-saver and helped clear up so much confusion on where we needed to be, by when, and doing what. It really helped remove stress and difficulty from the day. And when it came time to act out that plan, she helped track down people and made sure all the actors were on stage for the right scenes.
We highly recommend Patty as a Wedding Planner for any future couples! Patty not only made sure everything was running smoothly on our perfect wedding day, but also that we had time to enjoy all the precious moments that we'll remember for a lifetime.
I wish I could hire Patty to coordinate my whole life! She is the absolute best of the best! I could go on and on, but do yourselves the biggest favor and hire her! She made everything absolutely perfect and seamless from start to finish! We could have our best day ever without worrying for one second! She made planning easy and fun! We worked with Patty at Perfectly Coordinated for full wedding planning services, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Patty is a true pro who is passionate about making sure your wedding and the planning process are seamless. From the beginning, she provides infrastructure and support to keep you on track in your planning. She really does worry about the details so you don't have to. She's very responsive, recommends fantastic vendors, and makes the wedding planning process so much easier and more enjoyable. Amazing is an understatement. Patty is the best decision I made for my wedding! She is the sweetest, most organized human being I have ever met! She is very detail-oriented and executed every vision I had planned perfectly for my wedding! Even with so many things going wrong with my other vendors several weeks before and all the way up until the day of the wedding. Yet Patty calmly and graciously took care of each and everything that came up and fixed them, all while keeping me calm in the process! I can't recommend Patty enough. She was an absolute lifesaver for my wedding and I can't thank her enough for helping me with the best day of my life!

Because we were having this wedding up in Massachusetts, we needed someone to coordinate all local vendors.
The most important part was searching for a venue that matched our needs and wishes.
Patty was nice enough to take us around to several until we finally decided on a wonderful place that was more affordable than others.
She provided multiple recommendations for each type of vendor, and was then was on every call that we had with them.
We could tell in the background she was furiously taking notes to make our day easier.
She did a wonderful job of tracking all of our expenses so that we stayed in budget, And reminded us of when deposits were due.
We realize that she did a lot of background communications with the vendors before our happy day.
The day of the wedding we didn’t have to lift a single finger. There was an itinerary so we knew exactly what to expect.
Then, during the ceremony she had her notepad out sure that everything was timed perfectly.
At the end, everything was boxed off for us and she helped us load it into our vehicle.
We honestly don’t know how we could’ve done this all without her because it eliminated so much stress.
Patty is worth her weight in gold and we highly recommend her!!
I really enjoyed working with Patty to plan my wedding. She has tons of experience, is very kind and professional, and loves what she does. Our wedding day went very smoothly thanks to her attention to detail and calm and collected attitude. Thank you, Patty!!
Hiring Patty was the absolute best decision that we made for our wedding! We planned our wedding over almost 2 years from halfway across the country while working an 80hr/week job and Patty didn't miss a beat in making it the best day we could've imagined while also minimizing stress. My mom at the beginning of wedding planning was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner (she felt like she could do it all herself) and by the last month or two she was more than 150% on board and recommending Patty to all of her friends.
A couple of stellar things we appreciated so much:
1) Patty is SO flexible. Like I mentioned, we were planning long distance and with crazy work schedules and Patty was always willing to hop on a Zoom call or work around our schedules when we came into town to try and knock out as much wedding planning at once. She was also willing to meet with us as late as 9pm her time - truly above and beyond! Her email response times are incredible and I truly felt like if I had a scatterbrained thought/idea about the wedding and shot Patty a quick email she would immediately make it happen for our wedding.
2) Her organizational skills are AMAZING. She created so many detailed timelines for everyone involved in the wedding from wedding party/VIPs to each individual vendor. She thought of things that I NEVER would've thought of (and even figured out how the venue/venue coordinator-provided standard timeline wouldn't work for us and fixed it all). She spent hours of the phone on her own with our venue coordinator, photographer, videographer, etc in the month leading up to the wedding to figure out exactly what they needed to fit it all in the timeline - I loved that I didn't have to be a part of these conversations at all because at this point I was just so overwhelmed.
3) She'll go to bat for you. We unfortunately had a sort of pushy venue coordinator and I expressed my concerns to Patty and she absolutely reached out to her to tell her to stop - as a people pleaser, this was invaluable to me!
4) She has AMAZING vendor contacts that come in on or under budget. Our photographer, florist, and HMUA were all recommendations from Patty and they all did an INCREDIBLE job. All of them were people I never would've found on my own through The Knot or instagram and they came in far below quotes I got from vendors I did contact on my own. Also, if I wasn't super excited about the initial vendors she sent me, she would look happily look for more/didn't have a "limit" to how many vendors she could source.
5) She really helped make budget management less overwhelming. At the outset, Patty took our overall budget and helped create a budget breakdown for each category. This was so helpful so that I could make sure we weren't going too far over budget in any specific category to the detriment of another category.
6) She lets you run with your vision. I think a lot of full wedding planners out there can be pretty focused on maintaining their "aesthetic" and a lot of the weddings they do end up looking similar. Patty is not that at all! She focuses on vendor recommendations/organization but definitely doesn't try to push design ideas on you. I have friends whose planners told them they absolutely need specific charger plates and I loved that Patty understood that we had no idea charger plates were even a thing and don't care about them at all.
I am running out of character count to sing her praises but suffice to say, HIRE PATTY!
Patty from Perfectly Coordinated did exactly what we had hoped she would do: take the stress out of staying organized when planning our wedding. I'm sure most are like we were, not sure what questions to ask vendors, not sure what details we needed to plan for, etc. In all of our interactions, right up to the wedding itself, Patty made sure we knew all of the decisions we needed to make, offering insights into how to make choices based on her experience. This translated into us being able to enjoy the experience, vs. feeling like it was "work" to plan our wedding. I would highly recommend Patty for your wedding planning needs!
Working with Patty was a wonderful experience from start to finish. When we initially brought Perfectly Coordinated on board, we felt overwhelmed and defeated by the whole wedding planning process. As soon as Patty began supporting us, however, planning felt manageable. Patty helped us to prioritize, establish timelines, make decisions that fit our desires and budget, and she communicated endlessly with our whole vendor team to ensure every detail was just right. When the big day finally arrived, my husband and I were able to be entirely present because we knew we were in such good hands. She went above and beyond to locate vendors during a time of limited supplies. She is very resourceful and was always able to find an appropriate substitute where needed.
The bride and groom are young professionals with very little free time. The MOB was on the opposite end of the country. We zoomed, emailed and texted frequently with Patty as she insured every detail was was perfect. Patty’s timelines and updates were invaluable!

After delaying our wedding for COVID and moving across the country, we started from scratch in Boston, not knowing what restrictions would be any place, or literally any vendors at all in New England. I am a busy surgery resident with limited time, but had a big vision for our wedding. Patty worked with my crazy work hours, meeting with us on Zoom late at night when I got off of work, and being sure we packed as much possible into my days off. She helped us find a truly incredible crew of vendors, and coordinated all of the details with them seamlessly. She helped us stay on budget, despite having a very big vision and "must have" list. In the weeks leading up to the wedding when I started to have a lot of questions, it was such a relief to find that Patty had already anticipated and handled every situation far in advance. On the day of the wedding, I arrived to the reception to find my dream wedding vision come to life and perfectly executed. The night was absolutely perfect in every way, and flowed seamlessly. Michael and I are forever grateful to Patty for making our dream wedding a reality, and could not recommend her more for anyone planning a wedding in the Boston area!
Hiring Patty was THE BEST decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. She helped make every decision much easier and we were more confident in each one of them. Patty is the best!! She is very kind and very professional. I came from Japan, so I have no idea about wedding in US and I was overwhelmed by preparation. Patty was always with me and she gave me tasks step by step. I could not go through about this wedding preparation without her. We absolutely loved working with Patty. She was fantastic. I never had to worry about any details because I trusted that she had everything worked out. I wasn’t stressed out at all leading up to the wedding and if ever I was feeling like I needed to do something she would give me a check list, which really helped my type A personality. Additionally, my husband and I are not the type of people who had any sense of wedding vision. Patty helped us focus and helped us pick out fantastic vendors and told us what she thought would work best for us. Our wedding was flawless, at least from my perspective! If there were any issues at all, I am unaware and she handled them all perfectly. I would recommend Patty 100 times over to all my friends and family. She is amazing!
We got married last weekend after a year and a half of planning in covid world. I can honestly say.. I don't know how anyone gets married without a Patty. From whittling down our venue list, to sourcing the rest of our vendors, managing all of their communication, keeping us on top of what needed to be done with monthly checklists, and ultimately making everything run SO smoothly — she was AMAZING.
Our primary goal of hiring a wedding planner was to ensure we weren't stressed leading up to the wedding, and that all of our friends & family could have a blast the day of, and this is what she delivered. Best investment we made.

My fiance and I were planning a wedding during the depths of COVID, stubbornly refusing to move the date but to work with all the changing restrictions. I was in way over my head trying to keep up with everything while also planning a Boston wedding from Tennessee. We needed help and hired Patty and from DAY 1 she had everything under control with suggestions, manageable lists, and support. She swung with the COVID punches and pulled off the most amazing wedding!!
We had several guests afterwards comment to us on not only how sweet and amazing Patty, her husband, and team were but "we have never been to a wedding where everything went perfectly!"
If you want your planning process to be less stressful, where you can personalize and be as involved as you want, and then have a wedding that is amazing and goes of without a hitch- Patty is the best way to go!
My husband and I were back and forth about investing in a planner, but both of us had minimal time to spare with school and work. We also could've never guessed what was coming... rescheduling and then eventually cancelling our wedding vendors due to the pandemic. Patty was invaluable in this very emotional process. We found her by reading reviews on the Knot and felt the same way at first; who really knows if what the review says is true? After talking with her in an introductory call, we went with our gut and picked her. I wish I could speak to you directly and tell you how much Patty made this process of basically planning two weddings and then cancelling them both seamless. She has great attention to detail, a million connections in the industry, and is regularly available to answer questions. She is as hands on or off as you want her to be. She makes a lot of great suggestions but doesn't pressure you into any. I'm afraid we cannot speak to how she is on wedding day, but if we ever do get a chance to reschedule a big reception she's our number one choice to plan it. One specific example I can provide was she bought us bride and groom masks for our small COVID-19 wedding day; something we didn't even consider and she was not obligated to do. With the way the I imagine the industry is changing, you'll want someone like her to help. It'll make planning your big day so much more carefree.
Patty is absolutely amazing to work with! Feeling overwhelmed a month before my wedding, I found Patty and asked her to help me. I'm so happy that I did!!! She quickly got a handle of what I still needed to get done (this what the biggest part) and helped me coordinate a wedding beyond my dreams. She was always calm under pressure and always knew what we still needed to get done and when. I appreciated Patty's organization and experience - it was a gift! I highly recommend Patty from Perfectly Coordinated. I am a very type A personality and thought I would be able to handle all of the planning for my smallish - 50 person wedding. Patty thought of everything and managed to always be two steps ahead of me. I would not have been able to relax the week before the big day but I knew Patty had everything in hand. I can say that I was actually able to fully enjoy my wedding and all the festivities leading up to it because I knew Patty had my back. Patty is the absolute best. While I was excited to get married, I was truly anxious about what was needed to make it happen. But Patty has been a blessing. She is passionate about wedding planning, incredibly organized, and she is a delight to work with -- all this was true before Covid. When Covid hit, Patty was there for us every step of the way, and helped us postpone our wedding with ease. And when it was finally our wedding day, we were so grateful -- and blown away -- by Patty's hard work and expertise. Over the extended time interval leading up to our wedding, Patty became a great friend. We can't recommend her enough!
Working with Patty was one of the best things I could have done! Patty made my planning experience stress free and so smooth. Unfortunately due to Covid, we had to cancel our wedding and Patty made the stress of having to email all vendors extremely minimal. We were able to plan my wedding in such a short period of time because of how efficient and on top of everything She is. She’s so kind which makes it easy To connect and she understood everything I wanted which I know if the wedding were to happen , she would have been able to bring that vision to life ! Patty has been a great backbone for all my worries and needs and overall the best wedding planner !
After a week of late nights trying to research wedding venues and vendors on my own, I was already stressed out and dreading the whole process. I made the smart choice and shifted to researching wedding planners instead and that's when I found Patty and her company, Perfectly Coordinated. Hiring Patty to be our wedding planner was a game changer. She actually made the process enjoyable for us and everything went off without a hitch on the big day.
Fortunately for us, Patty works with couples of all budget sizes and was able to build her fee into our wedding budget. From there, she helped us prioritize what was most important to us and used that to help guide our spending. She paired us with excellent vendors in our price range with whom she had worked previously and helped facilitate our communication with them, joining calls and attending meetings with us whenever she was able to.
Patty was a joy to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process. She has a calm and cheerful personality to go with her superb organizational skills. We enjoyed our calls with her and checking off items on the monthly checklists she provided. Oftentimes, Patty went above and beyond our expectations. For example, when she realized we were unfamiliar with our target area for a venue (halfway between my family and my husband's family) she scheduled venue tours for us by geography factoring in drive times and even built in a lunch break for us.
For our wedding day, Patty created a full timeline of events, not only for us, but one for our vendors and even one for the wedding party to keep everyone on schedule. She and her wonderful assistant were with us from before the vendors arrived until the lights came back on to ensure everything went smoothly and it did! I highly recommend Patty and Perfectly Coordinated for your big day!
This is long overdue, but hiring Patty was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. We got married in October 2018 and from the moment we hired her, we knew we were 100% taken care of. We selected the month-of coordination package and it was by far the best money we spent. The last six weeks of wedding planning are super hectic and a lot needs to get done in a short amount of time as RSVPs begin to come in. Patty was incredibly organized and kept us on track with decision-making and had super helpful checklists to make sure we weren't missing anything. On the day of, we didn't have to think AT ALL about logistics -- Patty took care of everything, from the church setup to supervising the caterer and rental setup to dealing with vendor payments, allowing us to just enjoy our wedding! I want to give a special shout-out to her husband who was working as her assistant that day. Our four young nephews, who are picky eaters, were getting hungry and weren't eating the food that was being served. He left the wedding and brought back chicken nuggets from McDonald's for them, which absolutely made those kids' days and shows what working with Patty and her team is like -- willing to go the extra mile for her clients! We'd 100% recommend Perfectly Coordinated to anyone.
Hiring Patty as a wedding planner was the best decision I made during my entire wedding planning process. I have a job with unpredictable hours and planning a wedding seemed daunting on my own, especially far away from family. Patty was a wizard at getting things done, and was super flexible in allowing me to be involved in the parts I wanted to be and taking care of the rest when I was overwhelmed. Patty is professional, friendly, kind-hearted, efficient, and extremely responsive (never went more than 12 hours without a response from her, and most often was within an hour). She knows a ton of people in the business & was able to help me find good deals on vendors — even found a last-minute makeup artist for me at midnight 4 days before my wedding! Everyone at our wedding day was blown away at how put together everything was, and I give Patty all the credit. I enthusiastically recommend that you hire her — she’ll make the wedding planning process seamless & fun!
We are so glad we had Patty. She was always so warm and friendly and excited with us, but also organized and on top of things and kept us going. I could relay all kinds of anecdotes (like she put in a lot of time putting up and taking down decor that we provided ourselves and made our venue look AMAZING!), but the best summarization I could provide is this - there were a handful of little logistical things that didn't seem super important to me and I tweaked the plan Patty originally suggested to us, but looking back I realized that her ideas were 100% totally spot on and even though things seemed really little they play into the flow of the whole day and she knew exactly what we needed to do from top to bottom. If you hire her you will get the best care and attention on the big things but you should trust her on the little things too because she knows her stuff and will make your day a wonderful reflection of what you envision - and it will run smoothly with no stress!
If you are looking for help planning your wedding, look no further! Patty helped my husband and I find some of the best vendors out there and fine tune so many of the little details. Patty was really great to work with, and we definitely recommend her if you are considering a wedding planner! We searched for a planner because we had no idea how to plan a wedding or what things should cost. Every month, we received a checklist via email (in google docs). Patty kept our budget updated with every new expense. She handles all communication with vendors, and many small details that we would have overlooked. She even found us a last minute wedding painter 2 weeks before the wedding! You will get a couple of face to face meetings, phone meetings, and she is quick to respond to emails. Our wedding went off with zero problems, and having Patty there made us able to have a good time without worrying about the schedule or details.

Patty was a wonderful month-of wedding coordinator, we really enjoyed working with her! She is very organized and detail-oriented, so I felt very at ease knowing she was handling a lot of things with our vendors and venue behind the scenes. I often emailed her for advice when making the many decisions involved with wedding planning, especially when my mom and I weren't sure on what to do. We started emailing a year and a half before the wedding date doing some consultation hours, then we brought her on for month-of coordinating.
She often presented pros and cons to my questions/options, which ultimately helped us make choices about all sorts of details. I used some of her vendor recommendations as well, and they were all excellent! I loved her to-do lists, master timeline, and many other documents she prepared. It made the weeks leading up to the wedding a lot more streamlined when I had everything in one place so I could more easily work through it and check off the tasks. I'm so glad we found her, it made the final weeks (where it gets the most stressful) much more manageable and I appreciated her help and advice in the year leading up to that point! She's a very sweet person and knows what she's doing! I had a pretty good idea of how I wanted the wedding to look, and Patty and her assistant were the perfect people to work with in setting everything up perfectly, and worked with the vendors on making sure they would arrive on time and carry out what they were supposed to. Our meetings and calls with her gave us piece of mind leading up to the wedding. She handled everything so we could enjoy ourselves!
Patty was our day of coordinator at our wedding in August 2018 and she was tremendous help! I planned my wedding long distance from the UK and she was so accommodating to my schedule and needs. Patty was great! We did her month of package and had a fairly logistically complicated wedding. She took over with all vendors the month before to make sure everything would go smoothly. We were planning from afar and having her local was crucial. She also recommended vendors and went and did a site visit for us. Highly recommend!

We literally could not have planned our wedding without Patty. We hired her with the full coordination package to help us plan our wedding in the backyard of my in-law's house on Cape Cod. Hiring Patty was one of the best decisions I made when it came to planning my wedding (8/4/18). At first, I was unsure if I would even need a wedding coordinator - I felt like I had a pretty good handle on planning, and I tend to be very organized and detail-oriented. However, having Patty step in for the last 6 weeks before the wedding was a lifesaver. My fiance and I got married at an old estate house, which meant we brought in all the vendors ourselves. It was a lot to coordinate, and Patty did an excellent job communicating with all our vendors and with our wedding venue in order to make sure that everything was all set for our wedding day. As the wedding got closer, Patty was in frequent contact about all the last-minute details that would have never crossed my mind. She ran a great rehearsal the night before the wedding, and day-of she was in complete command (from helping set out all decorations, to putting the covering on our chuppah, to her husband/assistant wiping down all our chairs since they'd been covered with rain that morning). Patty was extremely easy to work with - she always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had, and she really seemed to take into account what my fiance and I wanted (and not just what would be easiest for her). Even if you think you can do it all yourself, it really makes the day so much more enjoyable when you know that someone else has things under control. I highly recommend booking Patty!
After I got engaged, I decided to hire a wedding coordinator because I have a pretty demanding work schedule that requires a lot of travel. I knew I wasn’t going to have time to research vendors, compare pricing, and keep myself on track with the 10,000 decisions a bride has to make when planning her wedding. I had a vision of what I wanted my wedding day to be like, but I didn’t want to have to worry about the small details.
Enter Patty. The reason I hired Patty was because she seemed like someone who was extremely organized, had a lot of experience and contacts, and truly cared about her work. From Day 1, Patty listened, she offered tremendous advice that didn’t conflict with any of my creative or untraditional ideas, she was supportive, organized down to the smallest detail, she communicated, was flexible with our meetings and always punctual, and every vendor she recommended ended up being a perfect fit for what I was looking for.
When we were several months out from the wedding, the most helpful thing Patty did was keep me on track with planning, vendor decisions, and budget. Each month she’d send me a checklist with all the things my fiancé and I had to complete. This was extremely helpful because I would never have known how far out I should have been doing certain things and what type of price range I should have set for each item. It also helped me make sure I didn’t forget anything!
As we got closer to the wedding, Patty made sure she met with our venue coordinator, visited our venue, and became much more involved day-to-day. She created a detailed timeline of the wedding day so everyone knew how each hour would go, where we needed to be and when, and who was responsible for what. She attended and led our wedding rehearsal and instructed everyone how to walk, where to stand, the order of things, and answered any questions. She also took care of getting our marriage certificate signed and mailed it off for us so we didn’t have to worry about it.
On our wedding day, Patty made sure everything ran smoothly. I honestly didn’t worry about a thing! It was the best day of my life, thanks to Patty, and she spend the entire night orchestrating all of the many moving parts. She even thought to set aside a few mementos and gave them to us at the end of the night, which I never would have thought to do.
By the time the wedding day arrived, I honestly felt like Patty was a close friend who should have been there anyway, even if I hadn’t hired her. She had become my rock. She was always unbiased; a great listener; she learned a lot about me, my friends and family; and I learned just as much about hers. She had seen me laugh and cry, and I felt totally comfortable doing both in front of her. I have so much love for this amazing woman and am so grateful that she became such a dear friend of ours throughout the process of planning our wedding.
We hired Perfectly Coordinated for our wedding in Sterling, MA in late July. We got in touch with Patty a little late in the game. We were interested in her month-of planning package, which she states on her website as being a 6 week process. We were only 5 weeks out when we hired her. We had a consultation with her maybe 2 hours after we reached out via email, and we met her in person for a knowledge exchange 2 days later.
From then on, all of the panic, and stress, and frantic worries quickly began to dissipate. Patty was on top of everything! She handled all of the coordination with all of our vendors on the day of the wedding, and she facilitated our rehearsal. She was thoroughly confirming everything with us, and she thought of a lot of really important things that we hadn’t considered.
We even had some trouble with one of our vendors, and Patty took charge in determining a Plan B for us in case that vendor didn’t come through for us. Patty had detailed timelines for everyone involved in the wedding, so everyone knew exactly where to be and when.
When it came to the actual wedding day, my wife and I were able to completely relax and enjoy the day. Patty was at the venue, making sure that everything was being setup as per our vision, and making sure vendors were arriving on time.
Patty took the time to really get to know us as a couple, and what we wanted to see on our wedding day. She was so easy to work with, and you can tell she’s one of those people who has really found her calling, and is doing exactly what she loves to do. I can’t stress enough how wonderful Patty was, and how our stress level did a complete 180 from the day before we met Patty, to our wedding day.

We struggled with the idea of hiring a wedding planner in the beginning, thinking that our wedding would not be very big and that we were well-organized and relatively low-key about all those little details. In the end, we were so grateful for Patty’s help throughout the whole process. It was really such a beautiful time for us and our family and friends, and I give all the credit to Patty for making everything from the initial planning to the actual big day such a positive experience.
Patty does this work and does it so well because she loves it. Patty is super responsive and very practical in her approach – scheduling calls and meetings at various checkpoints throughout the year, updating our budget, providing checklists and prioritization for things we had to get done. When we were picking vendors, Patty was able to provide a list of 2-3 recommendations for each category based on her prior work with them and what she thought would match well with our wedding and expectations. It saved so much of our time and we felt comfortable with who we used because Patty had worked with them before. I asked for Patty’s input on everything wedding-related. Where do I shop for a wedding dress? Should we invite kids? Do we have to do wedding favors? Do I sound like a bridezilla? I trusted Patty’s opinion because I knew that she knew what she was talking about. It was a huge relief.
Two nights before the wedding, I had 6 family members scattered around our two-bedroom condo and was trying to figure out what I had to pack for the morning amidst the chaos. Then I remembered… Patty’s checklist! I took that page right out of a pink binder Patty put together for us 10 months prior (which I pretty much carried around with me every day to work and back for several months before the wedding) and went line-by-line, throwing things into our luggage. I don’t think I had to make a single decision or handle any logistics at the actual wedding. It was like it magically all came together – flats for dancing waiting on my chair when my feet gave out, gifts all packed up and waiting in our hotel suite after the wedding. That being said, I know it’s because Patty didn’t sit down for a single minute during the whole day and evening. I even attribute our ridiculously good weather to Patty. Clear blue skies and 76 degrees in late October?! That must be her work too.
It was a real pleasure to have the opportunity to work with Patty for the better part of a year, and we will always remember and appreciate her work in making our wedding a truly special and happy day for us.
Where do I even begin? Patty was the glue that kept it ALL together. From the moment I started working with her, she was always on top of the details, keeping me on schedule and asking me all of the right questions. As I was planning a wedding for the first time, there were so many details that I would have never thought of had it not been for Patty. As the year of planning went on, I grew more anxious and stressed out, but after my meetings with her where I got to dump out all of the information I was holding in my head, I felt SOOO relieved. The best part is that as the wedding grew closer, she let all of the vendors know that they should communicate any information to her and she kept me as in the loop as I needed to be at that point. She managed all of the vendors at my very “do it yourself” wedding venue and I could not have done it without her. She had an assistant the day of and they both helped set up the entire venue with decorations and all of the details with the assistance of the catering company. If it wasn’t for Patty and her team, we literally wouldn’t have had a wedding. I cannot recommend her enough—she’s amazing and you will be thankful you chose her to help with your big day. Patty was so helpful! We did the Partial Planning package and were very happy we did. We got full service for the day of and also had plenty of help throughout our entire planning process including recommendations for vendors. Patty is quick to respond to all emails and questions. She kept us calm and organized throughout the process. My now husband and I live out of state and Patty was excellent at coordinating with my mom and vendors when we weren't available to make the trip back to MA. I would definitely recommend her to anyone - especially if you are thinking you might need a little help along the way... Definitely worth it!
Patty was truly phenomenal - it's hard to convey the magnitude of what she was able to accomplish for our wedding, but suffice it to say that it was magical. My husband and I had an outdoor wedding in a park with no power outlets, seating, or support from a venue. We had a number of different vendors (music, flowers, chair rental, food, photographer) that were all arriving when we were going to be getting ready, so we needed someone to be there to greet everyone and set up the area for us. Additionally, we had a number of family members that were helping with DIY stuff, which also needed coordination. Patty made all of the moving pieces (and there were a LOT of them) flow seamlessly from set up to clean up. My husband and I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing - it was all done, exactly the way that we wanted it to be so we could just enjoy the day. Patty even brought her husband with her to make sure that there were enough hands (and he was just as lovely). In addition to all of the above, I want to add that there was a serious threat of bad rainstorms and, although we had a plan B, we were stubbornly reluctant to pull the trigger on it, as we both felt very strongly about having the ceremony outside, no matter what. Patty was very diplomatic about the rain and our stubborness - she didn't push us to have the ceremony inside, helped us brainstorm about other options, and was totally comfortable waiting until the last minute for us to decide. At Patty's gentle suggestion, we ended up getting a tent from the company that rented the chairs, which Patty facilitated (and she and her husband set up a canopy for the musician themselves). We really appreciated the fact that she was willing to indulge our less than logical feelings, without making us feel pressured or unprepared. Last but not least, she was incredibly affordable considering all the work that she did. I really can't say enough good things, and the above is only a small part of what she did for us. I would absolutely hire her again in an instant.
