Ashley Peters was everything you could ask for in a wedding planner. She was extremely diligent in planning our weddings, we were able to plan two weddings and have both of them be a massive success due to her attention to detail, experience and flexibility. She was a great resource when it came to planning the events and gave us things to consider that we hadn't even thought of in the run up to the wedding and was a massive piece in making the days go off smoothly and allowed us to enjoy the celebration without having to spend mental energy in dealing with any bumps along the way. If you choose her to plan your event you will be in the most capable hands and your day will be full of the same happiness and celebration that ours was. She was one of the best decisions that we made in our wedding and without her there would've been a lot of pain trying to get all the details correct to make the day as successful as she made it.

Where do I even start with Ashley Peters?!? In my very first phone call to Ashley I told her about how we were planning to do a surprise wedding at our rehearsal dinner AND a staged wedding and ceremony the following day at my parents back yard. This was a huge ask and Ashley was instantly and enthusiastically on board! I also explained to her that my mother was in remission with her cancer and we wanted to have the wedding in under a year to make sure she could be part of our special day. This was another big ask, but Ashley assured us that we could make this happen and got right to work, like was sending us her favorite DJ contact within the first 20 minutes after we got off the phone! I knew in that moment that Ashley was the BEST decision I made when it came to our wedding, besides the groom of course. Fast forward 6 months to when my world crumbled around me. My mother’s cancer was back and spreading. I was completely heartbroken at the thought of possibly losing her and that she might not make it to our wedding. I called up Ashley near hysterics and told her the news. Ashley listened to all my fears and heartbreak and was there with me through it all. She was so genuine in her concern for not only me and my fiancé, but also my whole family and how it was impacting them. I couldn’t have been more grateful for this amazing person that came into our lives. She waited for when I was ready to problem solve and she was down to find a way to move up all the arrangements we had made to 6 weeks out from that moment. She helped me contact the vendors, explain the situation, and see who could reschedule. She helped me look for new indoor venues where we could pull off a wedding in the middle of winter. In the end she pulled it off! We were just waiting for the doctor’s approval, which we didn’t end up getting, but don’t worry, everything worked out when we went back to our original plan for an August 2023 wedding. Even though she technically was only working the second wedding, Ashley went above and beyond to make sure everything was set with the shared vendors we were using. She coordinated with our photographers, florist, and even my parents (who ADORE HER) to make sure that everything we used at the first location made it back safely to the second. She also was also on top of the timeline for us and helped coordinating hair and make up and made sure the groomsmen were there on time. Her husband helps her work all her events and he was amazing with set up and honestly such a great guy! My dad still talks about how much he enjoyed working with her husband! Throughout all this, she was ALWAYS available to hop on a call with me or respond to a text I sent, and believe me, I did that a lot! Every decision that we made, she always made sure to ask about my mom’s comfort level and found ways to include her when mom felt well enough. I can honestly say I would not have survived wedding planning without Ashley and her INCREDIBLE team. My wedding would not have been how beautiful and fun as it was without her gentle, kind, thorough guidance. I joke with her that she with need to plan our 3rd wedding when we decide to renew our vows. In the end Ashley has not only become a friend that I cherish, but part of our family. We recently told her that we are expecting and are already in the works of making a plan for her to meet baby when they arrive. Ashley came into our lives when we needed her most and she is here to stay for the long run.

My daughter kept telling me that she found THE BEST wedding planner and I was happy, but really wondered how much difference that would really make...after all, how hard could planning a wedding be? We did all the early stuff pretty easily, like pick the date, venue and photographer, and again that didn't seem too hard. But then, Ashley started guiding us through more detailed lists of things to do and decisions to make. And even though she metered them out in doses, it quickly became overwhelming, especially since my daughter and I both had full time jobs. At some point it became crystal clear how much we needed Ashely just to get things done, and we turned as much over to her as we possibly could and she did an AMAZING job. Most importantly, she really cared about what my daughter wanted, how she felt, she reinforced and gave us confidence and support, and she really knew what she was doing. The wedding day was AMAZING, spectacular, practically perfect. It really couldn't have gone any better. And we owe it all to Ashley, we could not have put on such a fabulous wedding without her. Ashley and Nate, Where do I even begin?! I met ashley when I was about 10 maybe? My mom even went to her wedding. Fun fact, it was the same place me and my husband chose! Ashley and Nate were so happy for us from the jump when we started the process two years ago, and even more so that they could reminisce on their wedding night! I’m so happy we were able to help you two get all in your feels about your wedding ❤️ She has been more than helpful, exceeding any expectation we may have had. She has answered me very quickly, and had an answer for any question I may have had. She makes sure she can fit into your schedules for meetings, phone calls, or anything that may arise! She is so flexible, which is great with busy schedules. I can honestly say that the wedding planning process was a breeze and almost stress free due to Ashley! Fast forward to the week before and of the wedding. I got very sick, and was not able to do anything that week and a half. She spoke to my vendors, and she came up with an alternative to everything and anything incase I wasn’t up for something. She made sure the whole day that I was feeling good and made sure I took breaks when needed. She really cares about her couples, and sees them as friends, not customers. Making you feel so welcomed and supported through your whole journey. Ashley and Nate made sure all my decorations, ideas, and dreams came true the day and night of the wedding. They even catered to us and our needs throughout the evening. Making sure we didn’t wait in lines for drinks, and gathered up certain people for photo ops. Ashley and Nate made our wedding night a dream come true. She took pictures, photos, and even made a short video of our wedding night so we have pictures to look at the following days while waiting for our professional photos to be ready. I couldn’t have imagined a more smooth and enjoyable wedding day and night. I am so grateful we chose Ashley to help us celebrate this whole adventure. I can’t say enough how amazing Ashley and her team is. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her, honestly! I can’t speak highly enough about Ashley. She honestly made our day perfect from start to finish. My wife and I had constant contact with her and she was very knowledgeable about all of the ins and outs throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, she went out of her way to make sure we felt secure about all of the smallest of details. She even went with me to the venue first thing the morning of the wedding to make sure I was confident in the layout and and schedule. My wife and I truly hit the lottery. Ashley is so helpful, attentive, and meticulous. For a new venue that had not had a wedding yet, Ashley put on a show. I highly recommend her. The morning after the wedding my wife and I vowed to be friends with her for life. She truly made us feel special and important. She is a force to be reckoned with in the best way possible.

Wow, as a wedding photographer, I had the pleasure of working with Ashley in May 2023 and I’m truly blown away! Ashley is incredibly organized, hard working, professional, and personable. She is so dedicated to her clients, listening to their vision and bringing those dreams to a reality. Despite challenging logistics with Newport traffic, venue restrictions, and a huge guests count, Ashley managed to execute the day seamlessly. From timeline management to rain plans, Ashley didn’t miss a beat. I truly wish I could work all of my weddings with her! A seasoned pro who goes above and beyond for her clients. 10/10 recommend!

How do you write a review that is good enough for someone who single handedly made your wedding day truly the best day of your life? That’s a really tough task to do to get in everything you are thankful for and grateful for… and keep it shorter than a college entrance essay. I’ll try. I quite literally can’t say enough amazing things about Ashley and her team at Perfectly Peters Planning. For starters, I was nervous about the amount of energy and time I would have to plan my wedding in one year given that I was undergoing treatments for stage 4 cancer. Someone was looking out for me when I was referred to Ashley. She was the first person I had a call with when I inquired about a wedding planner and to be honest… even though my mom told me to shop around because that is the smart thing to do… I didn’t. I felt an instant connection with Ashley and knew immediately she was the right person for the task. Ashley is kind, but direct (let’s be honest that’s what every bride needs). She understood completely what I was facing in my personal life and that I would need to lean on her maybe more than most. Throughout the planning process whenever I was anxious or stressed, just a quick call with Ashley put me at ease. Ashley became my safe person and safe space for my wedding. If I was anxious she was able to keep me calm and not overwhelmed. All while thinking of me constantly like the random text I got saying “Just wanted to let you know the price of stamps is going up, so I recommend getting your stamps before they do to save money in any little way possible.” I mean really? She didn’t have to do that. The point is - she cares. AND she is amazing at what she does. She asks questions you would never know to think of - which was super important to me because I didn’t know what I didn’t know… well trust me - she knows! My wedding was at a brand new venue that had never held a wedding before and she absolutely made sure everything was flawless. When I overheard someone say my fiancé got chocolate on his tux hours before the wedding and I asked her she said “what are you talking about? Everything’s fine.” She knew it would be taken care of (which it was) and didn’t want me to be bothered. I think any bride and groom would be beyond lucky to have Ashley as their wedding planner. I will never stop recommending her. My now husband and I love her so much that the day after the wedding (we got her a hotel room at our hotel because she was my security blanket and I needed her nearby) we gave our hugs and said goodbye… then immediately looked at each other and said “we need to be friends with her outside of this wedding.” Long, long story short - Ashley goes above and beyond for you. She cares about your special day and will go to the ends of the earth to make it happen… no matter what. In fact! The night of the rehearsal dinner we were at a bar at the hotel restaurant and there was a mega thunderstorm. I left my groom and all of our friends at the bar to be with my dog upstairs in my hotel room because I knew he was frightened. I texted Ashley to let her know I was going to bed and why I was there and she instantly offered to snuggle my dog for me so I could go back and have fun. There are no limits to her kindness. There is nobody better out there to be by your side as a friend and as a wedding planner (and a super support team) than Ashley.

I'm a lead singer and MC of a wedding band that had the opportunity to work with Perfectly Peters Planning last weekend! It ended up raining all day, and while that can always throw a wrench in logistics, everything ran completely smoothly thanks to Ashley and her team! She kept in close communication about the night's schedule, and we teamed up to keep the guests happy and partying all night. She was incredibly responsive when some minor issues came up, and helped the band find a solution. Ashley and her team are simply the best in the business! Ashley met with my husband and I many times over the year we began working together in preparation for her Day-of-Coordination package for my wedding. She was extremely organized and always on top of all of the many plans for the day we were throwing at her. She had countless great ideas for how to make the flow of the wedding more efficient from scheduling to logistics and beyond. On the day, Ashley and her team were absolutely incredible. Super friendly and very attentive to us and our families even during the midst of putting out a minor crisis happening behind the scenes (without my husband or I ever knowing!). They took my decorations and made absolutely gorgeous tables from the dinner tables down to the table with our water dispenser for guests. Their attention to detail and taste is impeccable! Not to mention, Ashley took a million pictures throughout the day which she sent to me immediately, which was absolutely amazing to have to recount it all the next day. They made our day absolutely perfect and smooth, and we cannot recommend Perfectly Peters Planning enough! Hire them!!!

Thank. God. We. Booked. Perfectly. Peters. Planning! We booked Ashley for our 8/27/22 wedding. I reached out to Ashley early in the wedding planning process as I was feeling overwhelmed. She is extremely responsive, responding almost immediately (unless she was attending a wedding!) She helped guide me through all stages of planning, talking me off the ledge more times than I can count. She is available as much as you need, scheduling phone calls to discuss any and all details. Ashley came to Providence to do a walk through of our venue, getting to know the space before the wedding day. She attended our rehearsal as well. Ashley is a huge advocate for her clients. She wants to do any and every thing to make sure the day goes smoothly. While the planning process was amazing with Ashley, the day of our wedding was when Ashley truly shined. She arrived to our venue early in the day with Dominique (who is also amazing!) She made sure everything went smoothly. Our timeline went according to schedule, even running a few minutes early which was SO helpful, as we had extra time to relax and decompress before the ceremony. Everyone tells you to prepare for your wedding day, as something will inevitably go wrong, so just go with the flow. I can honestly say not one single thing went wrong on the day of our wedding, and this was due to our amazing vendors, especially Ashley and Dominique. If anything started to get a little funky, they dealt with it without me knowing. They took care of everything. They were everything I was looking for when I searched for a planner! Actually, my husband was originally skeptical about spending the money and hiring a planner- why would we need one if there is a coordinator at the venue? He leaned over to me during dinner and said- "I'm glad you hired Ashley, she was worth every penny." We would hire her again and again! Her pricing is extremely reasonable. She is dedicated, involved, super funny, kind, and thoughtful. And I can say the same about Dominique as well! At one point, I couldn't even keep track of what Dominique was juggling- she had like 6 different things happening at once. Who knows, but SHE did. They are just honestly amazing. They worked SO well with our vendors. We had the best vendor team. Ashley, our photographer, and our videographer formed this 3 person dream team that saved our night. Do not hesitate to book Perfectly Peters Planning for your wedding day. You will not regret it. This decision will take so much stress away and help you have the best day of your life. If there is any advice that I can give those planning their wedding, it's this: 1. If you are wondering if you need a wedding planner/coordinator... Yes, you absolutely do! 2. Ashley and her team are the absolute best, most professional, and ONLY choice for your big day. Hiring Ashley and her team was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. Planning a "backyard" style wedding for nearly 200 people is no small task and Ashley was there with me throughout the entire process making sure that no detail was overlooked and I was remembering to breathe through the inevitably stressful times. Between phone calls, in-person meetings, late night texts, and everything in-between, Ashley really became my right hand through it all. Coordinating our MANY rentals, vendors, and details was just the start. Ashley and her team set up and decorated our entire ceremony and reception space, ensured that everything was running smoothly with our caterers and bartenders (thank God for this!!), and stayed to break down all of the tables, chairs, and linens. She even dedicated one person on her team to FaceTime with my sister-in-law who had to unexpectedly miss the wedding and was completely devastated to not be there. Because of Ashley, she was still able to take part in the special moments and that meant the world to us. On the day of the wedding, I was actually able to relax, enjoy myself, and feel completely reassured that everything would go off without a hitch, all thanks to Ashley and her team. My husband and I received so many compliments on how efficient, professional, and incredible Ashley and her team were. She took every curveball and knocked it out of the park. Hiring Ashley will be the best, most worthwhile decision you will ever make for such an important day!

Signing Ashley and her team on for our wedding, was the absolute best decision we made. Ashley exceeded our expectations at every single task. She offered to meet with us as many times as needed to help us plan our timeline, problem solve issues before they existed, walk through decisions and talk about alternatives should something unexpected arise. She was kind, professional, personable, and just a love to work with. I was a pretty burnt-out bride towards the end (hello decision fatigue), and she helped me (using her social work degree lol) to process decisions and stay positive. At the rehearsal dinner, she and her husband helped us set up our space. She was early. She was thorough. She was amazing. She ran through our ceremony several times. On the day of our wedding, she and her team set up tables for 250 guests. She set up table cards. She set up centerpieces. She set up 80+ benches in an open field behind the venue space. She checked in with me quietly, to make sure I had everything I needed. Here are some of the fun outside of the box things that she and her team did to save our day: Her teammate left our venue, drove 15 minutes to a local restaurant and picked up 6 gluten free meals as some of my guests have SEVERE intolerances. I felt weird asking someone to do that, and she accepted the challenge NO QUESTIONS ASKED. After the ceremony we were so exhausted, I turned to her and asked if the person who left to pick up the food had returned yet – when she said they were on their way – I awkwardly asked if there was any chance they could drive through dunkies for me, my MOH and my husband. She giggled and wrote down our orders. I literally had a large iced coffee during the best man and MOH speeches. And THANK GOD for that, cuz then I was on the dance floor all night. She had drinks ready for my husband and I as we did our photos. Her husband worked with the DJ to make sure we could set up a projector for a quick video of our ceremony last year. She triaged the 5 million things behind the scenes that were happening, that I had no idea about, and sent me an email the next morning letting me know who I needed to follow up with, and who I needed to request meetings with, as some serious stuff happened without my knowledge. And isn’t that just beautiful, without my knowledge. She Olivia Pope’d it. Consider it HANDLED. As people came up to me with questions, my favorite response was “Please see Ashley. She will know what to do.” Because we met so many times before the wedding, she was confident making game time decisions without my approval. If there was something we had not talked about, she checked in with my sister, to make sure I would approve of a change she had to creatively and quietly make, so as not to bother me with any added stress. She took a million photos of the transformation of our wedding venue. And a million photos of us throughout the night, so we could have photos while we wait for our photographer to process everything. And then, at the end of the night, she and her team, broke down everything. They packed everything up neatly for us to pick up the next day. After the last dance, I literally had to square up with the bar, and then got to walk away, board my bus, and head to the after party. Do you know how amazing that felt? Walking away, knowing confidently that everything was going to be taken care of? It was glorious.

Ashley and her team are the absolute best! My daughter and I contacted Ashley to help with my daughter’s beach wedding. Thanks to Ashley the day was perfect! I’m sure it’s not easy to work with both the bride and her mother but Ashley was able to make both of our wishes for the day come true. If we couldn’t decide or agree on something we would call Ashley and she always had a solution. Her attention to detail and commitment to making the day perfect is incredible! There is nothing that Ashley and her team can’t do! From set up to breakdown the entire day ran smoothly. When the caterers had a mix up with the late-night tater tot bar Ashley was determined to make it happen. She sent her team to the store and cooked tater tots in our kitchen with dipping sauces in individual cups for 135 people! Her above and beyond service didn’t stop there. We didn’t want for anything during the wedding! There was always someone from the team nearby. Her team even dog sat my daughter’s dog! When my grandson went to bed, they kept an eye on his monitor! It is because of Ashley that I was able to fully enjoy my daughter’s wedding without hesitation. I was able to let it all go knowing that Ashley had everything in place for a perfect day. Thank you, Ashley!!

Ashley and her team save the day. We had a shuttle bus with the majority of the guests (including the mother and grandmother of the groom) arrive a half an hour late. Ashley first was able to calm my nervous and skillfully made sure everything that we wanted to happened did happen on our timeline. Her team assisted in bustling my dress which had a very complicated busting and even got my new husband and I a plate of food so we could actually eat. Our wedding would have run smoothly at all without her and her team there. They made us feel like royalty, getting us water and drinks when we needed. Ashley’s husband Nate made sure that the groom and groomsmen were all set getting ready in the hotel before the ceremony. Nate got their getting ready photos which we wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. If you don’t think you need a wedding coordinator, I’m telling you right now you do. There are so maybe little details during the day that Ashley and her team just know to take care of so that it the most beautiful day possible.

Just got married this past Friday and for all future brides, you need this girl at your wedding! Ashley Peters and her team at Perfectly Peters Planning was 100% crucial for making my day go so smoothly. Ashley spent multiple hour long phone calls with me leading up to the wedding day hashing out details and calming any stressors I had wedding related. She kept all the vendors in her line of communication and would email all of them when the wedding timeline changed. She is the fastest return emailer or texter I know! Throughout the planning process, she made me feel calm and also made me feel like my wedding day was also the only wedding that mattered to her! On the day of the wedding, her team orchestrated us staying on timeline, rounded up family members for pictures, moved my mother in laws car for her when she was in a tow zone, and directed guests where to park when parking instructions changed the morning of the wedding! She probably did so much more behind the scenes as well but she does her job so well, I was not aware of any chaos and had best day stress-free! The best part is, she does all of these things with such a calming, yet assertive demeanor and feels more like a good friend then someone you just hired for your wedding day. Multiple people told me after the wedding that my wedding was the most well planned, non-chaotic wedding they have attended! Two of my bridesmaids told me that when they get married, they want Ashley’s contact info so she can coordinate their weddings! And Ashley also took hundreds of pics for me on her iPhone that she sent me the next morning so I would have beautiful pics to look at I patiently await pics from my photographer! I could go on forever but the bottom line is Ashley and her team are worth every penny!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Ashely is ON TOP of her game! My husband and I sat down with Ashley to review our wedding and the details of our big day and knew we wanted her to be the point person to make sure everything went smoothly. She always made herself available for questions, tips and to help us along the way. Ashley is in one word, phenomenal. From day one, we clicked on the phone and she was incredible checking in and going above and beyond even months before our wedding. She is truly a professional and ran our rehearsal so smoothly, set up day of flawlessly, and made our day come to life as perfectly as we imagined. On April 20th, 2019, after two years and 19 days of being engaged, my day came with Ashley and Perfectly Peters Planning by my side. I would like to note: Though Ashley is one of the closest people in my universe, this is not a biased review. My friends, family, and loved ones have spoken of Ashley’s accolades absolutely every time someone has said to me: “Your wedding was perfect, beautiful etc...” this week. See the thing about Ashley is that her wedding energy is contagious. She makes your day special, authentic, literally a dream that I still feel that I am living in. Ashley gets it. She learns about what her couples’ personality is like, and then makes sure that the stress and those little details that mean so much on your day, become something that you don’t have to think twice on. Here’s just a tiny running list of things Ashley or her husband Nate (part of the PPP team) did for Steve and I: -Created a binder of all of our contracts, small details, phone numbers, and gratuity money for vendors. When our guest shuttle ran extremely late I didn’t have to learn about it until after the fact because it was already handled thanks to PPP communicating with our wedding guests to get them on the shuttle and to our ceremony on time. -Kept time while getting ready. This is why a DAY OF coordinator is critical. Get Ashley for the extra hours for this....I promise you won’t regret this when you are ready to get pretty with your girls and enjoy your coffee without having to check your phone every 30 minutes to keep time. -Ashley will make sure you have something to eat, that you take a deep breath, and that all of your vendors are communicating with each other since they likely met for the first time that day. -Day Of timeline. This includes who you want photos with, if you’re fitting in a sparkler send off, or maybe you’re surprising your husband with something special like I did. Yes you will forget things in the moment, but PPP will keep your timeline from going totally out the window. -I was fortunate to have an amazing venue (Pinehills Golf Club) that had professional on-site coordination, but I would still hire a Day Of Coordinator like Ashley. Ashley quickly made friends with my on-site Staff so she got to be my ‘voice’ while working with them. She knew that my favorite food is a hot dog (seriously wait until she posts the picture of me eating one glam style), that I would want a glass of sparkling wine after saying I do, would run around and get tiny pictures of all the little details you spent months purchasing or DIY making before they are enjoyed by your guests, or that I definitely needed more hairspray before I walked down the aisle. However I’ve also personally watched Ashley become a dinner table designer, a centerpiece guru, and organize 200 place cards in alphabetical order for other brides who do not have on-site Coordinators provided. She really can and will do it all. The short of this review, is that wedding planning is overwhelming. Picking vendors is especially challenging. PPP will be your one simple decision. She’s also going to be your vendor who is just as excited as you are to be married and I promise you, she will remember your anniversaries and will become a part of your forever.

Five stars doesn’t do Ashley Peters justice ! Having worked many weddings as a perfectly peters assistant, I always hoped we made a difference that day for our couples. Now officially being a PPP BRIDE, I know that we do. Ashley wore MANY hats throughout my wedding process. Bridal shower planner, bachelorette planner, travel agent, wedding planner, Maid of Honor... the list could go on and on. Every step of my wedding process she was there. Making sure I was all set in every way and making sure everything went according to plan. Every single thing she touched was perfection!! More than anything, her presence on the day of my wedding was priceless. All day, any time I started to question anything she would say “If I’m not worried, you don’t need to worry” That phrase rang through my head all day. I knew that if there was something to worry about, Ashley was somewhere with someone handling it. I can’t believe I was able to have such a stress free day! As a best friend , Ashley gets 1 million stars... now I can officially say that as a wedding planner and day of coordinator... she deserves just as much!
