Perrys Landing Garden and BARN Event Venues

Mignon was terrific to work with. The bride and I fell in love with the venue the minute we drove up. We knew it was the right place before we even saw the wedding garden. It was everything my son had described that he wanted. Budget blown, but it was worth every penny. Mignon suggested Jonathan Carter as our bartender. I could not give him enough praise for his services. We received several excellent comments about him!!!! On the day of the wedding, Mignon is on the premises assuring that all will go as planned. We had so many of our guests tell us that it was there favorite wedding. Everyone agreed that it was BEAUTIFUL! Thank you, Mignon and staff, for making my son and new daughter's wedding so effortless and enjoyable!

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful venue tucked away in the countryside of Hephzibah.. I booked my date more than a year out because I knew funds would be tight. I'm not swimming in money. The first visit to look at the venue I would recommend NOT to put a deposit down even though you may be promised a discount. If you are looking for the full bride experience (tasting different foods and choosing the foods you want) this is not the place. There is a set menu and a taste test date where several brides and friends taste together. After putting my deposit down to lock in a date. I did the other things any bride would do.. look for photographer, dress etc. After a few more months the owner reached out and stated I needed to come in and sign the contract and look at details. She broke down payments monthly to show how much I could pay in installments but stated whatever I don't pay will just roll over. I advised her money will be coming from different family members at different times so I wouldn't be paying monthly. Within a month after signing she became aggressive attempting for me to make payments. I couldn't understand why I needed to make payments on a wedding that is a year and a half away and just to mention I didn't taste any food or pick any specifics for tablecloth plates decor etc. The only thing I could think is that my money was going to someone else wedding. After asking why payments needed to be made so far away from the wedding she said for the "up keep of the business". After getting bridesmaids proposals gifts done with dates and putting deposits in on other things I had to cancel after threats that my contract will be null and void without a payment. If you have money GO FOR IT! Its a nice place and all inclusive for the most part. The other venues I researched requires a deposit and then the rest about 6 months or less from the wedding date which seems like the norm.. anyway good luck brides. Just wanted to share my disappointment.

My Husband and I got married in the fall of 2017 at The Barn at Perry's Landing. it was simply amazing. No words can really say how perfect everything was, it was everything I could have imagined and more, my fairytale wedding. Working with Mignon and her Staff was wonderful, they treated my husband and I like roalty and made everything go off without a hitch. Mignon was always prompt in answering any of my questions and made my dream wedding come to life. My guests are still raving about the food and how beautiful everything was. It is a day we will never forget!!

My husband and I knew the moment we walked onto the property, that Perry’s Landing would be the venue for us. Mignon customized our package to accommodate our needs and budget. She was very kind and welcoming from beginning to end. The garden was so breathtaking on the day of my wedding, it truly felt like EDEN. My guest loved the happy hour appetizers especially those jerk chicken wings, and were delighted with how kind her staff were throughout the night. Overall this venue is a gem in the CRSA area and I am so happy that we were able to renew our vows there. Thanks again for everything.

This is beyond the BEST venue to have a wedding!! My husband and I booked Perry's Landing the first time we visited. Mignon gave us a tour & then sat down with us to go over the different packages available. I couldn't have found a better wedding coordinator! She is so flexible with her schedule & makes everything SO EASY!! With our demanding jobs, I couldn't have imagined trying to plan a wedding and bring in all the vendors myself. Mignon & her staff went above & beyond to make our wedding day perfect...and THEY DID!! All the flower arrangements & decorations were gorgeous!! The cake was delicious & beautifully decorated & everyone said the food is the best they've ever had at a wedding!! There's also an adorable cottage on the property that has 4 bedrooms. It was perfect for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in all day and we got to stay the night, which made it very convenient! Several guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to!! I highly recommend Perry's Landing!!

Buyer beware! The venue was beautiful, however, we never received the corsages and boutonnieres that were ordered and the bartenders hired by Mignon stole the unopened and unused liquor that we purchased for the reception, all of which was top shelf (Grey Goose, Crown Royal, etc.). We were given no guidance as to how much to buy, so we bought too much, expecting to return the unopened bottles for a refund and keep the unused opened bottles. A total of $494.84 worth of liquor was unaccounted for. Even worse, Mignon tried to blame the out-of-town groomsmen, who were flying home early the next morning. When that tactic didn't work, she shifted the blame to others, including the bride and groom and their parents, for not staying until after the bartenders left, because obviously she did not stay. A beautiful wedding day (minus the missing corsages and boutonnieres), which took an ugly turn in the days that followed.

I really love Perrys Landing. The barn is the most beautiful addition to a wedding venue that I have ever seen. The owner, Mignon's attention to detail made everything run smoothly. The food and service is exceptional. 5/5 would go again!!!

From the moment we saw this venue we fell in love with it!! Beautiful garden to get married in, awesome barn for reception with dance floor, lovely landscape and the icing on the cake was Mignon! She is absolutely wonderful to work with. Always accommodating and with a smile on her face. She wants to see the bride and groom's dream wedding come true and goes over and beyond the call of duty to make it happen! The food was incredibly delicious and everyone has told us over and over again how great it tasted. The Barn is so beautifully decorated and when the bride wanted to change a few things with the flower arrangements the night before the wedding, Mignon graciously accommodated what she wanted immediately. The cake was so charming and tasted like pure perfection! My daughter is only 15 but I kept telling Mignon I am finding her a groom because this is the most fabulous place to have a wedding! My daughter agreed!! :) Everyone loved the DJ and danced for hours! There was no rush to make us leave. The whole experience was wonderful. Mignon has a God given talent and we are so thankful we found her and she is using that talent!!

PERFECTION! As mother of the bride my desire was for my daughter to have the perfect wedding; Mignon Perry went above and beyond to ensure it. The Garden and Barn were beautiful (we were out of season but they brought in all the flowers as if we were in season) the setting was absolutely magical. The decor was spectacular, the bouquets were gorgeous, the wait staff was excellent, the food was incredible, hot and fit for a king. The DJ kept the party dancing all night long, the Cake was beautiful and delicious. Mignon Perry is a professional who cares as much as you do about pleasing the bride and helping her achieve the wedding she always dreamed of. As mother of the bride I did not have to lift a finger, I enjoyed the day without stressing about details, their staff had everything under control, it was perfect. I would do it all again and I would not change a thing. Thank you Perry's Landing for making my daughter's wedding day magnificent!

There is not enough room here for my review. I can never say enough good about our wedding experience at Perrys Landing. We Loved the entire experience from the first day we arrived there to "just take a look" to the final moments of the wedding and afterward. The owners, staff, vendors are ALL absolutely fabulous, friendly, helpful, cheerful, confident and encouraging, helpful, creative, hard working, kind, and so on. We have hosted and helped with a total of 5 weddings of our children, and this one was absolutely beautiful, easier to coordinate because of the expertise of the owner, and dramatic because of the absolutely STUNNING setting. I did not submit the Total Cost on this review because my budget is private. But I will say that having hosted so many weddings with our different children, Perrys Landing was extremely reasonable in price, and WORTH EVERY PENNY. We are so very pleased that we chose Perrys Landing for our daughters wedding. The photographs and video are absolutely beautiful, and we have happy, lovely, sweet memories of that day (and all the planning days) that will last for a lifetime. Thank you for the opportunity to give this review. If we had it to do over again, we would NOT change a single thing. Thank you Perrys Landing for a precious cherished moment for our cherished daughter and her lovely husband. Perfect!

This was the most awesome place to have a wedding everything went seamless . The food and decor was great we still have people calling us to tell us how GREAT of a wedding we had!!! If you want a great wedding day this is the place to go!!! Thanks to Mignon Perry for a DREAM WEDDING DAY!!!!

I married at Perry's Landing garden venue October 18th of this year. As I'm sure most brides will say that their day was "perfect", my day REALLY was! I never thought or ever imagined my day would be so grand, but it turned into something much bigger than I imagined the day after I became engaged! I heard of Perry's Landing through the grapevine and FB, but I knew that the venue was "The One" when I drove on to the property and met with Mr.Perry while he picked blueberries from his garden! Reminded me so much of my small town home. He was very friendly and showed me around the entire property, taking me through the ceremony/reception sites and patiently answering all of my curious questions. I met w Mrs.Perry shortly thereafter who continued with the tour and also explained the business side. She is so warm and outgoing. There was never any pressure to "sign up" for anything, but I quickly made my deposit to lock in the date one week later! Perry's Landing took all of the stress out of planning! Although you have the option of using other vendors, Mignon Perry takes care of EVERYTHING except the preacher, photography, and alcohol(if you choose). My hardest decision was to pick the color of the bridesmaid dresses! And all I had to do was show Mignon pics of flowers, etc that I liked and she went to work! Music provided by 98.3 DJs who are super easy to work with! I'm a bit OCD and controlling:) haha Met w the DJ twice, giving them a list of preferred music, etc. They had no problem w playing anything and everything and DID for both my ceremony and reception. As a bride, you meet w Mrs. Mignon Perry several times to discuss wedding details, etc. Mignon quickly becomes your friend and walks you through everything. She is also a quick email or text away and was extremely patient and understanding w all of my questions and concerns! Perry's Landing also hosts a taste testing so that can know that the food is top notch. Brides also meet w the "cake lady" that evening to taste test and discuss details of your personal cake...again ALL INCLUDED! I didn't want my wedding to be "cookie cutter" and needed to add some of my personality as well. Mignon had NO problem w adding my personal touches to the day. I had a "Splash Zone" and used a bench for thumb print signing (as my guest book). On the day of the wedding, my bridal party and I arrived at noon for my 530p wedding. (Time only decided bc Mignon helped me look up when the sun would set on that day) I wanted to "casually and calmly" get ready. Perry's Landing already had everything set up. The florist delivered the flowers to my room. And the room was very accommodating and cool to keep us sweat free! The garden and lights were indescribably magical. The food delicious! And Mignon makes a point to ensure that bride and groom sit and eat first!:) There is no time limit to the evening, but my feet could not make it past 1030p!:) The time flies by just like everyone says, but you will never believe until you experience it yourself. It has been two weeks since my big day and my family and friends are STILL talking about my magical day: how much fun the day was, how beautiful all the flowers, decor were, the food delicious, etc...I could not have asked for a better experience! I did not have a wedding director. Ladies, you DONT NEED one. Ask your close friends and family to be responsible for one task for the day. They will be honored and love to do it for you on your special day

On May 18, 2013 one of my dreams came true, I married the love of my life at one of the most BEAUTIFUL venues in Augusta/Hephzibah, GA. Perry's Landing was the last venue that my husband and I looked at, I was hesitant due to the fact of being outside and concerned with the weather and insects. After meeting Mignon and taking a tour, my mind was made up as we drove away from the venue. The location is spacious with gorgeous flowers everywhere, there is no need for much decorating. Mignon made sure everything was perfect for my special day. My husband and I have no regrets about our venue choice and will cherish this special day for the rest of our lives.

On September 14th, my only daughter married the love of her life. We choose the Barn at Perrys Landing for the ceremony and reception. It was one of the best decisions I have ever helped make in my life. Mignon Perry, who owns Perrys, is so personable and made everything so easy. Everything was so beautiful and the staff was accommodating from the beginning to the end. Our wedding guests were amazed and overwhelmed by the beauty of the flowers and décor at the barn and the ceremony, the friendly and helpful staff, the delicious food, and the tranquility of the venue. Mignon was wonderful to work with and made my daughter’s wedding the fairy tale she wanted and so much more. She and her staff work tirelessly to accomplish every last detail with the type of perfection that is not found very often. My daughter and I never had to worry about the venue, the flowers or the food because Mignon took care of that for us and did a spectacular job. I would recommend Mignon and Perrys Landing to anyone. She is a class act and runs a class act venue with love and unbelievable dedication while striving to please her clients.

I was recently married at The Barn Venue at Perrys Landing on September 14, 2013. I could not have asked for a more beautiful setting for a wedding ceremony and reception. There is a pecan orchard set up for the ceremony and a beautiful barn for the reception. The best part is this venue can do it all for you and makes planning super easy. They are still growing and offering more each day. When I booked them almost a year in advance the only other vendors I used were a photographer, baker for the wedding cake and a band. Now all of these services are available through Perrys Landing or they can give references (which they did when I booked as well). Part of what I loved about this venue was the wonderful scenery but also the fact that I didn't have to hire 10 different vendors for a day I knew was going to already be stressful. What I learned later was that I had definately made the right choice. Mignon and her staff are excellent to work with while planning and on the day of your wedding. I had some ideas, but Mignon was always helpful with offering other suggestions that enhanced what I was originally picturing in my mind. She made my dream wedding a reality on that day. Of course it went by very quickly on that day, but my mom said Mignon and her staff couldn't have been any better on that day. And helped her at every turn as the day progressed. I can not tell you how many compliments we have gotten since our wedding day. We have had friends and family on both sides tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been too. I would like to take credit :) but the truth is this is just a beautiful setting and is wonderfully decorated and of course Mignon has a wonderful staff to decorate on your day. We also have people raving about the food that was served. We were to busy talking with everyone, but someone on the staff actually delivered food to the house we had rented from Perrys Landing for the night. And I can tell you my husband and I enjoyed every mouth full! I would recommend The Barn Venue or The Garden Venue to anyone that is looking for a simply beautiful and elegant outdoor wedding venue! Trust me, you will not regret your choice one bit!!

We planned our entire wedding in less than three months and went with one of their package deals to make it easier. This included the venue, catering, flowers, and our cake. While there was iffy communication for a while, it came together in the end and was a beautiful event. My only wish is that if we had had more time I would have done a price comparison with individual vendors rather than the package.

On 05/14/11 my fiancée and I booked our wedding with Perry's Landing for the date of 05/19/12. We provided Perry's Landing with a $1000 deposit to hold the date. A few months later, my fiancée’s father passed away and my mother was placed on a double lung transplant list. On 08/24/11 we notified Perry's Landing that due to these extreme and unfortunate circumstances, we would have to cancel our request to use their venue for our wedding. Perry's Landing stated that they would reopen the date of 05/19/12 for others and send us a refund check. Four weeks later, we received a refund check in the amount of $500. The contract for their service does state that a 50% refund will be provided if Perry's Landing is notified by 02/19/12, however, we did not sign the contract because the details of the service were never finalized. I have advised Perry's Landing that we are not bound to the 50% refund policy because the contract was never signed, but they refuse to send us the remainder of our deposit.

This is a beautiful venue set in gorgeous gardens on acres in a true country setting.
