Personalized Touch Catering

Amazing!!!! They did our wedding and i cant even put in words how good the food was along with the staff! Perfect and i would recommend you to everyone!

Personalized Touch has provided catering for many of our events for large parties (75-125 guests). Their food is wonderful and they're always friendly and professional. Also, their Maryland stuffed ham and roast beef are fantastic!

My family had chosen Personalized Touch Catering for two previous events and so choosing Personalized Touch Catering to cater our wedding could not have been a better decision by my fiancée and I. We were planning this wedding from across the country and Patty (owner and caterer) could not have been more accommodating. The majority of our communication was via e-mail and she was very timely is her responses. If we weren't able to reach her via e-mail, she was always reachable by phone. She has a variety of menu choices - we chose the Chicken Cordon Bleu and Steamship Beef as our main courses, both were delicious and the quantity was more than enough. For our cocktail hour, we chose a cheese and cracker assortment, fruit, and crab balls. The crab balls were the first to go and everyone (especially out of town guests) loved the taste of Southern Maryland. Patty and her team were very professional, the arrived early for set up, worked very efficiently, and maintained their composure through a very fluid event (our wedding reception was outdoors, but we had to move indoors due to a thunderstorm). Before the reception started, Patty set up a beautiful display with a nautical theme (we're both in the Navy) and pictures of my husband and I. This was a complete surprise, and everyone complimented this throughout the night. We had a buffet style dinner which was executed smoothly. Soon after, her team worked very quickly to clear the inside since the reception had to be moved indoors. We also used Patty for bar service and linens. This is an additional cost to the food. We chose to BYOB (this was based on the venue) and hire her bartenders to serve - also a great way to go, but if you choose to do this option, remember to provide everything to her. This includes cups, stirrers, champagne glasses (if you have a toast), sodas, mixers, ice, garnishes, etc. Patty and her team were irreplaceable to the success of our wedding reception - she is one of the best!

The food from Personalized Touch Catering was fabulous. Our guests could not get enough and raved about it to us. We were so pleased with the servers and staff. Patty did an excellent job. We couldn't have been more satisfied.
